Amazing! Highly recommended, for example, for your lunch break :) I haven't had such a perfectly seasoned doner kebab (doner box) in ages! Superbly seasoned meat, fries, and an amazing sauce. Plenty of everything, and incredibly delicious. P.S. My special fries are always fantastic 🚌

Good day.... Atmosphere and environment pretty clean... Food taste good, great choice of draft beer...we had 2x doner plate small 2x large beer 🍻 and the price was 36€ 🤦 like where am I? In Paris???? Don't be mad at me but this is completely over the line - those prices,..you're not that special to pay that much for an ordinary doner... And here on Google you have a price list where the prices are half.... In Google menu 5.5€ real 11€ 🤷🤷🤷

It is the best kebab restaurant in Reinbek. The shop is beautifully designed and very clean. The service is very friendly and attentive. The menu includes a lot of options. There is also a daily menu which is always very tasty. The prices are also very reasonable.

The doner kebab consists of 70% salad and 30% meat. For €8.50, I expect significantly more meat. Very stingy. In terms of taste, it only gets a 3/10; there are much better doner kebabs. Next time, I'll try the Berlin doner kebab. €8.50 for a salad doner kebab is absolute extortion!!!

I ordered pide with sucuk. It consisted only of "bread," cheese, and sucuk. It was divided into 8-10 strips, each with a slice of sucuk. No vegetables, no salad. I also ordered a small bowl of spicy sauce. The total price was 18.40. In my opinion, it was overpriced and not good value for money.

I've been there in person and had food delivered. Being there in person was very good. The fishing spots were extremely nice and the food was good. But ordering is rather so-so. I did like that, though, that the food arrived still hot, even after waiting for almost an hour, which isn't often the case. The fries were also very tasty. We ordered for four people, and there were a lot of things about the food that weren't so great. The staff were extremely friendly on the phone, too! The "pizza rolls," if you can even call them that, weren't rolls, sorry...but the 5 cm thing that arrived and only tasted of salt was immediately thrown in the trash. And even though there were eight of them, it's a disgrace to charge almost €11 for them. The chicken had zero seasoning; I put all sorts of spices on it at home to make it taste like something. The tzatziki wasn't tzatziki...zero garlic and extremely sour. After a proper tzatziki, your mouth should still stink the next day!! The bread? They could have done without it. It was hard and dry; I drowned it in sauce to make it taste better. And the fries (which were delicious) were unfortunately missing two packages...we ordered three plates of fries as a side dish and then two packages of fries as an extra. So, five packages. But only three came.

★☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, absolutely disappointing – not recommended I bought a Turkish pizza there with just salad – for over €6, which I already consider quite overpriced. But that's not all: The pizza was obviously not fresh. The bread was so dry and brittle that it fell apart immediately after the first bite – a clear sign that it wasn't prepared the same day. When I politely pointed this out to the salesperson, instead of an apology or understanding, I only received the rude response: "Then buy somewhere else." In my opinion, such a reaction is unfriendly to customers and unprofessional. Feedback is not accepted, criticism is ignored. I will definitely not buy anything there again and cannot recommend the store to anyone. Overpriced, arrogant, and not fresh – that was my first and last visit.

First of all, I have to say that I don't know what to say. I went to this kebab shop for the first time today and was initially overwhelmed by the signs – as the order of the offerings made no sense to me. I saw the chicken skewer and simply ordered a chicken kebab with extra meat. I paid €11 for this "large" kebab (I paid for a large kebab, but I didn't get a large kebab!!!). At first, I thought I'd misheard, but when I paid €20 and got €9 back, I realized: I wasn't misheard. Brother – EXCESSIVE PRICE?! So there's the other small problem: there's a second kebab shop 20 meters away as the crow flies, which I tried yesterday. Compared to the Berlin Döner - I also ordered a large chicken kebab yesterday for €6.50. Tasted at least as good, maybe a tad smaller. I have to say, for the same price, I could have gotten about two kebabs at Berlin and wouldn't have been able to move afterward. Overall, I can't really find a reason that would justify the €11 price in any way - like, for example, significantly better meat, or something similar. (See photos, plenty of fat and soggy bread paper.) Sorry if I'm being harsh, but I'm still deeply shocked by the €11 price tag. But to be fair, I'll say: the atmosphere is nicer than Berlin Döner - but that's about it. Even in terms of friendliness, Berlin Döner was simply significantly superior. For the next kebab: Safe Berlin!!!

Super kebab shop! Large portions, the food is always delicious and hot, reasonable prices, super-fast delivery, and the staff are always super friendly.

Today I bought 2 soups for the kids but unfortunately it takes a thousand witnesses to say it is lentil soup, they have poured it in, the water has no taste or salt, the bread is stale. I call and tell them I have been doing it like this for 7 years, they say you will not come again, it will be okay. I like your trade and craftsmanship.

Ordered for the first time today, and the food arrived super quickly. It was delicious. 🤤. The staff were great and super friendly. We'll definitely try again. Thank you so much.

