Finally, a restaurant I can fully recommend. We were there with a larger group; the staff was cheerful and very attentive, the drink selection was great, and the food, from appetizers to dessert, was really, really good! Please keep up the quality, see you soon.

By far the best place Ive eaten in Berlin. Everything was delicious and made perfect. Eating here was an experience and all the items we ordered were well made and it was amazing. The best item for me was the artichoke and bread pudding. Staff were kind and attentive. We did wait for a while to get our order but we didnt mind as we almost got everyone off the menu. Location is tricky as we needed to enter an entry way and the building was an assuming. But definitely worth it. Will go back!

You must be there at the reservation time, if you are late, they cannot provide the service within the concept as there will be a time constraint, you have to order normally, we missed many flavors.

We wanted to cancel our reservation in good time and called several times at different intervals, but no one answered. We were then called and asked where we were staying. After explaining, the lady said she would clarify it with management because we had already paid a deposit. However, no one has contacted me and once again no one is answering, deposit gone.

The restaurant is very cozy and the food is delicious. We chose the sharing option for friends, which is highly recommended. The waiters are very friendly.

I can only recommend Dinner with Friends!

Not easy to explain how amazing the food was here. Kind of tapas or food sharing plates of tasty food and a fusion of Tel Aviv street food and a Mediterranean vibe with bulgar, almonds, this quite stunning truffle-flavored polenta and chunks of juicy portobello mushrooms. Some amazing desserts too! I wish I could wax more lyrical but you must visit to ensure that you don't need to take my word for it!

The food is without a doubt outstanding and unique, especially the vegetarian creations are great. The ambience, especially on the upper floor, is very nice, a bit of a grandma retro feeling, a bit loud downstairs. The service has potential, the employees are very friendly and attentive, but if you don't speak English, you have no chance. Even if you answer in German, English will continue to be spoken and a German-speaking colleague will not be called. That may be ok for all the VCs, startups, newcomers and tourists, but I find this habitus terrible, completely arrogant and unacceptable, not even in Berlin Mitte. Because the restaurant appears very exclusive to the target group of our core population and at the same time focuses on diversity, I give it zero points for the service, the MVP in the “communication” service - whether good or bad - is not guaranteed. Then it's better to order and pay without any service and via the app.

I found this restaurant on Google thanks to its very positive reviews and after being there I understand why it has been so successful. However, being Italian, I have to say that not all of the food was to my liking. The environment is very well-kept and welcoming, there is the desire to be a cool place to spend the evening and not just stop at dinner. The service is good and not very formal, the young guys know what they are doing and between one course and another they offer shots. As for the main courses, I appreciated the composition and the plating, the ingredients were good and cooked well, but for my tastes the dishes were too seasoned and "heavy". Surely out of habit I prefer simpler tastes while other cultures are more accustomed to using many more spices and sauces. The only advice I can give is to stop using coriander everywhere :) The prices are a bit high but they seemed fair to me: two courses each, desserts, a bottle of wine, three cocktails for a cost of about 250 euros for three.

So good! We love it! Also the welcome shots are great. The beef tartare was rich with herbs and spices but a bit mild on salt. I really liked the octopus and grilled onion in the surf and turf. All the staff members were nice and friendly. I will definitely come again!

A very cosy restaurant for dinner in Berlin. The food is an explosion and mixture of flavours that is very surprising and delicious. The bar staff are very attentive and always come around to make sure you don't need anything. The only problem is the space, as it is very small and usually very full. We dined at the bar and had to organise ourselves and the couple next to us to accommodate everyone's plates. It also needed a bit of light (from my point of view), because you cannot see what you are eating.

A great place to celebrate special moments. We chose the menu including unlimited wine/beer and there was nothing missing. At the end we were even allowed to try out the different desserts. Gladly again!

We have just finished our meal at Night Kitchen where we opted for the Dinner with Friends option with alcohol included. We had the most amazing time and it has been the best experience of our trip in Berlin so far. The staff are great, especially Salvadore (I hope I have got that correct), where by he was so attentive to us all night and couldn’t have been a better host. The value for money is amazing, compared to Ireland, we couldn’t believe it. And the quality is out of this world! We will be recommending it to anyone we know coming to Berlin.

