We ate here 2 weeks ago during our holiday. We opted for the buffet and we really enjoyed it! I can still enjoy it. Wonderfully soft and deliciously spicy. Mmm a party. And nice staff. Recommended.

We stopped here on a longer bike tour and were immediately given a very friendly welcome. The service is really friendly and attentive. The food is not only deliciously prepared, but also tastes really great. The prices were appropriate for the quality and not too expensive. We would be happy to come back. I had dinner at Namaste India in Bonn and tried a few of their items. Overall, I’d give the experience 6.8/10: - Chicken Pakora: 6/10: Lightly breaded but not crispy, chicken was too dry - Shrimp Curry: 6.5/10: Curry flavour felt a bit lighter than expected, but was still okay. The shrimp was meh… - Chicken tikka: 7.5/10: Nicely presented. Decent pieces of chicken, but flavour was just okay and a bit dry. Nice veggies.

Very tasty and affordable. Service very friendly. It can get a bit cramped on the tables if a lot of “individual parts” are delivered.

Delicious authentic neighbourly

Originally my favorite Indian restaurant, it has now unfortunately been replaced because my order did not arrive in full twice and the response on the phone was unsatisfactory. There was also a relatively high price jump. The food is very, very good, which makes it all the more disappointing that the service doesn't keep up

Everything is beautiful, reminds me a little of the Indian restaurants I know from Malaysia. The food is great, value for money is right, very friendly, attentive service, the subtle yogi music makes you feel gentle and relaxed and the decor is chic, a bit like a Maharadja palace. Location on the nice Kartäuserplatz in BN Kessenich is also nice. You feel like you're in the village.

I recently dined at Nameste India and was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff were attentive. The chicken tikka masala was flavourful, and the lamb vindaloo was perfectly cooked. The naan was fresh and fluffy. Overall, a fantastic experience with authentic Indian cuisine. Highly recommend!

Both Chicken Mango Curry and Bhangen Masala are good..but definitely lack spices for more flavor. 11ˋ23: Waited only 36 minutes at lieferando instead of the predicted 60. Both Chana Masala, Alu Gobi Masala and Paneer Naan taste great. 12'22: Waited 83 minutes at Lieferando instead of the forecast 57. Mixed Vegetarian Masala is a little hot but otherwise insignificantly seasoned...not tasty. Namaste Chicken Tandoor s.gut. Butter naan unusually thick + unfortunately not crispy. January '22: Delivered almost on time..60min. instead of the predicted 48. Both chicken peanut and chicken mango curry taste great…highly recommended! January '21: Instead of lieferando's forecast of 53 minutes, it took 68...ok. Chicken Peanut +Chicken Tikka Masala awesome...I'll be back soon. May '20: Only 35 instead of 50 Mi. serviced at Lieferando. Instead of the delivery man putting the bag of food in front of the apartment door, he left it in front of the front door + I had to get it. Spicy lamb curry (ordered medium) was very spicy. ChickenTikkaMasala great. Unfortunately sauce leaked out of the packaging.

Pretty nice Indian Restaurant, the Buffet has a lot of delicious options. The naan bread is good (also included) delicious butter chicken and Tikka Masala. A really good option to eat Indian in bonn Kessenich.

The number 1 delivery service in Bonn - it couldn't be faster! It has already happened that a delivery takes longer than 30 minutes from the time the order is placed until the bell rings. Namaste Indian restaurant delights its customers with delicious curry, tandoori and homemade naan bread. There is an evening buffet on Mondays and Wednesdays for around 20€ per person that you cannot miss, either.

No. 49 (lamb curry) was super tasty, deep taste and nice service. Since we were here with 19 people, we also have to mention the speed, very nice🙏🏽

Somewhat hidden but fine Indian cuisine in Kessenich. Food also suitable for children and the surrounding area invites you to go for a hike before and after. Open for groups outside of regular times.

Namaste has gained in ambience at its new location. We chose the buffet, there was a large selection of delicious dishes, salad and dessert, but unfortunately it was always German-spicy, i.e. not spicy at all. Still tasty and very good, top price, friendly and interested service.

