Very tasty food, decent portions, very nice team, top price. We drove to Bad Neustadt especially for this, we'll be back. Absolute recommendation!

The food is very tasty Service is okay unless you go there in a larger group then there could be difficulties when paying because I don't think you can handle your "system" yourself. The atmosphere is very nice, but it can get very loud when all the seats are full.

Always had good experiences! Until today, when we had it delivered. A bubble tea was forgotten and when asked, it was not possible to deliver the drink. It was a shame. Money was refunded, but our guest is now left with nothing :( But the food is once again super delicious!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to award 0 stars... We ordered a selection of sushi on November 24th, 24, although the ordering process via WhatsApp was very unfriendly... We were shocked at the quality of the sushi, here we liked the fish -Rice ratio was reminiscent of an all-you-can-eat buffet... Many of our pieces contained little to no fish, it tasted like a lump of rice... I would even use supermarket sushi prefer in the future!...

Everything is just right at the Moon Sushibar, which is why the five stars are completely deserved! The food is delicious, the portions are large and the prices are completely reasonable. The atmosphere is also inviting.

I visit here on average twice a month and it's always an absolute revelation! From the greeting to the last bite, everything was just perfect. The quality of the sushi was outstanding - incredibly fresh fish that melted in your mouth, and each roll was a little work of art, lovingly and precisely prepared. I would particularly like to emphasize the great variety of the menu, which offers both classics and creative own creations. The service was first class: attentive, friendly and yet unobtrusive. The ambience in the restaurant creates the perfect balance between modern chic and a cozy feel-good flair. An absolute must for all sushi lovers! I definitely come back again and again and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for top quality sushi and an unforgettable dining experience. Five stars are still not enough here! I went to Bad Bocklet for a spa treatment 1.5 years ago and wanted something different. Looked around with Google Maps and found the Moon Sushibar. We happily drove there on Saturday evening and were told that unfortunately all the tables were reserved. Okay, then I ordered something to take away and oh man... the hour wait was worth it!! As far as I remember, the miso soup (ramen) consisted of 3 packages/cups. 1x soup, 1x vegetables and the remaining ingredients. It was so delicious, really delicious. The best miso soup I have ever eaten!!!!! Now you might think that the food at the spa isn't that great, no. As a fat person you also have a buffet and at every meal time you can choose from salads to fried foods. (The doctor in charge said that it has to work at home too...) But this soup was great, so I booked a table for the next Saturday afternoon that week. I was greeted politely and was so happy about everything that the service was surprised. The miso soup on site was served in a bowl with a Japanese soup spoon and chopsticks and was again very tasty. The sake too! In the one hour that I was there, I also saw the food of the other guests and realized that the remaining time while I was still in the area was simply too short to try any more. I have a clear recommendation!! If you're in the area, you shouldn't miss out on such a great restaurant :-) Thank you for the great food and service!!! Very good, beautifully prepared sushi at reasonable prices in Bad Neustadt. The restaurant is right in the center, which makes parking difficult. The staff is very friendly and all dishes can also be ordered to be picked up.

Great sushi restaurant. Very quick service and beautifully prepared food. 15 minutes after ordering, our eight (!!!) different dishes, perfectly garnished, were on the table. Simply a dream. Everything was delicious, huge praise.

Very nice service staff. Fast service. Despite a relatively large number of guests, the preparation was quick. The food was very good. The small side salad with the spring rolls (No.7) is fresh and crunchy with a delicious dressing/tip. Crunchy Rolls Naomi (No.48) were perfect. Gyoza Tori (No.6) crispy and tasty. According to my daughter, the seafood ramen was the best she has eaten so far. The spiciness of the coconut curry with duck (No. 20c) was perfect, the duck was juicy and crispy and cooked to perfection. We will definitely come back when we are in the area again.

Basically the food was okay. The preparation time was very quick. The fish was fresh. Somehow the sushi could have been a little tastier. I usually always have a little wasabi in my sushi. Even spreading the wasabi on the sushi is a bit difficult in my opinion. Price-wise it was okay.

