A nice and cozy restaurant where you get very tasty food! The selection of dishes is very large! The staff is always very friendly and no matter how busy the store is, you are always served quickly!

I'm about to go to the hospital, I'm just writhing around in bed because of the severe stomach pain and Lord, it's 3 p.m. and at 12 we had lunch, kebab, soup and homemade ayran, the stomach pain is sooooooooo bad that it can't be just from eating or drinking there!

We ordered two kebab plates. The portions were very small, there was little meat on the plate and it was way too expensive. Turkish tea for €1.60 is totally excessive considering the size. Kind of ridiculous. It was even better a few years ago. The taste of the food was ok. The friendliness of the staff was okay.

It's a shame and sad, but the portions are really not appropriate for the number of people. Waitress rude and annoyed. Flies on the food. Totally inedible. Too bad

My wife and I have been coming here for 10 years. We haven't lived in Bielefeld for a long time, but when we're there we eat by Yol. Honestly, it's always been delicious, but this time I was really surprised at how much I liked the food. For me, just perfectly seasoned meat. Great homemade Ayran, everything very well coordinated with salads and so on. We can highly recommend a visit here. Given the price (we haven't been to Bielefeld for a long time), I feared worse. This is simply adjusted to inflation and has not become unnecessarily expensive.

The doner leaf was dry and burnt. The Adana wrap had a bad smell and we couldn't eat the meat. It was too hot inside.

I eat here often and it tastes very good. I always order Tavuk Sis and I'm starting to feel like I'm getting less and less each time. You can't get enough of the plate anymore. I hope the owner reads this and does something about it. I love the food here but the portion is perhaps suitable for a 10 year old child.

I was by yol last Saturday, ordered the dessert in this picture and got the one I photographed. It was 8 euros expensive and didn't taste good at all and I had to wait 30 minutes to get this disastrously expensive dessert. Never again!

Nice Turkish restaurant over two floors. The upper floor offers a beautiful view of the pedestrian zone, and the attractive furnishings invite you to linger. Service and food were always impeccable, there was never any reason for complaints. We recommend a visit, but there are often queues during normal table times, which speaks for its popularity.

The Restaurant By Yol is a good Turkish restaurant at the beginning of the pedestrian zone in downtown Bielefeld. There are plenty of seats here on two floors, and you can also sit outside. Traditional Turkish cuisine is offered with all well-known dishes from kebab to Adana. You can also go here with large groups. The service is already quite decent, but can still be improved, as a lot of things were mixed up and not everything was assigned correctly. All the employees were very friendly. You can't park in the immediate vicinity, you have to go to an inner-city parking garage.

You wait so long and if you want to order directly, no one comes to the table. You wait until you have ordered and then another hour until the ordered food is there. I would not recommend anyone to go somewhere else and be better received. Waiters are different numbers, look you in the face but don't come to the table. I find it ridiculous, they need to be incorporated.

The service was good, I liked the atmosphere but the food was lacking. I took a mixed plate and got 2 pieces of lamb and 2 pieces of chicken from the small shish kebab skewer and an Adana skewer with fries for just under €18. I didn't even get full because there were fries themselves too little. The grilled pointed pepper was black at the top and still hard at the end.

I was with you on the second floor. I ordered a skewer roll. When I got it, I immediately noticed when I tasted it that it wasn't entirely fresh. THE WAITER WAS SUPER UNSYMPATHIC, UNFRIENDLY THERE WAS A HAIR IN OUR TZAZIKI, HE WAS QUESTIONED ABOUT IT AND GAVE US A NEW ZIGARA BÖREK FOR THAT TOO. BUT DID NOT APOLOGIZE FOR IT. OBVIOUSLY HE WAS PRETTY ANNOYED WITH US. OUR ORDER ARRIVED, AFTER A FEW BITCHES MY AUNT NOTICED THAT SHE HAD SOMETHING UNUSUAL IN HER MOUTH, WHEN SHE TOOK IT OUT IT WAS A PLASTIC PIECE, MAYONNAISE OR KETCHUP BUCKET. Dirty shop so unhygienic just disgusting I've never experienced anything so unfriendly and unhygienic in my life. The waiter was groping in front of the counter and the owner simply farted at his table and pretended it was someone else. He was also acting loudly in front of all the guests, but unfortunately the food wasn't too expensive and there was nothing on his plate. I had a plate of tavuk sis that just had 3 hairs in it and it was enough for me! So the health department should go there!!!! Disgusting and unfriendly 🤮🤮

The problem is simply that the prices have skyrocketed to an extremely outrageous level for me with extremely small and stingy portions. There's also just too much saving on sauces and you don't feel like you're really getting full. Here you just want to make quick money for small portions.

