Quiet, beautiful restaurant suitable for families

The employees here are very rude and shout at the guests. A little girl who is three years old wanted to try her mother's fries. We were yelled at because she tried them. We were always here, but the employee who yelled at us then claimed that we were lie and shout and yell again. If this were a place where you could give zero points, I would give zero points. To be honest, I have never experienced anything so disrespectful anywhere.

I've come here several times and each time I've paid for my child, once she didn't want to eat with me so I didn't count on my child being 3 years old who wanted to eat a french fry from my plate when I gave it to her, an employee came here and wanted that They spent all the money on my daughter. They shouted at us and were very disrespectful. My little child is now scared and doesn't want to eat here anymore. The staff here are really disrespectful. I don't recommend it.

Buffet: good selection, reasonable prices! Not so much warm selection for vegetarians and vegans. Very large selection of desserts and salads. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Today I wanted to go out to eat with my wife at our local restaurant (Chinese), but we missed the fact that it was closed due to vacation. I checked Google directly and looked for an alternative nearby. We then found what we were looking for in Solingen (only a few kilometers from Haan). After we entered the restaurant (we were there around 12:00 noon), we had a pretty good feeling. Everything looked neat and attractive. The condition gave us free choice of seating and took our order (buffet and water). The drinks were brought to the table after about 5 minutes. And then the disaster started. I'm really trying to describe this in a purely factual way. I couldn't eat the Peking soup properly because it stuck to the spoon. I had the feeling that I was eating a thick, strongly bound sauce. After 2 spoonfuls I gave up and returned the soup. My wife's soup also went back. Then back to the buffet. Most of the bowls were almost empty. (Note: The restaurant had only been open for about 30 minutes and was still very little busy). I couldn't get hold of any noodles because there were only leftovers in the bowl. Didn't look that appetizing. I then stocked up on baked fish and some duck. Here too, both bowls were almost empty. The fish was crispy but only lukewarm. Of the I washed down 3 slices of duck. I didn't manage the third slice. Only FAT. I still went back to the buffet and had it again Took the baked fish because they added some more. A few slices were also added to the bowl with the duck. Everything is very, very economical. Whatever. The fish was still lukewarm. No improvement. I then ate the 3 pieces. My wife kept herself afloat with some salad and dessert. After about 30 minutes we left the restaurant again. Are we snobs? No, not at all. But we want to enjoy a sufficient buffet with good food for decent money. No more and no less. This is where, in our opinion, Mr. Wang failed. Definitely not recommended.

I've rarely eaten so badly. Peking soup was so thick that you only had goo in your mouth. Fat is a flavor enhancer, the piece of duck was only made of fat. Tried a biscuit out of desperation. It tasted out of date. Food overall very disappointing. Women's toilets dirty and the doors broken. I personally can't recommend this restaurant.

I was disappointed. There was hardly anything at the buffet, most of it was empty and some of it was cold. The staff didn't seem very friendly to me, no smiles, nothing.

Nice shop, staff is nice and helpful. Clean, tidy toilets. Food was really good. The ambience wasn't that great and the seating was shabby. But price performance fits.

Unfortunately the food was cold at lunchtime, but thank you very much for the beautiful cup

I don't know how you can eat here. The food was terrible, everything was old and definitely not fresh. The food had an incredibly disgusting smell, the peanut sauce simply stank. The water where the scoop for the ice was in smelled and was totally dirty. I've really never experienced anything like that. Not a nice atmosphere, no music playing, hardly any visitors.

Poor quality, frozen salmon, little choice and an unpleasant atmosphere.

The food wasn't warm, the buffet was good and there was something floating in our beer. After we complained about this, there was a new one and it was the same. In the ice chest where the ladle was, the water looked like cleaning water. It's a shame, because I think it was the effort of some of the staff.

This is my family's favorite place. All dishes are delicious. You can choose meat or sea food and you will be warmed immediately.

The food tasted very good and the buffet had a good selection. Price wise it was okay. Unfortunately, some buffet containers were almost empty, which was probably because we were the only visitors at the time and it might not have been worth filling everything up. Overall, we were more than full.

We were there for the first time and it was really cozy, the food was fresh and delicious. We spent a lovely evening there. We'll definitely be back.

You can get very tasty, unusual food here. Freshly prepared or fried. The service is quick and very nice.

