If you love Croatian cuisine, you have to go here! But you should make a reservation on the weekend. The store is always very busy! Great quality of food and best service, attentive and quick, all around a great experience. Value for money, mega! We had a great afternoon here and will definitely come back!

I wanted to make a reservation for a birthday for 10 people on a Tuesday and they coldly asked me for a deposit of 300 euros??? Still rude on the phone so sorry but can't explain the good reviews.

The staff in charge of reservations have a behavior that is not very pleasant, I made a reservation 6 days before and when I arrived at the restaurant they told me that there is no reservation in my name, but after I proved it to them that there is a phone call with them, they make you wait until a free seat is released. An attitude that leaves a lot to be desired, and for that reason, he didn't deserve a second chance yet...

I was recently in Moosacher Paradies and I was absolutely thrilled! The food was excellent, especially the Balkan specialties were a delight. The meat dishes were juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the sides were fresh and filling. I was also impressed by the ambience: cozy, inviting and with a pleasant atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Despite the busy restaurant, we were served quickly. Price-performance is really great here! Large portions at fair prices. I will definitely come back and can recommend Moosacher Paradies to anyone who wants to enjoy good Balkan cuisine in Munich.

As for the service, kudos! The staff is extremely friendly, professional and always there to recommend the perfect drink to go with the meal. The food arrives quickly, and each guest receives attention that is rarely seen in modern restaurants. If you are in Bavaria, do not miss the opportunity to visit this place. In my opinion, the best kebabs in the entire region and a restaurant I will definitely return to!

The food in Moosacher Paradies is always excellent. No matter what we ordered, it was always delicious and very fresh. That's exactly why we come here to eat regularly, at least once a month. The ambience is also very pleasant and contributes to a nice overall experience. Unfortunately, we have to say that the service has deteriorated extremely since around 2023 - and this continues to this day. The service seems unprofessional, unfriendly and often as if they just wanted to “process” us quickly. It has happened to us several times that when we were given the menu it was suggested that we should take a platter or Ćevapčići because it would be quicker. When we ordered something else, we felt like we were being looked at with dislike or even “hatred.” We particularly noticed a waiter who was very arrogant and condescending. We particularly remember two situations: 1st birthday with cake: Next to us was a larger family who had ordered a cake from the cake cupboard for a friend because it was his birthday. Even though the cake had been ordered long ago, it simply didn't come. After the friend had already left, the family spoke to the waiter. Instead of apologizing, he said arrogantly: "Just by the way, we'll pay for your mistake with the cake." When the family corrected that it wasn't their mistake, the waiter became visibly angry and started arguing loudly with them called her a liar several times and extremely loudly (probably with the intention of everyone watching) - in front of the other guests. We were horrified and felt very uncomfortable ourselves after this scene, so we wanted to leave the restaurant as quickly as possible. 2. Christmas Season and Inappropriate Comments: In the run-up to Christmas, a large company was visiting our area, probably for a Christmas dinner. The boss of the company struck us as extroverted and jokingly asked the waiter where his tie was. The waiter laughed, but soon several waiters gathered at the nearby service table. There we heard - unintentionally, due to the volume - the same waiter insulting the company boss in Bosnian. One sentence in particular stuck in our minds: “Vidiš ti guzonje šta on sebi umišlja, misli ko je ko on…” and other very derogatory comments that we don’t want to repeat here. That was just unprofessional and disrespectful. In summary: We like coming to Moosacher Paradies because the food and the ambience are always great. But the service - especially the waiter mentioned - is a big problem and has disappointed us several times. We hope that urgent improvements are made here, because something like this shouldn't happen in a restaurant that offers such excellent food.

Takes 3 hours for food to arrive

Last weekend we were able to have a little celebration in Moosacher Paradies, and it was simply fantastic! The service was very good, always friendly, attentive. The food was a real highlight, tasteful, fresh and perfectly balanced. Our guests were just as enthusiastic as we were. The atmosphere was completely harmonious and made our special day unforgettable. A huge thank you to the entire team🌸

Went there at short notice today without a reservation, received a very friendly welcome and there was room for two. Although the restaurant was very busy, the service was very good, and the food came quickly and was of very good quality. Will definitely come back.