Very bad experience with Namaste India Restaurant I recently had the dubious pleasure of ordering from Namaste India Restaurant and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a restaurant. The worst thing, however, was the treatment of the staff. The delivery person called me and asked me to come downstairs to pick up my food. When I told him to please ring the bell and bring the food upstairs, he rudely replied, "Do you want the food or not?" Finally he reluctantly came upstairs, just left the food on the floor in front of my door and left without a word. I absolutely cannot recommend Namaste India Restaurant. Bad delivery times, poor service and incredible disrespect - I will definitely never order from here again.

Nice service, delicious food especially for families

For the second time i had a very poor experience with Namaste India Restaurant in Bonn. The worst part was the conduct of the delivery staff. The delivery person called me and insisted that i come downstairs to collect my food ( The food is paid with extra delivery costs!) When i told him to ring the bell and come up (1st floor), he rudely replied „do you want the food or not?!“ He eventually came upstairs, left the food on the floor in front of my door and left without saying a word. I cannot recommend Namaste India Restaurant at all. Poor delivery -subpar service, and incredible disrespect- I will definitely never be ordering from here again. This can happen once but twice is not acceptable!

Super delicious food. Buffet: Very good selection (vegan). Price is reasonable. Very cozy atmosphere and courteous service. If you like Indian cuisine you should definitely stop by there. The authentic spices and traditional dishes are a real taste experience! We recommend.

Even at the new location in Kessenich, we always enjoy going to what we think is the best Indian restaurant in Bonn. The buffet is highly recommended, a nice selection of dishes and it's delicious anyway!

An authentic Indian experience. The premises have been wonderfully redesigned, the service is quick and very friendly. The food is in a class of its own. Everything is prepared fresh and quickly and is wonderfully flavorful. The level of spiciness can also be adjusted upon request, from mild to Indian hot. A great gain for Kessenich.

For me the best Indian cuisine in Bonn. I was already a customer in Ippendorf. In addition to visiting business partners and customers, I also use the delivery service. My all-time favorite is the butter chicken and the homemade samosa. The samosas are truly world class. If you weren't here, it's your own fault! Until next time, dear Namaste team

Very fair price with choice Food was ok Too bad, a warmer would be a plus. A little hasty but cordial service Complicated to park (no parking and the street is the parking place for local residents therefore complicated to park): restaurant in a residential area next to a second restaurant which has parking but overloaded.

We always enjoyed staying here, but since it reopened the price/performance ratio has been bitter. We ordered two dishes from the menu and the portions were so small that I made myself something to eat at home because I just wasn't full. I'm 170cm and weigh 51kg, so you can imagine that it's not difficult to get full. But not here... the next thing I didn't like was the long waiting time. We had to wait 1 hour for our food. When it finally came, not even an apology. So I think this is my last visit to Namaste. A pity.

Delivery service wasn't great. The food arrived cold an hour and a half after ordering. Portions were small and not everything was exactly as we ordered. But the taste is very good.

The review refers to the buffet that takes place on Monday evenings, which I visited several times last year and now finally again. The buffet offers several cold and warm starters as well as main courses and a dessert: naan bread, pappadam with mint and sweet and sour dip, salads, dumplings, vegetarian, chicken and lamb curries, vegetables, rice. My favorites are Alu Chat (cold starter), Vegetarian Samosa (hot starter), Paneer Kofta (vegetarian curry), Mango Chicken Curry and Lamb Korma. You can taste that the food is fresh and prepared with good, fresh ingredients. It may be that Indian cuisine can be prepared in an even higher quality or perhaps just differently. With very few exceptions, I find the food on offer very tasty. The price-performance ratio can be described as excellent. The staff is - depending on who you meet - friendly, awkward or even grumpy. Some of them hardly speak any German or only speak English. The restaurant as such has a pleasant atmosphere with typical Indian devotional items.

Am 22.12. besuchten wir das Namaste in Bonn mit mehreren Personen. Es war online reserviert worden, was normal ist. Mit Glück bekamen wir einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus, es gibt wohl noch andere Parkplätze auf dem Karthäuserplatz. Bis auf den Eingangsbereich der etwas verbaut ist, ist es sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisen werden nach Schärfewunsch serviert. Alles sehr lecker. Zu den üblichen Bieren gibt es auch indische Bierspezialitäten.

Ich sag nur Chicken Masala!!!! Super lecker! Lieferung wie immer super pünktlich.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Der Lieferant war frech weil er die 120€ Bestellung auf den erste Etage hoch bringen musste. (Arbeitsplatz, kein Haus - niemand könnte runter kommen). Es war die letzte mal. Nie wieder.

