Great restaurant for a date. Food was absolutely delicious 🤤 (we took beef cheeks and tartare), service is really helpful, fast and friendly. We were lucky, but normally, I would recommend to book a table in advance cause place is usually crowded. There is nothing super extra special/unique about the menu and it’s always same, but food is really solid + prices are quite affordable for this type of restaurant in Berlin. The only problem we faced that night - was a group of very loud people who made everyone at the small terrace feel uncomfortable because of the yelling, since I believe the restaurant has generally more cozy&chill and intimate vibe you’d expect. Would be really good if administrators can control this sort of situation somehow, and politely ask guests to avoid shouting (ofc that’s not a restaurant but guest people fault only) but in the end that made us (and table next to us) to leave fast right after we finished food - instead of enjoying dessert and another glass of wine. I hope next time experience will be a bit better cause place is really good ☺️

We’ve had an amazing dinner at nighttime kitchen - we’ve had the artichoke hearts, the bagel with Tahini and the slow cooked beef followed by an amazing dessert (the brioche pudding). The food was great and we can highly recommend the restaurant!

The food was excellent, very spicy and seasoned, but of high quality. Definitely worth a try. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive to any intolerances or tastes, with the option of customizing your menu. The atmosphere was quaint; I would have preferred the music to be a little quieter, but I'd happily return. We ate more than enough, so we spent a little more than expected, but that was our choice.

We had a very good meal on December 24th. It was very crowded, but the noise level was tolerable. The service was discreet yet attentive. The food was very good, simple yet surprisingly delicious.

Love & recommend the dinner with friends menu option. This way you can try bites of so many different dishes (the meat is slowcooked and fall-off—the-bone delishious). Reservations are an absolute must-have (in advance), especially if you’d like to go on Friday or Saturday evenings.

Really good food, definitely recommended. Reservations are a must. Drinks were great, though a bit pricey. The atmosphere was cool, casual, and stylish, but very crowded. Service was perfectly fine. Overall, a clear recommendation.

Everything about this place is very photogenic - beautiful dishes and decor. Staff were super friendly. Only annoyance was that loud noises in the patio seating of the greenhouse echoed loudly - and there was a boisterous table near us.

Fantastic food and service. Place is cozy, but at the same time quite hectic and loud with the bar and kitchen close by the tables. We had the family dinner and food was delicious and plenty! The flavours were quite unique.

We went for the sharing option which is 60 euros. Most of the plates were baked vegetables with himemade sauces. Don't get me wrong, it was good, and the service was ok, but for that amount of money I expect to be impressed. The only really good dish was the beef, but to share with 10 people not enough. Very disappointing. Also the place doesn't look fancy at all, it has a homemade style which is cozy, but not fancy.

Hands down the best dining experience I’ve had!

A must to visit if you can! The kind lady at the door squeezed me in as a solo visitor and I'm so glad she did! The food and atmosphere were incredible. And Victor at the bar guided me to order the best food. If you can get it you will have a wonderful time! The Burrata and Beef main were mind blowing!

Had a fantastic dinner at Night Kitchen with friends. The food quality was excellent and the wine selection very good. We tried the “Dinner with Friends & Cocktails” menu, really tasty, though it’s worth checking how many dishes you want if you’re not too hungry. Lovely atmosphere and a perfect spot for a fun evening in Berlin. Highly recommended.

We ordered Challah bread, Burrata, Aubergine Clouds, Artichoke Hearts, Corn Cream Portobello, Amba Chicken, Pulpo Surf and Turf and Levantine Shrimps for four people. Challah Bread comes with humus and pickles but the bread itself was so crispy and delicious, we ordered one more. Tomato confit comes in Burrata may be highest position that any tomato can reach. You definitely gonna want to dip your bread. Artichoke Hearts was my favorite. Its smoky taste was so balanced with the taste of artichoke and its source. Corn Cream Portobello was favorite of the rest of the group. I really loved it too although I generally don’t like sweetness in meals. The taste combination of butter and mushroom was simply perfect. I think you Levantine Shrimps should be tried too.

The place was full of happy faces, eating drinking and having a good time. The staff even when suoer busy was always friendly, helpful and knew everything about the food we were eating. Speaking about the food- this is the place to go to if you want to taste the flavors of the Mediterranean food! We had the dinner with friends including the drink. Finished the evening very full and very very happy. 10/10!

Interesting food with quite few twists. Would like to have some more meat and fish main courses

We had a wonderful evening at Night Kitchen Berlin. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with attentive and friendly service. The dishes, served in a sharing style, are creative and beautifully presented: special mention goes to the mezze and the perfectly cooked meat. The cocktail menu is also a real plus, with original and well-balanced flavors. The only slight drawback: the dining room can get a little noisy during peak hours, but this doesn't detract from the quality of the meal. A must-try for a delicious and lively evening in Berlin!