During the phone call I was told to come and wait for half an hour and then they just hung up on me in my face, even though I still had questions. So if you can't even make a proper phone call, you shouldn't run a restaurant.

The food in the Moosacher Paradies was very good and impressed us with its taste. The dishes were freshly prepared and attractively presented. Unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. The staff was unfriendly and brought us the bill without asking immediately after we had cleared away the food. I have never experienced this before and found it very rude. Overall a mixed experience - excellent food but service could be significantly improved.

I went to dinner with my wife last night because we wanted to have a nice evening. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The service was unprofessional and very unfriendly. Food prices are exorbitantly high and the portions served are small and of poor quality. When we asked the waitress about something unclear about the menu, she couldn't help us. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. It's a real shame and unfortunately I can't recommend your restaurant.

Really unfriendly towards blacks and Turks as soon as you are not your own compatriots you are treated like garbage and eat really unfriendly everything takes a long time and really disrespectful talking and you feel insulted when they talk to you

Extremely overpriced, but very average food. The schnitzel was not bad, but can be done better at home. The rice was tasteless and mush, the "rahmsoße" was just a splash of something. Would not dine here again.

We went there for the Christmas party on a recommendation from colleagues. The restaurant is really nice inside, but it is also very loud. Unfortunately, the waiter didn't speak any German, but he was very on the ball and made every effort to fulfill every wish. Unfortunately the cevapcici in the bread was very greasy, especially the bread. But the taste of the cevape was good. Overall the evening was quite good, but we probably won't come again.

The ambience is very nice, the service is good. I enjoyed the food. Still only three stars because instead of the one liter bottle of water I ordered for €5, I got a water bottle with 0.75 liters for €5.40, which wasn't even on the menu. Addendum, after almost 3 years (sic) there was a complaint about my rating. I should please prove that this happened. Of course it's impossible after 3 years. That's why I deducted another star.

So, I'll try again. Unfortunately, almost two year old reviews have been blocked.... At rush hour we had to wait about 10 minutes for our seats despite reservations, which wasn't great. The meal then took almost an hour and especially. The fries were no longer hot, but only lukewarm. A tube of ketchup/mayo on the table would be desirable, but a single tablespoon of Ajyar with the large grill plate (€40!) was also a bit too little. You could expect more for the price. In summary, unfortunately not entirely convincing.

Be careful, the restaurant or owner lets reviews go away after months despite a business relationship and on-site visit. I ate there with my cousin in February 2024, and a few days ago she was asked to delete her 2 star review (with 4 likes). Another reason not to come here again.

The last time I was served cold (and later reheated in the microwave) food there 5 years ago and received bad-tempered service, I swore I would never come back. Today I broke my promise and ordered king roll with fries to take away. I got it with fried potatoes and paid a whopping €32.50 per king roll. The price is outrageously high! This time it was definitely the very last time to enter the store! Addition: after my review was classified as defamation, I lodged an objection and now it is there and has to be here so that you can get a fair picture of the store!

I really love it when venues try to use the slander argument when they receive a bad review and do not understand that I and others just tell about our subjective experiences. The visit at Moosacher Paradies was a complete disaster, especially since I had high expectations. First the lost our reservation and were not able to manage the mishap in customer friendly manner. In one word they let us wait 60 min. for the table without an apology. The patience game continued. Ordering took another 20 minutes and drinks arrived after 30 minutes. Guess what the food also took very long to arrive. I do not know what there were trying to do in the kitchen but I had a piece of meat like a brickstone and my girlfriend hat some raw and mainly cold Cevapcici. We paid and left hungry. Luckily I knew a good alternative to save the evening. As stated before, this was my experience and it was not a good one.

