Be careful, the restaurant or owner lets reviews go away after months despite a business relationship and on-site visit. I ate there with my cousin in February 2024, and a few days ago she was asked to delete her 2 star review (with 4 likes). Another reason not to come here again.

So, I'll try again. Unfortunately, almost two year old reviews have been blocked.... At rush hour we had to wait about 10 minutes for our seats despite reservations, which wasn't great. The meal then took almost an hour and especially. The fries were no longer hot, but only lukewarm. A tube of ketchup/mayo on the table would be desirable, but a single tablespoon of Ajyar with the large grill plate (€40!) was also a bit too little. You could expect more for the price. In summary, unfortunately not entirely convincing.

The last time I was served cold (and later reheated in the microwave) food there 5 years ago and received bad-tempered service, I swore I would never come back. Today I broke my promise and ordered king roll with fries to take away. I got it with fried potatoes and paid a whopping €32.50 per king roll. The price is outrageously high! This time it was definitely the very last time to enter the store! Addition: after my review was classified as defamation, I lodged an objection and now it is there and has to be here so that you can get a fair picture of the store!

I really love it when venues try to use the slander argument when they receive a bad review and do not understand that I and others just tell about our subjective experiences. The visit at Moosacher Paradies was a complete disaster, especially since I had high expectations. First the lost our reservation and were not able to manage the mishap in customer friendly manner. In one word they let us wait 60 min. for the table without an apology. The patience game continued. Ordering took another 20 minutes and drinks arrived after 30 minutes. Guess what the food also took very long to arrive. I do not know what there were trying to do in the kitchen but I had a piece of meat like a brickstone and my girlfriend hat some raw and mainly cold Cevapcici. We paid and left hungry. Luckily I knew a good alternative to save the evening. As stated before, this was my experience and it was not a good one.

Food and bowling alley are okay but nothing special. Generally everything was okay As of November 2nd, 2024. I gave the store 3 stars in 2017. 7 years later I get an email from Google saying the restaurant has filed a defamation lawsuit. Data sent to Google with proof that I was there. Funny, I even uploaded photos... And downgraded the review to 1 star! Absolutely ridiculous to upset customers like that. For me that means service and atmosphere at -5 now

I usually order for pickup and we were there too everything went great. Compared to a few years ago, things have gotten a lot better

I read the comments and see that it is not only me who has been registered for DEFAMATION, but several others. The boss can't stand criticism, so he deletes comments and reports ;-)

Honestly nothing special, I expected much more. I used to take their chevaps as well, but now not anymore because they are full of soda and triple in size when baked, nothing but Aldi chevap unfortunately. It's just too much used and advertised, but the quality has been lost as time goes on. I hope that no one will get angry, but that was just confirmed by four people who ate together. That's why thumbs up 👎 And I wouldn't recommend further.

We went to the restaurant on recommendation, which was overall disappointing. The furnishings and ambience are appealing. But that was the positive thing. The service was quick but not particularly friendly or accommodating. You didn't feel like a welcome guest. The food was rather lukewarm, the fries were cold and soft. What's special is that our daughter's dish was so carelessly prepared that I probably wouldn't have touched it as a child. It's a shame, because the quality of the products was okay overall but too expensive for the presentation.

It's a shame, we were looking forward to eating and unfortunately we were disappointed with the fries and the taste of neutral meat. It's a shame we ate better... It's better to have less on your plate and more taste.

There are definitely no better dishes in the city for the price! 💪

Cevaps are tasteless and lack everything... totally disappointed... I don't know about other food, but I wouldn't recommend cevaps. The waiter was very impatient and rude. It's a shame for one of our Balkan restaurants.

We waited 1.5 hours for the food. It only came after I argued with the staff. Mostly frozen goods were served. And at proud prices. Overall, a disgrace.

Was visiting this restaurant for the first time today and certainly the last time. We had to wait over 1.5 hours for our food and even when we asked the staff we were always put off. When the food finally arrived, the bad impression that had been created until now was unfortunately confirmed. The fries were cold and not seasoned. Unfortunately, most of the meat was frozen and also cold. For just under €30, which I paid for the dish, what you get served is really a disgrace.

