Favorite place. I take all my friends here when I'm in the area. The food is consistently super tasty and the staff is always so nice and fun. Just an all around lovely experience every time. 😁😁

When you come out of the laboratory late at night, Rewe is just closing and your hunger makes stray cats and children look like passable meals, you are happy to pass a restaurant on the way home that serves high-quality, sumptuous and morally harmless dishes until 11 at night. Chapati bread was included, with four different dips (one of which is suitable for dares or mean tricks) and the chicken korma was enough for two days. Very satisfied.

We often order something to pick up here and are always very satisfied with the food. It tastes very tasty and is definitely our favorite Indian dish.

When we were finally seated, the attitude of our server was downright appalling. They approached our table with an expression that screamed “I don’t want to be here,” and their demeanor matched. They were rude, condescending, and completely uninterested in doing their job. When we had the nerve to ask a simple question about the menu, we were met with a sigh and an eye roll, as if we were wasting their precious time. The owner was drunk and the smell from the owner was clearly coming when he was near our table . As well other staff the bartender and the waiter didn’t even gave any kind of service even they don’t deserve one star . Me with my other 4 friends was there for dinner to celebrate one of the friends birthday but it was the worst birthday ever didn’t expect that kind of response. We came specially from Berlin but as of our expectations it was totally opposite. Sorry to say never ever again we’ll be here and I don’t recommend this place at all. Many other places to enjoy your food and precious time with loved ones.

I was completely thrilled. The location is great, you can park on the street without any problems, be it right in front or somewhere nearby. The staff are very nice and friendly, everyone. The food was excellent, good portion, reasonable price. Afterwards schnapps and chocolate, what more could you want? :) In addition, the restaurant is beautiful, beautifully decorated.

We came back 3 times! I went with family, and we loved it. The dishes were exquisite, with or without meat. The sauces were divine and incredibly well spiced. We received a small starter and a chocolate dessert, both free. Unbeatable value for money. It's the best Indian I've eaten in a long time! I advise !!!

Ich muß hier noch mal nachlegen: Neben den flüssigen Köstlichkeiten von Herrnbräu (das Dunke "Jubiläumssud" ist einzigartig, das Weißbier kennt man eh) ist der Anlaß, hierher zu kommen, der überragende Service. Vom beim Inder gewohnten, hier aber überdurchschnittlichen Gruß aus der Küche über Gedeck-Verhalten, heißen Tellern, Freundlichkeit, schnelles, aber unbedrängendes Nachfragen, ggf. Reisnachschub bis zu allen (Karten-) Zahlungsmöglichkeiten und außergewöhnlichen Digestifs dazu, und am Ende noch ein Zuckerl beim Rausgehen. Vor allem aber nur aufmerksame, freundliche Inder! (Die Gerichte schmeckten angesichts leerer Teller allen umsitzenden Gästen.)

The worst restaurant I have ever visited. The food quality is just below average. Would be never back again. Staff is ignorant and treating like us beggars.

Not good balance of salt and the food was spicy. Non-authentic Indian food and portions were smaller. Salad was not prepared or washed well. Tikka and paneer dishes were okay used almost same taste. Staff was rude.

We treated our birthday child to this restaurant as an evening surprise... great recommendation... very attentive staff... the variety of food 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼... each of the guests found something and was thrilled... . Although it wasn't previously known that we had a birthday child, there was a sparkler for each guest (including a drink) and mousse with fireworks for the birthday child... spontaneously... for that ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. We'd love to come back

Excellent ! We became aware of this restaurant through the voucher book. I have to say, the trip to Planegg/Martinsried was worth it. Chikken Tikka was a dream. The meat was extremely tender, the sauce was well seasoned and not too spicy. Well brilliant. Our other meals were also consistently very good. The service was very attentive. Absolutely ok in terms of price. Schnapps of your choice were also on the house. Only the plastic pad on the tablecloth...was slightly annoying. We'd love to come back.

we went there last week it was good food and good service. The staff is also friendly. The good part is they were taking card and not making any lame excuse that the card machine isn’t working and need payment immediately cash unlike other indian restaurants. Opposite the restaurant there is a fußball tisch, do play a game there.

I regularly go to Moti Mahal during the week - a work-related lunch, so to speak. I always enjoy going there: fast, friendly, uncomplicated and delicious. Also very affordable. What more do you want? However: If you go “first” at 12:30, then it can get really crowded. Today I just wanted to point out the “food to order and pick up” option, which also works very well. As usual, the food is delicious, varied and versatile, whether it's naan bread, butter chicken, chans masala, dahi ghosht (lamb) or chicken corma. Various sauces combined with tender types of meat, but also delicious vegetarian versions. I appreciate that it's not a one-size-fits-all sauce that ends up in every meal. You know it from many other restaurants of this type. If you order by phone, it's usually pretty quick and the food is usually ready to be picked up when you arrive at the restaurant. If it's not ready to go yet, you'll be asked to sit at a table and given a delicious mango lassi to tide you over. When you leave the house promptly, you are escorted to the door and given a piece of chocolate as a small gesture. It's not all incredibly pompous or sophisticated, but it's simply friendly, uncomplicated and delicious! And very affordable... Great for a lazy Sunday evening at home. That's why I always like this variant!

We were here for the first time today and we are really excited. The portions are large. There is plenty of rice and naan bread as a side dish. We had tandoori dishes. There was also very friendly service.

Ordered Dal Makhani. Unfortunately the taste is out of the question. After about 30 stays in India, I think I have a fair idea of ​​what it can taste like. You can argue about tastes and everyone feels differently - however, when I was asked and said after a few bites that it was certainly not mine, I was told that it was my business - and of course no alternative was offered or offered Payment waived. I can live with that too - but at least I won't go there anymore.