I ordered food and the chicken wasn't completely cooked!! This was followed by an unfriendly phone call, although I explained what was going on and what the circumstances were, but there was still no understanding on her part

(I know better ones) = first impression Update: after the restructuring of the counters, etc. the ambience looks very good... It's not a 5 star all you can eat but you go in every now and then spontaneously to eat something and at least what's on offer there tastes good is on my plate 😉. Nevertheless, I stick to my opinion that, in general, there are restaurants with similar offerings, where the ambience and everything that goes with it just fits..

Price-performance more than adequate. Food was hot, filling and really tasty. Especially the one from the Mongolian buffet. Fried to perfection. Brilliant. Since we eat at Chinese very often, I can say that it is the best Mongolian far and wide.

Habe heute Abend dort essen bestellt. Wir mussten 2,5 Std auf das Essen warten. Geschmacklich okay, aber das Fleisch war an manchen Stellen leider knorpelig. Portionen sind sehr groß.

Compared to Asia Ming in Han - decline is felt. There were very few visitors on Sunday. Food was not added (the weathered duck was lying and no one took it, because it even looked like it was last year). The service is like in a cheap run-down. A very young child of the owners took an active part in drawing attention to himself from the visitors. Business should be separate, and private life should be separate. The toilets are very shabby and have an unpleasant smell. I will not go to this institution again.

Am Telefon sehr unfreundlich vorallem Man versteht die kaum!! Man muss sich 100mal wiederholen. Die Bestellung war verschwitzt. Wir wollten Karten zahlung machen Die sagen ja es geht aber bringen das Gerät nicht mit wo wir am Ende 10 min vor Türe bleiben mussten & es Online überweisen mussten.Dann ruft man da an & sagt Die Bestellung hat Fehler worauf sie dann das Diskutieren anfängt.Sehr sehr Unfreundlich. Sehr einfaches chinesisches All you can Eat. Geschmacksverstärker und Zusatzstoffe im Essen sind selbstverständlich. Fleisch kommt aus Tiefkühlung.. Wir kommen leider nicht wieder. ..

Friendly service, good, varied offerings.

Leider hat der gebratene Reis mir nicht geschmeckt. Er war überwürzt und überhaupt nicht gebraten - keine Röstaromen, keine Farbe. Dazu überladen mit weißem Hähnchen. Der Service ließ leider auch zu wünschen übrig, wir wurden kaum bedient und es wurde auch nicht gefragt, ob das Essen geschmeckt hat (obwohl wir zwei halbvolle Teller haben zurückgeben lassen). So konnten wir dies auch nicht vor Ort klären. Das Ambiente ist wie in einer Bahnhofshalle mit schlechter Akustik. Insgesamt kann ich Mr. Wang leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ein sehr üppiges Buffet,nicht überwürzte Speisen.Alles ist heiß und frisch,der Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren mit unseren Enkelkindern dort,alles sehr kinderfreundlich dort.Da wir Senioren sind wäre es schön wenn es für Senioren ein spezielles Angebot geben würde.

Das Ambiente gleicht einer Bahnhofshalle, der Service (insbesondere hinter der Theke) war unterirdisch. Als ich einen jungen Mann (eher aus dem Arabischen Raum, als aus China stammend) fragte, ob ich bei ihm zahlen könnte, kam nur etwas wie Bedienung heraus, da diese nicht anwesend war, sagte ich ihm das und er zuckte nur mit der Schulter. Aber das schlimmste war das Essen. Kalt, ungeniesbar (nicht mal das Wasabi hatte geschmack. Es war in einer Art Tüte, wo eine grüne Masse herauskam, die aber 0 Schärfe hatte. Die Hühnerfilets stellten sich als Fisch heraus. Geschmacklich eine Katastrophe. So ein miserables Essen, Ambiente und Service habe ich in einem China-Restaurant noch nie erlebt. 0 Sterne... Kunden, welche sich das Buffet angesehen haben, verliesen dann das "Restaurant?". Nie wieder!!!

Heute, am Donnerstag gegen 18:30 Uhr dort gewesen. Restaurant war sehr voll. Haben aber ohne Reservierung einen Platz bekommen. Die Auswahl vom Buffet war reichlich, die Speisen alle Heiß. Geschmacklich ist O.K. Preis Leistung ist in Ordnung.

