The Leeser Krug is known for its traditional German food at moderate prices. However, I was extremely disappointed by what the friendly server served me. The Baden-style meat skewer was bone dry and tasteless. I think they froze it and then revived it today in the convection grill. It was a solid block of meat and cheese, and even the fresh mushrooms in the sauce couldn't save it. I don't go to a restaurant for that kind of thing. Unfortunately, the friendly server didn't ask me how I liked it. Perhaps she knew why. Update: I have a stomachache tonight... it really was awful.
