Dear New Orleans team, I don't want to bash you or make you feel bad, but to be honest, you're still doing well with just one star rating. The only star you get was saved by your waitress. We paid 16.50 per burger, which was placed on the plate lukewarm and completely careless (see pictures). In terms of taste, the burger really wasn't a masterpiece. The sweet potato fries were cold, partly burnt and felt like they were twice fried. My ginger ale was not carbonated and tasted very stale. The waitress, who I kindly informed that it wasn't a big deal, didn't offer us any kind of accommodation. I deliberately don't include the ambience in the rating, otherwise you would have to give minus stars. However, partly through no fault of your own, since you can do nothing for the police patrol, nor for the poor, apparently mentally confused people who came past the tables in large numbers within an hour screaming loudly or something similar. Sorry, but we just wanted to get away.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at New Orleans and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, perfect for a relaxing evening. The service was excellent – ​​friendly, attentive and competent. The food was a real highlight. I was particularly impressed by the Crispy Chicken Burger - it tasted great and was beautifully prepared. The lemonades such as the Kiwi lemonade are also highly recommended! An all-round successful experience with great value for money. I'll definitely be back!

We were there for dinner. Waiters have little interest in the guest. Eating took just over an hour, even though it wasn't really full (of course there was no information). Unfortunately the burgers were fried to death, which was a shame. After the long time, we didn't feel like saying anything because the waitresses were very rare. All in all not recommended. Waiting for an hour and a half for a burger with fries and then having my food delivered to me on broken dishes is really cheeky. Dishes sometimes break, one spot can be overlooked, but not 3 chipping spots. Orders that were announced twice were still delivered incorrectly. Service training should be provided across the board. I was here for the first and last time.

I had the pleasure of eating at the restaurant in New Orleans and it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was inviting and typical of the city – charming, lively and full of character. The staff was extremely friendly and looked after us well from the start. Particularly noteworthy is the competence of the waiter, who gave us excellent advice. The food was outstanding. I tried the famous New Orleans Burger, which was wonderfully seasoned and bursting with flavors. I was also impressed by the cafe – perfectly prepared and a real taste explosion. For dessert I had the Camembert which was simply heavenly - crispy, fresh and not too sweet. The price-performance ratio was absolutely fair, especially considering the high quality of the food and the great service. For anyone who is in New Orleans and wants to try authentic local cuisine, this is an absolute recommendation. I will definitely come back!

Price/performance doesn't fit. The food is convenience and is prepared carelessly and doesn't taste particularly good. Requests are not taken into account. The service is poor and tends to look away when the drinks are empty. The light flickered because one of the bulbs was defective. The white walls were dirty and partly with leftover food. We sat out in the beer garden which was almost full (saturday lunchtime). Very friendly service, drinks arrived within 5 minutes and our food shortly after (max 15 minutes) which was great considering how busy it was. Food tasty (Currywurst, Chips n salad x 2 and a Pizza Margarita). Would recommend and would visit again 👍

Overeating is bad for your health, everyone knows that. It leads to obesity and the fatal consequences can include high blood pressure, heart attack and stroke. But - and here it comes! For the soul, the consequences of overeating are far worse, because they result in the second, eternal death. This second death is better known and feared under the term ETERNAL HELL. My mother and I ate here last night and we loved it! The service was great, the location was great and free choice of tables. The food was absolutely delicious and the temperature was just right for consumption. We didn't wait 3 minutes for the drinks (after ordering)! Always my pleasure :)

I ordered an American breakfast. Chilli beans, bacon, 2 fried eggs, 1 roll. It arrived looking like it had been eaten before. The butter packets were unhygienically in the sauce. It's all just one mess. The bun was originally frozen and rubbery. After complaining, quote: “We always do it like this” I had to pay the full price.