Das Essen vom Buffet war teilweise kalt. Die Bedienung unfreundlich und unaufmerksam. Keine Zitronentücher für die Hände, nachdem man Shrimps hatte. Zu laut, aber nicht durch die Gäste, sondern durch das Personal und dessen unbeaufsichtigtes Kind, welches pausenlos schreiend durch das Lokal lief. Bahnhfshallenambiente. Leider enttäuschend.

Sehr toller familiärer gemütlicher mongole in solingen der montags geöffnet hat!! Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienung sehr gut!!

Ausgezeichnete Speisen, auf Termin telefonisch bestellt: Alles frisch und heiß, sehr reichhaltige Portionen - wir alle waren begeistert! Schon lange haben wir nicht mehr so gut chinesisch gegessen! Vielen Dank an das Team um Mr. Wang!

Sehr lecker, preislich völlig ok. Besonders der Mongole beim Abendbuffet kann einiges.

Reichhaltiges und leckeres Mittagsbuffet.

Mitarbeiter waren alle super freundlich und das Essen war sehr lecker. Buffet wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Man musste nie auf Nachschub warten. :)

Also ich war absolut begeistert.Alles vom Grill Buffet ist Frisch und auch die soßen sind Perfekt abgeschmeckt.Es war immer jede mal viel soße auf den Teller und es wurde dir heiß serviert.Das warme Buffet war genauso Perfekt von den zutaten den soßen und den Gewürzen.Alle war frisch und vor allen Warm.Alles war sauber und ordentlich.Ein neuer Favorit wo ich gerne öfters mal essen gehen werde.

Für die weniger Auswahl am Buffet finde ich den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Essen war entweder zu stark gewürzt oder sehr fade. Essen lag danach auch ziemlich schwer im Magen. Buffet Preise finde ich dafür ziemlich teuer

Wir waren dort wandern und sind kurz-entschlossen in das Lokal. Nach Frage wieviel das Buffet kostet, haben wir uns für das Buffet entschieden. Leider war hier wohl ein sprachliches Missverständnis! 😡 Wenn man hier groß wird sollte man der Deutschen Sprache mächtig sein. Es macht einen großen Unterschied ob 10,50 oder 18,50 sage. Hätte ich dass geahnt hätte ich bei meinem Chinesen gebratene Nudeln für 4,90 bestellt, die lecker und frisch gewesen wären. Denn mehr hatte ich nicht gegessen. Naja Mann lernt nie aus. Definitiv zu teuer. Für jemanden der Hunger hat und alles isst, mag sich das rentieren. Für uns ein großer Reinfall

Essen kleinere Auswahl als in der Mauer , lauwarm Teller kalt bis man mit dem Essen am Tisch ist , ist es auch kalt . Kleine Cola 3,50 ganz schön teuer .

Das essen war doch ziemlich enttäuschend, die Bedienung unhöflich und im Essen sowohl Knorpel als auch diese Saatträger von Hülsenfrüchten.

Ich muss gestehen ich kenne euch anders denn ihr seit schon mal höflicher gewesen und das essen war auch sehr enttäuschend da ich es schon mal besser in errinerung hatte also fazit ich erwarte besserung Lg

Kleines aber feines Buffet mit viel Auswahl. Ich fand es sehr lecker.

Typisches Buffetrestaurant, leider war mittags nicht so viel los, es war immer von allem ausreichend da, teilweise das Essen aber etwas kühl, nicht kalt! Aber es ist nicht gemütlich, eher wie eine laute Halle, was auch typisch für solche Restaurants ist. Mann kann dort ohne bedenken hin gehen. Service sehr aufmerksam, leider kam die Bestellung 1stes Bier ein großes, das zweite wurde klein bestellt, es kam aber ein großes, nicht dramatisch aber definitiv verbesserungswürdig.

Sorry. Aber das war nix. Ich verstehe dass die Mittagsauswahl kleiner ausfällt aber mangels Gäste ist alles überschaubar und trocken bzw nicht mehr heiß.

Wir haben das Mittagsbuffet genommen und für den Preis ist das Essen sehr gut. Es war alles vorhanden und heiß. Geschmacklich hat uns fast alles geschmeckt. Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich kann die Erdnusssauce sehr empfehlen.

Preis ist okay, weil nur wenige Gäste im Restaurant waren, wurde das Buffet nicht nachgefüllt und das was noch in den Schlüsseln war, war kalt und verkocht. Der Geschmack war aber trotzdem okay
