We enjoyed the restaurant, as well as the option to choose dishes from the entire menu for all guests at the table. The service and atmosphere were pleasant. All the dishes were well prepared and served very quickly. The cocktails were also good, and they let us taste the wines until we found one we liked.

A wonderful atmospheric place! We chose „dinner with friends“ and received nine excellent dishes and two large desserts for the four of us. The portions are generous, and everything is perfected in taste. We ate a lot and were very satisfied. I will definitely come back again, and thank you for the caring evening!

We came to Night Kitchen without a reservation (would definitely recommend making one) and the staff very kindly made room for us even though they were fully booked for the evening. The food is incredible. We had the tuna ceviche, lamb and beef tortillas & the beef cheeks and it was perfect. The vibe is great and the staff are fabulous. Highly recommend!

One of the best restaurants in Berlin. The variety is great and the flavors are amazing. I definitely recommend having the multi course menu or ordering to share, since you should try as much as you can. Everything is delicious: the aubergine, the artichoke, the broccolini, the espresso beef, the chicken. I could go on. You won’t be disappointed. We didn’t try the cocktails but their wines are great and nicely fitting to the food. Most importantly, desert. The bread pudding is simply amazing.

Inventive dishes and dinner with friends, where you can try half the menu. All special requests are responded to confidently and quickly.

Nothing special, even if one would like to suggest it. Few simple dishes at high prices. Very little space at the tables or at the bar, our beef tartare was unfortunately gray and drowned in olive oil. Repetition factor 0%. The style of the food is incomprehensible, it feels like they are dishes that can be prepared relatively well “crossover” 🤣. All in all, unfortunately it's not worth recommending.

We had a party of 11 that ate here last night and it was a fantastic experience. The "Dinner with Friends" tasting menu gives you a generous amount of food and a wide range of dishes from the menu. Unique flavors and combinations; they were also very accommodating and careful with an allergy in our party. Very cool building and decor and lovely service as well!

Some of the dishes were extremely tasty, others were rather average (average 4 stars). The service was clearly below average: we had made reservations for 7 people on a birthday. Only on site and after we had chosen our dishes did they try to explain to us that we HAD to take the “Dinner with Friends” for €58/person due to the size of the group. We successfully refused. Afterwards the service was neither particularly friendly nor attentive. Two of us each ordered two dishes, one of them (the cold one) as a starter. We only received this after everyone else at the table had almost finished their food… after we reminded a waitress again. A short time later the two starters came again because the reminder was taken as a new order - pure chaos. Much later, over an hour after ordering, we received the two (warm) main courses. Other restaurants - even significantly cheaper ones - manage this much better. The atmosphere was nice, but overall I can't give it more than 4 stars.

For me, simply the best restaurant in Berlin! Best price-performance ratio, relaxed atmosphere, still fine dining. Every dish cooked with so much love and really warm staff. I would prefer not to give a review at all so that it doesn't become even more difficult to get a place here ;) but an achievement like this needs to be recognized.

The atmosphere at Night Kitchen was very cozy yet upscale. We chose the 'Dinner with friends' menu with 3 savory courses and 3 dishes each to share. Afterwards there was a course with desserts. All dishes were fresh and varied, we were particularly impressed with the tuna mango ceviche. When ordering, dietary requirements and preferences are briefly recorded and the menu is then adjusted accordingly. The service was very friendly, spoke both English and German and responded to all of our requests. The price-performance ratio was reasonable. I can definitely recommend the restaurant, especially for dates, celebrations, business lunches and special occasions or just a nice evening with friends."

We sat at the bar, where Dan (the barman!) chose what we ate and drank - a bit like a tasting menu, but bigger portions. Everything was utterly delicious, but the brioche and tahini was off the scale fabulous.

We came here last night for a team dinner (group of 7 persons). During the meal everything was perfect, the food, the service, the waiters very nice. They brought the meals quickly, everything was delicious. If was a good experience so far. HOWEVER, when it came to the bill (470€), the ‘manager’ came to tell us that normally they only accept invoice payment from 500€ (which we were not informed beforehand despite multiple email exchanges prior to our visit). So, she asked if we can tip 30€ to round it up. We considered that it was our decision to tip and it shouldn’t be requested like this. So we signed the 470€ invoice and gave her extra 9€ as tip. But then while leaving, we noticed that the 9€ were put back on another table beside ours, so we thought they forgot to take it. But no, in fact the manager was very upset about the amount of the tip, saying like “is this serious”, “we don’t need that, no thank you”, “you can take your money back” is a very very condescending way. We were extremely shocked by this attitude, it was very disrespectful especially in front of the other costumers. As a reminder ‘Madam’, tips are not granted, they are given at the discretion of the costumer! We came to your restaurant and had a good time but you can’t be upset and disrespectful just because we didn’t tip you enough. It’s very unprofessional. Although we enjoyed the food, personally I won’t come back.

