I found the food very tasty and it was a large portion. I found a lot of meat and the noodles with the broth tasted harmonious. Staff very nice. The ambience is more of a snack bar style but that doesn't bother me if the food is good. Men's toilet is not very good.

The food is really not good and the 5 star reviews are influenced by the €5 vouchers. The staff know how bad the food is and don't ask about the taste or maybe they don't feel like giving good service anymore.

So the most positive thing is definitely the friendly and fast service. The ambience is not really nice. It's very small, not really tidy. The food was okay, but didn't blow me away. Personally, I found the noodles to be too thick and hard on the inside.

I have always wanted to go to this restaurant. This time I finally took my old father who loves pasta to try Biang Biang beef noodles. Chef Bao in the restaurant was very kind to us Chinese and added enough meat for us. This is what I did in Cologne The best noodles I have ever had, fresh, chewy, and lots of beef. Will visit often in the future.

The food was absolutely delicious and even a “normal” portion fills you up quite a bit. I ate on site and the service is really fast! Totally friendly staff and the atmosphere was relaxed and celebratory at the same time. The prices are also very fair. Definitely recommended!

I enjoyed the sauce and the handmade noodles.Reminded me of LEDU Chineses street food in Bonn. Hoping to try the ramend next time. I hope that they could give you the option to like add or choose the sauce or some seasonings on your table.

The food was inedible and we left the food after 2.3 bites. The taste was horrible and the dish was mostly oil. When we pointed this out to the waitress, he just said he would pass it on. No discount, no refund. The music is so loud that you can hardly hear your own words. We go home with a stomach ache. Not recommended.

Spicy Ramen Shrimp and Noodle Shrimp were ordered. The noodle shrimp just tasted like sour soy sauce, bad. The Spicy Ramen is not spicy enough, even if the color suggests otherwise. No, unfortunately I can't recommend the store. The service was nice, but that was it. It's a shame, but we won't be coming back here.

Went there to have a late lunch around 4pm. It is very cool to see the noodles being prepared. Got the beef ramen, the broth was tasty but the meat and was very dry and the spring onions were hard and dry. Maybe the ingredients were not good because I went there outside the usual lunch hours, I might try to go again to be sure.

We went in for a quick eat, the hand pulled ramen was nice. A bit thick and chewy but with broth and braised chicken everything made sense. The service was quick and the lady who helped us order was friendly.

We weren't that happy with the food as we had completely different expectations of the food. We found the soup itself to be a bit watery as it didn't taste like much other than being spicy. The noodles were very thick and way too long. In addition, the soup consisted almost exclusively of the noodles and there was a lot of savings on the meat side dishes. The meat was very tough and not really tasty. Not acceptable for the price of over €15 for a bit of broth and a bunch of noodles.

A beautiful place and the staff’s treatment is also nice and wonderful, but the thing I liked most is the accountant who dresses freshly. I do not know the German language, but I liked this person and he helped me. He is fluent in the Arabic language, and so am I. Thank you to the restaurant team.

Surprisingly, it was me who posted the last post, and I came to Cologne again today. I haven't eaten seriously in the past few days, so I came here directly after getting off the train and ordered biang biang noodle to fill my stomach. Not satisfied with the first portion, I ordered another noodle dish.

The noodles are really tasty, but the broth. I find the base of the ramen to taste better in some places.

Wir waren leider nicht begeistert vom Laden am Dom. Service eher gelangweilig, Laden stickig und etwas muffig. Nicht sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Nudeln waren ganz gut aber die Auswahl eher nicht so toll. Haben uns durchprobiert. Alles sehr ähnlich. Würden nicht mehr hin gehen.

This stuff isn't even worth 1 star. We were really looking forward to ramen, but I wouldn't even feed what was served there to my animals. The meat was dried out and absolutely over-seasoned. The sauce was absolutely inedible. We have never left food out, but none of the 3 dishes were at all edible. Never never again...

Incredibly bad customer service! If you don't order spicy, it will be delivered with chilli and all they say on the phone is that most customers call again. You simply wouldn't read it in the app! Instead of saying sorry, we can help. Customer service looks different

I would give the food a 6 out of 10. Not really spicy. The two Chinese chefs are not very friendly and look at you maliciously. There wasn't a goodbye either. The German waiter, on the other hand, was very friendly. Card payment possible. Not really spicy. Shaky tables. Annoying.

The shop doesn't exactly invite you to linger. The business is shared with the second mainstay: bubble tea. For whatever reason.

Amazing, chewy noodles — they make it fresh in house and for every order. Such a cute shop. The soups are very flavorful and they give a large amount of meat per order.

There is a small secret food spot right next to the cathedral. Hand-pulled Biang Biang noodles from China are offered here. I had the Biang Biang Beef here. Noodles with Szechuan sauce, pak choy and braised beef. The noodles in the sauce were great. The meat wasn't as tender as I had hoped. You could compare the dish to goulash with noodles, but in a spicier sauce. Be careful, very garlic-heavy. Overall, I would have liked something to go with it, for example bread, which you could dip into the sauce afterwards. Definitely a spot that you should check out even if you are staying at the main station for a short time.

