A very good restaurant right next to the sports field. The food comes very quickly and in generous portions. The prices are very reasonable, and they offer Bavarian cuisine as well as food from northern Germany.

We love going to Malte's because he's always friendly and helpful. As an added bonus, there's an unobstructed view of the railway line, perfect for watching the trains! His currywurst is one of the best in the area!

Sportheim restaurant with a lovely outdoor terrace. Pictures of the food have been uploaded. It was soooo delicious!! Four of us were there. We ordered the beef roulade in dark beer sauce with red cabbage and fried potatoes twice, the schnitzel (two large, good schnitzels) with fried potatoes once, and the cheeseburger with fries once. They quickly addressed an intolerance and swapped the burger bun for hash browns/Fried Potato Fries. EVERY MEAL WAS OF THE FINEST!!! THE BEST, DELICIOUS FOOD. The value for money is very good. Many restaurants could learn a thing or two from this. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the lovely evening.

A very nice, cozy restaurant with a large, quiet terrace. The service is friendly and pleasant. The menu is straightforward, but all the dishes are excellently prepared and delicious. There are also some North German specialties, which are quite special in our part of the world. The beef roulade, however, is absolutely recommended. It's my absolute favorite. We enjoy coming back again and again.

A delicious meal in a unique location! How often do you get the chance to enjoy such a delicious meal in a football clubhouse? And in a beautiful setting among the Alps, too.

Well, what can I say?...It's amazing! 😅 At Nord-Süd, even as a guest, you still have fun watching the manager and the service staff having fun together. The working atmosphere here is definitely perfect. I don't really give 5 stars very often; everything has to be perfect, but here it was, and Nord-Süd certainly deserves it ;) So, to the point. Nord-Süd is a restaurant located next to Oberaudorf's soccer field. In this respect, it looks like a sports arena from the outside. The interior design and decor are, as the name suggests...Nordic, although the typical character of soccer and tennis courts doesn't completely disappear. It doesn't have to be, since it's located next to a sports field. But how did you get the Nordic style? Maybe because the manager is from the far north?? 😉 But it somehow fits and adds a certain charm. The waitress was very friendly, funny, and quick, even though she was single-handedly managing a nearly full restaurant. We didn't have to wait long for a menu and drinks. However, reservations are recommended, even during the week. Unfortunately, the weather was bad with rain, so the restaurant was very crowded inside, as it was obviously impossible to sit (dry) in the beer garden (except for a few individual tables under the awning). The food we ordered, "Malte's Cheeseburger," arrived after about 25 minutes, which was fine. It tasted really, really delicious. Well-topped with onions, cheese, cucumber, lettuce, and sauce. I ordered my burger with double meat, which was charged an extra €6. That definitely filled me up! The other dishes from the other guests also looked very nicely presented and delicious. I think the price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. My opinion is that it's better to create a nice, clear menu and offer high-quality dishes than to have 50 dishes, all made with ready-made products. The people here definitely love to cook and put their heart and soul into it! We highly recommend Nord-Süd and will be back.

Simply perfect. We went there with the voucher book, and I have to say, everything was perfect. We had the Kippling (fish), my husband with the fries, and I with a mixed salad. Very, very good. The fish was perfect, the fries were nice and big, not those squishy things you often get, the salad was super crisp with a very good salad dressing. Afterwards, we had a super fluffy plum crumble cake—what more could you want? We'll definitely be back. Next time I'll try the Labskaus. Because if someone in the depths of Upper Bavaria offers something like that, they must be really good at it. 😉 At the next table, someone ordered one and it was devoured in no time. The NordSüd is by no means a typical sports club pub, but rather a more than homely, Michelin-starred restaurant. The service was also very good. We sat on the lovely terrace, overlooking the playground and sports field. So, we'll definitely be back. ************************** And we came back, and what can I say, it was simply amazing the second time around. Fried cod with fried potatoes and peas, perfect. The fish was cooked to perfection👍🏼 and for dessert, churros with cinnamon sugar and applesauce. Absolutely delicious. At least 5 stars.😊

We always enjoy coming here. Today I had lemon chicken with rice – incredibly delicious – and my husband had kibbeling (fish bites in batter) and French fries with remoulade – excellent. The Nord-Süd is simply fantastic. You feel at home here, the service is excellent, and the chef is exceptional.

