Ich fange mal mit dem besten an: Dem Döner, dem ich 2 von 5 Sterne gebe. Die wichtigste Zutat (das Fleisch) hat das Essen echt derbe runtergezogen. Das Fleisch ist einfach schlecht. Nur schlecht. Ich kann es nicht neschreiben. Nur schlecht!!!! Viel schlimmer ist der Umgang mit den Kunden. Ich war heute Teil einer Gruppe vom fast ausschließlich gehörlosen Menschen. Ich und der Sohn von jemanden konnten übersetzen, weil wir hören können. Nur mal nebenbei: Wenn keiner übersetzen kann, kann man auch so mit zeigen die Bestellung bearbeiten. Als ein Gehörloser dran war und dieser für 3 Sekunden nicht geantwortet hat, weil er in dem Moment woanders hingeschaut hat, wurde die Bedienung hinter der Theke sehr unfreundlich von wegen "Hier gibt's noch andere Kunden". Obwohl er wusste, dass der Mann vor ihm nichts hören kann. Dabei ging es um nen Junior Döner für eine 8-jähriges Mädchen, die dann eben keinen Döner bekommen hat. Der Teil der Gruppe (4-köpfige Familie) wurde danach komplett ignoriert. Wie kann man überhaupt so mit Menschen umgehen? Und wie kann man nach 3 Sekunden Wartezeit auf eine Antwort mit dem Wissen, dass die Person gehörlos ist, so von Ungeduld und Respektlosigkeit getrieben sein, dass man so unfreundlich reagieren muss. Wir saßen da also als 10-köpfige Gruppe und von dieser Familie aus 4 Leuten hatte der Sohn ne Dönerbox. Mutter, Vater und Tochter von 8 Jahren durften beim Essen zuschauen. Mitten am Tag, 2 oder 3 Kunden dahinter, also kein Stress. Mal davon abgesehen, dass diese Familie auch zahlende Kunden sind. Schade für den Besitzer, denn heute sind 20 Euro Einnahmen weg und wir 10 Leute wissen, dass wir dort nie wieder hinkommen.

Heute besuchte ich My Kebap und wurde von Ihrem Mitarbeiter Mehmet unhöflich und respektlos behandelt. Ich wurde als Kunde definitiv nicht angemessen behandelt. Dieses unprofessionelle Verhalten schadet Ihrem Geschäft; Ihre Mitarbeiter waren äußerst gleichgültig und abweisend. Da mir Kundenzufriedenheit sehr wichtig ist, wollte ich Sie über diesen Vorfall informieren. Aufgrund dieser negativen Erfahrung werde ich Ihr Restaurant nicht wieder besuchen und kann es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Verkäufer hat mich übersehen und wurde noch frech. Bin dann gegangen weil er arrogant wurde. Keine zu Empfehlen.

Beste Dönerladen in Hagen, immer frisch und lecker. Es kommt immer zu einen Smalltalk. Ich fühle mich dort gut aufgehoben.

Ich liebe den Döner dort, super nettes Personal in super lecker belegt gehe dort immer hin, alle anderen dönerläden in Hagen können nichts im Gegensatz von My Kebap in Hagen!!! Ich Liebe es!!!!

Sehr guter döner nehmt die Meter mehr auf euch um dem Ranz am Markt zu entgehen es lohnt sich wirklich Bis knapp 11 Uhr sogar 2 Spieße noch am drehen mit sehr soliden Fleisch Sehr stabiler Döner auch wen der Mann hinterm Tresen einen so anschaut als müsste es mir leid tun das ich mir jetzt noch nen Döner hole aber Dan doch ganz sympathisch

Döner ist gut. Besonders hervor heben möchte ich das Fladenbrot. Service geht anders aber die beiden waren im Stress. Ambiente zum Sitzen leider nicht so tolm

Beste Döner in Hagen. Sauber und lecker. Woanders bekomme ich immer Bauchschmerzen außer hier bei my Kebab. Der Chef selber ist sehr nett und freundlich. Ich empfehle jedem 😉👍

I'd give zero stars if I could, but that's not possible. What was that I ate? I've been here twice, given you a chance, and was disappointed both times. The meat was raw; I was afraid the dog in my bread would talk to me. Worst kebab in Hagen ever!

The doner kebab is okay, but takes some getting used to. Unfortunately, the bread and dürüm wrap are convenience products, which I find incomprehensible, especially since it's a Turkish snack bar. One would expect at least fresh flatbread, and a dürüm, as described on the menu, is not a wheat wrap.

I eat here at least once a week, and the food is always delicious. One of the best restaurants in the Hagen area and number one in Hagen City Center.

Small shop but nevertheless very tasty veal doner kebab. I've been to many shops in North Rhine-Westphalia, even shops that were really hyped by YouTuber Holle, for example... Artuklu in Gelsenkirchen was very popular with many YouTubers and to be honest the meat at mykebab in Hagen tastes much better. But for the last two months or so they've been using ready-made flatbread which they quarter, which really ruins their great doner kebab. Bread really is very important and they've recently seen a decline in sales, but it's still better than 99% of the doner kebabs you can eat in Dortmund and the surrounding area. Fries don't really taste good (absolutely standard) and I didn't like the pizzas either, but the doner kebab (veal) is great.

The taste was good, but there were a lot of wasps in the flower boxes in front of the restaurant, and the tables were abysmally clean. Four people were there and no one cared.

I'm really disappointed. I ordered a kebab and fries with mayo to go. I even mentioned it again to make sure nothing went wrong. But what happened? I arrived at my new apartment, unpacked with anticipation, and then the shock: NO MAYO!! You might think that's just a small thing, but for me, it was the highlight of the fries. I don't have mayo in my new apartment yet, so I had to eat dry fries. Dry! An absolute no-go for me. If you order something and even explicitly state it, it should be delivered that way. Very disappointing!

Best kebab in town 🤩 I've been to many kebab shops but no one comes close to this one. The meat is simply great, super juicy, perfectly seasoned and you can immediately taste the quality. Plus crunchy vegetables, fresh bread and a really good sauce. You can just tell that people work here with heart. Once you've been here, you won't go anywhere else.

I was very pleased that the whole wheat flatbread was offered. I immediately ordered a kebab with flatbread and it was simply amazing. My children and my wife had a normal kebab and also loved it. And the price is also great: the kebab with wholemeal flatbread costs 8 euros and the normal one costs 7 euros. Top prices for today. 👍🏼 In summary, we can recommend the restaurant with 4 stars. 👌🏽

In the evening after work we walk past 3 kebab shops just to get to My Kebap. Here you can get the very tasty kebab with spicy meat which is grilled until crispy AND with red cabbage. We love that and it's so rare these days that we have to put up with the little foot mud. ♥️

The kebab looks really tasty, I can only recommend it... I had lamb kebab.. the meat and the bread are really tasty.. the only thing that wasn't so great was that I wanted mine spicy but it wasn't even though it was spicy Sauce was put in... maybe there wasn't enough of the hot sauce in there... I'll have to pay attention next time... 😉😋
