Basically the food was okay. The preparation time was very quick. The fish was fresh. Somehow the sushi could have been a little tastier. I usually always have a little wasabi in my sushi. Even spreading the wasabi on the sushi is a bit difficult in my opinion. Price-wise it was okay.

Great food! Actually there would have been 5 stars for each. Unfortunately the main course was served at the same time as the starter, even though we had expressly said so.

Rarely have I seen such good service. There are always at least 1 or 2 waiters available. Food was brought out after just under 15 minutes and tasted great. You pay around €25 per person. Is a reasonable price

We were here for a birthday party and I ordered a Tonkotsu Ramen. The ramen did not look at all like on the pictures in the Menu and it also tasted neither good nor bad. We put it back for re-seasoning and it never came back, so we simply thought it was taken from the bill since we had a lot of food. In the end we asked why the ramen was still on the bill and asked the waitress to talk to the shift manager. The shift manager arrived and immediately acted offended and unprofessional, telling us that she doesn’t like this behavior and that we don’t know what ramen is. She destroyed with this behavior on the 12,99€ Ramen not only the 10% tip for her team on our total 240€ bill, but also the mood of our birthday party. However, I write in this detail so you can improve: - behavior management/reflection of the shift manager (we assume the woman was the shift manager) - for your chef: check out the tonkotsu ramen in Dresden (Ramen1974) or Berlin (Cocolo Ramen) and even your Japanese guests will be astonished in the future ☺️ By the way: we are from Berlin the rest of the menu like sushi, entrees and especially your miso soup was really good.

Oh well... A nice atmosphere but the food... Suschi is good, as are most of the rice dishes... anywhere where "with vegetables/vegetables of the session" is strongly discouraged... peppers, cabbage, broccoli and eggplant... With a very "questionable" sauce... Just disgusting. This particular meal is not recommended.

The food was super tasty. They opened earlier especially for us so that we could get our food on time. The delivery person was on time and very friendly. We'd love to do it again.

Overall I've been satisfied so far. Sometimes you have to wait a bit for the food due to high demand. The service is friendly and provides competent advice on questions about the dishes. I would rather eat in the restaurant, it tastes really delicious fresh.

Just beautiful!!! Clear recommendation. I have NEVER eaten such good sushi and I work in the field and know many restaurants in Bavaria and Thuringia. The service is very friendly and responds to requests. Celebrated my birthday here and got a free mochi ice cream. ;) We felt completely comfortable. I come here at least once every week for lunch.

Very tasty food, service great. Unfortunately the ambience is lacking. The food to be picked up would have to be outsourced or relocated. Unfortunately, this makes everything very unsettling. Otherwise, in my opinion, the tables are placed too close together. Another location would be good, you just need more space because there's nothing else to complain about.

Everything was top as always. Super fond of children!! We were even given a place with strollers without a reservation. Thank you again! (But I would always recommend making a reservation)

A really nice atmosphere, it feels pleasant and inviting. Unfortunately, the food didn't taste authentic at all, the portions are very large. The miso soup was a lot for an appetizer, but this was very tasty and authentic. The kimchi was far too mild and apparently very fresh and lacked the typical kimchi taste. The udon with chicken I ordered was interesting, it tasted like udon with gravy and Maggi. I was really disappointed 😞.

Very annoying when you arrive home and notice that with 46 pieces of sushi you only get one sachet of soy sauce (see picture). And that at a price of €50. Something like that shouldn't happen.

The atmosphere is very pleasant. Asian, but not “old-fashioned”. The employees are young people and, above all, very friendly and also like to joke. The menu is extensive and offers something for everyone. The prices are unbeatable!!! In my personal price-performance comparison, performance wins. You definitely can't get more performance for this price. In addition, the quality is good. I like to complain, but I really don't know anything about this.

The food was ordered early enough. Still came 40 minutes late. It was cold so we had to warm it up in the microwave.

We ordered by phone with a really long waiting time of 1 ½ hours. When we drove the 30 km, there were 50 to 60 people waiting in line in front of the store to pick up... since our pick-up time was already over, we called the store to find out about ours Deciding how to proceed...on the phone we were told on site that we should wait another 1 ½ hours, i.e. until 10 p.m....so impossible...then they are not allowed to accept orders if they are overloaded...whether we are there Going there again is questionable...and all that with 2 children

A real enrichment for Bad Neustadt. Nice ambience. The food is good, but I've seen better. Even though the restaurant was full, waiting times were short. A lot of it was good, but there were a few points that bothered me. We had reserved 3 weeks in advance and got the worst table in the restaurant. Ok... it can happen. At the beginning I found the service to be quick and attentive, but when your plate is pulled away from you even though you're still chewing and still holding the chopsticks in your hand, or the glass is cleared away without a "may there be something else" and you're left with an empty table If you sit down, you will be told “dear guest, you have eaten and drank... go now”.

We found everything very tasty and will definitely come back.