Very tasty food at fair prices! There's a nice selection of dishes from northern and southern Germany, plus classics like cheeseburgers, currywurst, and schnitzel. What's especially great is that they regularly offer dishes that aren't on the menu. The half-liter of beer is surprisingly cheap for the area. We visited twice during our week-long vacation – that really says it all. The service was super friendly and attentive both times, and the food arrived quickly and was truly delicious. Highly recommended!

This restaurant impresses with its simplicity and warm service. The staff always welcomes guests with a smile, which makes the atmosphere very pleasant. The Swiss pine schnapps tastes unbeatable! The combination of coast and mountains creates a unique symbiosis, complemented by a sporty atmosphere. The open communication about the fact that it might take a while is very customer-friendly. The parking lot right in front is also convenient, making visiting hassle-free. The sports club-style decor contributes to the casual atmosphere. Two Thuringians visited the Nordsüd restaurant. It was a perfect setting. Very friendly service and delicious food. If you can't find anything to eat there, it's your own fault. You don't find dishes from both the north and the south everywhere. We'd definitely love to come back.

Truly excellent. We were there with two small children (2 and 4), and the landlady even had time to bring half an onion to treat a bee sting. The food was quick, hot, and delicious. Prices were absolutely reasonable. Definitely recommend it.

You wouldn't expect it, but you can really enjoy some delicious food at the FV Oberaudorf sports field. In a family atmosphere, you'll find Bavarian and North German(!) cuisine at fair prices. The North German flavor comes from the chef's background. Malte isn't exactly a Bavarian! :-) Whether it's roast pork, burgers, or Labskaus (Labskaus in German) - everything that comes out of the kitchen is delicious, filling, and satisfying. Additionally, there are individual dishes from the handwritten blackboard AND cake. There are a lot of children on a sports field. Consequently, there's also a children's menu with dishes that are gratefully accepted by the target customers. The sports field atmosphere might lead to some people giving it a B rating. But the view of the greenery and the mountains makes up for it. So, I give it full marks!

We've already eaten at the Gaststätte NordSüd, the sports restaurant of FV Oberaudorf, twice during our vacation and were absolutely thrilled each time! In this charming location, where even Mr. Schweinsteiger once played as a youth, Malte ingeniously combines northern and southern German cuisine. The portions are generous. On our first visit, we were treated to a wonderfully juicy roast pork neck in a dark beer sauce with potato dumplings and bacon coleslaw, absolutely delicious! The "Malte's Cheeseburger" was also a true taste experience. Homemade, creative, and perfectly prepared. On our second visit, we had kibbeling (off the menu—lucky us!) and authentic Labskaus (a kind of fish dish). The fish bites in crispy beer batter were incredibly delicious. Northern German cuisine at its finest! The atmosphere is relaxed, the terrace is inviting, and the team is extremely friendly and attentive. A real insider tip in the region! Conclusion: Great food, friendly service, cozy atmosphere, we will definitely be back!

We're on vacation in Oberaudorf and stopped by the NordSüd restaurant today. Friendly service, super delicious cheese spaetzle. Good value for money. We'd love to come back.

I'm very happy with everything about the place, very friendly staff. We celebrated a child's birthday and will do it again next year. We ate a delicious chocolate cake. In the meantime, the children played on the playground. And we parents calmly drank coffee and enjoyed the sight of the children. I was very pleasantly surprised by the price. If I could, I would give it 10 stars ❤️

If there were 10 stars, the Nordsüd restaurant would get them too. We had a knuckle (required to be ordered 24 hours in advance) for two and 2 extra dumplings. The food is just great! We were both full and happy! We'll be back on our next vacation in September. We promise.