Great shop, great food and friendly staff! The handmade noodles have their own character and taste good and spicy in the spicy version. 4 stars only because I personally don't like the meat. I've been there twice now and had beef once and chicken once. I find it too dry for the fact that it's supposed to be "braised". Overall, a great spot if you want some good pasta on the table quickly. (Waiting time less than 5-10 minutes, depends on how crowded it is)

It’s about a 3.75 BUT the needles aren’t fresh and therefore kinda rubbery. Nonetheless, tasty and quick and great staff.

Super delicious food and super friendly staff! You order at the counter (everything is freshly prepared in front of you) and there is a selection between spicy and non-spicy dishes that is not too overwhelming, be it meat/fish or veggie style. The atmosphere is very relaxed and we were there at lunchtime. The decoration is also quite cute and we will definitely eat there again.

Nice place to crash in during the midday, if you want something easy and fast after walking around the Dom, just come by. A cool open kitchen, where you can see the chef making their own noodles. The place is quite small, but i think it‘s fine to quickly eat your noodles. Price was okay and portion was fine. I had the spicy noodle, although it wasn‘t spicy for me. But i still liked it. They put lot of meats too. The cucumber salad was nice, i liked it.

- Biang Biang Mian with beef was not good, meat was just dry, noodles ok but could be more al dente, seasoning ok but could be more kicky, pak choi too well done could be crunchier, kimchi was not good, wakame ok - Service could be friendlier, our friend arrived late due to a traffic jam and we were a bit annoyed because we had reserved for 3 people and they couldn't accommodate a group of 4 in the restaurant - Ambiance was ok, but the door was constantly open and depending on the seating position it was a bit cold

Top food. The homemade biang biang noodles are on point! The meat is cooked for several hours. Similar to goulash. Very tender very tasty. The sauce is super seasoned according to a secret recipe. For 14 euros, the dish could have a little more ingredients, sprouts, nuts, etc. Anything. But it's really just noodles and nothing more. You order at the front and the food is brought to you. Drinks Cola fanta etc. From glass bottles.

I ordered a vegetarian dish but I didn't like the taste

My wife was extremely excited to come here because of the hand pulled noodles. We ordered our food, and her’s came out wrong. We asked for them to fix it, and the individual serving us copped an attitude because they needed to remake the food. The food was good. This is doubly true for the noodles and the smashed cucumber salad. However the service was subpar and ruined our appetites.

Poor decor and poor food, lots of pasta and water. I ordered a dish that was not served, and when I left I asked for a refund, which I did not receive. The lady only offered to pack it for takeaway, but she would not refund the money. I was in a hurry and didn't want takeaway food. Failure..

Bang bang noodles with beef was really tasty. The sauce was spicy but not too spicy. The hand pulled noodles made the difference. The meat was delicious and tasted good. It's absolutely worth coming here. I can recommend it to everyone. The location is centrally small but nice. I heard there is also a second location because there should be more space.

This is a noodle shop located near Cologne Cathedral. The space inside is a bit crowded, but the boss can speak Chinese. The noodles in the store are homemade hand-pulled noodles, and you can sometimes see the employees making the noodles by hand. A rather strange experience. The food was really really good, some of the best Asian food I've had in Germany. Homemade noodles were fantastic and went really well with the sauce. However, we were given two incorrect orders. When bringing this up with the waitress, they wouldn't take the food back and give us what we ordered. At first the implied that we ordered incorrectly. Then they forced us to take the two incorrect meals, or said we had to "pay again" for our correct meals. I get not wanting to waste food, but thats pretty wildly poor customer service considering they made the mistake. Even the incorrect meals were still very delicious.

Nudeln sind sehr lecker. Soße für meinen Geschmack etwas zu süß und ölig. Mein Partner fand es aber lecker so. Preis etwas zu hoch. Tipp: Wir haben über NeoTaste auch nochmal 10€ gespart. Daher ging der Preis im Endeffekt dann klar.

Leider kann ich die vorherigen Rezensionen nur bestätigen. Man fühlt sich unwillkommen. Die Servicekraft ist unfreundlich und bedarf einer Kundenfreundlichkeitsschulung.

Great pulled noodles with very affordable price and most importantly very tasty. The location is very central and accessible to reach from the mail train station. The atmosphere feels like a fast food restaurant without the bells and whistles of a fine dining, just really good noodles that made us feel so full and happy afterwards.

I had stomach flu after having the food here and it wasn't due to spiciness of the dish as being Asian I can handle spicy food.

Wir haben uns spontan entschieden hier einen Mittagssnack zu uns zu nehmen. Die Portionen waren super. Das Essen ist nach meinem Geschmack super gewürzt. (scharf und würzig). Alles hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Das einzige Manko war für mich, dass ich es nicht so gemütlich fand. Ansonsten war alles super.
