Pizza is pretty tasty and big, but it's just a classic gentrified pizzeria that primarily sees hipsters and Insta girls as its core target group. But it's okay, because the (overpriced) pizza definitely tastes good and such restaurants also have a conceptual right to exist.

I had a salad with shrimp 🦐 and avocado 🥑 taken from the lunch menu. It was very tasty. 😋

72 hours is probably a reference to the waiting time. Since the pizzas only have to go into the oven for a very short time, the turnover is not appropriate for the number of guests. The tomato sauce is almost tasteless and unseasoned, but the dough is a dream and so are the various toppings. It's just a shame to have to wait for over half an hour with a growling stomach three times out of six previous visits. The ambience is industrial-modern but incredibly loud and without any acoustic elements.

There is an influencer who thinks this pizzeria is one of the top 10 in Germany. What more can I say about them other than that they are really delicious.

Good pizzas if you like the Neapolitan dough variant. More expensive, on average 12-15 euros for a pizza. But also filling and deliciously fluffy. We usually take leftovers with us and have something for later. Location itself is not my style. Dark, few warm colors. Rather puristic, loud music, clean. Whoever likes it. Fast service. Take out and eat in, no delivery. Reservations recommended on weekends.

It's good that there will soon be a new alternative in Aachen. In the beginning they tried hard to come up with new pizza creations. Now monthly pizzas are only new every two months. In addition, it repeats itself every year. Absolutely unimaginative.

We visited the restaurant with my husband and called ahead because we didn't know whether we had to make a reservation and were able to eat there without a reservation. The location is very nice and clean. I thought it was great that there were all kinds of Fritz Kola. A plus that you are noticed straight away and you don't have to wait long for the pizza. So it was the best pizza I've eaten in a long time. We ordered fungi and pizza with Gambas was ok for the price. Parking is also very good with a parking ticket. I thought it was ok because you don't have to wait long for your food anyway, everything is well deserved 5 stars plus very nice staff.

Everything is super tasty, an interesting place, I recommend the vegetarian options. Maybe I have to say that it would be good to warn the customer that the pizza is so juicy that sometimes it just drips.

I thought the pizza looked perfect , but now comes the big but: - the edge was very soft. (I, as a big pizza fan, have to tell you that for me that's not one of them). the pizza was overloaded and the prices were salty.

Great pizza maker, best pizza in Aachen

The best wood-fired pizza I have tasted in the region. We enjoyed the pizzas. The dough is thin and the combination of ingredients is just incredible. I highly recommend.

The pizzas are very good. It's best to take one home with you or to the nearby park. The restaurant is furnished in a modern/simple manner, but the acoustics are difficult due to a lack of fabrics. If you want to have a conversation it becomes tiring, especially if there is also (good) loud music playing. The friendly staff will turn it down on request. I can recommend the inexpensive lunch offer. Of the dishes, I particularly like the truffle pizza and the large salads.

Complaints, criticism or small comments are not responded to at all. Staff and service is getting worse and worse. It's a shame ☹️

The best place to go for pizza in Aachen is definitely Napoli72H. Perfect dough, fluffy edges and the topping for every pizza is always perfect. There's a really good deal at lunchtime. Service is super friendly and fast. The ambience is also great. It's worth a visit every time.

Good pizza, but I expected more for the price and hype

Unfortunately the music was a bit loud. The pizza actually tastes really good... but unfortunately the dough becomes soft in the middle much too quickly and unfortunately all the ingredients fall off the piece of pizza as soon as you lift it up.

Best pizza I've eaten so far. The dough is perfect and the ingredients are all fresh. The pizzaria is even on Holle21614's top 10 pizza list. The pizzaria is only recommended.

