Vielen Dank für eure tolle Arbeit! Wir haben Sushi-Rollen bestellt, die sehr schnell serviert wurden – von einer netten jungen Blondine. Die Rollen waren butterzart, man konnte die frische Avocado schmecken und der Masago-Kaviar war schön knackig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Aal-Rollen – die waren einfach köstlich! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Mein Freund und ich hatten heute richtig Lust auf einen Sushi-Burger und haben ihn zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Schon von Anfang an war unser Erlebnis eine Katastrophe. Die blonde Frau, schätzungsweise zwischen 50 und 60, die uns bediente, war extrem unhöflich, sah uns sichtlich missmutig an und tat so, als ob wir ihr etwas schuldeten. Wegen dieser Art verging uns schon vor der Bestellung der Appetit, aber wir beschlossen, zu warten, bis der Burger fertig war. Danach wurde es noch schlimmer. Auf der Speisekarte stand 10,90 € für den Sushi-Burger, aber beim Bezahlen hieß es plötzlich 12,90 €. Warum ist der Preis an der Kasse anders als auf der Speisekarte? Das ist irreführend für die Kunden. Aber das Schlimmste kam später. Wir hatten extra einen Burger mit Lachs bestellt, sind zum Picknick gegangen, haben die Bestellung geöffnet und festgestellt, dass er mit gewöhnlichem Thunfisch aus der Dose gefüllt war. Was soll man dazu noch sagen? Erstens entsprach die Bestellung überhaupt nicht. Zweitens bin ich allergisch gegen Thunfisch und konnte ihn daher nicht essen. Ich blieb hungrig zurück, meine Laune war im Keller und mein Geld war verschwendet. Wir konnten nicht zurückgehen, da mein Freund dringend zur Arbeit musste. Ich verlange eine Rückerstattung für diese Bestellung. Dieser Kundenservice – unhöflich, Preisabweichungen und der Austausch von Zutaten ohne meine Zustimmung – ist absolut inakzeptabel. Nach diesem Vorfall wirkt der Mitarbeiter inkompetent und unfähig, da bei einer einzigen Bestellung mehrere gravierende Fehler unterlaufen sind. Ich bin von Ihrem Restaurant äußerst enttäuscht. Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Ich bin dort spontan vorbeigekommen auf einer Erkundungstour durch Zweibrücken. Die Inneneinrichtung ist klar, niveauvoll und atmosphärisch, das Personal war sehr freundlich und mein Sushi und das Wokgericht waren qualitativ gut und aromatisch. Empfehlenswert! Gern wieder :)

Ehrlich gesagt, haben sie die leckersten Brötchen, die wir je in Deutschland gegessen haben. Wir möchten am liebsten die ganze Speisekarte probieren. Außerdem ist das Personal sehr freundlich und die Atmosphäre fantastisch.

Bestelle schon seit Jahren dort und bin mit dem Essen immer zufrieden. Toll ist auch, dass es einige vegane Alternativen gibt. Nun war ich das erste mal im Restaurant essen und der Service war wirklich sehr freundlich. Immer wieder gerne :-)

Das Mädchen am Telefon konnte kein Deutsch was die Kommunikation echt erschwert hat. Als das Essen dann ankam, war der Karton schon weich... es war nicht mehr appetitlich... sehr schade um das Geld. War auf jedenfall meine letzte Bestellung bei dem Laden.

I always enjoy coming back to My Sushi to savor their juicy and unique freshly prepared sushi variations. The homemade lemonade is fruity and not too sweet – simply perfect for my taste! It's a small, cozy restaurant where you immediately feel welcome.

I ordered sushi for delivery at 6:45 PM; it was supposed to take 1.5 hours. After waiting 2.5 hours, I called again to ask where my food was, to which a young, unfriendly man replied that "the driver is on his way." The food never arrived. What a shame.

An absolute highlight! The sushi is fantastic and fresh – a true taste sensation. The drink selection is creative and delicious; my absolute favorite is the Pornstar Martini. You immediately feel at ease, mainly due to the wonderful atmosphere and the warm, welcoming team. The owners are passionate about what they do, incredibly friendly, and attentive. Five stars aren't nearly enough! I'll definitely be back!

I'd especially like to commend the owner, whose incredibly warm and caring nature makes every visit truly special. She and her team took fantastic care of us (my children and me). My children are seasoned sushi connoisseurs and were absolutely thrilled with the creative presentation of the dishes—there's hardly a higher compliment. We met here yesterday. The dining room was cold, so I ordered the soup. It tasted more like onions and sour tomatoes, even though the menu stated it was a soup with coriander and coconut milk. The server was aware of the problem, but the chef didn't seem to care. Furthermore, I was charged for the soup even though I hadn't eaten half of it. This is probably due to their good home delivery service, but the restaurant/bistro was cold and the chairs were hard. The restroom, however, was very clean and comfortable.

We had ordered for pickup and discovered at home that the order was incorrect. We called and arranged for the missing order to be delivered. An hour later, the incorrect order arrived.

So delicious, the best sushi I have ever eaten and I even drive 25km for it.

Very annoying when you order food for almost 70 euros and then find that 1 order is missing. Business hours are listed on Sundays until 10 p.m. I tried to reach someone about the missing order from 9:30 p.m. onwards, but they just left the bell ringing. Having spent 13 euros for nothing is more than annoying. I learned my lessons from it. No matter how good the food is, with more than bad service, that was the last time I ordered from them!

The rolls and the sandwich were top! Fast delivery and a far nicer service. Definitely recommended.

Don't you want to slowly expand your size? ;-) There is no sushi delivery service here and no one can match your quality anyway. Best quality, best variations, best service. Despite the fact that the food is a little more expensive than in other sushi restaurants I know, the quality is significantly worse. For example, you can barely taste the spicy sauce, if at all, and I also find the portion a little unreasonable for the prices. We had the sushi delivered. The employee on the phone was very friendly. The food came quickly for a Saturday evening. The taste of the food itself was okay, but the fact that the vegetarian sushi was packaged together with the fish versions is unacceptable. I hope that in the future the delivery service ensures that vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are clearly separated. As long as this is not the case, I cannot recommend this service.
