I've been regularly ordering takeaway pizza from this branch for a while now. Generally, the pizza is the best I've had in Aachen so far. Unfortunately, the entire staff was replaced a while ago; I haven't seen any of the familiar faces there. This resulted in large parts of my pizza being burnt. This was because only one employee had to act as both server and pizza maker. The time he spent preparing the pizza box was too long for the pizza to be in the oven. A few weeks earlier, there was absolute chaos because more than five servers and pizza makers were unable to follow a structured workflow. Customers sometimes had to wait over 40 minutes. It didn't help that the wait times communicated beforehand were far too short. I waited over 30 minutes, while customers who had ordered later were served before me. When you throw the order receipts in a disorganized pile and don't clearly arrange them in order, I'm not surprised. In stark contrast, before the personnel change, well-coordinated teams of one or two pizza chefs and one server easily handled both a substantial number of orders from outside customers and a well-stocked restaurant. Once, even with just two people, they showed great organizational talent and dedication, which left a lasting impression on me. I would love to do it again.

Great service. When I complained that there wasn't enough tuna on my pizza, the chef cooked me an extra portion of scampi. What a generous gesture! It tasted delicious!

Service when eating in was very quick and courteous. The next time I picked up the pizza, I had to wait 50 minutes for a very minimally topped pizza, with half the toppings missing and only served upon request. Definitely poor service for takeaway, considering the price.

I had a vegan Margherita. The pizza was okay, the tomato sauce fruity. The crust around the edges was dark, as befits a Neapolitan pizza. What was absolutely unacceptable was that on my vegan (!) pizza, which costs 25% more than the equivalent with animal-based mozzarella, two corners of animal-based mozzarella were clearly visible. At least they made the effort to pick it off one spot, but the other spot was apparently overlooked. If I'm going to pay the extra for a cruelty-free product, then I want a completely cruelty-free product. Simply incredibly disappointing. My partner had a hair on his plate under his pizza, naturally under the last remaining slice.

The only positive thing was, unfortunately, the tomato sauce – it was truly the best I've ever eaten. We ordered a vegan Margherita pizza and a Diavolo. And the rest? The dough was very soft and "squishy," and the crust was easy to knead into a ball. Unfortunately, nothing was crispy here. A piece of regular mozzarella had found its way onto the vegan pizza, and a staff member's hair was underneath my Diavolo. Unfortunately, the service also left a lot to be desired. No eye contact was made when I ordered, and while I was eating the last slice of my pizza, they were already clearing the plates. I know of better pizzerias in Aachen that aren't as expensive and also serve Neapolitan pizza.

The pizza tasted good, but unfortunately, Reggaeton music played the whole time (which would be perfectly fine for a night out). The tea I ordered in advance came from a Netto tea bag and was charged at €3 for an "Americano." €16 for the pizza would be reasonable if the ambiance and service matched that of a restaurant.

A good selection of different pizzas, including vegan and vegetarian options. There are also constantly changing, very creative monthly pizzas that are always worth trying.

I haven't had such good Neapolitan pizza in a long time. If you have to wait, it's definitely worth it.

Unfortunately, all the pizzas were only lightly seasoned, and there was no salt or pepper on the table. The crust was too dark in spots, making it far too bitter for my taste. The acoustics were terrible. There was potential.

Well, I have to say, I don't really understand the hype surrounding this place. If you order a pizza and transport it (in my case) 200 meters home, it's soggy, almost cold, and soggy with grease. Sorry, but anyone who's ever eaten an "original" pizza in the old town of Naples will quickly realize that these two have nothing in common! Except maybe the resting time for the dough. The team is very nice and friendly, and the atmosphere is okay, too. I'll eat there soon to see if the pizza is less soggy. Since everything is always in proportion, based on my experience so far, the price-performance ratio isn't that good, I have to say. But I don't want to criticize everything for no reason! The pizzas are okay overall, but nothing more in my opinion. Edit: I've now eaten there as well and I have to say that it's not much more "fat-free" there. So, the bottom line is that the pizza is far too greasy and therefore too soggy in the middle to qualify as Neapolitan pizza. What a shame.