Excellent food, but the drink menu is quite limited, and it’s frustrating that there’s no flexibility to go beyond what's offered such as Whiskey Sour, Nespresso Martini etc

Everyone who came by to bring food knew what was going on and that made me feel really well looked after. The food is also really tasty, but I wouldn't actually recommend just the best seller! Nice location - so everything was great! But of course not cheap either!

The food was excellent but the service was terrible. They put us in a table for 2 when we have 3 people in our group. The table was so tiny and the room space was so small. It was so hard to eat because of the table size. The table was only able to fit 1 dish but they squeeze in 3 dishes. It was so hard to have a good time. When People pass by my table they kept kicking my chair because it was so tight. When we complaint to move they won't give us a different seat. Their excuse would be. "This table is enough for 3" when obviously it was not. When we are ready to pay, the bill was wrong. And they forgot our coffee. Thanks for the great night. NIGHT KITCHEN

Unfortunately, I had a reservation, and I called the restaurant 1 hour before to say that I was not feeling good and needed to cancel. To my surprise 40 minutes later they charged me 30 euros saying that was because I didn't show up, and this wasn't the case, because I called and canceled. The restaurant has a waiting list, this feels not right at all.

I celebrated my birthday here with two close friends and we chose the Dinner With Friends option. We paid 70€ each, drinks included for 2.5 hours. It was pure culinary bliss! I think I just discovered my new favorite restaurant in Berlin. From the challah bread in the beginning to the assortment of desserts in the end, everything was fantastic. I don’t remember anything we did not like. We had four appetizers, four mains, and three desserts. The price is really justified and the restaurant is truly worth the hype. Make sure you reserve a table beforehand because the place gets full even on weekdays.

Very friendly service. Food: Slow cooked beef on butter mashed potatoes with coffee pepper sauce. The meat! More tender than a Milka! Never experienced it before. Have to go there again!

Excellent place! Very nice, from the moment you enter they make you feel very welcome. Borja, Mica and Mando attended to us and their service was exceptional, very attentive and loving, they were really committed to ensuring that we have a nice night and enjoy everything. We ordered the personalized menu and we had 4 starter dishes, 3 main dishes, and 3 desserts. Absolutely excellent everything, from presentation to flavor and size. I will return without a doubt.

But it was the exceptional service from Micaela and Mando that really made our night memorable. We were in Berlin for the day and according to tiktok this was one of Berlin's top restaurants. We didn't have a table booked but we got a seat inside the restaurant anyway, the service was superb and the food as well! Worth a visit if you are in Berlin

The atmosphere was fantastic, really slows you down to savor the food. I had an all-vegeterian course, and loved 2/3 things - the aubergine steak, the crispy cauliflower (this was my favourite), the brocollini was ok (nothing to rave about). The reason I am giving the food 3 stars, I should have stopped with my food. The dessert - bread pudding - I saw almost everyone ordering and came highly recommended from the server - BUT it was a burnt out cake (on top and bottom) that looked crusty and crumbly in a good way (and hence I ate it), but turned out to be clammy and lumpy (like an old piece of cake reheated). I was so looking forward to the dessert, that just gave me a bad cloying taste in my mouth that didn’t leave my throat for the better part of the next 2 hours. The most impressive part i gave this feedback to the server, who confirmed that he did pass the feedback to the kitchen, but quite unwittingly it wasn’t knocked off the bill. So….great main course, great ambience, but not such a good ending.

We tried the dinner with friends Menu and absolutely loved everything. First of all the staff and service was amazing, very attentive to our table and always asking if we needed anything. Moving on to the food, their challah bread with the tahini was absolutely delicious and we couldn't get enough of it. The fresh burratta salad was a great palette cleanser and I think my favourite dish was the Amba chicken on the flatbread which was spicy, tangy and extremely flavourful. Most people on our table loved the espresso beef as well which fell apart at the touch of a fork. The Challah bread pudding dessert was the perfect wrap up for this meal. We had a lot of other dishes as well and most of them had their own unique touch and tasted good. The menu is a bit pricey but I would say it's perfect for a special moment as you'll walk(or roll) home with a belly full of delicious food and a smile on your face!

