Ordered through Lieferando, order forgotten, no apology, food nothing special, any snack bar could do better. We ordered for pickup at 6:30 pm and paid via PayPal. The lady found the order after a while. Including the drive, it would have taken us an hour and a half to get the food, had it not already been paid for...

Super delicious, fresh, and the service is always friendly. We've been here many times. Sitting outside in the summer is also nice, even though it's by the street, which is pleasant because there's not much traffic. Today I tried Exotic Love (right) and Vitamin Punch (left). Lemongrass chili with rice (36.) and mango sauce with noodles (31.) Usually, I also have rice, but I always swap it for noodles 😅

The artfully prepared sushi variations particularly stood out, both visually and in terms of taste. The combination of crunchy elements and creamy sauces was a real highlight. The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and inviting. The dishes were presented attractively, which contributed to the positive overall impression. There were only minor fluctuations in the speed of the service, but that didn't detract much from the enjoyment. The restaurant is located in the former blacksmith shop. It looks very rustic and, apart from a bit of klimbim, doesn't look much like an Asian restaurant. There is a lack of coziness. The service staff was quite friendly. There is a very large selection of food. You can also order German cuisine. That was a bit disturbing. The taste of the food was okay. Some of the vegetables were very large pieces. The homemade lemonade was pleasantly fresh.

We were here on Monday for my mom's birthday and had a really nice and delicious evening here! We had various starters (glass noodle salad, edamame, king prawns, sweet and sour soup) - all highly recommended. There was nothing to complain about. For the main course we had sushi and various fried noodle dishes. Everything was really beautifully prepared and there was nothing to complain about here either. The portions themselves are also very large and more than sufficient. For dessert there were the sesame balls - also highly recommended! All the service staff were incredibly friendly. I also thought the interior was very nicely done. The wall paintings are incredibly beautiful & you feel very comfortable! I would recommend making a reservation as it was very busy even on a Monday. We'd love to come back.

You can go, but you don't have to. Very reminiscent of a waiting room. The waitress was nice but somehow she always spoke in a commanding tone. Food could have been better, it reminded me a lot of a snack bar in a shopping center.

We were in this restaurant at the beginning of December, with registration. The food was great. Unfortunately there was only one waiter there who found it more useful to play on the phone than to serve guests. Even though we were the only guests, we had to ask him to take more orders twice. However, I have to say that I was there in the evening and the service (women) was great. Friendly, open-minded and very competent. We found this great restaurant via Google - and almost drove past it. It's inconspicuously located around the corner and not on the main street as the address says ☺️! But it welcomed us brightly. With a nice ambience, lots of wood and little kitsch. The service was great, fast & friendly. All the food we had was fresh, with lots of herbs, tasty and also something to look at. I would even say it was the best Vietnamese food I have eaten so far. Thank you for this experience, which we did not expect in Herzfelde. We'd love to come back.

No matter what we chose to eat, and we've been here many times, it was fantastic. I don't know of any other Asian restaurant where everything is as great as Nam Chi. We'll definitely come back. Went there again at Pentecost, this time eating in the restaurant. Service, speed, taste top, but: I paid the amount of almost €100 by card, thank you and goodbye. No invoice received. Ok, I didn't ask. But the bitter aftertaste still remains: “Is this perhaps a way of avoiding taxes”? September 2024 - another experience: 10% self-collection discount is no longer available - delivery to the neighboring town (3-4 km) is not possible today - ok, we'll pick it up ourselves - food is already ready, delicious as always, no complaints - but: When paying, the question about cash payment came up several times - "Do you really have no cash?" - Payment by card is still possible, the card receipt has been printed - "do you want it?" - There was no invoice for the food ordered. The honey duck now costs €14.90 instead of €10.90 :(
