NOA Restaurant & Loungebar in Zweibrücken

We were there with a group of 17 people. The menu was as clear as the portions. The kitchen seemed to have run out of salt. The food was very bland. The service was overwhelmed.

I fell in love with the restaurant

The atmosphere is great! The service is good, and the food is impeccable! I enjoy going there. Two criticisms: - The shandy is mixed by a machine and isn't particularly cold. That's very bad! - The prices are sometimes simply too high. With all due respect, there's always a limit.

Delicious food and good service

I wouldn't recommend the lunch menu. Unfortunately, the main course on the lunch menu isn't filling. While it tasted good, it was very limited and was eaten in a flash. And in my personal opinion, it's far too expensive for that. Service was infrequent and took a long time; there's still a lot of room for improvement. But the staff were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is nice, but that doesn't fill you up. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I was thrilled with my visit to Noa Restaurant in Zweibrücken! The food was outstanding – fresh, creative, and prepared with great attention to detail. Every course was a delight. I was also particularly pleasantly surprised by the pleasant atmosphere and the attentive, yet unobtrusive service. You immediately notice that quality and hospitality are a top priority here. The conversations took place in a relaxed atmosphere, which made the evening a complete success. An absolute insider tip – I'd love to come back!

Wie schon des öfteren haben wir uns an der Eingangskontrolle am Haupteingang erspart und den rückseitigen Eingang genutzt. Ich musste unsere Drinks selbst bestellen. Ein Tablet damit ich den Tisch abräumen konnte war auch nicht vorhanden. Es kam auch keine Servicekraft an unseren Tisch um zu fragen ob wir was möchten. Wir gingen dann einfach weg. Das war leider nicht das erste Mal.

Nice restaurant and friendly staff. I had the smashed potatoes with spinach and olives. The topping was tasty, but they weren't shmashed potatoes; they were half-heartedly mashed potatoes. My friend's cauliflower also tasted like cauliflower. There wasn't much curry or salt. Therefore, I wouldn't eat there again, even though the ambiance is great.

We regularly visit the restaurant for lunch or dinner. The service is always extremely attentive and friendly – ​​we really appreciate that! The weekly changing menu is always appealing, and the dishes are delicious. The standard menu also offers many tasty options – including for vegetarians and vegans, which we also very much appreciate. The cocktails are a real highlight and highly recommended. NOA is our favorite restaurant in Zweibrücken, and we look forward to our visit every time.

A very nice place to eat. A great atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Even large groups can easily find space. The food is very tasty, but I felt it lacked a little for a 5-star rating. The service is very friendly.

In principle, you should have just left after the first "Espresso Martini" cocktail...more ice and less vodka, coffee liqueur, and sugar syrup is unacceptable. The amount of drink for the price is also unacceptable. Crushed ice simply doesn't belong there. So, we had a Caipirinha to break the habit. Few limes, very little cane sugar, and very little rum - but you guessed it... a lot of ice. You don't feel like a second helping either. Only the Moscow Mule was okay, tasty, and with plenty of ice. A waitress who couldn't clear a single glass for over three hours fits the overall picture. And a discounted cocktail from the "Happy Bar Night" menu, charged at full price, is the icing on the cake. Although the icing on the cake could also belong to the 0.7 l bottle of Belaris sparkling water for €6.90. A markup of over 1100% for a drink (which a bar probably doesn't have to survive on) is outrageous. A positive point to mention is that you can still drive after 3 cocktails because of the low alcohol content and you don't get heartburn because of the low sugar content and the large amount of ice.

Beautiful summer lounge and winter garden. The food was very good. We'll be back.

This was our second visit to this restaurant. Although we had a reservation starting at 1 p.m., we were able to get our reservation shortly after noon due to the somewhat inclement weather.

We used the outdoor area when the weather was nice and overall we were very satisfied.

We were there 3 times; the first time we were deducted too much money, the second time the nuts we ordered were spoiled and the third time we were deducted €12 too much - that's why always check the bill! We're not going there anymore. Unfortunately 1 star too many!