Very good food in a special place.

We chose Night Kitchen for the evening of our civil wedding celebration, a small dinner with just five of us, not the typical wedding setup. We arrived a little later than planned, but since I had called ahead, everything was handled with complete ease. Our server was exceptionally attentive, and the rest of the staff matched that level of warmth and professionalism. One of our friends had to leave early, and the team immediately arranged for a perfectly packaged meal so he wouldn’t miss out. The service was outstanding, the food absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere relaxed and effortlessly inviting. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Two nights ago, my wife and I went to Night Kitchen , had the menu Dinner with friends, and wow… just wow. From the very first bite, we were absolutely blown away. Every single dish we tried was insanely tasty — seriously, it was impossible to pick a favorite because every single dish was a hit. The service? Next-level. Attentive, friendly, and always making sure our wine glasses were full — we felt genuinely cared for the entire night. The vibe was warm, fun, and effortlessly cool, making the whole experience feel both special and relaxed. We didn’t manage to try the calamari (next time, for sure!), but honestly, everything else we tasted was pure culinary magic. A big applause for the kitchen team and all staff. If you want a night of amazing flavors, fantastic service, and just a genuinely unforgettable dinner, Night Kitchen is it.

As always a super nice evening with amazing food! And they even prepared a small birthday cake and sang for me. Thank you so much ❤️

Great atmosphere, fantastic Friends Dinner for €60 per person – highly recommended. It was five courses, with four, then three, then two, then one, and three desserts at the end. It was fantastic, and I will definitely come back. Reservations highly recommended.

It was our first time in the Night Kitchen but definitely not the last. We came to celebrate a special occasion since I heard from friends this is an amazing and special experience, and it did not disappoint! Everything tasted fantastic and the service was exceptional. Well worth the money!

We had such an excellent meal here. The bagel was particularly good and I'd definitely recommend the ceviche. The desserts were also excellent. Service was great - the staff was very attentive and felt very laid back even though it was very busy. I'd definitely recommend getting a reservation as we weren't able to get a table until 9:45pm.

Another favorite place in Berlin. It's very popular, so it's best to make a reservation. The plates are Mediterranean-inspired and meant to be shared. They're well-crafted and refined; I simply loved them! There are also many vegetarian options. The service is absolutely charming, and they also offer free shots, which is always a nice touch. I had a great evening at this establishment; it's a must-visit in Berlin!

October 2025: returned to the restaurant after almost 2 years. We ordered the aubergine clouds (8/10), cauliflower (10/10), the calamari and chorizo (7/10), the chiken (7/10), bread (10/10) and bread pudding as dessert (10/10). Aubergine was very good, would order again, pomegrade is always an amazing combination with aubergine. Cauliflower, they changed the presentation, sesame paste is not as strong but taste remains excellent. Calami and chorizo, we did not enjoyed as much as the dish was spicy and it was not mentioned in the menu, the individual ingredientes tasted good, but most of the sauce remained untouched, it still feels a bit not cohesive. The serving of chicken was not a bush as i remembered, but the mango was a very good touch.bread remains amazing, bread pudding desert is very decadent and heavy and very delicious. Service has improved noticeably, spice was adjusted to our preferences, service was fast and very attentive and kind. Changing my rating from 4 to 5. I have to say that my recommendation is to not go with the fixed price menu but with the a la carte, we were 3 people and ended up spending about €40 each (with a large water, soft drinks for 2 and a cocktail for 1), chose what we wanted to eat and did not have to depend on the speed of the service to determine the amount of food. October 2023: Night kitchen has a very nice ambiance and menu. We had the days drinks under the servers suggestion and it was a very good option. Now, the must order in this place is the cauliflower, it’s mind blowing. Bread is amazing as well, so I recommend paying the price to get it. Ribs were fine but nothing extraordinary. We also had the calamari dish, but it felt like a plate with random food rather than a cohesive dish. The server was extremely kind and helpful, but the service was really slow to bring us the food. We ordered everything on the same go, but we received the cauliflower and bread on one go, and the ribs and calamari almost an hour later. By that time the bread and our drinks were gone. It’s a bit contradictory that they take that amount of time to bring the food but they also tell you when you sit that you have a limit of 2.5 hours to be there. Would be 5 starts of it was not for the speed of the service. I came here once before, I can also recommend the chicken and the amazing bread dessert.

We were here on business. It was very crowded, but the service was fast, and the food was delicious and the drinks were plentiful.

