Noosou Vietnamese Streetfood in Hannover

Picked up makis during a quick stop in Hanover. Very satisfied, I have never had such richly filled makis. More salmon and cucumber than rice. It was half gone before I could take a photo. Recommended! It took about 10 minutes before it was ready, but they were also packed, a popular spot.

Awesome shop with really good food. Big minus point are the prices almost 15€ for ramen? That's too expensive. 2 Minus point is that the food is cheaper in terms of the ingredients and taste, but the price is higher but otherwise everything is good

Stupid place with stupid people. Don’t serve Fleisch even in Special Gebratene Nudeln dish . No chilli sauce served . And since when do they put freaking salad in Nudeln dishes . Just because we are in Germany doesn’t mean everyone wants to eat grass and become a COW .

Ordered a Buddhist vegetable curry to take away. At home I noticed that there was hardly any curry sauce in the food, so it was pretty dry :( Really not fair for €10.90!

They served me raw chicken and when I complained about it the lady at the cash register replied that this is what we serve...just eat it...she was so rude...I would never go there again

Good authentic food at fair prices. I was honestly surprised to find such high quality food at Hannover Main station. You could always do better but not within 20 Minuten and for less than 15€. Portions are reasonably sized and my orders never took longer than 5-10 minutes. I have tried Pho and Bun so far. Employee on the counter was quite friendly

These were by far the worst summer rolls I have ever eaten. They consisted almost entirely of lumpy rice noodles and salad.

Here you can eat good and tasty Asian food if you're in a hurry. Self-service restaurant. There is a very large selection of dishes. Everything is freshly prepared. The vegetables are crunchy and the sushi is very good. Unfortunately there are far too few vegetables/sprouts on the fried noodles! In winter it is very cold and drafty in the restaurant. It is located very centrally under the train station, so it is very busy.

We ordered two meals to take away before we left for our vacation. Once fried noodles with chicken and due to my gluten intolerance fried rice with chicken. We have given the numbers specifically to prevent misunderstandings. These were also correctly repeated by the employee when ordering. Since we only had a short time left before departure, we were no longer able to check our food on site. Unfortunately, on the train we discovered that we had been given noodles instead of rice twice. So unfortunately I couldn't even eat it. We called the restaurant and were told we could get a new dish from the shop after our vacation. On site we were only told that it wasn't their problem that we only came over after our holiday. The employee also asked why we hadn't called, when we told her we had, she said "that wasn't her problem and there was nothing she could do now".

Strange tasting chicken dry noodles. Unfortunately my meal was not okay. The chicken was strangely soft and lukewarm with an unpleasant aftertaste. The freshest thing about this meal was probably the chives. The right to complain was completely ignored. If I had had more time I would have clarified this in the presence of the police.

I was there yesterday and was really in the mood for sushi. I also ordered the m7 and m20, even if you pay 3 euros for water it was crazy, but what was worse was that the sushi was never fresh and nobody told me that it was as if it had been lying around somewhere for 2 days The varnish was really warm and had such a strange, disgusting taste. I'd been there twice till the third time, they gave me someone else's order. I was halfway eating it when they told me. No wonder the people next to me were staring at me. I had to finish it while they watched me eating their noodles and waiting for theirs!

Noosou’ is a fantastic place for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic, freshly prepared Asian cuisine in an unconventional setting. Despite its windowless location in the station cellar, the restaurant offers a culinary experience that you shouldn't miss.

Ich war diese Woche zwei mal im vietnamesischen Noussou, beim ersten Besuch habe ich die Suppe mit Rindfleisch zum mitnehmen geordert, sie war super lecker ( kam in zwei Töpfchen, so das sie nicht durchgeweicht geschmeckt hat ) 😋 und heute habe ich dort gegessen und hatte Hühnchen in einer Soße mit Basilikum und Zwiebeln, Salat und Reis. Es war wieder sehr lecker 😋 es wird frisch zubereitet und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich……ich werde dort wieder gerne essen gehen. Ich hatte es von vor Jahren auch so in Erinnerung das es dort sehr lecker ist.

Hello! I was in this restaurant in Bremen and I can say that it is "like summer and winter" there because in Hannover HBF Noosou, firstly there was foam plastic in my udon portion, there was no service and the atmosphere was bad due to the constantly present homeless people was.