When you call, you only get an answering machine, and this isn't the first time. I hope things get better... As I said, your food has always been delicious. Very stable kebab. Good bread in the Berlin kebab style, lots of toppings, good meat to vegetable ratio, many different and good sauces. The only point of criticism is the meat, there's a lot of mince in the veal game, but I've seen many much worse skewers, so everything's still within reason. So the food is definitely recommended (doner kebab plates and the like at least looked very good and large). In my opinion, the 3.8 star rating (at the time of this review) is absolutely not justified. The service was super friendly, we also got tea and baklava, so it was absolutely great. Prices are on the expensive side, but nothing unheard of for today's standards. All in all a great store, worth a visit.

There are delicious kebabs there. Good selection of ingredients/side dishes. We have often had things delivered via delivery service. I have been satisfied so far (except once due to the delivery time being far too long). You can also eat great on site. Unfortunately, as with almost everything in life, it has become (significantly) more expensive recently.

We've already eaten a lot of things on the menu. Everything was delicious. The service has been nice and friendly since the first time in 2021. Delivery times under 30 minutes and we are in a neighboring town. We always order directly without delivery. You are always optimal now. If something wasn't as ordered, the service was top notch here too. It is only uncomfortably cold if you want to eat there during the cold season. There is room for improvement here. Therefore absolute recommendation.

Please don't order there, the delivery time is unreasonable, 90 minutes are given, after asking about the time, they say "it's on the way", after asking again after another waiting time, an excuse was given for the delay of another few minutes into the country to let it pass! That's not how it works!!! We used to enjoy eating locally, but we won't have anything delivered from here again and whether we want to visit on site is still up in the air. Incidentally, it has been like this repeatedly, especially since the food was also cold! Cold food doesn't taste good, especially not with the frustration of the delivery.

There isn't much of a choice of restaurants in town other than Italian. We were only in town for a few days. With the requirements of vegetarian and gluten-free, we even had a certain amount of choice. Very nice service, delicious food, reasonable prices. Of course, the ambience at the train station is pragmatic and simple, but still comparatively nicely designed. We were there twice and felt very comfortable.

Mega delicious food, the prices have become more expensive but as a result the portions are larger, mega nice service, the people there are super nice, complete recommendation!

2 Dürum, 2 times with cartilage... Sauce tastes like a croque... Salad selection is poor, the price is high... This is the classic problem, bad kebab, high price.

Dinner for two adults and a child cost 37 euros. Deliciously. Portions are large. You can enter the facility with a baby carriage. And enough space near the tables to put it. The staff is friendly. Clean and tidy toilets. Inside the institution, the mobile internet was very bad. Of course, this is not the fault of the employees of the institution, but it was uncomfortable.

Ordered via Lieferando, upon delivery the two dishes were only lukewarm and a portion of fries was missing. After a direct complaint by telephone, subsequent delivery was promised. Nothing more happened!!! That was the last order from Mr. Kebab House - service is different!

If we want to eat well and quickly, this shop is a safe bet! The prepared dishes are fresh and taste very tasty. Everything is done quickly and the service is very friendly and asks several times whether everything is OK. Really top for a kebab shop!! My recommendation is absolutely the kebab plate and the burgers. We often come here when things just have to happen quickly!

Cute little restaurant right by the train station. The food was bombastically delicious. From Monday to Friday there are changing daily specials, which I think is really good. Today (February 8th, 2024), for example, there was goulash with rice and salad. It was extremely tasty 😋 The toilets are super clean. I think the cleanest toilets I've ever been to. We'd love to come back there.

Hab hier den Lieferdienst ausprobiert. Es was genial, der Döner hat sehr gut geschmeckt, aber für 7 € etwas klein. Die Pommes waren sehr gut und preislich OK. Die Lieferung ging sehr schnell, keine 20 min. Gerne wieder.

Ich gehe mit meiner Familie oft dort essen holen. Das Team top, freundlich und familiär. Die Preise sind angenehm und die Qualität ist perfekt.

Der Dürüm Döner ist mega lecker! Weiter so!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden aber heute was wir bekommen haben war einfach nur ne Frechheit das geld nicht wert über ne Std für 2 artikel die dazu auch noch kalt sind wurden uns geliefert . Und komplett öligen dürüm hatte nicht mal ansatzweise richtig Fleisch so das es den Preis wert war. schade aber leider war !! Mein abend gelaufen danke euch

Nette Bedienung aber das war es leider auch schon. Das Essen war eine Katastrophe. Dürum war hart und trocken, als wäre der Teig aus Pappe gewesen. Baklava war ebenfalls trocken und hat alt geschmeckt. Selten so schlecht bei einem Türken gegessen. Schade.

Dürüm war gerade noch ok, aber nicht großartig. Fleisch war entweder trocken oder labberig. Küche war etwas dreckig. Service war aber freundlich.