The food kept coming. It was almost relentless. But it was tasty and the staff were friendly. Not necessarily worth a trip but a great go to place for a crowd.

Great place! I've visited many restaurants in Berlin, and the Night Kitchen is my absolute favorite. Amazing flavors, dishes you'd hardly find anywhere else, with a great atmosphere and top-notch service. I highly recommend everyone to try your menu. The cauliflower, broccoli, and bread pudding are especially favorites for me as a non-vegetarian! Some people say it's not worth visiting the Night Kitchen more than once, which I can't understand. I've been there five times now, and it won't be the last time! And about the shots, maybe it works: I'm really asking for the recipe for the spicy mezcal sour with lavender syrup and whatever else is in it, and how to make it. Such a delicious shot, amazing!

Cool location, something different. The food was great, everything fresh.

The last time I was here was 7 years ago… I haven’t been back to Berlin since then, and finally had one night in town. I don’t regret choosing Night Kitchen as the only restaurant outing: the food was exceptional. Every dish is multifaceted, fresh, generous, umami, addictive, balanced and well executed. Staff is super friendly, vibe is great. Just a great restaurant where no dish misses. My favorites were the amba chicken and the eggplant. Definitely staying in my top 10 in Berlin.

A top-notch restaurant. The food is fresh and perfectly prepared. We've eaten here several times, mostly on weekends. Unfortunately, it's a bit noisy, especially when there are lots of tourists.

Night Kitchen is the perfect spot for a memorable evening with friends or colleagues. The food is delicious, the service attentive and welcoming. With the all-you-can-drink package, your glass is never empty. A fantastic choice for group dinners and corporate events alike.

The food was excellent, buuuuut it's becoming more and more of a rip-off. The prices have increased. We had the set menu and, including drinks, spent €200 for the two of us, which is okay, but what wasn't right was that dessert was shoved in our faces very quickly. Beforehand, we were always asked whether we wanted a main course or whether we were ready for dessert. This time we were practically rushed through. We were used to it differently.

It really is quite expensive. Besides the meat which I think could have been of better quality, it really was a memorable evening foodwise. Service staff also very nice. I also liked that when you order the wine add-on they dont drag their feet to bring you your free refill (which they could have been tempted to do as part of the business model) overall great place, thumbs up

We discovered this wonderful restaurant. Wonderful atmosphere, wonderful staff. We ordered tuna ceviche, burrata, calamari, and chicken. Everything was served quickly and was delicious. I especially recommend the ceviche and calamari. But everything else was also delicious. We'll definitely come back and tell our friends. Special thanks to the waiter, Diego.

We had booked two spots at the bar the night we arrived from a long flight from the US. We were tired and were tempted to just go to the hotel and crash, but we pushed ourselves to go. And, boy, what a great decision! Night Kitchen ended up being our best experience of our 10 days in Berlin + Prague. Everything is outstanding. From its unassuming ambiance to its perfect service. The food is extremely good. In fact, we tried the same dishes (beef cheek) at more expensive restaurants on following days and ended up remembering the one from Night Kitchen! We even absolutely loved the bagel bread (better than most I have had in NYC fwiw). I should also mention that while I was not drinking (running the Berlin Marathon two days later) my wife had her best cocktail in the trip. And, she loved the shots too (I like my NA ones too!). We liked this place so much that on our way out my wife took a picture and said that she would have to come back with my daughter.

1 out of 5 dishes were ok. Otherwise overpriced and really nowhere near even an ok restaurant. If you have allergies make sure u double check the waiters. We had most of the dishes before we got the wine. The waiter who brought the bill was even aggressive. We will never came back. I have never experienced anything like this in my life before.

Went there after a friend recommended and was super disappointed in the food - every single dish we ordered was so “busy” with “fireworks” : sauces upon sauces and also cheese on top, totally unsuitable to the dishes. It’s like they are trying to give the patrons the feeling that they’re getting their money’s worth and to fill them up with all this abundance of layer upon layer upon layer upon layer, instead of letting the main ingredient of each dish shine in its true glory. There’s something in the saying that less is more. The service though was point on and the ambiance trendy, if that’s what you’re looking for. Will never go back.

I'm actually not that into the cuisine, and I'm still not a fan of hummus, but the food was delicious. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and above all, competent.

AMAZING breads. We got three of their salads/veggie-forward appetizers— artichokes, beetroot salad and aubergine— and they took our breaths away! Mains were also good. Can’t go wrong.

Super sexy food! We were a group of 15 and had their sharing menu. Absolutely kickass starters and mains! The desserts were underwhelming though. The service is friendly but can be fast.