An absolute recommendation! We always enjoy coming here. The sunny terrace with a view of the mountains invites you to linger. The burgers are by far the best in the area, and there are delicious cakes that you shouldn't miss. The staff is always friendly and attentive. May 2024; We had: a.) 1 × "Malte's Cheeseburger" and b.) 1 × "Pork Neck Roast" ordered to take away, with the following as a side dish: a.) French fries well seasoned and crispy, b.) 3 medium-sized dumplings + coleslaw with diced bacon. Both dishes were very tasty and visually very appealing. We ordered by phone and had an expected waiting time of 20 minutes - great. The staff was very friendly and provided a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant has a terrace and is simply/rustically furnished. Update March 2025; We ordered exactly the same food after pre-ordering again by phone. It stays at 5 ⭐️, the quality and portions are excellent and very tasty!

Great kitchen! We were there for dinner every day from 12/21/24 to 12/25/24. Super tasty and great service. Even on December 24th. was open. There was an excellent fondue and on December 25th. A Christmas dinner. The fish and duck were very tasty. Any time. Simply great.

If you already have a closed company, you could also specify this in the opening times. We drove there from the highway extra hungry. Waste of time, diesel and nerves.

Wow! Wow! Wow! A great restaurant with an extraordinary culinary idea. We have rarely been welcomed so warmly and treated so warmly as guests. A super nice and, above all, child-friendly service person (on Saturday, January 4th, 2025) who was happy to take the time and effort for every walk-in customer and also every regular guest. We ate both something from the north and something from the south. We are so sad that we didn't take any photos because no one believes that these days you can still get such lovingly prepared and sumptuous food for a reasonable price. The citizen above all left a lasting impression on us! He is looking for his equal. The selection of drinks also leaves nothing to be desired. The sea buckthorn spritz is just awesome. One thing is clear: if we didn't live almost 200km away, we would be regular guests from now on... We'll be back as soon as possible!!! North South is a great place to relax...the food is great...no matter what...Malte's cooking is fantastic...and not just Bavarian...the sugar cake is heavenly...and Sandra is a great waitress...it couldn't be better

Dear Malte, dear team! We have been your guests many times now and the fact that you can turn a sports center into a place in which you feel really comfortable is really special. Not only recommended for families with children, as there is a playground, soccer field and a basketball court adjacent, it is also an absolute highlight for couples, athletes, bikers and singles. The view of the neighboring mountains is something to behold and you are always hungry. No matter what Malte conjures up from the kitchen, it is always lovingly prepared, generous and particularly commendable in terms of taste. And the homemade butter cake, a must! The service is always friendly, courteous and very attentive. (Even if our young footballers need help tying their shoes, they are there. Thank you very much for that!) Also worth mentioning: the varied events on offer. Whether barbecue evenings, musical evenings, painting Easter eggs or card tournaments. There is something for everyone. We were on a transit trip and discovered the North South Restaurant at the sports field. Very nice welcome and it immediately turned into a nice conversation, the food was delicious (cabbage rolls with fried potatoes and red cabbage, as dessert there was homemade butter cake which was so delicious. Prices changed!!! Everything was 2 or 3 euro expensive than last year. Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Portion was kind a small but taste was good. Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they were really nice and kind. Atmosphere ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sitting outside was totally worth it but bees were annoying. I guess they're everywhere.

Restaurant with a bistro feeling right next to a sports field. Playground in good condition - When we visited, the playground was full of rubbish (unfortunately also glass bottles). The staff was very nice and what we ordered came quickly. Food was ok but not a taste highlight either. As is often the case, there was a lot of smoking around us, so we had to move around with several small children. Toilets were very dirty and smelled very unpleasant. Unusable for me personally and particularly difficult with small children. Conclusion: OK for a little stopover. However, with many drawbacks such as the above-mentioned garbage and the toilets. Where are the good restaurants - where you can tell that the operators want to run a good shop and where you would like to come back.

Rarely have I been served so kindly and warmly. The food was really great and our dog was looked after with care. Thank you for this service and the delicious food. I speak for all 5 ;) Oh yes, the children's portion was huge and a really great price.

Delicious food at a reasonable price. The portions are good, the service is quick and very friendly. There are enough parking spaces available. Very nice for families with children, as there is a playground and a football field right next door, which is also easily visible from the restaurant. We will definitely come back there again.