From an Italian, really good pizza, just like in Naples! It's a shame that the place is small and the preparation takes a bit long, but there is a lot of choice of pizzas and drinks. I'll be back 😊

The pizzas are always absolutely delightful. They arrive with such speed that I'm genuinely shocked every time. The staff is also warm and welcoming. They also offer lunch option what is a very good deal. You won't find better in Aachen. :)

I ordered a pizza for lunch here, I have to say, this is simply the best pizza in Aachen! I've tried almost all the good pizzerias here, but this one is hands down the best. Pizza dough was perfectly cooked and tasty, not too salty, and the crust was very crispy and fragrant. Tomato sauce was good, sour-sweet, I guess seasoned with a bit of oregano. The absolute best was the mozzarella, very tasty (It tastes like milk, like real Italian mozzarella, amazing!). The pizza was also normal-sized, not small like almost all other pizzas here in Aachen. Price-performance ratio is good, €11 for a Margherita, which is like all the other pizzerias here. Even the ingredients of the other pizzas (bresaola, mortadella, etc.) are similar to those from Italy! I will definitely come back, keep it up!🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

I am Italian and this is a legit Italian Pizza. Vary tasty and soft dough. Not very big pizzeria but quality indeed is the true value here. A little bit expensive.

Food was T.O.P. The waitress Cyntia recommended the Don Tito to us and it was the tastiest pizza I have eaten in my life. One negative point is that it was very busy and the store was a bit noisy (Saturday evening). It was difficult to have a conversation and you had to hurry because the tables were mostly reserved. but overall it was still a great experience….

We actually don't like eating pizza. But we learned that the dough here has very high hydration and is allowed to rest for over 72 hours. It's really rare for anyone to offer that. We ordered a vegan pizza without cheese. The pizza was very well done. You were blown away just by watching it. And the price for this quality is mega cheap. Gladly again 👍 I can't understand all those who classify this as normal. The dough here is allowed to rest for 72 hours.

The best pizza dough I have eaten in Germany, BUT 17 € for a Pizza Gambas, which then has 5 Gambas on it, unfortunately the price-performance ratio is no longer right for me...

A real Italian pizza, as we knew it from the first pizzerias in Germany. Not an industrially prepared pizza with dough pieces and canned toppings, but freshly prepared in every respect. This is how Italian pizza should be. Class!

Coming from Essen, where in my opinion you can eat the best Neapolitan Pizza (Nola is a favorite & a good 2nd is 60seconds to Napoli), I tried the address in Aachen, friendly service and good prices (especially with the lunch deal!) The pizzas themselves are also delicious, perhaps with a little more refinement in the flavor composition and preferably variants with more burrata 😌 If you are in the area, this is a good address that deserves more customers.

Big fan of this place. A couple of my Italian friends have said that it is one of the few authentic and actually good pizza places in the city. Also, it's very nice to have it in Frankenberger, as most of the restaurants are in the centre and it's a pain to get there xD

Super leckere Pizza, die schmeckt wie wenn man sie in Neapel isst. Wir wurden schnell und freundlich bedient und bekamen schnell unser Essen- top!

Als wir in das Lokal eingetreten sind, wurden wir gewissermaßen nicht beachtet, obwohl wir an der Theke standen und kurz gewartet haben, ob man uns platzieren wird. Als wir uns danach selbstständig an einen Tisch setzen wollten, kamen die Leute und sagten, nein hier ist alles reserviert. Sie können an den steh an den Hochtisch gehen. Sowas empfinde ich als Respektlos?!

Vom Ambiente her relativ schön. Holzstühle sind halt nicht sehr bequem auf Dauer. Natürlich ist das subjektiv. Leider hat die Pizza sehr enttäuscht. Teig in der Mitte nicht durch, der Rand ist nicht fluffig wie es sein soll. Der Rand (außerhalb) muss eigentlich knusprig und von innen weich sein, sodass sich, wenn man den Rand eindrückt, der Rand sich selbst wieder aufbaut. Das war nicht gegeben. Weder das er sich aufbaut, noch das der Rand außerhalb knusprig war. Die Zutaten an sich waren super. Sehr bekannte Tomatensauce, super weiße Farbe des Fiori di Latte, aber der Teig ist einfach nicht gut gewesen. Außerdem wird der Teig nicht per Hand ausgebreitet so wie das bei einer neapolitanischen Pizza gemacht werden muss, damit die Luft wirklich komplett in den Rand eingedrückt wird. Die Pizza wird maschinell ausgebreitet, ist halt angenehmer für das Personal und auch für “ungelernte” leichter aber dann ist halt der Unterschied in der Qualität zu sehen, da die Luft niemals komplett in den Rand eingedrückt wird mit der Maschine, daher baut sich auch nicht wirklich ein großer Rand auf, und ich meine, das ist ja grad das schöne und leckere bei einer neapolitanischen Pizza! Die Pizza ist wenn man sie kaut auch sehr gummiartig. Tut mir eigentlich so leid für den Laden, weil die zunächst ein super Eindruck gemacht haben aber es ist die Wahrheit. Als wir gefragt worden sind ob die Pizza geschmeckt hat, hab ich höflich gesagt, “naja, leider nicht so wirklich” es wurde nur abgeräumt und garnicht gefragt weshalb. Warum dann überhaupt fragen!? Die allermeisten haben halt keine Ahnung von neapolitanischen Pizzas, anderes kann ich mir die hohe Bewertung nicht erklären. Hat aber mit einer guten neapolitanischen Pizza nichts zu tun. Pizza per Hand ausbreiten und den Pizzastein auf 480 grad würde die Pizza erheblich besser machen. Wie ihr den Teig macht kann ich nicht sagen, ich bin mir aber auch da sicher, dass ihr da etwas falsch macht, weil das Innere des Randes, viel weicher und vor allem weißer sein muss. Bei euch ist es grau und feucht.