Refined, delicious, great atmosphere! We had the set menu, which means a complete menu. Wonderful! The appetizers in particular were excellent, and the other dishes were no less delicious. And the service was fantastic and very friendly.

Disappointing experience left us feeling that the place was more invested in making money than winning over long-term customers. Food was undoubtedly good, as always. Drinks were also satisfying, but service was busy taking care of too many things at once. This made us either chase waiting staff or try to desperately get their attention. Cherry on the icing was however the upfront “your reservation time is almost over”, leading us on to believe that ordering dessert and another round of drinks would have us keep enjoying our time. Those drinks came, with them unsolicited check, which felt like a slap in the face. We were told earlier that we had another half an hour to go, but were ultimately “invited” to leave.

We waited 20 mins+ for a table and the hostess kept saying a few minutes each time we asked. Ultimately we just left as we asked 3 or 4 times and one time she even forgot we were waiting. We were also ignored completely for the first 5 minutes.

Excellent restaurant, which we discovered through a recommendation from a local. Wonderful food, pleasant atmosphere, and top-notch service. We ordered the slow-cooked beef, which comes with mashed potatoes, and broccoli with cream and almonds. Delicious!!! I recommend it!!

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Treat yourself to the meal with friends. Every time a new plate came out, I said “that was my favorite bite of the meal.” But then the next was my new favorite and the next and the next. Truly exceptional food and very friendly and welcoming service. If you’re in Berlin, this is a must stop place.

I highly recommend getting the dinner with friends. We got to try so many things on the menu we otherwise may not have tried. Spresso beef is life changing. Service is amazing, Lucas (bar tender/host) was so helpful in explaining everything and creating a menu that fit perfectly for me and my friend.

We had a voucher—we probably wouldn't have come without it. The food was really very good! We ordered a la carte, which the waiter wasn't particularly enthusiastic about. The service seemed a bit overwhelmed by the amount of food, which I suspect is due to the "dinner with friends" concept. We were served by everyone and no one, and sometimes we had to ask again to get our order. The interior was nice, but the seating was cramped. It was a bit too noisy for my liking. It was an interesting culinary experience, but I don't think we'll be back. Maybe they're not trendy enough 😉

We had the "Dinner with Friends" menu, and everything was absolutely delicious! The only downside that makes me not recommend it to everyone is that the service was a little too fast given the quantity of dishes offered. I wasn't able to fully enjoy the meal, and the last few bites were more than laborious. The included drinks aren't exceptional either.

We had the surprise menu for €60 per person, which allowed us to try a wide variety of dishes. We were able to express our individual preferences, and allergies were also taken into consideration. It was very good and very varied. Highly recommended!

Amazing food, atmosphere and people.

Absolutely incredible meal, service and atmosphere. We came here for our 8th wedding anniversary and did the dinner with friends option. It was busy and still all the staff made the experience amazing and had all the time for every single customer. I'll think about the pork ribs, lamb and beef kebab and Spresso'Beef for a long time to come!

Wow. Just wow. This place is absolutely amazing. Every dish we had felt like the best we’ve ever had. Three of us split the Spresso'Beef (#1 fav), Amba Chicken, and Arayes (#2 fav) which was perfect. I’d say 3 dishes plus a dessert was the right amount of food for us. Would love to come back and try the personalized menu (preferably when I’m not paying haha). The chocolate fudge was to die for and the atmosphere was absolutely stunning and cozy. Service was pretty great. Overall so glad we stopped in and will be coming back the next time I’m in town.

It's not only the best restaurant in Berlin, it also has the best vibe, the waitress there was so accommodating, the concept of food sharing - spot on! They know how to do it! Highly recommended.

The all-can-eat menu is worth it

We dined in the garden, in the care of the kind Franka. The setting is simply romantic, in a hidden and flowery courtyard in the heart of central Berlin. Everything was absolutely delicious! The corn, the eggplant, the homemade bread, the hummingbird, and a real favorite was the pistachio dessert (Beirut Night). Extremely tasty, seasoned, very gourmet and fresh cuisine. Generous and explosive cuisine. A true delight, made possible by an absolutely charming and adorable staff. The service is efficient and attentive. Vegans and veggies are (very) welcome!

Disappointed by service and menu

Night Kitchen has a warm and inviting atmosphere, the kind that just makes you want to stay all evening. The Mediterranean-inspired dishes are colorful, delicious and perfect for sharing 🍽️. The place is stylishly decorated but remains relaxed and effortless, and the staff really makes you feel at home. A great place for a nice dinner – with friends or alone. Highly recommended for food lovers who also love the atmosphere.
