Disappointing – Poor Reservations We specifically called ahead to ask if a table for 6 was available. On the phone, they said, "Sure, just drop by." Then, when we got there, we were surprised: No room for 6 people. We had to wait until a large family finished eating and left – even though we had explicitly requested it beforehand. Only after we suggested putting tables together did an employee actually do it. Why this wasn't possible from the start is beyond us. Very disorganized – if you call and make sure you're available, you expect it to work out. Definitely not a good first impression.

The kebab doesn't taste like thunder because the bread wasn't baked. I took four kebabs, all the same as eating dough

The restaurant is recommended. We are not gourmets but we tasted the freshness of the food. As we were eating, as if to confirm, a delivery of flour arrived. Aha, the dough for paddy, pizza and kebab rolls is also made in-house. The first time we were here, all the tables were taken and there was a line of hungry customers at the counter. The staff fussed in the kitchen and at the counter. The customers were “handled” in a friendly and almost friendly manner. Nevertheless (presumably the owner) would have time to entertain his seated guests. This time we weren't here at lunchtime and about half the tables were occupied. The staff was attentive and present without being intrusive. We are happy to be here. So far we have been driving to the Hindl restaurant. It's a little more expensive here than in Hindl, but it tastes better. 👍👍

Best kebab shop in Augsburg, a wide range of Asian food, pizza and kebab and now even fried chicken, the food comes quickly and tastes good and the people are very nice.

I've been to the My Home Restaurant several times now and I'm thrilled every time! The food is very tasty and comes to the table quickly and hot. The selection of dishes is really impressive - from kebabs and pizza to Asian noodle or rice dishes, there is something for every taste. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly boss and the entire team. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. Here we cook with heart and serve with a smile. Absolutely recommended – I would love to come back!

My girlfriend and I went to MyHome for Iftar and initially didn't have high expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised! As soon as we entered the restaurant we were warmly welcomed and the friendly atmosphere was immediately noticeable. The food was served quickly and was really delicious. We both ordered a kebab plate with fries, absolutely delicious! We particularly liked the relaxed and humorous nature of the employees. You can tell that they are passionate about it and the working atmosphere is right. A visit that was definitely worth it – we’ll definitely be back!

Never again! I got 2 kebabs, paid with a card, unfortunately I didn't take the receipt and 21 euros were debited from my statement. I think the spiders. 10.50 for a kebab. Fraud!!!!

Doner, very tasty, nice service

Unfortunately we weren't at all satisfied with our crispy duck. The noodles had a rancid taste, the duck was way too dry. The dip was bad. No wonder, given that the chef seems rather unmotivated and listless. It's a shame... We know the store from better times. It's also a shame that you keep forgetting to return the food because it wasn't cheap either.

A family business that you can visit more often. The meat is incredibly juicy and has a very tasty seasoning. The lady from the service was very friendly and gave us something to snack on after our meal!! And as if that wasn't enough, there were also 2 light beers from the boss on top. You could actually do a little more work on the outside area, but not everything has to be extravagant. All in all, I can recommend everyone to see for themselves and dare to visit “My Home”. ;)

I ordered food today, fried noodles had no taste, the soup was watery and the vegetarian kebab wasn't there at all, but vegetarian noodles that I didn't want had no taste either. The driver came and the kebab was missing. When I asked where it was, the answer came the driver they ordered vegetarian noodles I said no, I ordered vegetarian kebab and no vegetarian noodles. I showed him my order list and always talked about these noodles. I won't be ordering anything from them any time soon

Good to buy take away. 16 € for mini spring rolls, pizza and 0.5 l of Ayran on 10/27/23 Addendum May 3, 2024: A few days ago I was there again and just picked up a kebab to take away. The gentleman behind the counter kept turning around to talk to a colleague and didn't even really listen to what kind of ingredients I wanted. Apparently he was happy that I was gone again. Good service is different.

Unfortunately, I can't understand the good reviews at all. Had two pizzas and a rice box. The rice box was okay as was the seafood pizza, although the toppings were very sparse and the base was probably not even 2mm thin. The Hawaiian pizza was a disaster. There was also a wafer-thin base, hardly any toppings and the pineapple was rotten/bad, which is why I couldn't eat the pizza. It's a real shame, the quality has deteriorated incredibly. Will never order there again.

First of all, is the menu very confusing? Chinese, half chicken and kebab? That doesn't add up in any way. But apart from that factor, we received very, very unfriendly service from the staff here. When we asked for sauce, the employee pointed out that it should be in the kebab, CLEAR, but what if you want more sauce? He then took the kebab in his hand and turned on the employee at the spit with the words: why no kebab sauce??? and then just walked away. The quality of the meat was very poor. The price performance for a turkey skewer? Under all hell. Bread was dry, not even crunchy. Salad was bland, sauce was clearly bought cheaply and had no taste and the meat was a combination of many shreds of hard pieces and lifeless taste. I gave this establishment 2 chances. The 2nd with half a chicken. Here the disappointment was a direct successor.

The pizza is so good! It really tastes great!

They advertise heavily with 5.90 for kebab and ayran but don't put anything in the kebab. Get 3 and you'll be full. It used to be delicious here but that's a joke. The kebab really only looks like bread when you hold it in your hand. Tip from me: It's better to pay €7 or €8 at another store then you'll get enough and won't feel like you've been ripped off.

My experience with the pizza bread with kebab meat was disappointing. An additional charge of €6 for barely 30 grams of out-of-date meat and a mini kebab for €6.8 were disappointing. Long waiting times, incomplete orders and unfriendly staff make this experience not recommended.