Sehr gute neapolitanische Pizza. Eine Auswahl an italienischen Flaschenbieren. Das Ambiente ist eher imbissmässig. Die Bedienung ist aber schnell und nett. Ein Laden, der sehr zu empfehlen ist.

This Is My favourite pizzeria in Aachen, a real Italian pizza experience and tastes. Since I tried, I only come here to have pizza. I did not Like the tiramisù instead, because I would Say It Is not made with mascarpone and egg as the traditional recipe, but with whipped cream.

Hier gibt es wirklich sehr gute Pizza! Wer auf einen dünnen Pizzaboden, frische Zutaten und authentische Küche steht, wird hier fündig. Egal, ob zum mitnehmen oder im Restaurant essen, immer geht es schnell und das Personal ist super nett. Wir kommen gerne hier her!

Wir waren zur Mittagszeit für das Mittagsangebot da. Preislich ein top Angebot, leider hat die Pizza enttäuscht. Vieles war eigentlich gut - der Teig war wirklich spitzenmäßig und die Zutaten per se auch alle gut. Allerdings war die Pizza leider viel zu viel belegt. Für eine neapolitanische Pizza viel zu viel Käse. Auf meiner Pizza war Basilikum-Pesto, was so ölig war, dass die gesamte Pizza mit Öl vollgesogen war. Es fiel mir wirklich schwer die Pizza zu essen, weil jeder Bissen sich anfühlte, als würde ich einen Teelöffel Olivenöl essen. Weniger ist in dem Fall definitiv mehr. Daher würde ich nicht nochmal hier essen, auch wenn es zunächst sehr verlockend wirkte.

Total überbewertete Pizza. Teuer und einfach nur ölig. Der Teig war weich, weil er so von Öl durchtränkt war. Ich hatte die vegetarische Buffalo Pizza. Darüber hatte man wohl einen Liter Öl ausgekippt. Sehr schade. Ich konnte nur ein paar Stücke essen..

I ordered a pizza with pesto and parmesan, named Stallone, they brought it without parmesan and did not even justify, they just served it with missing ingredient, as you can see in the photo. The pizza was exceedingly oily, even though I love olive oil, this was too much. It was probably the first time I was unable to finish a pizza. To be fair, the only positive thing about the experience was the rapidity of the service, the pizza was ready in matter of minutes. It was way below my expectations based on previous reviews.

버스를 기다리다 우연히 들어오게된 식당. 배가 크게 고프지 않아 두명이서 Margherita(10.50) 피자와 Salat Mista(5.00)를 시켜먹었는데 매우 만족스러웠다. 가격도 합리적이고 매뉴시킨지 5분만에 피자가 나와서 놀랐다. 토마토향이 좋고 맛있었다.

Kleine Pizzaria mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern und tollen Pizzen. Die Pizzen haben einen schönen dünnen Teig mit einem tollen Rand. Die Pizzavarianten sind super, insbesonders die immer wieder wechselnden Pizzen. Reservierung zu empfehlen.

The pizza was moderately good. I guess in my pizza the yeast was not activated and the sides of my pizza were pretty chewy. My pleasure of having pizza is the porous and aerated sides that makes pizza quite light. The toppings were perfect especially the San Marzano tomatoes.

