Excellent food, excellent service and great atmosphere – highly recommended!

Had a kebab in bread with chicken and veal. Surprisingly tasty with tzatziki and spicy. Large portion but unfortunately a bit expensive but where is it not expensive... The tastiest I've had so far in Neugraben.

Unfortunately the worst kebab I have ever eaten, I gave it back and had to pay. No one was interested. The meat was inedible and had no taste and the sauce unfortunately had no taste either

Unfortunately, my chicken was stored under aluminum foil, so it wasn't tasty. Skin limp, flesh dry. Definitely better fresh from the spit. The burger was also better. The bun is dry. The kebab pizza had a strange aftertaste. Will not visit the Grillhouse again.

The store is a disaster. More is collected than what is stated on the board and the prices are very expensive. Very unfriendly employee. Absolutely not recommended.

I ordered a falafel dürüm, according to the price on the board it was 7 euros. Cashed in, 8.50. When I asked why there was something else there was an unfriendly “8 euro fifty brother”.

The fries were a bit too salty. Otherwise it tasted good.

Food is delicious. Especially the grilled chicken. Friendly service, everything clean and tidy. Always my pleasure

I've always had good experiences with the Neugrabener Grill Haus, but my last visit there on July 29, 2024 was a bitter disappointment. The quality of the food had significantly deteriorated - the fries were greasy and soft and therefore inedible, while the bun of my hamburger had the consistency of cardboard. Furthermore, the staff were visibly annoyed and appeared disoriented, which led to an unpleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately the waiting time was too long. It was a sad realization for me that it was time to start looking for a new kebab shop. Another point of criticism that definitely should not be ignored is the condition of the frying oil, which definitely should have been replaced. Although I have always appreciated the Neugrabener Grill Haus, this visit was a disappointment.[collapse]

I ate here twice and got food poisoning each time! Simply a no-go!!!

There are many delicious dishes in this great restaurant that I recommend to everyone.Elman is a great host.

Everything very fresh, service friendly, fair prices

Very friendly staff, children are very welcome. Also available to rent for smaller events, such as children's birthdays. Prices are fair!

One of the few kebabs that prepared Iskender the way I know it from my mother. Plus extremely cheap and plentiful. That was 2022: Iskender Kebab 9.50 EUR. Then in 2023: Iskender Kebab 13.00 EUR, but the quality was still there, just not as often anymore. 2024: Iskender Kebab 19.00 EUR. I have no idea what this tastes like, I won't be able to afford it for this price anymore. Prices rose overall. Doner kebab has now become priceless. Austria 2024 proves that it doesn’t have to be this way: kebabs for EUR 3.50 (Vienna). Why Hamburg became so absurdly expensive, I have no idea. Too bad. Then just doner kebab in Austria. But there also seem to be new owners now.

The kebab is very very very tasty 😋 (And all the reviews I read are all wrong, maybe some things but you can't say things like that 🫨🫨)

I ordered Adana Kebab. It took forever even though there were only 3 other people there. Then I got a Persian/Afghan kebab! Although it tasted good, it was definitely not Adana! Then I wanted to take the rest that I couldn't eat anymore, half the plate, and was asked at the counter if I wanted to take the plate with me? I asked why and he then repeated himself over and over again. If it was supposed to be a joke, I didn't understand it. In general they seemed very unfriendly and annoyed. Never again!

Very tasty kebab. We particularly enjoyed the veal in the kebab. The composition of salad and garlic sauce was also delicious.

Extrem der nice Typ, hat mir alls schon alles weggeräumt war noch ein döner gemacht der 1a war.

Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis gut. Sehr zuvorkommende Bedienung.

Habe ein Döner mit allem und Händchen und einen Adana Dürüm bestellt, zum Mitnehmen. Fast alles war ok, Standard, bis auf den Salat. Der Salat oder auch Krautsalat waren einfach schon älter. Echt schade. Konnte man nicht richtig essen. Musste man raus pullen. Dan ging es einigermaßen. Die Frische ist das a und o. Fleisch war ok.

Service okay, aber das Hähnchen Dönerfleisch hat mehr nach Hack als nach Hähnchen geschmeckt, furchtbar. Des weiteren wenn man einen Dönerteller bestellt und nichts sagt bekommt man automatisch einen Grossen. Im Vergleich zu einem anderen Geschäft, hatte dieser eine normale Grösse aber einen hohen Preis. Nein Danke, kein zweites Mal.

Super nette Bedienung, schneller Service, sehr leckeres Fleisch und deftige Portionen. Ebenso Kinderfreundlich aufgestellt.

Sie haben auch anderes, aber für uns der "Döner" hier. Der Laden macht überhaupt nichts her, aber uns schmeckt es. Es gibt einige Tische, auch draußen, aber hauptsächlich sind sie auf Außer-Haus-Geschäft eingerichtet.

Bin seit Jahren Stammkundin und finde dass das Grillhaus den besten Döner von Neugraben hat. Leider unterliegt die Qualität und der Service stärkeren Schwankungen. Sobald der Chef nicht da ist, ist das Personal z.T. unachtsam oder wirkt unfreundlich. Mal sind die Pommes frisch und lecker und dann pappig/warmgehalten. Er kommt einfach qualitativ nicht mehr an die Anfangsjahre ran.

Essen war gut aber im Service ist Luft nach oben. Aber am Essen nichts auszusetzen. Weitere Besuche folgen.
