Food was delicious and staff was also very nice

Tasty, but not good manners I'm in Fürstenwalde regularly and go to the Ngoc Anh Bistro every now and then when I want an Asian snack bar. The food is really tasty, especially the soups, and the prices are also within normal limits. Although the conditions for running an Asian snack bar are good, customers rarely wait in line. And that's probably because I wasn't the only one who noticed how strange the behavior of the bistro employees was. A lack of knowledge of German can still be somewhat tolerated, but when as a customer you are noticed by at least two employees standing at the counter and it takes what feels like an eternity until a third employee asks me what I want, then that is more than just strange. The bistro employees' entire customer conversation was also accompanied by a private telephone call. At first I didn't understand why the employee was talking to me in a confused mix of Vietnamese and German until I noticed her picking up her phone. After placing my order, I was asked whether I intended to go shopping in the center in the meantime or whether I wanted to take the order with me straight away. When I said no to the first, I was still unclear about how long I would have to wait until I could go home with my already paid order. Luckily, after a short wait, I received the well-packaged snack. It tasted as always: “Excellent”. However, I won't become a regular at Ngoc Anh Bistro any time soon - that requires more than delicious food at reasonable prices.

Below average price/performance ratio, benefits from the fact that Ranzig butcher shop next door has closed.

I've been eating here for a few years and haven't had any problems. The operators' knowledge of German has already improved, but you should still repeat your order to make sure there are no misunderstandings. The food is delicious and freshly prepared, but in this price range you should be aware that not everything is prepared by hand. The peanut sauce with duck is highly recommended. I personally couldn't feel anything about fascism here and healthy people with social consciousness can eat there without any problems 👍😌

Wir bestellen sehr oft dort und das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Sie gehen auch auf extra Wünsche ein und das essen kam jedes Mal warm und schnell an. Ich esse persönlich vegetarisch und meiner Meinung nach ist die Auswahl an vegetarischen Gerichten sehr gut. Außerdem sind die Preise auf jeden Fall gerechtfertigt und es schmeckt uns sehr gut. Wir empfehlen es herzlich jedem weiter.

Das Sushi ist frisch und lecker

Relativ gutes Essen Personal das Deutsch versucht so gut wie möglich zu verstehen und andere freundliche Menschen mit denen man sich unterhalten kann

Preis ist ok aber essen war nur lauwarm und die Bedienung versteht kaum Deutsch.
