Noosou Vietnamese Streetfood in Hannover

An absolute feast for the palate, always fresh, good quality and delicious!!!

Now, I'm not really picky, but I've never eaten as badly as I did there. I first ordered chicken ramen, which was inedible, simply disgusting, and for 15 euros... I just left it. After that, I bought plain fried noodles with chicken for 10 euros. The chicken was probably strips from Kaufland. The noodles were just really greasy. I don't expect much, but you should be able to expect a minimum of quality. I'd rather go to Netto, buy instant noodles there for around 60 cents, and it tastes 100 times better. I never actually write reviews, but this place is just disgusting, especially since it's disgustingly expensive. Never again, not even at the train station.

It's a quick meal, but I don't really recommend it. I'd only eat it if I had to be quick, like when changing trains or something similar. Unfortunately, it tasted like it was frozen and reheated. The peanut sauce that came with my chicken dish was like a soup, completely watery and runny. Furthermore, the entire "sauce" was underneath my crispy chicken, which made it soggy. It would have been better to serve the sauce in a separate bowl.

They are the worse people and worse place I ever ate . I ordered something else and the brought me different things. And I wanted to change it and they asked to pay again the food that I ordered previously. They say “ you are the problem not me “ . Do not come here ever .

Yesterday I went to Noosou at Hanover Central Station for the first time, looking for a quick bite to eat before my departure. I had pho with chicken, and it was delicious! The portion was huge, so I had half packed up to take home. Everyone at the counter was very friendly and helpful! Thank you, I'll be back!

The pho tasted absolutely nothing and was anything but authentic. It was also rather expensive!

Very tasty. I really didn't expect it to be this good, given that it's in the main train station and I haven't had such good experiences at other restaurants there. It came relatively quickly, everyone was super nice, and the sushi was truly some of the best I've ever had. My beer was ice cold 😍 I'll definitely be back.

The food was brought to me incorrectly. I ordered miso soup and they served something else. The woman who worked at the cash register made a mistake herself. She said that I was mistaken. Terrible staff.

We waited almost 30 minutes for the food, but it was already pre-cooked or prepared. The service didn't understand anything. We then stood at the counter and visibly waited for our food, otherwise it would have taken much longer. We were expecting a quick meal, but it didn't work out. The dish was completely unseasoned, only the sauces added flavor. Won't come anymore.

Wontons in the soup didn't taste good. Dough too thick and floury, filling not well seasoned and fermented. Soup overall not particularly special. Risk of recurrence 0.

Unfortunately the breading of the chicken was changed. So unfortunately it doesn't taste as good as it used to, and the meat was very dry. I've been a regular customer for years, and I recently had little sauce and few vegetables with my coconut curry chicken. It's a shame it used to be better!

Unfortunately, the fried noodles taste as if they were not seasoned at all, but the portions are very large. I would have liked at least some spices on the tables because it didn't taste like anything. The sushi avocado and the cucumber sushi tasted soggy. Unfortunately it didn't meet our expectations at all.

Normally I often refrain from giving reviews as they can influence other people's opinions, but today was terrible. There were two of us eating and it was bad. The food was ok. Crispy duck and chicken were bland, the noodles tasteless. Service Kraft ignored us and when we were eating the place was being cleaned (we weren't the only guests there). My companion felt under pressure while eating and cleaning. In my opinion it is a justified assessment. 2nd time and never again.

The food is really great and the prices are fair. It's self-service with a pager, and the atmosphere is a bit like a train station, but for me, it's an absolute insider tip.

Based on the food, I would definitely come back. My companions' bowls looked really appealing. My duck was also great but in my opinion the peanut sauce is not a peanut sauce, but rather a flavor in a coconut milk. It's not all that bad. The ambience was spoiled for me by the extreme flow of tables and the constant beeping of the self-service beeper. If I go there again it will be for the sushi, where you can even look at the fish at the counter beforehand. Actually a nice concept but very small, narrow and hectic, even if it is in the basement of the train station.

