Super tasty, authentic Korean cuisine, we felt very comfortable. When booking a table, an amount of 5 euros per person is due, which will be refunded after the appointment has been made, card payment only, which I very much welcome. However, when I didn't book a tip using the card, the employee briefly lost her friendliness. Tip in cash, as I always do when paying by card, led to the return of the friendliness I had previously experienced

We ate here for the first time on February 1st, 2025 and were thrilled. Ambience simple and beautiful...food fresh and delighted the eyes and the palate. I particularly liked the fact that the basis of many dishes is vegetarian and that the meat components can be added. We would love to come back and are already looking forward to our next visit.

The bibimbap namul is just right ㅠㅠ From fern to radish namul.. All other menu items are also delicious. I visited several times with foreign friends and everyone was very satisfied! The people who serve us are also very friendly. Intention to revisit⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a very pleasant time at Namsan. The food (starters, main and desert) were amazing and very fresh! Also the service was very friendly, fast and they even welcomed our dog. Happy to come back soon!

We took the Soul grill plate for two and it was very filling. However, the ladle was much too small and you couldn't get the sauce onto the plate easily. Food was good but not top-tier among Berlin's Koreans. It can be done quickly, but definitely not a must-go place. Sorry, I'm spoiled there.

On October 25th, 2024 I was in this restaurant with a friend. When we reserved a table we had to pay a fee of 10 euros, which you get refunded after the visit, but I couldn't quite understand why it was necessary given the size and crowds of the restaurant. The shop is relatively small and busy, which probably explains this practice, but still seems questionable. Another point of criticism is the limited length of stay: you can only use the table for 1.5 hours, as it is then reserved for the next reservation. At 7 p.m. sharp we were asked to leave, even though our glass wasn't yet empty - we found that unpleasant and inflexible. The food was really good though. As far as the service was concerned, however, there was a problem: When being served, the food was explained in English without asking, without first clarifying whether we even spoke English. This seems to be standard in Berlin now, but I find it problematic that the service staff seem unable to convey basic information in German. We said we didn't speak English (which wasn't true), whereupon the service staff was visibly irritated, but at least called someone who could help us in German. In summary: The food was good, but the service and organization left a lot to be desired. We will not visit this restaurant again.

An all-round successful evening! Service to the food was MEGA. We had the "Bulgogi Seoul Grill for 2 people". It was our first experience with Korean BBQ. We were directly explained how to eat it best and which combinations are “traditionally” eaten. Price performance unbeatable... Service and food simply perfect. It's been a long time since you've had an evening that you won't soon forget. We'll definitely be back!

If you love Korean food, go here! The japchae is so delicious. 👍🏻 Also run by Koreans :) so very authentic.

I ordered bulldog udong noodles but they brought me glass noodle soup which had very little noodles in it. As a result, I wasn’t full and went to an Uzbek restaurant to eat lagman.

The beef noodle soup is too sweet for me as an Asian. I can not taste other spice and flavor in the soup bcs is too sweet. Service is good, but 20+€ for this noodle is really too expensive guys.

Not just food, but a whole experience. We took the grill at the table and it was amazing. Consider asking for a doggie bag, as the portion size is huge.

I highly recommend this Korean restaurant! As soon as we entered we were greeted in a very friendly and warm manner. The service was extremely courteous, attentive and always with a smile on her face. The food was simply fantastic - fresh, flavorful and authentic. We were particularly impressed by the variety of dishes. All in all a great experience! We will definitely be back and can only recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy Korean cuisine of perfect quality!

Great Korean restaurant with warm, motherly service that wants to introduce Korean food culture to every guest. Small menu with great selected dishes, which are always served with side dishes and soup. Drinking recommendation: rice wine!!

This is the first bibimbap of this quality in Europe! Breaking the prejudice that making bibimbap is difficult... there are a lot of tasteless bibimbap, but this place serves bibimbap with real sincerity and taste.

Truly the best Korean I've ever been to. Not actually a kimchi fan but the kimchi here is really wonderful. Was here for the third time now. You actually have to book, but you can sit at the bar here if there is still space. Really highly recommended.

We had a very nice evening in this restaurant a couple of weeks ago. The food was delicious, and the stuff was also friendly and helpful. It’s better to make a reservation in advance since there are not so many tables, and the restaurant was full.

Best Korean in Berlin (in my humble opinion)

We ordered something to take away today. The staff was wonderful and the food was to die for. It's a shame that we don't have great food nearby. Otherwise we would be there every week.

It is a fusion Korean food that has been well localized, and I think it brings out the taste of Korea in a unique way. The recipe is the same, but there are no ingredients, or people here don't like that kind of taste... It was nice to feel like they put a lot of thought and effort into creating a good and correct taste, rather than avoiding it like this. Asian food, Korean food, and especially bibimbap restaurants are very common in Berlin, but there were only two places that made me think, “This is really good, I want to come back,” and this is one of them. actually again I went there but it was closed ㅠ (They're closed on Mondays...) I'll try the next opportunity!

The food is of very high quality and the service was super friendly. Highly recommended and one of my new favorite spots in Bergmannkiez. The only downside is that they are not open during lunch time and also not on Mondays and Tuesdays. But probably it’s better that way, otherwise I’d be probably coming here way too often.

