The food is very tasty. Regarding the service, I understand it's busy and can be overwhelming, but they didn't immediately give us our menu so we could at least look at what we wanted to eat. They apologized! When we wanted to pay, we waited a long time again. But they were nice, so we're not giving them a lower rating.

We were here for the first time today. The welcome was super warm, the service was super friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy. We shared the mezze so we could try a lot. Everything was very, very delicious. We'll definitely be back. We'd happily recommend you.

We received a very friendly welcome, and I thought to myself: WOW, this is going to be great. The starter was of decent quality, even if not quite to my taste. The main course, unfortunately, was a complete no-no: A friend received her food about 10 minutes after the others – after asking, of course. "It took longer in the oven," she said. My meal (beef shawarma) was cooked very well, which is a no-go for me when it comes to beef. It was also very gristly, and I only ate the fries. Two other friends complained that the chicken was very dry. We asked both servers about it, and they were rather surprised that I didn't want to take the rest. We still paid the full price, and the food and drinks there aren't cheap.

We were here for the first time today. We received a super friendly welcome and had a very cozy atmosphere. The young waiter was very friendly and attentive despite being very busy. We shared mezze and various dishes, so we were able to try a lot. All six of us were very satisfied and will definitely be back.

We were there for a birthday dinner on a Saturday evening. It was our first visit. The great reviews and Instagram pictures had convinced us. A quick heads-up: The food was good, although we would have preferred a bit more vegetables in the shawarma instead of the meat in the bag. But otherwise, everything was delicious. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the service that evening, which somewhat dampened our first impression. It took us half an hour to get there and we were all thirsty. But by the time we could order drinks and they arrived, at least 30 minutes had passed. Even the appetizers came faster. Then, at some point, the main courses arrived, and the appetizer plates hadn't even been cleared away. It was a bit chaotic. For dessert, the espressos came first, and the tiramisu came so much later that our coffee cups were empty long ago, and we weren't even in the mood for dessert anymore. We also often had the feeling that our table near the counter was simply ignored. The service staff were attentive, and it's hard to find staff. However, the very long wait times and the somewhat disorganized atmosphere unfortunately meant our birthday dinner wasn't that great or relaxed. If the service were more well-coordinated, we would give the restaurant another chance.

As always, we had a wonderful evening in a cozy atmosphere. Top-notch service and delicious food make us want to come back!

We were a little overwhelmed at first by the unfamiliar dishes on the menu, but the very friendly staff quickly helped us out. So, the four of us had a small selection of oriental dishes with various dips. It was a wonderful new taste experience for us. We'll definitely be back.

Our first visit completely won us over! We wanted to try something new with our two boys. The dish was originally intended as an appetizer for four... At the recommendation of the waiter, we added an extra dish, and the whole family was completely full! The flavors were incredibly diverse and delicious. The value for money and service were simply outstanding!

Food was good but only arrived 90 minutes after placing the order even though we were one of the first to order. It was really stupid when I was fasting. When I asked, they always said it would come straight away and in the end they said it was on purpose so that people would focus more on the main course. So it's complete nonsense

This restaurant is really recommended.

My husband and I were there in January and were seated at a very stupid table by the door where it was really drafty. We saw that other tables for two were still free and asked if we could sit somewhere else. Unfortunately no. Afterwards we noticed that other couples who came in without a reservation were seated at the other tables and we had reserved. Oh well. The food was really good and that's why we went back yesterday with another couple. First of all it took a long time until we were asked what we wanted to drink and then we ordered the food straight away. Then it took over half an hour until we got our drinks. And over another hour later the food wasn't there either. We were totally ignored the whole time. At some point we asked from a distance how long it would take and we were shouted "coming soon". Didn't even come to the table and apologized for the long wait. Just ignored. At some point we noticed that people who had arrived a long way after us had gotten their food and then we put the money for the drinks on the table and left. The store will never see us again.

The two of us had dinner at M'Oregano last night. We reserved a week in advance and said we didn't want a seat right at the door. When we got there, we were given a seat right by the door. We noticed that there were no other tables for two available right at the entrance and asked the waiters if we could get another table because our feet were pulling when the door opened. This was denied after clarification. To make up for it, they offered us a teapot. In between, more and more new guests came in (some without reservations) and were allowed to choose a seat, none of which was at the entrance. About the food: The food we ordered came after the food of other guests who ordered far after us. Funny… It was only when we cleared it that we asked whether it was tasty. Usually the waiters come in between times and ask. A little unprofessional... But the food itself was very tasty!! It's a shame the service wasn't that good, the store itself was really cool.

Four of us were here last night and had a wonderful evening! The shop is decorated with great attention to detail, which creates a really cozy atmosphere. The service was super friendly and attentive, and the food was simply first class – fresh, tasty and perfectly prepared. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back. The food was delicious, although my cheeseburger and fries weren't enough and I always thought I didn't eat such large portions. On the other hand, the wraps were mega-large portions. We had to wait a long time for drinks and empty bottles are only taken away upon request

Friendly, delicious food, great service

Levantine cuisine is considered the most aromatic food in the world. We were very excited. We were able to convince ourselves of this at M’Oregano. In short: an incredibly enjoyable experience. And by the way, the staff is very friendly with a very courteous service. We'll be back!