Delicious food but unfortunately the Phad Thai (tofu) wasn't Phad Thai - the taste and vegetables were very different. I can still recommend it, but we were a little disappointed

I really enjoy coming here to eat often and it's really good value for money. However, today I would like to address something that has struck me several times. At lunchtime, the staff often sits at the table together and eats lunch. This is generally not a problem – everyone needs a break. However, care should be taken to ensure that customers are not neglected during this time. I experienced several times that no one was available to speak to because all employees took a break at the same time. Maybe it would be better to coordinate the breaks so that someone is always there for the guests. I also find it a bit unusual that the staff eats in the same area as the guests. There's probably a separate room for it, which would look more professional. Apart from that, I am very satisfied and would like to come back. I hope this suggestion is helpful.

The staff is rude to customers, I notice it every time I come there to buy some food (this site where they mainly order pasta)

So I remembered it as very good for Cantonese noodles and Pad Thai. But unfortunately it's just mediocre and too expensive for what it is. The Cantonese noodles were once really in a sauce, now they were in a very salty broth and the vegetables were salad instead of vegetables. Too bad. Not again for me.

This evening we ordered fried rice with vegetables to take away while we were passing through the train station. As always, the atmosphere is nice and pleasant, and the service is very nice. When we got home we were really disappointed with the portion. Me, at 55kg, wasn't full. Plus, all the rice was floating in oil.

I ate the vegan summer rolls with two other friends on Thursday afternoon. We were in a larger group and only the 3 of us had the summer rolls. About 12-24 hours later the 3 of us noticed the first symptoms of food poisoning and had the worst vomiting diarrhea of ​​our lives. Everyone else was fine and only the three of us were affected. In my case, an emergency service was even necessary because things were going so badly. Even today I'm still completely exhausted and can't eat anything and am just trying to take in fluids.

Bei einem Preis von 11,90 € verloren sich einige stark gebräunte Stückchen Tofu in der Schüssel. Völlig indiskutabel. Salz, Wasser, billigstes Gemüse und Glutamat Küche. Normale vietnamesische Küche zeichnet sich durch den Einsatz von Brühe und Kräutern aus. Noousou scheint jedoch nur auf den Profit ausgerichtet zu sein.

It's not possible, we can't understand German and the overpriced prices are common at a main train station. If you eat there, it's your own fault.

Food very tasty from curry to sushi.

The staff is absolutely tactless, absolutely no one speaks English, although it would seem like a station in a big city where there are tourists. I couldn't order a drink because I only ordered soup and pasta is needed for a drink. I've been here 2 times, they changed the recipe for the soup (it's what I kept coming back for), instead of Moon mushrooms, now it's just champignons. To save your own nerves, never come here again I'll be back!

Absolut Empfehlenswert! Wer Erdnuss Soße liebt muss das Gericht 97 probieren. Das sind deren Hausgemachten Nudeln mit verschiedenen Gemüse und Chicken Teriyaki. Das Essen war auch innerhalb 15min fertig und die Homemade Getränke (Lemongras Icetee) war auch sehr lecker.

I ate here twice during my stay at Hanover Central Station. The first time it was okay, but the second time it really didn't taste good and was heavy in my stomach for several hours. The shrimp and beef in particular tasted anything but fresh. Of course you don't expect much from train station restaurants. But here you should save your money and buy a roll if you are hungry.

I was there with my friend and it was a bad experience. The tofu dish was flavourless. The dish of fried vermicelli with vegetables did not contain vegetables and was rather salty. The lady at the food ordering counter was rude when we asked her where we could get cutlery. Unfortunately we were not satisfied at all and I don't think I will come back again

The red Thai curry was, as you would imagine a curry, simply good and I would have it again in a heartbeat. As a snack I treated myself to the Gyoza Chicken, which was also very tasty. If you're looking for a nice, almost quiet place at the train station to while away the waiting time, this is the right place for you.

Picked up makis during a quick stop in Hanover. Very satisfied, I have never had such richly filled makis. More salmon and cucumber than rice. It was half gone before I could take a photo. Recommended! It took about 10 minutes before it was ready, but they were also packed, a popular spot.