After many years we were back at Moti Mahal and asked ourselves why we had waited so long. The food is better than it was back then and the service is also excellent. So if we want to experience something different, I can only recommend this restaurant. From the greeting to the farewell, a thumbs up from me. Hopefully see you again soon.

Very good Indian food. Portion sizes are great to fill you up. The taste is great, deviations such as hotter/milder etc. are taken into account. Very courteous and nice service. The ambience is nice, maybe a bit cool in the area near the entrance. Always a recommendation

A great authentic Indian restaurant and food. The ambience is good and the location is very nice and quiet and very near the bus station as well. The restaurant staff are really very friendly and appreciate the good work from Lohi 👏 The food tastes really good and they could customise based on our needs. Mostly non spicy but the spices can be added if you want. Chicken Hyderabadi curry is good and the chicken is very tender and soft while eating. Nice work from the chefs. The hospitality is really good. Really surprised with the complimentary foods that they provided. An extra naan with the curry, vodka shots and chocolates from the stores. Extraordinary service and a lot of art works in the restaurant are beautiful. The music was more of a chanting but was ok. Keep up the good work guyzz 👍👏

Great food & Solid Service - calm and peaceful atmosphere! Beautiful location. My favorite was that they got plastic later over the table cloth, because I spilled Mango Lassi all over the table, but they just wiped it off a gave me a new. Genious!!!!

Immer wieder gut! Sehr leckeres Essen. Leider wird der Hauptgang häufig bereits serviert, wenn man mit der Suppe noch nicht fertig ist. Ansonsten ist das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Bester Inder im Pasinger Umfeld. Grandios aromatisches Essen. Probiert die Knoblauchsuppe... für die Götter 😇

Waren mittags mit einem 2:1 Gutschein dort. Als Vorspeise gab es eine geschmackvolle Gemüsesuppe. Danach hatte ich Mixed Grill Platte aus dem Tandoori Ofen (hatte mir mehr erwartet, war im Prinzip nur Fleisch und Salat siehe Foto) und meine Partnerin Chicken in Nußsoße (war sehr lecker). Beides war reichlich. Zu trinken hatte ich noch ein Lassi Ananas-Kokos für 4,90 € was mir sehr gut schmeckte. Personal wie in anderen Bewertungen schon beschrieben. Preis/Leistung i.O. Lokal ist zu empfehlen.

For me the taste wasn't good enough. All the curries tasted same. Didn't get that authentic flavor. Only liked the mango lassi.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier, zuletzt vor gut einem Dreiviertel Jahr … unserem Empfinden nach hat die Qualität etwas nachgelassen…. kann aber dem Tag oder uns geschuldet sein . ABER immer noch gutes Essen… hatten es „nur“ beim ersten Besuch als SEHR gut empfunden. Wir kommen sicher nochmal um unser Empfinden zu testen … Hatten zwei unterschiedliche Tandoori-Gerichte und das Paar das uns begleitet hat u.a. Butter-Chicken ( soll sehr lecker gewesen sein )

Der Service war in Ordnung. Die Bedienung recht flott und das Essen schnell auf dem Tisch. Eine Bedienung wirkte sehr unmotiviert und gelangweilt. Das Essen war Mittelmäßig, hatte mir für die Preise mehr erwartet und bin von anderen Indern besseres und geschmackvolleres Essen gewohnt. Die Granatapfelschorle war sehr wässrig, der Mangolassi hingegen sehr geschmackvoll und schön süß.

Essen war sehr warm, lecker und genug. Fairer preis.

Bin fast jeden Tag zum Mittagessen da! Der schnelle Service, die freundlichen Mitarbeiter und die große Menüauswahl zu bezahlbaren Preisen sind für mich ausschlaggebend. Solange sich hier nichts ändert, komme ich gerne immer wieder.

Nice place to have Indian cuisine. My personal favourite is bhendi masala.

Ausnahmslos alle bestellten Gerichte waren super gut. Die Tandoori Vorspeiseplatte für 2 Personen B4 würde ich aufgrund des Preisleistungsverhältnisses nicht mehr nehmen und lieber zu anderen Vorspeisen greifen.

Das Essen hier ist wunderbar lecker! Wirklich mein absolutes Lieblings-Restaurant! Manch einer könnte glauben man findet hier nur scharfes Essen, dem ist nicht so. Es gibt genauso viele milde Gerichte. Deren Auswahl ist übrigens gigantisch! Man muss sich da einfach mal durchprobieren. Man muss nur darauf gefasst sein öfters Reis nachbestellen zu müssen. Besonders kann ich die vegetarischen Speisen empfehlen. Viele glauben ohne Fleisch würde etwas fehlen. Dieses Restaurant beweist einem das Gegenteil! Die Granatapfelschorle ist übrigens auch super! Die Dekoration trägt zu einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre bei. Auch die Bedienung ist immer gut gelaunt und freundlich. Der Preis ist für die Leistung völlig fein! Kommt hier her, probiert es aus!

Essen war super, typisch indisch, gute Portionsgrössen und sehr freundliche und persönliche Bedienung. Preis/Leistung passt hier auf jeden Fall.

Wir haben während des Lockdowns Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Der große Vorteil: Man kann seine eigenen Tupperdosen mitnehmen und alles wird perfekt potionsweise verpackt. Kein Verpackungsmüll daheim und das Essen ist natürlich auch richtig lecker.

Wir konnten am gleichen Tag einen Tisch reservieren, was für spontane Essens-Verabredungen super ist. Der Service ist zuvorkommend, das Essen wird frisch zubereitet an den Tisch gebracht. Geschmacklich sehr lecker.