We waited 1 1/2 hours for our food, which came after personal complaints. During the course of the evening we noticed that hardly anyone had touched their food. Later it became clear why: mostly lukewarm frozen food at impossible prices... rarely experienced such a disappointing evening in a restaurant

Unfortunately there was nothing here. I ordered a Moosacher Schnitzel with fries instead of fried potatoes (€23.50). I got a schnitzel with fried potatoes. When I asked, I got fries after all. Katchup was also available after another request to the waiter. The schnitzel was a frozen schnitzel and the fries were limp. On the bill there was a Wienerschnitzel for €26.50, which I hadn't ordered. When I kindly pointed out that something was wrong, the waiter responded by saying that they cost the same. However, a look at a colleague's bill revealed that his Moosacher Schnitzel only costs 23.50, as it says on the menu. The waiter then said that I wanted fries instead of fried potatoes and that it was one euro more expensive and so the more expensive dish was correct. When I objected that even an additional euro didn't justify a price difference of €3, he suddenly said that the fries would cost €1.5 more. Since the whole thing was too colorful for me, I took him up on his offer to pay €1.5 less than what was on the invoice. Stay away from the store!

There were two of us eating, but unfortunately we received cold food (chips and cevape) that wasn't even warm. The fries felt like they had been prepared for another customer 1-2 hours ago and the cevape felt like they had been lying around for an hour and were briefly warmed up for us.

We ordered takeaway for 10 people and we ate from it for 20 people and we had quite a lot left over. The food is very good and the portions very large. I recommend this restaurant with confidence. I am very satisfied Thank you very much

I recently had dinner with you during the week. It wasn't particularly crowded - it was empty inside and less than half the seats in the beer garden were occupied. Still, I waited a full **51 minutes** for my food. When, after 45 minutes, I politely asked the waiter how long it might take, I was told in a rather unfriendly tone: “You just ordered, wait! It could take another 15 minutes.” The food was okay, but honestly not worth all the hype I had heard before. With such a long wait, even though the restaurant wasn't even close to full, and the unfriendly service, I definitely expected more. I used to like the store 😞

Unbelievable - no matter when you go, it's always full. That definitely speaks for this restaurant, otherwise guests wouldn't keep coming back. My opinion: fair prices, really great interior. Unfortunately, the food is mediocre, it almost borders on frozen goods and is pretty bland. Service is extremely lackluster, but not rude. So overall 3 stars.

All praise for the staff, from the entrance to your waiters.. the food may sometimes lack more spice but everyone likes it differently... the waiters/waitresses are helpful and smiling.... the only thing is that they are bad with the German language, but they are young and will learn.. ....my suggestion is to pay attention to the dress code ...after all, it is a first-class restaurant... Very, very tasty food has been there twice so far but there is no one better in Munich. The first time I ordered a grill platter which was very, very tasty and as dessert a lava cake which was brutally delicious. The second time I ordered take away. It was also very tasty and very freshly prepared

I traveled an extra 400km from Switzerland to eat with my compatriots. The meat platter for 6 people was really tasty. Everything was good, but I think the waiter Haris H. is the unfriendly waiter I have ever met. I think it's a real shame otherwise I would have given full marks. What happens to today's waiters if they don't tip!?? They immediately turn pale, change their mood, and it's as if someone has been eating and drinking for a while! The waiters in Paradis have such an attitude and pride that some specialist doctors are more down-to-earth than them!!! Waiters, work on your manners in case you don't get a tip. You get paid for your work, if you need a raise or are dissatisfied with it, it seems to me that we see the boss almost every day in the restaurant, so talk to him about the raise!

We are soon to be parents of two children and wanted to spend our “for now” last Saturday there together as a couple because we really like the food and the beautiful terrace. The gentleman on the phone said I didn't need to make a reservation for Saturday as there was always a place available for two people... Well, I thought wrong, EVERYTHING was full, which meant we had to leave again. The evening ended with this and we were pretty pissed off. I also have to say that the gentleman on the phone was very, very unfriendly, it's a shame, we always liked eating there, but now we'd better think about it again.

The platter was very tasty and was enough for 7 people, but we waited for over an hour, which is a bit much. I would recommend smaller dishes that I assume don't take as long to prepare.