Wir waren gestern mit sieben Personen mittags dort essen. Einige hatten Salate, einige Pizzen mit Beilagen Salat. Die Pizzen waren hervorragend, leider waren die Salate voller Sand. Wäre der Sand nicht darin gewesen, wären auch die Salate hervorragend gewesen. Optisch, waren sie absolut ein Highlight. Bei der Reklamation, wurde sofort reagiert und die Salate gegen neue ausgetauscht. Leider waren auch diese wieder voller Sand. Dies war bei tatsächlich allen Salaten so. Sie waren nicht zu essen. Der Service reagierte absolut nett und zuvorkommend. Der Kellner entschuldigte sich beide Male.Beim bezahlen, mussten die Leute, die nur das Mittags Menü mit einem Salat bestellt hatten gar nichts zahlen ( auch nicht das Getränk) , diejenigen, die einen Beilagensalat hatten, bezahlten nur die Pizza. Wir waren uns alle einig, dass wir so einen hervorragenden Umgang mit Reklamationen bisher noch nie erlebt haben. Eigentlich sollte selbstverständlich sein, aber ich denke die meisten Menschen, haben schon erlebt, wie man eben nicht professionell mit Reklamationen umgeht. Aus diesem Grunde, werden alle sicherlich noch einmal dieses Lokal besuchen und auch weiterempfehlen, für die zweite Chance. Hätten sie anders reagiert, hätte keiner mehr einen Fuß in dieses Lokal gesetzt und es auch definitiv nicht weiterempfohlen. Absolut professionelle Art und Weise mit so einer Situation umzugehen. Hervorragend und wir können nur sagen, weiter so! Übrigens bekommt man in dieser Pizzeria auch hervorragende vegane Pizzen. Einfach nur lecker.👍

Kennste eine, kennste alle. Neoapolitanische Pizza besteht aus viel Teig und Rand. Muss man wahrscheinlich mögen. Ich fand sie geschmacklich langweilig und in der Mitte zu wabbelig. Service war nett.

Die Pizza war in 5min fertig, da ich großen Hunger hatte, habe ich weniger als die Hälfte gegessen sonst ist nicht essbar nur Teig. Schade!!

Mega leckere Pizzen! Gerade als Mittagsangebot vom Preis echt unschlagbar!

Zweiundsiebzig Stunden soll der Teig laut eigener Angabe ruhen dürfen. Es lohnt sich, denn das Ergebnis ist sehr geschmacksintensiv und geht toll an den Seiten hoch. Die typische neapolitanische Pizza kommt ohne viel Schnickschnack aus. Ein paar hochwertige Zutaten, dazu schnelles Backen im heißen Ofen und dann schnell auf den Tisch. Fünf Minuten nach Bestellung hatten wir unser Essen, der Kellner war freundlich und aufmerksam. 14 € für Pizza, Getränk und Espresso (Authentizitätspunkt für di2 angewärmten Espressotassen) war absolut in Ordnung. Ich fand die Musik etwas zu laut, aber das sieht ja jeder anders.

Mein Besuch in diesem Restaurant war enttäuschend. Obwohl die Pizza frisch aus dem Ofen kam, war sie kalt, und ich habe nichts gesagt, weil der Laden so gehypt wird, was ich nicht verstehe. Der Teig war gut, aber es gab viel zu viel Tomatensauce an manchen Stellen. An einigen Ecken der Pizza war nur Tomatensauce, kein Käse. Ich hatte nach Rucola auf meiner Margherita-Pizza gefragt, aber es wurde vergessen. Außerdem war es ärgerlich, dass man immer den Kellner um Salz oder Tabasco bitten muss, anstatt dass diese Dinge einfach auf dem Tisch stehen. Insgesamt war ich von meinem Besuch enttäuscht. Es gibt Imbissbuden, die bessere Pizza machen. Das einzige Gute war der Teig. Es ist schade, dass die Pizza kalt serviert wurde.

Wir haben da 2 mal Pizza Parma bestellt. Eine 100% Empfehlung. Sowohl im Park als auch drin schmeckt es super! Der Teig ist sehr lecker und viel schinken. Eine Pizza reicht für 2 Erwachsene! 😃🍕😃