It was very good: great service, good pizzas, and a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the music was a bit too loud for us, but maybe that's due to the age ☺️

Ordered 2 pizza cut in half for me and my friend. Came a big pizza with fresh tomatoes but the dough is a bit too wet for me. Salmon is a bit fishy - again it's a personal preference but the size makes it worth the penny.

The pizza is super tasty. Thin base, thick juicy edge and a really tasty tomato sauce. The pizza could be just a bit hotter because it cools down really quickly. The restaurant is more of a fancier snack bar, but still very nicely decorated.

We were lucky to get a table without a reservation

Instead of a vegan Margherita, a normal one was delivered - nausea and stomach pain were the result. On the phone, the unfriendly employee just said that we can reorder a vegan at our own expense, no voucher, no refund, nothing. The other pizza we ordered was okay, but definitely not worth the price.

Never use Uber again. Pizza was delivered cold and was not edible.

Very good pizzas, fresh products, the quality and tastes are there 🤤 The service is very pleasant. On the other hand, I do not recommend high tables facing the window. The table shook every time someone walked through the door, and there were some! It ruins the experience a bit. Damage. Tiramissu -> good dessert but not a real tiramissu 😞

It's a real pizzeria, fresh products, excellent pizzas. The room is a little behind, and if you're looking for a restaurant to spend a while, you might be disappointed. Lots of passages for take away delivery. For a quick bite to eat in brasserie style, great!

Tastiest pizza in Aachen! I would always recommend eating locally. The pizza is usually ready super quickly (unless a large order has been placed for pickup beforehand) and tastes best fresh out of the oven. Dough is super delicious. The surface is perfectly coordinated. We always enjoy coming. Everyone is very friendly and uncomplicated. Highly recommend Don Tito or Parma 72. Simply delicious!

Not an option for vegetarians. Hardly recommended for vegans. The dishes labeled as vegetarian are misleading and are not vegetarian. You would think that as a restaurant operator you would have to deal with this, especially with high prices per pizza. I've already pointed this out several times, and every time it was "taken away". New cards are still printed misleadingly. Maybe this comment will help. What should be noted, however, is that the speed at which the food is served is really fast. Even if you order, you can always pick it up straight away. The pizzas themselves are also very tasty. I recommend the vegan marinara. However, I cannot recommend any other vegetarian/vegan pizzas. In addition, all pizzas are shared with the same cutter. I find additives to be poorly indicated. The area is also extremely loud, which might be difficult for people with hearing sensitivity.

The dough is interesting, but the pizzas are very mushy and for the price it is very dissappointing. Like you cannot hold a slice without aid, because it is that soggy.

Pizzeria with a simple, friendly atmosphere and slightly higher prices. Delicious quick Neapolitan pizzas with a thin base, thick crust and fruity topping. Unfortunately the pizza was only slightly warm, it could have been a bit crosser - but still quite good! The pizzeria is still highly recommended. Nice selection of pizzas, including vegetarian as well as pasta and salads. In any case, you should try them. The pizzeria reminds me of a combination of the pizzeria in Nuoro (fastest pizza so far) and Tratalias (thin pizza with fresh toppings).

Very loud, no matter how many people are there - poorly insulated/no soundproofing... The pizza: sad, without words... Charcoal black burnt, thick edge, very thin in the middle, toppings floating... This also makes the whole thing difficult to cut. Friendly staff who do what they can, but everything else is a disaster! It's a shame, because the noise level could easily be reduced. The prices are far too expensive for the overall impression.