Unfortunately, our reservation confirmed by telephone could not be found. Since we were relatively early and the restaurant is very spacious, they still found a place for us. The portions are generous and the taste is okay. Unfortunately, for the rather moderate price, it didn't blow me away personally. I mean this in a neutral way, but on that day and for my taste the price was more about quantity than quality. Unfortunately, I also found it difficult to feel comfortable with the rather sober “hospitality”. Glasses remained empty, empty plates were not cleared away for a long time and I had to wipe out the bowl for packing leftover food myself. Given the ambience and the “show” (someone who meets you at the front and accompanies you to the table and certainly 7-10 service staff), this is better/friendlier. And no, I'm not going to accept "cultural excuses" here. I am welcome in a good restaurant and notice a reserved but pleasant presence and the desire to sell me food and drinks. Nevertheless: I would probably give the restaurant a second chance. Because the concept, the location and one or two dishes have potential.

Yesterday we were in Moosacher Paradies after a long time. The renovated ambience looks very nice. The waiter was very friendly and accommodating. The food was TOP! We'd love to come back.

I came every day for a year and the waiters made me stop coming

Were there for the first time. The first impression was very positive. We really liked the attractive ambience, beautiful colors and the rustic seating. The menu, i.e. the number of dishes on offer, is overwhelming at first. We ordered veal skewer with 4 cevapcici and fries and a grill plate. . The veal on the skewer was pale without any roasted flavors. 2 pieces of meat were inedible because they were completely fatty and stringy. The cevapcici were good, but the preparation is really not rocket science. The fries were soggy. The grill plate was very generous; for our taste, the restaurant impresses with quantity rather than quality. Anyone who likes “big food” at reasonable prices is probably in good hands here. It's nothing for us. Mass, but not class!

Arrogant waiters, if you are not a slave you will be treated unkindly. The shop has its reputation now apparently you don't need to be friendly anymore. I don't come here anymore.

Very good restaurant with a beer garden. Even if it's a little fuller, you'll be served very quickly and the food tastes very good. The Cevapcici are particularly recommended! For the quality, you can't get the portions like this anywhere else in Munich and everything looks very tasty! Always happy to come back.

The food and portions are good. Only it is a typical Balkan restaurant, overcrowded, loud, waiters hectic and sometimes unfriendly. The decor is more like an Indian-Asian restaurant. Once we reserved a table for 4 people on a Saturday afternoon, when we got there we were told that our table wasn't available yet and that we would have to wait. We have never gone back since. It's best not to go at peak times...

I would like to thank you for the experience in Moosacher Paradies. First of all, I would like to comment on the food. The food arrived cold and therefore didn't taste good. I've heard several bad opinions because of this. Several guests of this restaurant have told me that, for example, platters or other dishes are promised for a smaller amount at the meeting, but are charged for a higher amount when the bill comes, which is the bottom drawer for me. My next concern is service. All but 2-3 waiters showed absolutely no good behavior. They behave arrogantly and absolutely unfriendly. Nobody wants to be treated like that by someone. That someone looks at me stupidly. Being insulted or making faces when I'm not looking is not possible. Either you don't get your order at all or you have to wait half an hour for a drink. The third and last thing I would like to address is the ambience. We were told that we could expect a nice design of the room, which was absolutely not the case. The request for candlesticks or even decoration was not taken into account at all or only partially. Despite your good behavior, you initially feel quite unwanted. I've definitely had enough of the restaurant and won't be visiting it again. Despite this, I wish everyone a nice evening and further pleasant visits to Moosacher Paradies. Best regards

Absolute Balkan feeling. Very tasty and delicious food. You feel like you're in the Balkans. Very friendly and nice staff. Pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend Punjenju Pljeskavicu, Šopska Salata and Baklava to everyone

Okay, let's be honest... For someone who came from the Balkans as a tourist for a couple of days... the food is catastrophically bad... but I understand that it goes well for the Germans and that ours feel like they are "home". What fascinated me and what I don't stop thinking about even after 2 months is the size of the place and the organization of it all... 139 tables? A small million waiters? Wow. The bar and cashier area is too small, kudos to whoever works there. All waiters speak our language! Extremely friendly and coordinated! I like the concept and the exterior decoration. Like a Bier Garten surrounded by nature... beautiful. Also, the waiters are rude and only let them on the terrace if they see that there are larger groups 😉 hehe Balkan rules (nothing bad, I would do the same for the benefit of the company). I would definitely come back, but not for the food, but to praise the owner for the organization... it should be filled and maintained!!