Some of the most delicious Mediterranean food we’ve had in Berlin. We tried the friends menu in which we were served a total of 9 dishes including a dessert. Considering the variety, the portions were perfect, the service was unique, and the food was simply delicious!

Night kitchen is and remains our favorite! We eat there every year for our anniversary and it always tastes good. The map changes, so there is always something new to test. The bread is a MUST🫠 The service is very friendly, courteous and not too annoyingly “intrusive” as is the case with other restaurants. We look forward to next year!!

Excellent food, I can highly recommend the ribs in particular, attentive and polite service. You should be able to speak English, as some waiters probably only speak English. Paid 180 euros for 4 people with starters, two main courses and three side dishes with drinks. Absolutely recommended!

We went with the 70 euros pp share with friends and drinks option. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, explaining every dish. Each dish was beautiful- looked and tasted amazing. We were told by 2 servers that we could order after their initial picks, which we did. We ended up having 12 amazing dishes, including 2 dessert plates. We also had about 4 drinks each of wine and beer. Definitely recommend the ribs, but every dish was so tasty. Great, prompt service and lovely food and atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful night!

Food, atmosphere, and drinks all top-notch. We did the “dinner with friends” option and got to try a lot of food (I was hesitant about going this route with only two people, but am glad we did—we got a surprisingly wide array of dishes in smaller sizes). This place was recommended by a local friend and was much cooler than the spots I found on my own 😂

My all-time favourite restaurant in Berlin. Staff is absolutely amazing and the food is next level delicious. I would highly recommend the dinner with friends for special occasions. You just sit back and relax and they stuff you to the brom with great, truly unique dishes.

Great location in Mitte We sat outside in the beautiful courtyard. Unfortunately only until 10 p.m., but after that we were able to continue enjoying the evening inside. The food selection was perfect. The starter and main course had no faults (the beef braised was perfect). The service was also impeccable. What's annoying now (in Berlin!) is that you no longer know whether you should speak German or English. But as long as the service is good, it doesn't matter! Price/performance fits here We'd love to come back!

Food was great. Service top. There is 1 star for the “ambience”. We had a table around the corner outside. The tables in the normal outdoor area were at least made of wood. In the extended outdoor area you eat from stained plastic tables and sit on plastic chairs. You can expect more from a restaurant in this price segment. Didn't fit together for me.

This place is amazing. 70 euros for all you can eat and drink is a great price, in mind the quality of the food the house wine and beer. The service is amazing. Fluent, open minded, and great atmosphere for everyone. Everyone would feel welcome. One thing is the great food, another is how much we enjoyed our visit. We were a group of eight people and had a wonderful dinner at Night Kitchen. They managed our large group very well, and the food was absolutely delicious—much better than I expected! Everything was perfectly balanced, and the quality was excellent. There was more food than expected, so unfortunately, I was too full by the time we got to the highlight: the braised beef. I highly recommend not eating too much at the beginning, especially not too much bread. The desserts were just okay - definitely not their strength - but everything else was fantastic!

Absolutely great! Four of us ate there. Took the menu to share. Including wine. The menu is available in small portions for all four. Wine is immediately placed on the table in bottle form. The food was excellent. The price of I think €69 per person is more than justified. You sit nicely in a kind of courtyard and are treated very nicely. Clear recommendation. Reservation is almost mandatory. Well, what should I write? We were back at the NK on Saturday August 3rd, 2024. And it was excellent again! Great service people. Great food. Price/performance great. The food is really good. However, the service crew was quite disorganized and we often had to wait a long time to order. Second negative point: no one in service was able to understand even the simplest questions in German.

Super delicious food, open kitchen and therefore the smell of food in the dining area. It can get a little louder, but that's ultimately what you want at Dinner With Friends.

A great restaurant. A bit noisy inside, otherwise there's nothing to complain about... okay, it's not cheap, but the food is sensationally good. In a smaller group of 2-4 I would always recommend a l carte, if there are several, sharing is really great.

Overall, I like warm food. Would it have been delicious if I had eaten them individually? As I ate many different foods, the combination of them all was too greasy. The first pork ribs I ate were so delicious. The plating is so pretty.

A great place for a team dinner! We shared their menu and it was so much food we had to take some with us. Amazing spices, tender meet and really creative combinations. Incredible value for money. The only thing is when you book a table ask for the place near the AC or outside, we first sat near the kitchen and it was too hot.