I paid a premium price. What I received was a pizza with burned basil. That should be easy to avoid for a pizza maker, like frying an egg. The burned thing was easily visible and removable but I was served the pizza as it was. I took it out myself. I got two olive oil dressings. As an olive oil producer myself, I can say that my diesel car enjoys better oil than myself that night. For the price that you charge you can afford 10 drops of extra virgin olive oil for your customers. I am writing this review after being 4 times to this place and giving it 2 chances, because the first 2 times I liked it.

The pizza was ready after what felt like 2 minutes. The edge was completely burnt. Otherwise the ground was completely soggy and mushy and best eaten with a spoon. At that price I expect fresh peppers and not pickled ones.

Mega friendly, uncomplicated staff Pizza is super delicious

We were at Napolie72h in the evening. Reservations are recommended. It got full pretty quickly after 7:30 p.m. - even during the week. The food was great. A really great pizza. Absolutely recommended. Nobody in Aachen can get there that quickly. Small deduction: The chairs are not super comfortable to sit on. So not a restaurant where you linger. But absolutely great for us - we will definitely aim for it several more times.

Great lunch deal for €15 & nice waiters

The drinks are good. There is a wide selection of pizzas to choose from, which are both quick to prepare and taste great. I like the atmosphere, even when there are walk-in customers at the counter, because it is still cozy and has character. The service is friendly.

We ordered the three vegan pizzas and were absolutely impressed. The grilled vegetable pizza in particular is very tasty. Because it is a rather small shop, it can be quite busy when there is a lot of traffic. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed the visit.

It started with the fact that my salami pizza was cut with the same knife as my friend's vegetarian pizza. On the way, the pizzas were poured through the box onto the beautiful lap of the aforementioned friend. After the topping left the dough while eating, I was at least able to read the restaurant's fancy paper mat through the dough. (For craftsmen, comparable to an aluminum jet track) Fortunately, the love was greater than the disappointment after this date.

Be careful when picking up! You order a pizza for 18€ and when you get home there is a nasty surprise... Pizza is empty, cold and has a charred edge... outrageous prices and poor quality, a shame

Pizza is pretty tasty and big, but it's just a classic gentrified pizzeria that primarily sees hipsters and Insta girls as its core target group. But it's okay, because the (overpriced) pizza definitely tastes good and such restaurants also have a conceptual right to exist.

I had a salad with shrimp 🦐 and avocado 🥑 taken from the lunch menu. It was very tasty. 😋

72 hours is probably a reference to the waiting time. Since the pizzas only have to go into the oven for a very short time, the turnover is not appropriate for the number of guests. The tomato sauce is almost tasteless and unseasoned, but the dough is a dream and so are the various toppings. It's just a shame to have to wait for over half an hour with a growling stomach three times out of six previous visits. The ambience is industrial-modern but incredibly loud and without any acoustic elements.

There is an influencer who thinks this pizzeria is one of the top 10 in Germany. What more can I say about them other than that they are really delicious.

For me the best pizza in Aachen

Good pizzas if you like the Neapolitan dough variant. More expensive, on average 12-15 euros for a pizza. But also filling and deliciously fluffy. We usually take leftovers with us and have something for later. Location itself is not my style. Dark, few warm colors. Rather puristic, loud music, clean. Whoever likes it. Fast service. Take out and eat in, no delivery. Reservations recommended on weekends.

It's good that there will soon be a new alternative in Aachen. In the beginning they tried hard to come up with new pizza creations. Now monthly pizzas are only new every two months. In addition, it repeats itself every year. Absolutely unimaginative.

We visited the restaurant with my husband and called ahead because we didn't know whether we had to make a reservation and were able to eat there without a reservation. The location is very nice and clean. I thought it was great that there were all kinds of Fritz Kola. A plus that you are noticed straight away and you don't have to wait long for the pizza. So it was the best pizza I've eaten in a long time. We ordered fungi and pizza with Gambas was ok for the price. Parking is also very good with a parking ticket. I thought it was ok because you don't have to wait long for your food anyway, everything is well deserved 5 stars plus very nice staff.