Amazing food and great service! It was our first time here and the waiter who helped us was super helpful in guiding us through the menu and helping us order their signature dishes. We had the kimchi and pork guiosas, the bibimbap and beef bulgogi. To drink, we tried a Korean beer called Cass. Highly recommend it!

What a gem! I have been looking for some delicious korean food spots and am so happy I stumbled across Namsan. The food is incredible, really! Its the closest to actual Korean flavors I've had in Berlin. The team is super sweet and attentive and I was happy to see the restaurant being full, as it's well deserved. Honestly, try everything and you won't regret it :) I'll be back! PS: I've been back and its still as delicious and friendly as before! They added a spicy chicken dish which I ABSOLUTELY LOVED but it is definitely spicy, so be warned :) I will become a regular here whenever I visit Berlin. Thank you for serving us such delicious food!

Since it wasn't possible to make a reservation outside on the same day, we wanted to make a reservation for the next day. This was also not possible on site, but only online. They couldn't tell us whether you would get a place outside...besides, reservations are only possible with a deposit and the possible length of stay is limited to 1.5 hours :-( like some people try to get rich...

Really good Korean flavors, great service

An absolute insider tip away from the normal hustle and bustle of Berlin. Super friendly, authentic staff and first class food. Especially the bibimbap with seaweed is to melt away. The prices are very fair and the atmosphere is first class. If the weather is nice, be sure to reserve in advance and sit outside!

The best Korean in berlin , service is magnificent

I give it a solid 4. Food prices are a little high. Unfortunately, the chicken was no longer there. The staff is generally friendly, but for some reason our order was taken only 15 minutes after we sat down... Although the waiters were not busy at that moment. There are not many seats, so it is better to book in advance. The place deserves a 4.

This is a Korean restaurant located between a quiet residential complex. Bibimbap, stone pot, and the rarely seen japchae are the main menu items. While traveling around Europe, I stopped by Korean restaurants in every city, but this is a place where you can eat authentic Korean food. There were very few Koreans and most of the locals, so it was clear that it was a local restaurant. Above all, the Korean manager and staff were very friendly, and the cook was also Korean, so it seemed like he brought out the Korean taste well. If you come to Berlin, I highly recommend stopping by.

Very friendly staff. Mandus were very good. Jap-Chae was a bit flat. The Seaweed Bibimbap was sometimes exceptionally tasty (kimchi was unfortunately very mild), but definitely deducted because of the portion size. Overall good, with potential to be very good.

Lived in Korea for 6 years and some of the freshest, flavorful bibimbap I’ve had even compared to Seoul. Vibes were great, service was lovely. One of my favorite meals during my week in Berlin.

Bibimbap and bulgogi are the main menu items, and they are presented well. My personal wish is that they add menu items like green onion pancakes and kimchi pancakes.

We had a very nice evening at Namsan with great food and very attentive hostess and service. Classic bibimbap is highly recommended here and we look forward to trying other dishes next time. After we ordered the 6 shots, we even got one each on the house! See you next time!

I have been here many times in the last few months. It was probably one of the top 3 restaurants in Berlin. Unfortunately this changed. I always order the same thing so I know the taste and size of the meal very well. The Bibimbap, that is quite expensive, around 22,50 and advertised that has 200 g of beef decreased in size and quality. The last meal I had there might really be the last one. There were only small pieces of shredded meat, probably under 100 grams but they added mushrooms, carrots and other things to mask the quantity of meat. The dish also is more oily and less tasty. I don't need huge portions of meat but if you don't deliver what you advertise it's false advertising and you charge the same as before . Felt very disappointed.

One of the best bibimbaps in town! I had an octopus bibimbap and it was so good! The octopus was very fresh which is rare even in sushi restaurants. The waitresses are so so lovely and sweet, they make this restaurant even better ❤️

We were looking for a place to eat with my friend and randomly we came across this little but very nice restaurant. We also were lucky to find a place without a reservation. Grilled Bulgogi was really delicious. The personal was very nice and friendly people. I would definitely recommend.

Great service and delicious food

Intrigued by the outside, we wanted to try this Korean bistro, and it has become our favorite Korean restaurant, the 5 stars are truly deserved! Welcoming and intimate atmosphere in a small place with just a few tables, the menu is short but the portions are very generous. For the service we would need 10 stars, we were treated as if we were regular customers, it's not easy to find such attentive staff! We will definitely be back to try other dishes!

It rarely happens to me that you feel so welcome. It was my first time there and I was treated as if I had been there 100 times before. It's rare to be treated with such a smile. The kitchen does an absolutely top job. In terms of taste as well as preparation. The atmosphere in the restaurant is created by pleasant jazz and a modern and subtle interior, without losing the charm of being invited to someone's home for dinner. Absolutely recommendable!

For me the best restaurant in the Bergmannkiez. The food is super tasty, the operators are extremely attentive, helpful and friendly and the restaurant has a very pleasant/warm atmosphere.

Excellent food experience. We had the kimchi pork dumplings and the Namul Classic Bowl bibimbap with kimchi, soup and gochujang. It was a bit much but we couldn't stop eating.