Despite the full house, the service was very attentive and always tried to get everything done as quickly as possible. The noise in the restaurant was a problem; here you had the feeling of being in a well-filled train station hall. But if you go there for the food and not the entertainment, you'll get your money's worth

Das Essen ist sehr lecker egal ob Sushi oder Warme Speisen. Ist mittlerweile zu unserem Lieblingsrestaurant geworden. Preis Leistung ist hier sehr gut. Ich liebe das moon. Und es schmeckt einfach alles. Auch die Vorspeisen, Suppen, bento Boxen, bubble tea. Das sushi bekommt von mir eine 9,5/10 Macht weiter so und bleibt uns noch ganz lange erhalten. ❤️ Preis Leistung ist gut Abends und am Wochenende sollte man reservieren. Und der Tisch ist aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage für ca 2 Std reserviert Take away ist auch möglich

Unserr Familie ist absolut begeistert von diesem kulinarischen Ausflug nach Asien! Das Ambiente ist sehr stilvoll und einfallsreich, das Team super nett (trotz meist ausgebuchter Plätze) und vor allem das Essen ist sehr lecker und hübsch dekoriert! 😋👌 Schade, dass es bei uns in Würzburg aktuell kein solches Restaurant gibt - vielleicht in Zukunft? 😉

Sehr gutes Restaurant in Bad Neustadt! Modernes und gemütliches Ambiente am Rande des Marktplatzes. Service ist wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Sushi schmeckt hervorragend!

Großartige Auswahl an Sushi und auch warmen Speisen. Man kann dem Sushimeister direkt bei der Arbeit zuschauen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und professionell, obwohl das Lokal restlos ausgebucht war. Unbedingt Tisch reservieren! Die Toiletten sind platzbedingt wenige und beengt. Eine Armada von Reiningungsmitteln steht auf dem Fensterbrett im Damenklo, das muss nicht sein. Ansonsten war alles bestens, ich komme wieder.

Vielleicht haben wir einfach einen schlechten Tag erwischt, aber dass ich nach dem Essen noch im Restaurant mit Durchfall auf die Toilette rennen musste, ist mir noch nie passiert. Auch meine Begleitung kämpfte später am Tag mit Verdauungsproblemen, und das kommt bei ihm so gut wie nie vor, der kann alles essen. Da wir an diesem Tag nichts zum Frühstück hatten und auch sonst keinen Infekt, hat uns das schon zu denken gegeben. Das Essen selbst (Bento Box Teriyaki bzw. Gebratene Udon-Nudeln) war recht gut, aber nichts besonderes. Was man sagen muss: die Präsentation der Speisen ist sehr ansprechend. Hier isst das Auge definitiv mit. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr stylisch. Preislich bewegt sich das Ganze im normalen Rahmen. Der Service war schnell, freundlich und aufmerksam. Da wir hier touristisch unterwegs waren, werden wir das Experiment nicht wiederholen. Die anderen Bewertungen sind ja durchaus positiv, wir bewerten aber nur unsere eigenen Erfahrungen.

Super lecker, alle Bedienungen sehr freundlich und auf Zack, Essen kam schnell und sehr heiß an Tisch. Sushi ebenfalls sehr lecker! Preis-Leistung hat uns positiv überrascht. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Klasse Ambiente, top Qualität und frische. Einfach empfehlenswert Hatten Tisch reserviert lieder wurde uns zu Beginn des Abends dann mitgeteilt das der Tisch nur für 90 Minuten reserviert ist und wir dann gehen müssen. Schade ein gemütlicher Abend sieht anders aus.

Ganz tolles frisch zubereitetes essen (hier 16a und 19 Octopusbällchen mit BonitoFlocken und Moonplatte, dann als Hauptspeise, die 44 Moon Crunchy u. M10 Ebisu). Den Wein können wir auch empfehlen (Rosé, trocken) und der Service ist wirklich sehr bemüht und schnell. Zentral gelegen, in der Innenstadt fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Moon Sushi Bar besticht durch die Atmosphäre im Gastraum, die Präsentation und die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen. Man hat beim ersten betreten schon den Eindruck dass die Lokalität etwas besonderes ist . Wir hatten Pho, eine Bentobox mit Rindfleisch und es war beides wirklich traumhaft. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Einer Der besten Sushi Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Essen sieht wunderbar aus und schmeckt fantastisch! Das Ambiente ist gemütlich aber leider sehr sehr laut! Es ist immer viel los. Was meine Meinung nach die Stimmung etwas drückt.

Die besten Sushi seit längerem. Waren schon zweimal da und es schmeckt einfach perfekt. Für diese Sushi nehme ich auch 100 km in Kauf. Aber wir kombinieren es gerne mit einem Besuch bei unseren Freunden.

Были там 28.10.2023. Заранее заказали столик. Нас было 4 взрослых. Посадили нас около туалета, в самом углу,ну да ладно. Сделали заказ. Принесли в принципе быстро. Но не всё понравилось. Роллы были склеины между собой, а когда пытаешься взять один из них, палочками, то они рассыпаются. Места в зале очень мало, столики стоят очень близко друг к другу. Так как народа много, столики резервируют на полтора часа. То есть пришёл, поел, ушёл. 🙄 С парковкой тяжело, так как находится в центре. Что не понравилось?когда мы решили выйти на улицу, чтобы мужчины покурили, тут же подскочили официанты, думая, что мы уходим. Когда сказали им, что мы на улицу, они были недовольны. 🙄
