I was here for the first time today and will definitely be back again. Great value for money and the food tastes amazing.

My-Eisbär, a special ice cream parlor! Here you'll find everything that belongs to and distinguishes a good ice cream parlor. There are around 70 ice cream flavors, each one as delicious as the last. Available in crispy cones or cups. The waitresses are happy to advise and help you with your selection. It's especially worth mentioning that they are always friendly. With enough staff, there are no waiting times, even with large orders. The prices are really reasonable, yet the quality is top-notch. I really like the many shady seats under the large umbrellas. The parking issue is also well-managed, and if there aren't any, I park a little further away in the side streets. I've been there several times with friends, and we'll all be back. Portions I will be back

If you can't decide, just ask for the ice cream flavor: "I don't know!" You can tell that the customer cares here. The coffee/cappuccino is also highly recommended. The cookie spoons that come with it are original. The outdoor ambiance has been enhanced by beautiful, large decorative ice cream figures. We particularly like the large parasols, which make the stay even more bearable in the sunshine. There's always music playing in the background, which lifts your mood even more than the delicious ice cream. It's a great way to quickly lose track of time and really enjoy yourself. Awesome ice cream parlor! A huge variety of unique flavors, the huge umbrellas keep the heat out, it's in a quiet location, prices are absolutely reasonable, and service is super fast. The iced coffee felt like it was ready in two seconds. It wasn't too sweet either, which is something someone puts a lot of thought into. Definitely our new favorite ice cream parlor.

If you're looking for great ice cream in Hanau, with a selection that's unbeatable, you should definitely try this place! The ice cream tastes exceptionally good, and the scoops are generously portioned! The value for money is extremely good! On warm days, it's very busy! But since there's a large counter, it doesn't take long even when it's busy. Kudos to the team for the delicious ice cream!

I've never seen such a great ice cream parlor! The selection of flavors... simply incredible! I had vanilla red currant jelly, MyGummibärchen, and Hanau Bruder Grimm ice cream. It was sooo delicious! The latter is a special flavor and costs €2.50. The other flavors cost €1.50. It's practically a bargain these days. There are unusual flavors like: Kiba, BumBum, Turkish mocha, Greek yogurt, sesame, Fuzetea peach, walnut fig, sweet mascarpone raspberry, popcorn, Maulbär yogurt, kiwi ice cream, sour apple rings, chocolate orange, lotus... We'll definitely be back soon!

The location itself is pleasant and there's plenty of space. The salespeople are friendly, and you're served fairly quickly. The prices are moderate. I only have to deduct stars for the taste. Otherwise, overall, it's a good place to go.

Very good ice cream, made on site. Huge assortment, there is also a small selection of vegan ice cream. Ice cream balls or also ice cream desserts. Cold drinks and coffee in various variants are also available. The price for a ball of ice cream is 1.50 euros, which is a very low price these days. It's definitely worth visiting. Only open during the summer season.

A good ice cream parlor means good service, this service is apparently only offered if you are male, as the ice cream sales are carried out by women. I wanted to buy ice cream, there were two children in front of me. In the background I saw two other women doing cleaning work. A very young girl was serving the children, after that it would have been my turn but I was simply ignored by the young girl for no reason at all (there was no hello, good day or anything else) and she immediately took a man's turn. When I complained, I was neither taken seriously nor apologized to. I just left without ice cream and will never set foot in that ice cream parlor again. I've rarely seen anything so dissocial.

The selection is huge, the staff is incredibly friendly and the ice cream is delicious 🩷 We always like to come here and try out the different varieties. White chocolate, Dubai, Raffaello, cookies... Everything is incredibly delicious!

I can't understand all the outstanding reviews, of course it's all a matter of taste, but I haven't eaten such average ice cream in a long time! We had 7 varieties and 2 of them were OK, the rest tasted like a soup and in the Raffaello I even had chunks of sugar in the ice cream. Sorry, the ice cream wasn't for us! As I said, it's a matter of taste and everyone should make up their own mind.

We really enjoy going there. Staff are always very nice. Large selection of very good ice cream. Prices aren't outrageous. I can advise everyone to come by. Depending on your request, there are 3 cash registers open. You don't have to wait for hours

Friends took us there on a bike tour, they already knew it. the counter is as wide as 3 garage doors and every counter is full of ice cream flavors - amazing. We were served quickly and friendly and were able to take a seat in front of it. The ice cream was very tasty, I had three flavors of milk ice cream and my wife had three flavors of fruit ice cream. All very tasty. There is rightly so much activity there, but you don't have to wait long - absolute recommendation!!!

I've never seen so many great ice cream flavors. So so delicious. And really nice staff!! We didn't have any cash with us and didn't know that you couldn't pay by card. Kids were very disappointed. We were still allowed to have the ice cream and pay for it a few days later...that made me uncomfortable, so we even got the ice cream for free.

It's self-service here and the ice cream tastes very good. There are an incredible number of flavors of ice cream. What I don't like is the disposable tableware, it's not sustainable. Otherwise, the ice cream sundaes are large and delicious.