Hello, The service was terrible. My order was only taken after three questions and during this time it was interrupted by phone calls. The food is catastrophic. I've been sitting on the toilet for 2.5 hours because of food and I keep throwing up. Never again!!!!!

Stupid place with stupid people. Don’t serve Fleisch even in Special Gebratene Nudeln dish . No chilli sauce served . And since when do they put freaking salad in Nudeln dishes . Just because we are in Germany doesn’t mean everyone wants to eat grass and become a COW .

They served me raw chicken and when I complained about it the lady at the cash register replied that this is what we serve...just eat it...she was so rude...I would never go there again

Good authentic food at fair prices. I was honestly surprised to find such high quality food at Hannover Main station. You could always do better but not within 20 Minuten and for less than 15€. Portions are reasonably sized and my orders never took longer than 5-10 minutes. I have tried Pho and Bun so far. Employee on the counter was quite friendly

These were by far the worst summer rolls I have ever eaten. They consisted almost entirely of lumpy rice noodles and salad.

Here you can eat good and tasty Asian food if you're in a hurry. Self-service restaurant. There is a very large selection of dishes. Everything is freshly prepared. The vegetables are crunchy and the sushi is very good. Unfortunately there are far too few vegetables/sprouts on the fried noodles! In winter it is very cold and drafty in the restaurant. It is located very centrally under the train station, so it is very busy.

We ordered two meals to take away before we left for our vacation. Once fried noodles with chicken and due to my gluten intolerance fried rice with chicken. We have given the numbers specifically to prevent misunderstandings. These were also correctly repeated by the employee when ordering. Since we only had a short time left before departure, we were no longer able to check our food on site. Unfortunately, on the train we discovered that we had been given noodles instead of rice twice. So unfortunately I couldn't even eat it. We called the restaurant and were told we could get a new dish from the shop after our vacation. Strange tasting chicken dry noodles. Unfortunately my meal was not okay. The chicken was strangely soft and lukewarm with an unpleasant aftertaste. I'd been there twice till the third time, they gave me someone else's order. I was halfway eating it when they told me. No wonder the people next to me were staring at me. I had to finish it while they watched me eating their noodles and waiting for theirs!

'Noosou', a pan-Asian restaurant in the basement of the train station, is a real discovery for lovers of Asian cuisine. Noosou’ is a fantastic place for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic, freshly prepared Asian cuisine in an unconventional setting. Despite its windowless location in the station cellar, the restaurant offers a culinary experience that you shouldn't miss.

Ich war diese Woche zwei mal im vietnamesischen Noussou, beim ersten Besuch habe ich die Suppe mit Rindfleisch zum mitnehmen geordert, sie war super lecker ( kam in zwei Töpfchen, so das sie nicht durchgeweicht geschmeckt hat ) 😋 und heute habe ich dort gegessen und hatte Hühnchen in einer Soße mit Basilikum und Zwiebeln, Salat und Reis. Es war wieder sehr lecker 😋 es wird frisch zubereitet und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich……ich werde dort wieder gerne essen gehen. Ich hatte es von vor Jahren auch so in Erinnerung das es dort sehr lecker ist.

Hello! I was in this restaurant in Bremen and I can say that it is "like summer and winter" there because in Hannover HBF Noosou, firstly there was foam plastic in my udon portion, there was no service and the atmosphere was bad due to the constantly present homeless people was.

Service at the level of 0. No friendliness or interest in the guests of the establishment. She took Vog with her, no forks, no napkins. No one said hello, they placed the order and turned their backs.

“Food mixed up and some inedible” We ordered a fried noodle box and Tom Kha Gai soup to take away. The older lady was very fond of it, but unfortunately she could hardly speak German. You could tell by the food we received. We got a sweet and sour spicy (Peking) soup and fried rice instead of our requested meal. Now about the taste. The rice was sticky and the dish itself had little taste. There was far more rice than anything else and far too little meat. The Peking soup was the stickiest thing I have ever eaten. It was like jelly and really didn't taste good anymore. Looking back, I now have an uneasy feeling in my stomach and regret not having eaten somewhere else :/ Ambience is quite nice but… …you need to know.