Service at the level of 0. No friendliness or interest in the guests of the establishment. She took Vog with her, no forks, no napkins. No one said hello, they placed the order and turned their backs.

It's quite tasty dishes, big portions (sometimes too big). I try different dishes every time, and so far I've loved the food here.

“Food mixed up and some inedible” We ordered a fried noodle box and Tom Kha Gai soup to take away. The older lady was very fond of it, but unfortunately she could hardly speak German. You could tell by the food we received. We got a sweet and sour spicy (Peking) soup and fried rice instead of our requested meal. Now about the taste. The rice was sticky and the dish itself had little taste. There was far more rice than anything else and far too little meat. The Peking soup was the stickiest thing I have ever eaten. It was like jelly and really didn't taste good anymore. Looking back, I now have an uneasy feeling in my stomach and regret not having eaten somewhere else :/ Ambience is quite nice but… …you need to know.

I was there with my girlfriend and it was a bad experience. The tofu dish was flavourless. The dish of fried vermicelli with vegetables did not contain vegetables and was rather salty. The lady at the food ordering counter was rude when we asked her where we could get cutlery. Unfortunately we were not satisfied at all and I don't think I will come back again

Greasy noodles that have been kept warm for what feels like hours. The vegetables are mushy and the meat is gristly. We both had grumbling stomachs after eating.

Located in the basement of the HBF, it's perfect for a quick snack and more. The service is good. The Pho is always delicious. What is unfortunately a disappointment is the chicken or duck with peanut sauce. The meat and vegetables are always good, but unfortunately the sauce never tastes even a hint of peanuts. It's slightly spicy & ok but nothing more.

Even though it may not be high-end, it is a good restaurant. But for a shop at the train station in the middle of the city, more than ok. I would go there again at any time!

There are also seats outside; since this is the basement level, you can expect the usual through traffic that occurs in the train station. The dishes are freshly prepared and with fresh ingredients. The portions are reasonable and the food is tastefully prepared. I enjoyed it wonderfully. My colleague would have liked a menu for lunch. We were satisfied. Theoretically, you can only evaluate the service to a limited extent because you are not being served.

Unfortunately we don't like the new reduced menu.

The selected table was dirty with leftover food! I only tasted the “Piquant Vegetable Soup”! This was only lukewarm (perhaps intended as a breeding ground for germs?), completely over-thickened with a gelatin or starch-like binder (which also formed ugly lumps), unfortunately completely over-acidic with a hint of vinegar, a little over-salted and overall looking a lot like a ready meal! The main dishes at the neighboring tables, on the other hand, seemed much more appetizing! Unfortunately, the vegetable soup with chicken for €3.90 lacks any recommendation and, in my opinion, cannot be recommended under any circumstances.

Since we were enthusiastic about the Noosou restaurant in Bemerode in December 23, we decided to eat at Noosou in the Niki of the Saint Phalle Promenade at short notice on February 12, 24 due to an appointment in Hanover center. The atmosphere corresponds to a fast food restaurant and is self-service. The service is actually bad, the employees hardly speak any German, and you only get the information when you ask that you have to take the drinks out of the fridge yourself. The employees don't seem to be friendly at all. But the food is really great, everything is absolutely fresh and very tasty. We had vegetable soups in advance and then shared menu M17. M17 consists of 5 Ebi Tempura Rolls, 4 Baked Salmon, 8 Sake Maki, 2 Ebi Tempura, 2 Sake Nigiri, 2 Maguro Nigiri. Since the vegetable soup was already rich, M17 was absolutely sufficient for the two of us. We paid a total of 42.70 euros for 2 drinks, 2 vegetable soups and one menu M17. However, I would always prefer the Noosou Restaurant in Bemerode because the ambience, the service and the friendliness of the staff are there.

Bun with chicken meat, the glass noodles taste like plastic, obviously not cooked properly, and the sauce no longer tastes like it did before. It's a shame, I used to like Nousoo better. Now this really sucks.