The food is 10/10 super tasty and something different. Drink service is sometimes a bit slow.

We would like to talk to M'Oregano about possible catering for a celebration. During our first phone call, the boss told us that we should please write a message on WhatsApp and that he would get in touch the following day because there was a lot going on at the moment. Basically, they really want to work together. Of course that wasn't a problem and we wrote the message straight away. The next day no one contacted us, two days later we wrote again on WhatsApp asking whether they would get in touch again. No answer to this, we called again. Unfortunately, I forgot about it, but I will definitely be in touch tomorrow morning and discuss everything in peace. Nobody contacted us until the afternoon. When we asked again, we were put off and the boss would get in touch today. That didn't happen again. Now, a week later, we have decided that we will no longer take part in the back and forth. There was no reply to our message that we found the way it was done a shame. A very unpleasant and time-consuming experience.

The welcome was very warm from start to finish. To our surprise, there was a super sweet appetizer platter with various delicious dips. As main courses we had cheeseburgers & meatballs (?) and we were really impressed by the spices, the arrangement, quantity, taste etc. The restaurant is very lovingly decorated and overall we were completely satisfied.

We were here with a larger group and ordered the buffet. There was more than enough food, which was outstanding in terms of taste and quality. The price per person was also more than fair. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend the restaurant!

We went to m'oregano for the first time this evening. We made a reservation via Instagram. A reservation is definitely recommended. We each had a starter and a main course. The starters immediately made you hungry for more, they were super tasty. The main courses topped that again. Everything was super fresh, super seasoned and nicely presented. We are super excited and will definitely come back and recommend it to others. We then had to pay EUR 59.00 for two starters, two main courses and four drinks. Very fair price.

In the M'Oregano restaurant in Ochtrup you can experience excellent Arabic cuisine that has something to offer for every taste. The dishes are not only delicious but also of the highest quality. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, supported by the tasteful interior design. What is particularly noteworthy is the hospitality of the owner and staff, which makes every visit something special. Went to M'Oregano for brunch today and had a delicious meal! Price and performance were right and the staff was also very attentive and friendly. It was our first time but definitely not our last!

We have been here several times now and have always received super friendly and quick service. The food was excellent every time and the plates were more than well filled every time. Food is freshly prepared. Always happy again.

...I shouldn't give anything away, come and enjoy in person... Levantine cuisine has appealed to me for a very long time. Admittedly, I implemented it in a very, very amateur way, but I love this way of seasoning and the dishes. Actually a very old, almost "down-to-earth" kitchen. Classic dishes from a multinational corner. Luckily she finally made it to Münsterland. I had pinned my hopes on the Netherlands. There are many more restaurants there, even from relatively unknown regions. Hats off to the brave makers in Ochtrup♡♡♡ Great food, great presentation, fresh atmosphere, fantastic staff with ❤️. We were here on Saturday, my youngest's birthday. He is an avowed meat lover, which is why he usually avoids sauces and other "bells and whistles". Meat + potato side dish = happy, very easy for me as a mother too. The order was taken that way, without any hesitation or comments. The chef, however, was so keen to offer something more that he came to the table personally. He briefly introduced himself and suggested creating a dish especially for my son. We were very, very early and the restaurant had just opened. He sat down with us and asked a few pointed questions and the men agreed on a dish. The chef brought it himself and asked again later. My son liked it so much that he thanked us personally as he left the restaurant. The "cook" / magician ;) offered him that he can now order this dish whenever my son comes. It was given a personal name and the two said goodbye with a hug. Where else can you get a service like this? A little tip on the side: Enter LaKula into the search engine, also fantastic, like here. If you like Arabic cuisine, this is the place for you. Everything was great. Very comfortably furnished. Portions completely sufficient. I can recommend it with a clear conscience...if you like unusual dishes and spices.

Nice service, nice ambience and very tasty food. The kafta plate was very tasty and the fluffy rice was perfect with it! Even the boss came to our table and asked if everything was OK and that we could get seconds if we were still hungry. But not necessary given the portions!! Very good value for money. Maybe as a little suggestion: The menu was very used and the sheets were crumpled. Maybe a book would be better than a clipboard.

Friendly staff on the phone, but we made a reservation and then found ourselves in front of the closed door. Unfortunately no call back was received. Since we came from a little further away, this was really annoying and we had to look for another restaurant for brunch.

I recently went to M'Oregano for brunch with my family and we all loved it! The food was simply delicious and offered a wonderful selection of Levitan specialties. Every bite was a delight, from the fresh salads to the hearty main courses and the tempting desserts. The brunch was very varied and lovingly prepared. What was particularly impressive was the quality of the ingredients, which were all fresh and tasty. It was clearly noticeable that a lot of value is placed on authenticity and taste. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We received a warm welcome and excellent care throughout our visit. It was nice to see how committed and helpful the team was. The ambience at M'Oregano was also wonderful. The restaurant is cozy and tastefully decorated, which contributes to a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. It was the perfect place for a relaxed family meal. All in all, our visit to M'Oregano was a complete success. We really enjoyed the food, service and ambience and will definitely come back. This restaurant is an absolute highlight and highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience authentic Levitan cuisine in a pleasant environment. Gladly again and again!