Wir sind zu dritt am Samstag Abend in dieses Lokal, es war gut besucht, daher fragten wir ob wir an dem freien Tisch uns hinsetzen dürften, dies wurde bejaht wir bekamen die Karten und wollten bestellen. Dann kam der Kellner der uns zuvor die Karten brachte, und meinte ihr müsst aufstehen da Kunden vorher schon essen bestellt hätten und diesen Platz benötigten, obwohl wir nach unserer Ankunft diesen Tisch zugeordnet wurden. Danach rief er 3 mal das Wort reserviert und forderte uns aufstehen. Extrem unhöflich und respektlos und vorallem keine Entschuldigung oder den Willen irgendwie den Fehler wieder gut zu machen. Da ich dieses restaurant regelmäßig über 10 Jahre besucht habe weiß ich das hier keine Reservierungen angenommen werden. Nichtsdestotrotz hatte man den Eindruck, dass die Leute die angeblich reserviert hatten seine Bekannte waren. An sich nichts schlimmes wir sind alles Menschen jedoch sollte jemand im Service dazu fähig sein wenn sowas passiert, dies wieder auszubaden. Aber die Intelligenzbestie von Kellner, der sich dort aufführt als wäre er Nusret höchstpersönlich hält dies nicht für nötig. Ich hoffe du liest das und bist nicht respektlos gegenüber eure Kunden. Vorallem nicht türkische Kunden.

The best turkish grill I've been to in all of Germany, the food was so delicious that i embarrassed myself eating. Incredibly friendly staff, kind and smiling. very comfortable and classy, the upper floor felt like a private club. Beautiful atmosphere! would definitely go again and recommend 👌🏼

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Das Essen schmeckt wie immer sehr,sehr gut. Alles frisch zubereitet. Besonders gut finde ich persönlich, dass das Grill wieder oben ist. Und natürlich sehr nettes Personal.

Tolles Restaurant. Da habe ich Çay (Tee) und Knöfe ( türkisches Dessert) mit Ris bestellt . Voll lecker . Der Minzetee besteht aus frische Minze voll beruhigend und lecker. In ByYol sitzt man oben in der ersten Obergeschoss und der Blick ist schön.

Das Restaurant ist sauber und ordentlich und hat eine gemütliche Einrichtung. Es ist das erste Mal, dass ich dieses Gefühl habe. Hier herrscht eine positive Situation. Die Kunden sind zufrieden, weshalb ich vergessen habe, Fotos zu machen. 😹

Nichts zu meckern, gute Portionen, gute Essen.

Das Essen war lecker und auch warm. Die einzigen Punkte die ich nicht so gut fand waren zu aller erst die Cocktails. Die waren nicht besonders lecker wir haben zwei stück gehabt und der eine war sehr bitter der zweite war ganz gut beide waren jewals ohne Alkohol. Und leider muss ich auch kurz über den netten Kellner reden der super freundlich war aber leider das Essen immer sehr nah an meinem Körper abgedeckt hat und mir leider immer wenn er abgedeckt hat auf den Fuß getreten ist. Alles in allem aber ein super Restaurant.

Super leckeres Essen und freundliches Personal. Für meinen Geschmack etwas zu laute Musik. Aber in der Woche ist es deutlich ruhiger. Schade, dass ich das Restaurant nicht schon viel früher entdeckt habe.

Sehr geehrtes By Yol Team, ich möchte meine Enttäuschung über meinen Besuch in Ihrem Restaurant teilen. Obwohl die äußere Erscheinung beeindruckend war, erwies sich die Erfahrung im Inneren als weniger ansprechend. Das Essen entsprach leider nicht meinen und den Erwartungen meiner Begleitpersonen. Wir bestellten Adana Kebab, Tavuk Sis und Adana Pirzola. Das Fleisch war nicht durchgegart, die Pommes waren total weich, und die Teekanne schien bereits leer zu sein, da sie um 17 Uhr schon abgestellt wurde. Dazu muss ich sagen, dass ich dies besonders schade fand, denn in der Türkei steht schwarzer Tee symbolisch für Gastfreundschaft und ist meines Wissens üblich für ein türkisches Restaurant. Das Personal war unaufmerksam und der Service insgesamt war nicht gut. Kurz bevor wir aufstehen wollten viel uns ein deutlicher Geruch von Verbranntem in der oberen Küche auf, was die Atmosphäre stark beeinträchtigte. Leider wirkte das Personal lustlos, was sich ebenfalls auf die Gesamtatmosphäre auswirkte. Solche Erfahrungen sind enttäuschend, besonders wenn man sich auf einen angenehmen Restaurantbesuch freut. Ich hoffe, dass Sie dies als konstruktive Kritik annehmen und in Betracht ziehen, die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen und Dienstleistungen zu verbessern.

Musste 40 min auf eine kleine frühstück Teller warten die Kellnerin eine mit Dutt schwarzen Haaren etwas älter war Todes unfreundlich

Geht mann von der location aus, denkt mann sich wow. Doch außen top innen flop. Essen katastrophe, meine Cola war nicht so kalt wie mein Essen. Kommunikation null, Freundlichkeit ist auch sehr frag würdig. Hier fehlt leider einiges.

Leckeres Essen, der beste Reis den ich je gegessen habe. Habe schon viele türkische Restaurants in Bielefeld ausprobiert, das Fleisch war fast überall gut , aber wie gesagt der Reis ist für mich persönlich champions league.

Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen perfekt. Ich liebe die türkische Musik vor Ort, sie hat immer die perfekte Lautstärke, nicht zu laut und nicht zu leise. Ich komme aus Paderborn und hier gibt es leider kein gutes türkisches Restaurant, deswegen fahre ich extra zu By Yol😍