I have eaten here several times and the food is always nice, but tonight it was let down by the service. In response to the management of the NOA restaurant (see below) I did raise this during the meal and there was no response from the staff. If there had been an apology or recognition of the fact I would have considered a higher score.

Incredible. Good! Incredibly good!!! For professional reasons, I travel to various restaurants in Germany at least three times a week. I was very positively surprised at Noa. A very innovative selection. The offer is manageable, but appealing when you read it. The dishes served were perfectly prepared. Served by an always friendly and attentive service. It's a shame that I'm leaving again tomorrow.

Leider war es im Loungebereich viel zu kühl! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, könnte aber öfter nachsehen, ob die Gäste noch einen Wunsch haben.

We had dinner at NOA with 4 people in the summer. We each ordered different dishes. The dishes tasted very good, but unfortunately all 4 portions were extremely small, so that none of us were even remotely full despite the starters. When asked about this, people politely regretted it, but no solution was offered. We all ended up having to order something again. If even I (a slim woman weighing 50kg who usually only eats half portions to get full) perceive it this way, the portions of the main courses are certainly not appropriate for the rather higher prices. That's a real shame because, as a resident of Zweibrücken, I haven't dared to eat there since then.

The service is a bit slow, but the prices are pretty good.

Vorspeise 6 Mini-Brötchen mit leckerem Dip, Hauptspeisen waren der Winterburger (genial) und die Schweinebäckchen (lecker) und als Dessert gab es Apfelstrudel (sehr modern interpretiert, eher Geschmackssache, leicht enttäuscht, da so modern) und 3 Kugeln Erdbeereis (da gab es nichts zu meckern). Um die Uhrzeit (17.30 Uhr bis 19.00 Uhr) war es sehr ruhig und daher sehr angenehm. Empfehlen NOA uneingeschränkt gerne weiter... kommen bestimmt wieder...

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Abend mit ausgezeichnetem Essen in einem schönen Ambiente. Die Gerichte sind sehr gut balanciert und kombiniert. Wirklich ein Erlebnis!

Service war top! Essen richtig gut! Ambiente wunderschön. Allerdings fanden wir es schade, dass um 21:15 Uhr abkassiert wurde und wir somit nichts mehr bestellen konnten. Ab 21:40 Uhr wurde dann um uns herum für das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen eingedeckt, ab dem Zeitpunkt war der gemütliche Abend dann rum. Akustisch nicht mehr schön. Schade, wirklich!

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Restaurant, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Für Veganer ein Traum, sehr viel Auswahl und sogar ein veganes Dessert welches mir ausgesprochen gut gemundet hat ; ) Pflanzendrinks gab's auch 2 zur Auswahl. Das Essen war wirklich lecker, vor Allem die klare Tomatensuppe zur Vorspeise, yammi! Die Portionen waren groß, das Tiramisu zum Dessert reicht dicke für 2 Personen, somit waren die Preise auch angemessen. Eine einzige Kleinigkeit war nicht perfekt: beim Crunchy-Tofu-Burger war ein ganzer Tofublock drauf, viel zu viel für meinen Geschmack. Hab den dann halbiert und so gegessen, mit halbem Tofu-Block sehr lecker! : )

Restaurant with bar. The bar has a very modern design. Very nice service. In summer you can spend time in the modern outdoor lounge. The bar offers a small menu with additional vegetarian snacks.

Good food, good service, location great

After being disappointed a few weeks ago, we tried again yesterday. After all, we are regular guests and have always been satisfied before. There were four of us there. The service (blonde lady) was polite and very friendly right from the start. The food: 2x vegan, 1x vegetarian and 1x with meat was without exception very tasty. I was therefore happy to take back my negative review from my last visit. Thanks to Team Noa greeting Hein family

Not recommended, the service was not only bad, but also unpleasantly rude! The quality of the food is a maximum of a 2/5 - but prices are like in a good restaurant. There's really nothing wrong here, I'm really surprised that the store is running...