Rarely have I seen such good service. There are always at least 1 or 2 waiters available. Food was brought out after just under 15 minutes and tasted great. You pay around €25 per person. Is a reasonable price

We were here for a birthday party and I ordered a Tonkotsu Ramen. The ramen did not look at all like on the pictures in the Menu and it also tasted neither good nor bad. We put it back for re-seasoning and it never came back, so we simply thought it was taken from the bill since we had a lot of food. In the end we asked why the ramen was still on the bill and asked the waitress to talk to the shift manager. The shift manager arrived and immediately acted offended and unprofessional, telling us that she doesn’t like this behavior and that we don’t know what ramen is. She destroyed with this behavior on the 12,99€ Ramen not only the 10% tip for her team on our total 240€ bill, but also the mood of our birthday party. However, I write in this detail so you can improve: - behavior management/reflection of the shift manager (we assume the woman was the shift manager) - for your chef: check out the tonkotsu ramen in Dresden (Ramen1974) or Berlin (Cocolo Ramen) and even your Japanese guests will be astonished in the future ☺️ By the way: we are from Berlin the rest of the menu like sushi, entrees and especially your miso soup was really good.

Oh well... A nice atmosphere but the food... Suschi is good, as are most of the rice dishes... anywhere where "with vegetables/vegetables of the session" is strongly discouraged... peppers, cabbage, broccoli and eggplant... With a very "questionable" sauce... Just disgusting. This particular meal is not recommended.

The food was super tasty. They opened earlier especially for us so that we could get our food on time. The delivery person was on time and very friendly. We'd love to do it again.

Just beautiful!!! Clear recommendation. I have NEVER eaten such good sushi and I work in the field and know many restaurants in Bavaria and Thuringia. The service is very friendly and responds to requests. Celebrated my birthday here and got a free mochi ice cream. ;) We felt completely comfortable. I come here at least once every week for lunch.

Very tasty food, service great. Unfortunately the ambience is lacking. The food to be picked up would have to be outsourced or relocated. Unfortunately, this makes everything very unsettling. Otherwise, in my opinion, the tables are placed too close together. Another location would be good, you just need more space because there's nothing else to complain about.

A really nice atmosphere, it feels pleasant and inviting. Unfortunately, the food didn't taste authentic at all, the portions are very large. The miso soup was a lot for an appetizer, but this was very tasty and authentic. The kimchi was far too mild and apparently very fresh and lacked the typical kimchi taste. The udon with chicken I ordered was interesting, it tasted like udon with gravy and Maggi. I was really disappointed 😞.

Very annoying when you arrive home and notice that with 46 pieces of sushi you only get one sachet of soy sauce (see picture). And that at a price of €50. Something like that shouldn't happen.

The atmosphere is very pleasant. Asian, but not “old-fashioned”. The employees are young people and, above all, very friendly and also like to joke. The menu is extensive and offers something for everyone. The prices are unbeatable!!! In my personal price-performance comparison, performance wins. You definitely can't get more performance for this price. In addition, the quality is good. I like to complain, but I really don't know anything about this.

The food was ordered early enough. Still came 40 minutes late. It was cold so we had to warm it up in the microwave.

We ordered by phone with a really long waiting time of 1 ½ hours. When we drove the 30 km, there were 50 to 60 people waiting in line in front of the store to pick up... since our pick-up time was already over, we called the store to find out about ours Deciding how to proceed...on the phone we were told on site that we should wait another 1 ½ hours, i.e. until 10 p.m....so impossible...then they are not allowed to accept orders if they are overloaded...whether we are there Going there again is questionable...and all that with 2 children

A real enrichment for Bad Neustadt. Nice ambience. The food is good, but I've seen better. Even though the restaurant was full, waiting times were short. A lot of it was good, but there were a few points that bothered me. We had reserved 3 weeks in advance and got the worst table in the restaurant. Ok... it can happen. At the beginning I found the service to be quick and attentive, but when your plate is pulled away from you even though you're still chewing and still holding the chopsticks in your hand, or the glass is cleared away without a "may there be something else" and you're left with an empty table If you sit down, you will be told “dear guest, you have eaten and drank... go now”.

We found everything very tasty and will definitely come back.

Despite the full house, the service was very attentive and always tried to get everything done as quickly as possible. The noise in the restaurant was a problem; here you had the feeling of being in a well-filled train station hall. But if you go there for the food and not the entertainment, you'll get your money's worth
