I would categorize this establishment as recommendable, the food was very tasty, one star deduction in the service because some of the staff were a little inattentive but not unfriendly or anything like that

After our civil ceremony, we went to Nori's for lunch with our small family. The food was excellent, the atmosphere pleasantly tranquil, and the service was quick, friendly, and patient. What was especially nice, however, was that we received small desserts, a small gift bag, and a handwritten note with personal congratulations as a farewell gift. We hadn't expected such a loving gesture and were truly delighted; thank you again! <3

20250509 Small restaurant with an outdoor area on the street 🚙 The tables in the restaurant are very narrow and that is sometimes uncomfortable 🤷🏻‍♀️ Dishes are super tasty and visually very appealing...the eye eats here 😁 Service absolutely nice and friendly The menu is extensive but unfortunately not easy to explore for those who are not familiar with it. Definitely a clear recommendation for a visit 🤩🤩🤩

Nori is a sweetly decorated restaurant where you immediately feel at home. We both had Yaki Udon, which were delicious, and the drinks tasted great too. Next time we visit we will definitely try the sushi. We'd love to come back.

We've only ordered takeaways so far, but it's always been delicious. The food always arrived warm, and the portions are generous. Highly recommended. We especially like the curry.

Nori is a small but nice restaurant. Reservations are recommended, as the place gets packed. For a German sushi restaurant, the sushi was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was fast and friendly. One drawback is that you can only pay with cash. But we'll definitely be back.

I ate here for the first time with a friend this weekend, and we were very pleased. The food and drinks were fantastic! Since it was very busy, it took a little longer for the drinks to arrive, but the service was extremely friendly and attentive. You should definitely make a reservation on the weekend. Very nice place for the sushi and Asian food lovers. Everything was delicious including the drinks (home-made one with ginger) and the starters such as kimchi and edamame. Staff was also very kind. Only problem was that, when the place started getting crowded, the waitress came to us to ask whether we are still sitting or not. I think this could have been managed better. Other than that, I recommend highly this place.

First of all: The sushi is very, very good!! Everything is fresh and prepared with love. I'm thrilled with the taste. Criticism: In my opinion the service could be SIGNIFICANTLY better. Unfortunately, so far, no employee has come and asked if everything is okay or if we would like to have something to drink or order more food. It would be great if you tried harder in this regard and paid attention to it. Especially since your food is already A1! If the service was the same, then I would personally only come to you to eat sushi!! 😊

The atmosphere here in the restaurant is really great, looks really inviting, you feel like you are somewhere in Japan or at least close to it. The food (at least the sushi, unfortunately I can't say anything about the other dishes) was beautifully prepared and very creative. (Please keep it up 👍🏼) Drinks looked very fancy and tasted very good for my taste. The only thing I didn't like is that a lot of the sushi has cream cheese and I'm not a big fan of it. I would like a few sharper ones 😁

The vegetarian sushi was really delicious, the portions weren't too big but sufficient. I didn't like the music. When making the reservation you could specify that it was a date but in the end this was not taken into account when decorating the table. I was expecting at least a candle.

My delivery order was canceled without comment. Not nice when you're hungry. Luckily there are other restaurants. The order was placed via uber eats.

The food was fresh and tasted very good. It was beautifully presented and absolutely reasonable in terms of price. The service was very attentive and friendly. Dogs are also welcome, as a dog at the next table was treated to a treat and water. If we are in the area again, we would be happy to stop by again.

The three of us had dinner and we were all satisfied. The choice of food is plentiful. I had two different sushi. It was delicious, only the green herb butter that came with it wasn't really to my taste as it was too spicy. All in all recommended!

We were 6 adults and ordered a starter, main course, dessert and drinks. Everything was very well decorated and tasted delicious. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Price-performance ratio is right. We'll definitely come back.