Habn sehr gut gegessen und nett gesessen.

Sehr lecker und schöne Atmosphäre. Leider ist der Kellner etwas unhöflich. Hatte gefragt ob es Wasser auch in einem etwas größerem Glas gibt als in einem 0,2 Liter. Ja sagte er und stellte mir eine ganze Flasche hin. Ich hatte auch gefragt ob es nur Buffet gibt. Er sagte ja. Ein paar Minuten später kamen Gäste rein und bestellten aller Kart. Und er war sonst auch wirklich alles andere als höflich.

Passt alles: Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr leckeres Essen, großzügiger Nachschlag, Preis - Leistung super. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schön gestaltetes indisches Ambiente im urigen Kessenich. Seit einigen Wochen ist das Namaste India im früheren Karthäuser Hof eingezogen. Wir haben heute am frühen Abend das Buffet ausprobiert, das Montag- und Mittwochabend angeboten wird. Eine leckere Auswahl von Gemüsen, Geflügel, Fisch, Lamm u. veganen Gerichten. Dazu Rohkost, Reis und Fladenbrot, zum Dessert Obst und frittierte Milchbällchen. Alles auch wunderschön angerichtet! Viele Hauptspeisen sind zwar leicht scharf aber gut zu essen, besondere Schärfe ist ausgewiesen. Dazu haben wir einen roten Hauswein und ein Cobrabier bestellt. Alles in allem eine runde Sache zu zivilen Preisen. Am Service war nichts auszusetzen. Aufmerksam, höflich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder.

Coming from an Indian. The food was not that authentic. I understand when spices are added in moderation but the flavours and taste was bit authentic. At least not for the western India pallet. The waiter was super rude and impolite. The restaurant can do much better in terms of taste and services. Trust me in India the service is always good, people are polite no matter which part of India you visit. This was completely opposite of Indian representation.

If u want to experience true Indian food, nowhere else only at Namaste India

Ich war schon mehrfach hier und finde -wie auch andere schon geschrieben haben- es ist eine Bereicherung für Kessenich. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und das Ambiente und die Deko schön bunt und gemütlich. Als Bier empfehle ich das Namaste-Bier, echt süffig :). Aber auch der Mango-Lassi ist hier sehr lecker mit leichter Süße. Die Samosas und Pakoora waren lecker als Vorspeise. Als Hauptspeisen hatte ich schon viele verschiedene, alle waren im Geschmack gut ausbalanciert und super gelungen! Was die Schärfe angeht, kann man bei der Bestellung wählen von leicht bis sehr scharf ;) - sollte man evtl. doch zu scharf gewählt worden sein, bekommt man Joghurt dazu. Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist es mittwochs abends hinzugehen, da ist Buffet, so hat man die Möglichkeit verschiedene Speisen zu probieren. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Namasté 😁🙏🏽

Vom indischen Brot, das mit drei sehr leckeren Soßen serviert wurde, über die Hauptspeisen, die reichlich und schön angerichtet kamen, bis zum Dessert, das wirklich eine ungewöhnliche Köstlichkeit war, war alles spitze! Dazu ein schönes, entspannt belebtes Ambiente.

Sehr köstliches Essen mit frischen Zutaten. Sowohl die Vorspeisen als auch Hauptgerichte waren lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Gerichte werden in separaten Kupfertöpfchen serviert so dass es sich prima teilen lässt. Das Getränkeangebot es ebenfalls vielfältig, sowohl Wein als auch indisches Bier und diverse Lassi sind prima! Wir gehen jetzt bestimmt regelmäßig hier essen!

Buffet am Montag! Das Restaurant Namaste ist in unsere Gegend umgezogen und wir haben es erstmalig getestet. Wow. Sehr lecker und als Buffet genial zum Durchtesten . Meine Frau liebt es scharf gewürzt, ich weniger. Für jeden Geschmack reichliche Auswahl neues zu erkunden.. wir kommen gerne wieder!

beste indische Küche, perfekt abgeschmeckt und mit herrlicher Geschmacksvielfalt. Wundervolles und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltetes Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal. Wir waren vorher schon an der alten Adresse begeistert und waren heute erstmals an der neuen Adresse am Kartäuserplatz zu Gast. Für dieses tolle Lokal und die authentischen Speisen reisen wir jederzeit gerne aus Köln an.