Spontan im Urlaub hier einen Döner zum Mitnehmen gekauft. Da der Laden ziemlich voll war und allgemein einen guten Eindruck machte ging ich von leckerem Essen aus. Leider wurde ich enttäuscht. Fleisch war ok, Brot leider extrem trocken und gummiartig, Gemüse labbrig, roch und schmeckte wie aufgetaut und nicht frisch. Schade, hatte mir mehr erhofft.

Sehr freundlich und leckerer laden Mitarbeiter kommen sehr positiv auf dich zu und kennen sie dich nach ner Zeit wissen sie schon auswendig was du willst.

Einer der besten Döner, die ich gegessen hab. Alles frisch und lecker. Relativ teuer aber Welten besser als Berlin Döner direkt in der Nähe. Mr. Kebab House ist eine dicke Empfehlung!

Vor 3 Jahren kostete ein Döner-Teller hier noch 7,50€, mittlerweile werden dafür 14,50€ berechnet, was wohl der mit Abstand teuerste Preis der Region in Bergedorf und Umgebung ist. Als der Laden eröffnet hatte, war ich wirklich begeistert vom Geschmack, Service und dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Leider lässt die Qualität Stück für Stück nach und die Preise werden höher als bei der Konkurrenz angezogen. Wirklich schade, vielleicht nehmen sich die Inhaber die viele Kritik hier mal zu Herzen.

Habe hier einen der besten Döner meines Lebens gegessen. Das Kalbfleisch ist sehr sehr lecker gewürzt, sehr mager und die Sauce schmeckt ganz toll. Und die Bedienung ist äußerst freundlich. Einfach perfekt!

Gyrosteller sehr gut, sogar der Salat hat hat gut geschmeckt, knackig und frisch. Die Fallaffel waren auch sehr gut, nicht zu trocken, Zazicki auch sehr schmackhaft. Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell. Alles in allem Top 👍👍

Heute spontan dort essen gewesen, Essen war so gut, das wir uns noch eine Portion Beyti und Bulgur mit nachhause genommen haben. Falafelteller war auch ausreichend und lecker Service war sehr gut. Preisleistung top!!!!!

Das Essen schmeckt mir eigentlich gut, nur wen die Bestellungen auch so ankommt wie man es eigentlich bestellt hat. Es fehlen die Extras die man eingibt, kosten pro Extras 2€ die berechnet wird, aber man nicht bekommt. Der Pizza war heute eine Desaster. Mindestens 2 Stunden auf Lieferung gewartet, fällt wie immer die Extras die ich bestellt habe, stattdessen eine Tonne Käse drauf. Der Pizza( für 15,50€) war Mindestens 2x aufgewärmt worden... trotzdem kam es kalt an. Beschwerde Anruf würde total ignoriert. Finde ich schade.... Ob ich nochmal hier etwas bestelle? Fraglich. Auf jeden Fall nicht übers lieferando(leseschwierigkeiten?)

Bisher war ich sehr zufrieden mit Mr. Kebab House. Öfter esse ich hier in der Mittagspause oder bestelle am Wochenende. Meine Bestellung wurde dieses Mal nicht vollständig geliefert. Was kein Problem ist, sondern eher der Umgang damit. Auf telefonische Nachfrage teilte man mir mit, dass das fehlende Produkt nachgeliefert werde. Circa 40 Minuten später wurde ich dann vom Fahrer angerufen und man erklärte mir, dass man aktuell nur einen Fahrer habe und ich daher doch bitte auf das fehlende Produkt verzichten möge, man würde dies bei einer späteren Bestellung verrechnen. Ich finde, dass man mir diese Informationen bereits bei meinem Anruf und der Nachfrage zum fehlenden Produkt hätte mitteilen können. So habe ich fast 40 Minuten gewartet und mein Essen noch nicht begonnen. Ich bat dennoch um Nachlieferung. Diese erfolgte nach insgesamt 4 1/2 Stunden immer noch nicht. Auf telefonische Nachfrage teilte man mir mit, dass es bisher nicht möglich gewesen sei, das Produkt nachzuliefern. Ich finde dies schade, hätte mir hier mehr Kundenfreundlichkeit gewünscht, vor allem da der Fehler (ein Produkt vergessen) bei Mr. Kebab House lag und nicht bei mir als Kunden. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass man mir nicht wirklich helfen wollte, sonst hätte man den eigenen Fehler schnellstmöglich behoben. Kundenservice scheint bei Mr. Kebab House leider nicht vorhanden zu sein.

sehr gute Pommes - der Döner wäre vermutlich mit einem anderen Brot besser - Soßen schmeckten nicht frisch - overall kann man den Döner allerdings für den Preis gut essen - Döner kann auch sehr schnell gemacht werden, sollte man mal seinen Anschlussbus bekommen wollen, ist dies also trotzdem sehr gut umsetzbar

Hatte nur eine Dönerbox. Die war prall gefüllt mit Fleisch, welches sehr lecker war! Ich gehe dort definitiv wieder hin wenn ich in der Nähe bin.