Never been ripped off like this in a snack bar. Pizza bread 5.70 plus each additional ingredient 1€. You get a surcharge of €6 for barely 30 grams of old meat from the freezer Yesterday and a colleague's mini kebab for €6.8😄. and the gentleman with the pigtails was very unfriendly. With this comment I just want to help people, it's much better to go to PRESTO PIZZA or SAHIN! I don't understand how they can have 4 stars.

Ate half a chicken with fries and salad for lunch today on Monday. The atmosphere could be a bit more inviting, but the order was taken quickly and the food came quickly. Was good and sufficient. The price-performance ratio is completely ok. Recommended for a good, quick lunch.

Stets sehr freundlich & höflich. Mir schmeckt das Essen immer sehr gut. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt wenn es machbar ist. Bei gutem Wetter ist es sehr schön und gemütlich (Stühle) & Atmosphäre draußen zu sitzen. Und danach bummeln zu gehen da viele Geschäfte vor Ort sind.

Ein sehr guter Lieferservice, hat alles in guter Qualität und liefert sehr schnell. Vor Ort essen ist auch möglich, der Service dort ist sehr nett, das Ambiente eher wie ein Schnellimbiss.

Einfach nur schlechte Qualität beim Hähnchen bekommen, einen Tag lang mit Lebensmittelvergiftung im Bett verbracht.

Essen hat super geschmeckt und war gleich fertig. Man wird gleich bedient, und alle sind freundlich. Preislich war auch alles passend und man geht mit einem gut gefüllten Bauch raus, weiter so danke.

Könnte ich 0 Punkte vergeben wäre das noch zuviel. Die Pizza ist nicht durchgebacken, der Salat war nicht angemacht. 1 Std. Wartezeit umsonst. Ich habe daraufhin dort angerufen und bescheid zu geben, die Mitarbeiterin hat sich bedankt und gibt's dem Chef weiter. Dann wollte ich wissen, wie es weitergeht. Dann meinte sie, haben viel Arbeit und ich soll mit dem Chef selbst sprechen. Dann haben sie sich erstmal auf türkisch gestritten. Leider konnte ich einiges verstehen. Dafür schäme ich mich. Nachdem der Chef dann am Telefon war,hatte er weiterhin auf türkische mit seiner Kollegin gestritten, ich habe dann aufgelegt. Zwecklos. Unglaublich schlechter Service.nie wieder zu empfehlen. Ganz schreckliche Umgangsformen.

Eigentlich waren wir bisher regelmäßig Kunden. Nur heute haben sie leider den Bock abgeschossen. Essen schmeckt überhaupt gar nicht, Nudeln nicht angebraten, schmeckt nur nach Plastik das ganze Essen und ist dazu noch kalt. Haben angerufen wollten gemeinsam eine Lösung finden und wurden dann mit einem Cola oder einer Süßigkeit ,,vielleicht“ bei der nächsten Bestellung abserviert. Danke, aber das Thema hat sich für uns erledigt. Lieferservice gibt es ja genug, echt traurig!

Leider kann ich den Lieferservice nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich und mein Freund haben gebratene Nudeln bestellt, die überhaupt nicht angebraten waren. Zudem waren keine Gewürze dran und alles war trocken. Ich habe daraufhin angerufen und wurde mit einer Cola oder einer Süßigkeit als Entschädigung vertröstet. Wir sind immer gerne hier her gekommen, oder haben bestellt, das werden wir in Zukunft nicht mehr tun. Da der Preis von über 20€ für so eine Qualität nicht gerechtfertigt ist.

Essen war lecker und mehr wie ausreichend. Personal freundlich und kompetent. Kann man durchaus sehr gut hingehen.

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Es gibt türkisches, italienisch und asiatisch. Die Gerichte sind alle auch in anderen einfacheren Pizzerien, Döner-Buden oder Asia-Imbissen zu bekommen. Aber sie sind, egal welche Richtung, durchweg geschmacklich super gemacht. Der "Qualitäts"-Imbiss ist immer gut besucht. Das Personal ist fleißig, freundlich und immer sehr bemüht - kommt aber manchmal doch nicht hinterher. Die Gerichte werden bei mehreren Personen am Tisch ab und an in Intervallen gebracht. Die Preise sind durchschnittlich und sollten sie auch bleiben - es ergibt sich daraus ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Schade das ich via Lieferando und mit Karte bestellt hatte, sonst direkt wieder zurück. Habe in der Bestellung angegeben Bitte Besteck nicht vergessen da Hotel Gast , da ich weiß das es oft vergessen wird extra nochmal zusätzlich angerufen..... Und was soll ich sagen , vergessen. Was super ist bei Suppe und Nudeln. Und als Antwort bekommt man dann ....tja doof gelaufen,haben wir vergessen sind auch nur Menschen

Es ist ein normaler Imbiss mut manchmal etwas überfordert wirkenden Servicekräften. Das Essen ist OK bis Gut. Für das schnelle bekämpfen des Hubgergefühls voll in Ordnung

Restaurant ist zu laut und nicht sauber genug...

In meinem Döner war glaub ich eine vergammelte Soße und das Fleisch war auch nicht richtig durch ich musste sogar zum Arzt und mein Magen auspumpen lassen seit dem Vorfall empfehle ich dort nicht zum Essen zu gehen.

Sehr unzufrieden, habe ein Haar in mein Essen gefunden wo ich anschließend die Mitarbeiter darauf hingewiesen habe was denen garnicht gefallen hat, und anstatt eine Entschuldigung wurde ich lieber weggeschickt.