Absolutely incredible dinning experience. The first night we went solidified us having to return two days later. The atmosphere is lively but intimate, and the food is bar none consistently good throughout their entire menu (we tried almost the entire menu over two visits). Definitely worth going to and checking out if you are visiting Berlin (or are a local looking for a new spot to try)

It‘s a ten out of 5. There are so many people working on this perfect dinner experience so chapeau, you guys do a great job! Food was soooo so good. Just one Info: don‘t go there if you don’t like tahini 😅 Fortunately we both love it. We had the sharing menu that is assambled for the table based on your diets and wishes. Can’t wait to come back and try rhe dishes that our stomachs weren‘t capable anymore yesterday 🥰

Great food, a but too hard to reserve a table

Wonderful place for creative and tasty sharing plates. The dinner for friends is a nice option for the first few visits to get a taste of everything. Afterwards, I would recommend to order individual dishes except if you come super hungry. In any case, the taste, kind service, and atmosphere are always on point! Do not miss the bread pudding and challah bread!

It was a great experience. A “rustic” atmosphere, which I personally really like, and a tasty offering. Price/performance is justified, but from my rating it is more for rare visits, which make it something extraordinary.

One of the most incredible meals I've ever had. The decor is unique and detailed, the wait staff super kind and helpful, and each dish was mouthwatering-level delicious.

Very friendly and funny employees. They immediately put you in a good mood. Food was also very tasty (especially the desserts). In addition, the portions are more than sufficient and the price is definitely justified. I “lost” my cell phone during my stay and I was taken seriously and helped until I found it again. A top restaurant with wonderful food and charming staff. Can recommend it wholeheartedly!

Absolutely recommended! Very nice restaurant. The employees are very nice and funny, the food is delicious and the portions are absolutely sufficient. Unfortunately, it's quite loud and a little cramped, especially if you're sitting at the bar. Nevertheless, an absolute recommendation if you are in Berlin. There are also many vegetarian and some vegan dishes and the desserts are divine! (:

Everything is very good, but most of the staff do not speak German and most of their English does not have an intelligible accent. We didn't understand half of what they said. Since we did not understand, they acted as if the problem was ours. That's why we ate without knowing what we were eating. That's why 4 stars.

It was my birthday yesterday, I celebrated with my dearest friends. I can't decide whether the staff or the food was the best! Thank you so much, for making my 40th birthday extra special (with serenading which I LOVE!) The service is lovely, helpful and made everything possible. All of us felt so welcome. Highly recommended for those who don't drink alcohol, the drinks are fab! The staff is extra attentive to inform about vegan/veggie and alcohol related requirements! Thank you so much!!

The children gave us a visit to the “Night Kitchen” as a Christmas gift... and we were thrilled. We said what we liked to eat and a delicious menu with starters, many small courses and desserts was put together. Sharing is the motto here and so we indulged in flavors the whole time. Eyes and palates were in high spirits. As retirees, we were also impressed by the atmosphere. Cozy atmosphere, young audience, constant chatter. Here you are still alive and don't eat your food with your head down. And not to forget: the staff was very attentive and friendly. We'll be back!!!

Nice facility. There are 2 buildings here, a larger hall for large groups, birthdays etc. and a building for day-to-day business. We went here for dinner for our annual kickoff. The food came in countless courses as portions to share. Interesting concept, but it worked. The food was extremely delicious!! Also in terms of service, etc. Everything was fine. Everything went quickly. It was just very loud because of the large room.

My friend and I were recommended this place and I am glad we booked it! We sat at the bar, decided on the set menu and had the best experience. From the delicious dishes, the service and friendly staff, and the environment, we couldn't really fault it! I will be recommending Night Kitchen to anyone visiting Berlin and will be back :)

The food was really good. Since I had no previous contact with Israeli cuisine, it was a completely new adventure for me. In retrospect, I was really impressed and also pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything was. Great restaurant with great waiters who were always friendly and always had a smile.