There were four of us there and a week later we had to do the whole thing again because it was just so good. For the food I would give at least 100 out of 5 possible stars. It's definitely not cheap but it's absolutely worth it... the meat is perfectly cooked, the sushi is perfect, the homemade drinks, the ice cream for dessert... no matter what you order everything is more than good. Only the fried noodles are somehow never fried. They always come “cooked” even though I asked them to “fry” them a little longer the second time. But the meat and the sauces and everything else is homemade and you can tell that it's made with love. Definitely try the curry soup... best

The food was as delicious as expected. The atmosphere is good, the shop is beautifully decorated, the shop looks new, dogs can enter, and there is water for the dogs. The car was parked a bit in front of the store.

Under *True Taste of Asia* I imagine culinary delicacies - but the food was really nothing special & for me it was more run-of-the-mill!! Ordered two starters - and they came Actually 10 minutes apart - not a big challenge - just a portion of seaweed salad & some sushi - the sushi was good - the seaweed salad was fresh - but had a bit too much bite for my taste. For the main course there was udon noodles with crispy chicken, the plate was hot - the food was cold - the vegetables were more than hard - all in a rather boring... In short - the sushi was okay - the rest - uhhh nope... really not again...

Very, very tasty, I could eat at Nori every day. I love the red curry and the ebi shumai. Even if it takes a little longer, the taste and quality make up for it.

We recently visited the restaurant and had mixed experiences. The first dish was Pho. Unfortunately, the typical Asian spice was missing, which made it taste more like a simple beef soup. We also ordered a mango salad and a glass noodle salad. Both were fresh, but not typically Asian. There was unnecessary iceberg lettuce in the glass noodle salad, and there was too much white cabbage in the mango salad that didn't belong there. These variations did not correspond to the typical Asian taste or idea, which was a disappointment. Overall, the food was okay, but lacked the typical Asian flavor we were hoping for. The miso soup was good, as were the sweet potatoes we ordered. Ultimately, the restaurant visit was a mixed experience where we missed the authentic Asian taste.

Highly recommended! Super friendly service, wide selection of Asian dishes, vegetarian options and an individual cocktail request was even possible. We'd love to come back!

Have ordered. The food is really excellent, unfortunately the salad was missing from the rice (red) curry dish, even though it is listed in the Lieferando system and in the website menu. Given the prices, it would be steep not to deliver this.

Best sushi in Hildesheim! I can only recommend the crunchy sushi, so fresh and delicious. Also a very hospitable and attentive service. Prices absolutely reasonable. We'd love to come back!

The sushi was really outstanding, fantastic in terms of taste and appearance. The menu is quite extensive, but additional descriptions would be helpful in one place or another. The service was nice, if a tiny bit disorganized. The cutlery was missing chopsticks and a drink that was ordered with a little ice had quite a lot of ice. Unfortunately, card payment is not possible. Now that's complaining at a high level, because the food there is really excellent.

Small, fine fast food style restaurant with super tasty and comparably inexpensive pasta dishes. We had different versions of ramen and loved it, whether as a soup or fried. The sushi also looked fantastic.

Ich habe hier mit meinen Freunden meinen Geburtstag gefeiert und die große Sushi-Platte bestellt, diese kam durchweg gut an. Auch andere Gerichte stießen auf Zufriedenheit. Die Atmosphäre ist toll, wunderschönes Ambiente. Außerdem gibt es viele hausgemachte Getränke, die ebenfalls sehr lecker waren.

We love the food here, summer rolls & ramen - all delicious & fair prices! With a bit of luck you can park on the street within walking distance, otherwise there is also a parking garage nearby. We'd love to come back! The food is more than worth the visit!

Es war richtig lecker dort. Ich war mit einer Freundin da und wir haben eine Poke Bowl und Sushi gegessen. Das Essen kam nach einer angemessenen Wartezeit, war sehr frisch und lecker! Die Preise sind auch völlig in Ordnung. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

High quality cuisine. I'm a big fan of Chrunchy Sushi. But the rest was also great. What I saw at the neighboring tables also looked very good. Due to the rather small rooms, it is advisable to make a reservation. Unfortunately, when the house is full you feel a bit cramped. But I think you can ignore that. The service was friendly. However, it was noticeable that the young man had very little experience in this area. Maybe it was because there was just a lot going on. We will be back definitely. So a clear recommendation.