The service staff leaves a lot to be desired. The kitchen is supposedly open until 10 p.m., we wanted to order a little something a quarter of an hour beforehand and they said the kitchen was already closed. 10 minutes after 10 p.m. the waitress came to take the last round, even though they were actually open until 11 p.m. I call this kind of thing slowing down sales. It's a shame because you can actually sit comfortably there...

I ordered a steak and I really expected more for the money, especially if you offer such a chic location. The quality of the meat was really poor, it just wasn't right in terms of taste or quantity. If you want good food then you should definitely choose another restaurant.

Wir haben das gute Essen in diesem schönen Ambiente sehr genossen. Das Personal besonders hilfsbereit und freundlich, was für unsere Tochter, die auf den Rollstuhl angewiesen ist, sehr angenehm war. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

More appearance than reality! Quality like in a canteen. Super chic shop with hotel flair, everything looks great. However, if you want to go out for a chic AND high-quality meal, you've unfortunately come to the wrong place. Unfortunately the food was a joke. Was ordered - Steak with fries: way overpriced for meat quality like in the canteen - Veggie Bowl: All the ingredients tasted exactly like this: open the can and put it in! Salad with tasteless water dressing, Couscous/Bulgur cold, dry, processed chemical taste like one of the finished products from the discounter, also the hummus and the falafel. We would never eat here again!

My partner and I were in the rose garden and decided to eat at NOA. Eat: My partner would have loved the schnitzel with fries, but with chicken. The menu also listed chicken meat (beef/pork intolerance) on the burger and we asked if we could get that instead. Unfortunately this was rejected by the kitchen. So she had to make do with salad and fries. I had the burger with chicken and fries. The taste of the food was rather medium. Unfortunately my burger was a bit bitter, I can't say what it was exactly, maybe too much fennel? The portions are okay. Service: It was very good, the “special order” was taken into account and requested in the kitchen. Very accommodating, but not too intrusive. Simply good. Ambience: Was also very nice, with a view of the rose garden (easy). The outside terrace was also very pleasant and you always had a shady spot under an umbrella. Summary: It was good in itself, but unfortunately the inflexibility when eating didn't hide it. Unfortunately that ruined the visit for us. I would like the kitchen here to do more than just prepare food according to formula F.

Bei einem Besuch im Rosengarten haben wir diese Loungebar, die direkt neben dem Rosengarten liegt, entdeckt. Der schön angelegte ruhige Außenbereich war uns einen Besuch wert. Wir haben dort nur Kaffee getrunken und Kuchen gegessen, aber das bei einem hervorragenden Service. Freundlich, zuvorkommend, einfach perfekt !

The barmaid is a catastrophe, the music is terribly annoying (the guests present had agreed with each other...) apparently it wasn't allowed to be turned down at the boss's request...The request to speak to the boss was not granted .... It's a shame - very nice ambience....food very good, even if the price is slightly exorbitant...but the staff is more recommended for a fast food restaurant...

I especially find the bar very cozy and I like that you can also eat here. As a starter we had the bread basket, which you can also have as a snack if you just want something to drink. The veal liver as the main course was simply great and the cocktails afterwards were also very good. The service is attentive and friendly.

Tolles Restaurant mit sehr zuvorkommenden Personal und einer hervorragenden Auswahl an Speisen. Der Empfang durch das Personal war herzlich und man hat sich sofort gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Speisekarte beinhaltet sowohl vegetarische als auch Fleischgerichte. Diese waren ausgezeichnet zubereitet und haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Fleisch war auf den Punkt gebraten und auch das vegetarische Gericht, eine Mischung aus Salat und orientalischen Kreationen, hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Lokal ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die angeschlossene Bar wird bei nächster Gelegenheit ebenfalls besucht um auch hier Mal etwas Zeit zu verbringen und einen Blick in die Karte zu nehmen. Ich kann das NOA sehr empfehlen. Reservierung eines Tisches über das Open Table Portal schnell und einfach. Der Empfang durch das Personal super freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Auswahl der Speisen sehr umfangreich und reichhaltig. Die Speisen waren hervorragend zubereitet und haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir empfehlen dieses Restaurant gerne weiter. Der Besuch der angeschlossenen Bar wird im Sommer erfolgen. Dann wird es eine Ergänzung dieser Bewertung geben.