Have been many times at Night Kitchen and it is always a pleasant experience with a great vibe. Food is very decent and the menu rich in variety. Definitely one of my favorite places to go for a fun time with friends.

The NightKitchen is indescribably good and the food is exceptionally tasty. We were invited to a dinner with friends and were treated to it for almost three hours. Arrive, sit down and immerse yourself in the family and cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. The service is very attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Individual needs (allergies, intolerances) are taken into account. The senses are enchanted and pampered with lovingly prepared dishes, diverse flavors and sophisticated compositions. Everything is rounded off by an extensive drinks menu. Highly recommended for special occasions. Eating à la carte is also possible. But reservation is absolutely necessary.

Simply adored. The atmosphere whilst busy it’s cosy. The food comes quickly it’s hot it’s fresh. All the items on the menu were stand out. Wine list is exceptional and has something for everybody. I thoroughly enjoyed the service. I’m only annoyed that it took me so long to finally come here.

One of the most amazing atmospheres I have ever seen. Staff was kind and lovely to be around, seating was comfortable and noise level was perfect. We had the dinner with friends menu for two people. The kitchen made great portions for two smaller women to enjoy all 9 courses, and allow us to try an array of things from the menu without feeling like we ate tooo much. Everything was very high quality and fresh, I will never get that bread out of my mind, highly recommend the zucchini and mozzarella dish! We had about 4 glasses of their delicious Cava each. And to other Americans, the little mason jar they give you is infact a shot, not a sauce like we thought it was lmao

A fantastic evening (definitely book the dinner with friends). Everything was just right here: attentive, warm and relaxed but consistently professional service, carefully crafted Israeli home cooking at a higher level, a super cozy and lively atmosphere.

One of the most humbling and delightful experiences. Being served and dined in complete darkness was a great experience. Being able to put my taste buds to work. The service was by far the best experience of the night. The waitress and waiter serving us were visually impaired which humbled me so much. They served with efficiency and care. Attending to our every need and guiding us in the dark. I highly recommend this restaurant as you will leave with a massive smile and appreciation.

I received a voucher as a gift from my work colleagues. There was a handwritten voucher code on the voucher. I have no idea what exactly went wrong, but in the end the voucher was deemed invalid and we had to pay for the meal in full ourselves. 60 euros wasted / simply gone. Maybe it would be better to print out the voucher codes, so there is less risk of human error. The scribble wasn't easy to read. Other than that, the food was solid but not amazing. I thought it was okay, my sister was rather dissatisfied. Our seat was in the back room, which made the stay a little more pleasant compared to the busy main room. You could also smoke outside via the emergency exit. The two of us paid 95 euros including drinks and tips. We both only had one main course. That's way too expensive. I wouldn't go there again. It was too expensive and the alleged invalidity of the voucher felt like fraud. Levantine cuisine is also available in various other places in Berlin, in better ones.

Chic London style place. Welcoming! A nice mix between a pub and a contemporary style restaurant. Nice variety of dishes, from pasta to meat. Small note to be in the know: in most cases, they are all slightly spicy dishes. Special combinations. So don't come if you want traditional food. Dish of the evening, stew/beef with potatoes. There is the possibility of making an all-you-can-eat menu and deciding whether you also want to include drinking inside. Good alternative if you want to eat something different and stay in a nice cool place!

We spontaneously celebrated New Year's Eve there and had the best time. The food is fantastic, but the highlight was our barman, who was so courteous and funny. If you like cozy, relaxed and sociable atmospheres, then this is the store. It is important to reserve.

I don't give 4 stars because despite the kindness the guys seemed very distracted, they forgot things after ordering them, I had asked to include a specific dish in the tasting menu and they no longer brought it, plus it was my birthday and my boy had asked to put a candle on the dessert, and they forgot there too... Perhaps due to the quantity of people, but with such a high price of the dishes I expect the same attention in the service

Disappointed this time at Night Kitchen. Misleading communications. Dinner was much more expensive, wine wasn’t included as usual, and a set menu for the evening didn’t allow us to order favorites. None of this was communicated beforehand when asking.