We, two craftsmen, wanted to enjoy our lunch. Unfortunately the waiter from the burger shop interrupted our break. We were told to turn off our cell phones and, as craftsmen, we were not wanted with appropriate support. We were in New Orleans yesterday. We had reserved a table in advance by phone. When we arrived we were told we could sit wherever we wanted. Unfortunately the tables are too narrow for 3 dishes. It would be difficult to accommodate a fourth plate (as many chairs are at the table). The food came to the table after a reasonable amount of time. We ordered the following dishes. Gourmet Burger Crazy Chicken: The meat on the burger was a decent size. The meat was juicy and the burger had plenty of toppings. The homemade mango curry cream described in the menu could not be found. It was just some kind of tartar sauce on the burger. There was mayo with the fries. The fries were well seasoned and tasted great. All in all, a solid dish. No more and no less. The price of €14.90 is okay. Chicken schnitzel with fries: Again, there was nothing wrong with the fries. These were delicious and crispy. The schnitzel is, as you can see in the photo, an absolute joke. It wasn't a schnitzel but rather two slightly larger chicken nuggets. For the price of €13.90 it's almost a disgrace. The salad was OK. The plate seemed carelessly prepared and all in all looked a bit sad. 230g rump steak with herb butter: The meat was grilled to perfection. However, the herb butter was initially so cold and hard that it was almost impossible to cut. The fries were also very good here. The price of €22.50 is reasonable. Beverages: Peach lemonade: great taste, served in a nice glass and ice cold. Perfect for sunny weather and a clear recommendation for €4.60. Ipanema: Beautifully prepared non-alcoholic cocktail that tasted absolutely refreshing. The price of €7.00 is just acceptable. Tropical Heat: fruity cocktail that is very sweet. You have to like it. For some it was too sweet, but for others it tasted very good. Here too the price of €7.00 is reasonable. To operate: The gentlemen who took our order were all friendly and very nice. Unfortunately you had to wait some time until the order was taken. This is certainly due to the large number of guests that evening. The lady who brought the one dish to the table seemed very bored and/or in a bad mood. I see potential for improvement here. Two Coke Zeros that were ordered were simply swapped for Diet Coke because there was no Zero left in the house. We then had these returned. Unfortunately, these still appeared on the invoice later. You should be more careful here. All in all it was a nice evening. There is certainly something to improve on the food. With one exception, the staff in the restaurant were in a very good mood and made the visit there very pleasant.

Never again, ordered 2 meals and burned both of them. We immediately complained about the food and refused to pay for the food. Didn't touch the dishes. I would like to share my disappointment about my visit to the "New Orleans" restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience was marked by several misleading descriptions on the menu that made the entire experience very unpleasant. At first I ordered a simple water, but received a "Bad Meinberger", which is not declared as water, but was significantly more expensive than the advertised table water. It was irritating to discover that this more expensive Bad Meinberger water was not clearly labeled as such, nor was it first on the menu as usual. Instead, first there was the table water, followed by soft drinks and finally the "Bad Meinberger", which was not, I repeat: not explicitly labeled as water. In my opinion, this leads to deliberate misleading in order to get guests to order the (table) water, which seems cheap at €2.20, but ultimately they get the €3.50 Bad Meinberger and have to pay for it. You really have to look closely to notice this. Who pays attention to the water in order to declare it directly? Unfortunately, I only noticed it afterwards. Another example of the misleading menu was the veggie burger. This was described as having a veggie patty and sour cream on fries. Based on this description, I expected the sour cream to be included since it was described as “on the fries.” Unfortunately that wasn't the case and the dip was charged separately. I also found this to be a deception. The waiter said the sour cream meant this on the pattie. Okay dear New Orleans team, where does the description “on the fries” make sense? Then on the pattie, right? When I explained these aspects to the waiter, I didn't get an understanding response. Instead, they tried to explain to me that it was logical to always bring the "Bad Meinberger" when someone orders water, even though it is not labeled as water. You probably have to explicitly say “table” water to get the €2.20 water and not the €3.50 Bad Meinberger water. What nonsense. At the Veggie Burger, my concerns weren't taken seriously either and I was simply sent off with an "okay". Cozy and rustic, a bit old. The service was friendly and quick, but due to the crowds the food took quite a long time. A currywurst, plenty of fries, the sauce was tasty but not actually a curry sauce (you can't get the powder out). Prices tend to be in the upper range. Toilet (ladies) could be cleaned occasionally, especially when there are a lot of visitors. The toilet is up a small step and down a flight of stairs, difficult for people with disabilities. When it was cleared away and we asked if everything was ok, we said no.
