The breakfast was delightful, and the soups were incredibly delicious. My family and I had the chance to sample every flavor. Whatever flavor you're looking for, they're available. We were delighted by the attentiveness and friendly staff.

Things have gone downhill a lot. The Adana kebab is burnt, the food itself is of very poor quality and still expensive. Sure, meat is expensive, no complaints there, but you still have to expect better quality for that price. It's a shame.

The location is great, the food is good, but the service is a complete disaster. I can't understand how a place can have so much potential but then destroy itself. The waiters are so strange; they usually only speak politely at first, but after that, they're just disrespectful. They're not allowed to show the customer that they're annoyed. There were eight of us at a table meant for six. Just because we sat down without letting them know, we got a real dressing-down. The customer service isn't the best either, and I can't even mention their punctuality.

This isn't our first time here, but we were a group of five and were shown to a table for eight. Everything was fine until another colleague came along and wanted to seat us at a table for four, just so his two friends could have a table for eight. This needs to be handled differently in the future. Otherwise, we won't be coming back.

This place is a disaster! They play games with their customers. I ordered a dürüm and specifically asked for more meat, as there wasn't enough to begin with. But they obviously didn't take me seriously; I might as well have ordered a vegan dürüm.

For me, this is the tastiest kebab in the region, especially because the menu is so extensive that you can find something for the whole family. We love coming here with the whole family. The food always comes quickly, but sometimes we waited forever to pay. They even have high chairs!

The chicken soup is quite delicious and filling. I definitely recommend the second dish on the menu. For dessert, we tried the kunefe and baklava, but we didn't like them very much. The pita bread is also delicious, and the mixed appetizer platter is also delicious. The place is quite spacious.

It used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but unfortunately, things have declined a bit lately. The meat is often dry, and the portions have gotten smaller. The taste is still okay, but somehow that certain something from the past is missing. It's a shame, but hopefully it will get better again. There's definitely potential there.

The soups were very good. Based on my previous experience with the hazelnut lahmacun, I ordered it, but it arrived very cold. While the food was delicious, this lack of attention was unpleasant. This is not just a nice place, this is the best place to go when alone, or with friends/family. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the food. The service was absolutely helpful and super friendly. I've been looking forward for weeks to go here and it didn't disappoint me at all. I will definitely come back here and choose this place over any other restaurant in the area. The price was high cause I ordered so much. It was also no problem to wrap it up to take home the leftovers. Usually it's like 20 euro.

I ate there yesterday and ordered lentil soup. Unfortunately, the soup was almost entirely watery and very runny. We informed the server. Instead of bringing us properly prepared soup, she simply said she would pass it on. We barely ate anything and still had to pay full price. Not recommended for a classic dürüm. Service wasn't particularly friendly either, probably due to stress. They could have taken more time to prepare the food, though. Plus point: clean women's restroom.

You get the feeling they always expect a tip, no matter how good the service is. The food often arrives late, sometimes even cold. You're ignored at your table for a long time; waiting 25-30 minutes is not uncommon here, even if the staff sees you. Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing – not recommended.

I've been there before and the service was very good, but now the service is getting very bad every day. Today there were five of us. I ordered mixed dishes and drinks, but the drinks arrived very late. After dinner, we all ordered tea together. Two people got it and three didn't. I told the waiter, but he was very rude. I wanted to complain to the manager, but the staff member said he wasn't there. From now on, I'll never go to Nazar Kebab House again.

I recently visited Nazar Kebap & Grillhaus in Offenbach and had an excellent experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal. We ordered lamb shish, beyti, kuşbaşı pide, and lamb chops—each dish was cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The meat was tender and juicy, the pide had a perfect texture, and the spices were just right. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. I also enjoyed the calm ambiance and the option to sit outside. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to enjoy authentic Turkish cuisine prepared with care and served with genuine hospitality.

I agree with some of the reviews regarding the unfriendliness of the service staff. I don't want to go into too much detail, but one of the staff members is either completely out of his mind or completely rude and cheeky. The food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff makes you want to vomit the food again.

There are waiters who don't know themselves

Doner meat partly still raw, small portion, rarely before seen such a tiny, unappetizing thing.

The food was okay and the service was okay. The price was exaggerated for the quality of the food. It was close to home (walking distance), so we tried it.