Food and bowling alley are okay but nothing special. Generally everything was okay As of November 2nd, 2024. I gave the store 3 stars in 2017. 7 years later I get an email from Google saying the restaurant has filed a defamation lawsuit. Data sent to Google with proof that I was there. Funny, I even uploaded photos... And downgraded the review to 1 star! Absolutely ridiculous to upset customers like that. For me that means service and atmosphere at -5 now

Honestly nothing special, I expected much more. I used to take their chevaps as well, but now not anymore because they are full of soda and triple in size when baked, nothing but Aldi chevap unfortunately. It's just too much used and advertised, but the quality has been lost as time goes on. I hope that no one will get angry, but that was just confirmed by four people who ate together. That's why thumbs up 👎 And I wouldn't recommend further.

We went to the restaurant on recommendation, which was overall disappointing. The furnishings and ambience are appealing. But that was the positive thing. The service was quick but not particularly friendly or accommodating. You didn't feel like a welcome guest. The food was rather lukewarm, the fries were cold and soft. What's special is that our daughter's dish was so carelessly prepared that I probably wouldn't have touched it as a child. It's a shame, because the quality of the products was okay overall but too expensive for the presentation.

It's a shame, we were looking forward to eating and unfortunately we were disappointed with the fries and the taste of neutral meat. It's a shame we ate better... It's better to have less on your plate and more taste.

Was visiting this restaurant for the first time today and certainly the last time. We had to wait over 1.5 hours for our food and even when we asked the staff we were always put off. When the food finally arrived, the bad impression that had been created until now was unfortunately confirmed. The fries were cold and not seasoned. Unfortunately, most of the meat was frozen and also cold. For just under €30, which I paid for the dish, what you get served is really a disgrace.

There were two of us eating, but unfortunately we received cold food (chips and cevape) that wasn't even warm. The fries felt like they had been prepared for another customer 1-2 hours ago and the cevape felt like they had been lying around for an hour and were briefly warmed up for us.

Unfortunately there was nothing here. I ordered a Moosacher Schnitzel with fries instead of fried potatoes (€23.50). I got a schnitzel with fried potatoes. When I asked, I got fries after all. Katchup was also available after another request to the waiter. The schnitzel was a frozen schnitzel and the fries were limp. On the bill there was a Wienerschnitzel for €26.50, which I hadn't ordered. When I kindly pointed out that something was wrong, the waiter responded by saying that they cost the same. However, a look at a colleague's bill revealed that his Moosacher Schnitzel only costs 23.50, as it says on the menu. The waiter then said that I wanted fries instead of fried potatoes and that it was one euro more expensive and so the more expensive dish was correct. When I objected that even an additional euro didn't justify a price difference of €3, he suddenly said that the fries would cost €1.5 more. Since the whole thing was too colorful for me, I took him up on his offer to pay €1.5 less than what was on the invoice. Stay away from the store!

I recently had dinner with you during the week. It wasn't particularly crowded - it was empty inside and less than half the seats in the beer garden were occupied. Still, I waited a full **51 minutes** for my food. When, after 45 minutes, I politely asked the waiter how long it might take, I was told in a rather unfriendly tone: “You just ordered, wait! It could take another 15 minutes.” The food was okay, but honestly not worth all the hype I had heard before. With such a long wait, even though the restaurant wasn't even close to full, and the unfriendly service, I definitely expected more. I used to like the store 😞

Unbelievable - no matter when you go, it's always full. That definitely speaks for this restaurant, otherwise guests wouldn't keep coming back. My opinion: fair prices, really great interior. Unfortunately, the food is mediocre, it almost borders on frozen goods and is pretty bland. Service is extremely lackluster, but not rude. So overall 3 stars.

All praise for the staff, from the entrance to your waiters.. the food may sometimes lack more spice but everyone likes it differently... the waiters/waitresses are helpful and smiling.... the only thing is that they are bad with the German language, but they are young and will learn.. ....my suggestion is to pay attention to the dress code ...after all, it is a first-class restaurant...