We discovered the restaurant by chance and luckily got in without a reservation. We've been fans ever since. Now we treated ourselves to dinner with friends. And with that we arrived in the 7th culinary heaven. Everything was simply delicious. And even my fiancé, who usually avoids aubergine and cauliflower, is now a fan of these vegetables as long as they are prepared brilliantly like here. So thank you very much for broadening your horizons. We will definitely come back. My personal absolute highlight among all the highlights: the beef cheeks with butter mashed potatoes and espresso sauce.

Just a fabulous experience. Wonderful food, super friendly staff and fantastic value. A great place for a family reunion or a meal with friends. Highly recommended. What’s really good is if you have varied diets around the table they bring dishes to match so no one feels like they are missing out or an afterthought. They accommodated vegetarian, pescatarian, meat eating and vegan. Great value if you go for the €70 a head for all your food and drinks.

Nice service, great food. The all-you-can-eat menu which also includes alcohol offers a choice of wines that I think are a little scrause (the ones with the plastic cap). The price is definitely not for everyone, but I wouldn't recommend the experience for the food. Maybe by taking the dishes separately you could spend less and still eat well.

I have visited Night Kitchen Berlin before and enjoyed their food, which is why I decided to bring my family and friends for a special dinner. We were a group of 11 and opted for the “Friends Menu” fixed menu concept. Unfortunately, our experience this time was very disappointing. The evening began with only two burrata cheeses being served for the entire table, which was clearly insufficient for a group of our size. When we politely requested that three portions of the upcoming dishes be brought to better suit our group, things took an unpleasant turn. Despite eating and enjoying over 90% of the dishes, the waiter made an unnecessary and disrespectful comment about some garnishes or side dishes being left unfinished. When we expressed that this behavior was unprofessional, instead of resolving the issue, the waiter continued to argue with us. It’s unacceptable for guests to be criticized in this way—especially when most of the food was eaten and appreciated. No one can be expected to finish every single item, and such behavior from the staff completely ruined the evening for us. While I have enjoyed the food at Night Kitchen in the past, this experience left us feeling judged and unwelcome. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously, as no guest should be made to feel this way.

Love the dinner with friends concept, beyond chefs menu but also with plates to share as a group experience. However, service failed the timing of the menu and courses. We had second course items arriving with our first course, cussing food to be rushed and easily get cold. We also got the drink option with the menu, but struggled to find service for a refill after only our first glass. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was excellent, just a few wrinkles that should be sorted for a smooth dining experience

Rude staff Over the last year I've eaten there and I've had to wait hours for food so they bring the wrong thing.

Everything was amazing at the Night Kitchen - the ambience, the staff, the concept, and, most importantly, the food. 'Dinner with friends' is a great idea and the best way to eat here. Exceptionally generous, it seems they keep bringing food until you can eat no more. We mentioned that we loved the beef cheek dish when the staff asked how everything was - they brought out another plate of beef cheeks! 😂 Particular highlights were the aforementioned beef cheeks, the chicken amba, and the fried cauliflower. Also worth noting is the addition of unlimited drinks for 2.5 hours. We were a little confused by the translation and thought the meal was €56 (a bargain btw) and another €70 for the unlimited drinks. No, it was €70 for all food and drinks. The staff member was kind enough to put us on the all you can drink offer without asking as we would've paid more going separate. Very kind.

We spent an evening here with dinner for friends and were very positively surprised, the food was excellent and there was plenty of it, the drinks were also great. All in all, it was a very nice evening where everyone was full.

We had a wonderful evening in the Night Kitchen. Great concept of sharing the dishes, but we still didn't decide on the menu because we couldn't choose the dishes. We particularly liked the beetroot salad, tuna ceviche and chicken. Unfortunately, we ordered too many dishes a la carte and would have needed a little more help from the waitress because we couldn't estimate the portions. The service was very courteous and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Thanks for a lovely evening and we'll be back when we're in town.