Das erste Mal in diesem Restaurant gegessen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Reservierung über Open Table war mehr als einfach. Der Empfang durch das sehr freundliche Personal war herzlich und wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben. Die Speisekarte bot eine hervorragende Auswahl an Gerichten und wir entschieden uns für ein vegetarisches und ein Fleischgericht. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war die Größe der beiden Kalbssteaks. Als Fleischesser folge ich dem Ratschlag des Alten BISMARCK das "alles unter 300g Aufschnitt ist!". Die zwei kleinen Medaillons waren hervorragend zubereitet und auf den Punkt gegart, aber leider deutlich zu klein. Als Entschädigung war die Bigger Bowl ausgezeichnet und für die Partnerin zu groß. Damit konnte der verbliebene Hunger mit dem ebenfalls sehr leckeren vegetarischen Kreationen gestillt werden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und uns dann vor der Wahl des Menüs besser beraten lassen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend. Wir empfehlen das NOAS gerne weiter!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt am Sonntag im NOA sehr genossen. Bei der Reservierung wurde beachtet, dass eine Person im Rollstuhl sitzt. Deshalb saßen wir an einem Tisch in der Longe. Die liebenswerte Servicekraft (Nena), die wir schon von früheren Besuchen kennen, war sehr hilfsbereit und hat unsere körperbehinterte Tochter wunderbar umsorgt, obwohl sie nicht an unserem Tisch eingeteilt war. Natürlich waren die anderen Sevicekräfte sehr nett Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Ambiente, super Service und sehr leckeres Essen. Besonders das Dessert war himmlisch.

Anspruch der Küche & Preis passt nicht mit Qualitativ zusammen. Getränke kamen 5 Minuten nach Vorspeise. Reklamierte Gemüse-Pommes - da Geschmack kur nach altem Friteusenfett- standen auf der Rechnung. Beim abtragen Hauptgang und danach keine Chance Dessert o. Kaffee zu bestellen.Zum Bezahöen mussten wir, wuenunser nebentisch jmd an der Theke suchen gehen.

Die hohen Erwartungen wurden leider absolut nicht erfüllt! Das Steak für fast 35€ war in der Qualität dem Preis absolut nicht angemessen und der Vegane Burger mit Pilzdeckel hatte allenfalls McDonalds Niveau! Schade, denn das Ambiente hatte mehr Hoffnungen geweckt, aber so bleibt es sicher bei einem einmaligen Besuch!

Das Essen war gut bis sehr gut. Die Preise sind etwas zu ambitioniert, was auch zu der Einschränkung des Gesamturteils führte. Der Service war sehr gut. Insbesondere zu erwähnen ist das freundliche Personal.

Wir sind superfreundlich bedient worden, das Essen war hervorragend. 1 Stern Abzug nur für die Tatsache, dass wir eine gute Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet haben.

The service was nice, but she picked up the courses much too quickly. Since she is on part-time duty and wanted to take a break - which the guest is not interested in... these are internal things. But starter was gone/main course came. Afterwards, dessert immediately and then please pay so that the lady can finally take her break. Unfortunately that had nothing to do with comfort.

The main courses (duck, pulled pork burger) are excellent. Unfortunately, the rather expensive Vitello tonnato was not at all convincing as a starter; The capers were definitely missing! The service is very friendly, but unfortunately they don't notice that you're sitting in front of empty glasses. The price-performance ratio is questionable. 95€ for 2 people without dessert and no wine…