Updated review: I went back for a second time because I enjoyed for first visit. I think the menu is hit or miss. Had the Pho and it was very underwhelming. The chicken wasn’t cooked very much so I picked it all out. The broth didn’t have much flavour, so I drenched it with the chilli. Vietnamese street food yaaaaaaaaas what the people want!!!!!! Great restaurant to pop into while waiting for your train. I got the chicken/shrimp rice paper rolls which were delicious, could have gone for 2 more. Got for take away but decided to sit in, comfortable seating, nice vibe. Menu looks great. A bit of everything. Pho, sushi, rolls, nosou and Fuji bowls, ice tea, grilled meat and curry.

Noosou - Asian delicacies in the heart of the city! In my opinion, Noosou Restaurant offers the best Asian cuisine. What's particularly impressive is that the sushi is prepared on site, which guarantees freshness and quality. The beef broth Pho is not only very tasty, but also nutritious - a huge portion, so be careful! Chicken and duck are further highlights on the menu and impress with their fresh, crunchy ingredients. The atmosphere may be more reminiscent of a fast food restaurant, which is understandable given the location directly under the main train station. However, this in no way affects the quality of the food on offer. Noosou is a true gem for Asian culinary delights, and while the location may seem fast, the quality of the food is clearly the focus here. A culinary experience not to be missed!

Sehr Lecker. Das Gemüse ist knackig die pure frische, das Curry hat eine angenehme schärfe und das Fleisch ist herzhaft. Der Reis ist auch Top und das Personal sehr nett. Großartiges Restaurant.

Man bekommt eine solide Qualität zu einem akzeptablen Preis mit einer guten Portion. Es wird immer frisch gekocht und gebraten. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen und sehr lecker!

Durch Zufall hängen geblieben. Im Bahnhof Bereich ist ja eine Menge Auswahl. Es hat sich aber gelohnt. Ich hatte die Ente mit Erdnusssosse. Sehr lecker! Große Portion. Durchweg positiv überrascht für einen Bahnhofimbis.

Die vegetarische Nudelsuppe war großartig. Frisches Gemüse, vielfältig und lecker Tofu. Es gibt unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten zu würzen. Sojasauce, Chili, Ingwer, usw. Das Ambiente ist entsprechend einen Bahnhof OK.

Hatte nur eine Wantan Supper aber die war gut. Die Wantan s waren mal nicht fritiert! Und er wurden frische Pilze Fenchel und Kräuter Frisch beigemischt. Kenne ich sonst nicht in dieser Qualität. 👍

Popped into this restaurant twice simply because it was convenient, located in the basement level of Hannover’s main train station. Their food is surprisingly authentic and delicious, and at a reasonable price range too. I had a Vietnamese Pho both times and it was consistently tasty.

Ein Schnellrestaurant im Hauptbahnhof, aber trtozdem: sehr leckeres vietnamesisches Essen, Pho, Bun, Currys und Vorspeisen. Leider kein Dessert. Aber sie sind fix, das Ambiente ist für die Locarion okay und sauber. Ich komme gern wieder.

Ein sehr gutes vietnamesisches Restaurant im Hannover Hbf. Vor allem die gebratenen Nudeln kann ich nur empfehlen, einen Stern Abzug allerdings, da die Umgebung mit dem Lärm des Bahnhofs beim Essen stört.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und immer ein Grund für mich, dort hinzugehen. Leider macht aus bekannten Gründen die Umgebung im Hauptbahnhof Hannover den Besuch im Restaurant teilweise unmöglich. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr beängstigend. Ich wurde während des Essens am Tisch von bettelnden Mitmenschen angesprochen und mehrfach aggressiv um Geld gefragt. Wenn man nach einem stressigen Tag einfach nur mal abschalten will und die alltäglichen Sorgen für einen kurzen Moment vergessen möchte, schlägt so ein Vorfall einem ganz schön auf den Magen! Leider war dies kein Einzelfall. Trotzdem kann das Personal des Restaurants dafür nichts. Dies habe ich in der Regel als bemüht und zuvorkommend empfunden. Empfehlenswert ist demnach, einfach das Essen zum Mitnehmen zu bestellen. Man bekommt in der Regel auch eine Tüte zum Tragen, was den Transport mehrerer Boxen vereinfacht. Der Hauptbahnhof müsste meiner Meinung nach einfach mal Grundsaniert werden, damit das Schlendern durch die Promenade nicht zum ungewollten Abenteuer wird.

Bestes essen schmeckt sehr lecker. Preise erhöht portionen kleiner geworden denke ich koche es in zukunft zuhause.