You can't really complain about the food itself. The food is mediocre. But a doner kebab is still a doner kebab. And you seem to have forgotten that. This isn't an Italian restaurant or anything else. Eleven euros for about 100g of meat on a skewer is excessive. The portion is truly disgraceful. A doner box costs eleven euros without fries. Simply ridiculous given the quantity.

I ordered tripe soup and Adana kebab. It was very tasty and fresh. There was nothing missing at the table, even vinegar, oil, and garlic juice were there straight away for my soup. The order came in 10 minutes. The bread was freshly baked and fluffy, very nice. The staff were very friendly. The salad was served on a separate plate for each meal. I can say they were great people, I drove 50 km on a whim and it was well worth it. I will definitely visit the restaurant again. Highly recommended.

How unprofessional can you be? The tables weren't clean. The waitresses didn't even think about clearing away the leftovers from the previous person, let alone cleaning. And the best part is, after I ordered, we waited 35 minutes for the food even though the place was completely empty. After 35 minutes, my companion's food finally arrived and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my normal dürüm. It's unbelievable what goes on there and in the end I paid 47 euros for... a Beyti, a dürüm, a Coke and two ayrans. Unbelievable. I'll never set foot in the shop again and will advise all my friends and acquaintances to stay away from the shop. People, form your own opinion.

Delicious, no matter what you order. Grilled meat is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There's plenty of seating, both inside and outside. Parking is available in front of the restaurant. Most importantly, the meat is halal, and there's a prayer room.

Disappointing Visit – Unfortunately, the Last Time We were at the Nazar Restaurant in Offenbach for lunch and wanted to eat in peace. Upon entering – before we'd even sat down – we were immediately asked if we'd like a drink. We found this intrusive. In a good restaurant, you expect to be able to arrive and sit down in peace before your order is taken. After our food was brought to us, we constantly felt like we were being watched. It seemed as if the staff were practically waiting for us to finish eating. This intrusive attitude made us feel very uncomfortable. It was far from a relaxing meal – we felt pressured to eat quickly, pay quickly, and leave quickly. Furthermore, in our opinion, it's incomprehensible to charge €5.50 for a small portion of rice – this is disproportionate to the quantity or the rest of the menu. However, one hygiene incident was particularly shocking: A young employee, who apparently worked in both the kitchen and the service department, loudly blew his nose in the dining room – and then served guests. This is absolutely unhygienic and completely unacceptable in a restaurant. It's a shame, because we expected more. Unfortunately, this was our last visit.

We went out to eat with the class. Someone in the class ordered red soup. When the soup arrived, the waiter spilled half the soup all over my food, and I had to pay the full price for my kebab! 😤😤! Plus, the kebab meat was tough and dry!

Caution! The worst doner kebab I've ever eaten – absolutely not recommended! I'm not a squeamish person, but what I was served here was an absolute outrage. I was very hungry and just wanted something quick to eat – but this "doner" was simply inedible. The meat wasn't cooked all the way through. The texture was reminiscent of chewing gum – tough, rubbery, and almost impossible to chew. It got worse with every bite. If you looked closely, you could see thick, white pieces of skin in the meat, which in places were so hard that you could barely bite into them, let alone chew them. It was disgusting – there's no other way to put it. I pointed this out to the waiter, and the doner kebab was quickly taken to the kitchen. What happened next was an absolute disgrace: I was told that "no one has ever been dissatisfied with the meat" and that "everything was fine." No offer of a replacement, no concession – the kebab was simply placed back in front of me without a word. As I went to the checkout, I naively thought they'd at least have the decency to waive the amount – but no. Without batting an eyelid, they charged me the full price. For a dish that was objectively inedible. Apparently, they're more concerned with the money than with customer satisfaction. Goodwill? None. Customer service? Nonexistent. Criticism? Zero. The fact that they told me to my face that "no one has ever complained" while I was sitting at the table, obviously disgusted, says it all. This kind of disregard for feedback is simply unacceptable in the restaurant industry. This isn't about personal preference – it's about bad, undercooked meat with unappetizing ingredients. And that's an absolute no-go! I've eaten many kebabs in my life – but something like this has never happened to me. This was by far the worst kebab I've ever had. The waiters seem friendly, but they can't do anything—they just seem to do what you tell them. It's a shame that you're treated like this as a customer. Conclusion: I will never go to this restaurant again and strongly advise everyone to stay away. Anyone who values ​​quality, hygiene, and respectful customer service should definitely eat elsewhere.
