Relaxed location and very nice staff

Our food came late, but it was cold. Less nice with a schnitzel dish. The only thing that was juicy was the price. If you consider that the menu says "Wiener Schnitzel" after juicy, then it should be noted that in Germany it has to be veal. It's very difficult to imagine that it was veal. At least we had great cocktails to wash it down. We washed them down quickly because they didn't taste good and, for example, had way too much ice. Flavored ice water would have been a more appropriate name for me. We were rewarded with a hefty (!) bill. Not to mention the unfriendliness of the service. Perhaps incompetence could also resonate, but given our short stay, this can only be assessed very much, perhaps not at all. Always trying could be the solution. Last but not least, we had to witness a complaint. We suspect it was about the volume of the music. It was already well past 10 p.m. and the music was so loud that we almost had to scream to be heard. In any case, not at all nice and very uncomfortable. Therefore the ambience only gets one star. The star can also be justified by the condition of the restaurant, the toilets, etc. Back to our observation. The way the man, who could have been a boss, handled the complaint was less than pleasant. We found the manner arrogant, arrogant and also threatening. It was worth a try, but it completely backfired. At least now we know where we won't go anymore.

Absolutely disastrous service... Never again. Despite repeated requests, drinks only came when we had almost finished eating. The changing waitresses were no help. At least they could have brought the bottle of water for the children earlier. Food a little better than at a kiosk.

Sunday evening, lake seating closed. No water in the pool, which is heavily advertised. Shisha costs €20 and unfortunately tastes very disgusting. When a complaint was made, it was simply brushed off with the words “if I make a new one, then I’ll make a minus”. I have never experienced such catastrophic and unfriendly service in my life. You pay an outrageously high price for this disgusting pipe and are treated like that. No recommendation.

Good concept, but unfortunately very outdated and we had to ask three times to be able to order a shisha.

We spontaneously went there to have a drink and smoke a shisha. We were offered a place covered in insects. Only at our request did a waitress accept our request for more cleaning. We had to wait there for a whole 20 minutes for bad cocktails, which were only paid for in advance online. Another 30 minutes until you could order a shisha and another 20 minutes until he brought it. Here again, only cash could be collected and immediately. Very unprofessional. The shisha was good, but service again very bad. Only when we asked the owner that we had been waiting for new coal for 20 minutes did something happen. I really can't recommend it to anyone unless you like sitting in ants and beetles. If I wanted to camp, I wouldn't have come here. Cocktails are clearly overpriced for the size and lack of quality. The operator should train his staff better and hire a few more people.

Concerns Public Viewing EM We were there with several people for the Germany - Spain game. It already started that we weren't allowed to use the existing parking spaces (even though there was still a lot free) because a private company event was taking place at the same time in the front area of ​​the Mookai. Unfortunately, the organization at the drinks cart wasn't that great; sometimes you had to wait in line for almost half of the time to get something to drink. At the food truck, 1 burger cost 10.50 euros and there wasn't much on it, not even salad... a bit expensive. The organization still has some room for improvement here. The big hit, however, was that after the first half there was an announcement that the Rewe Center opposite had complained about the cars parked there and that they had to be relocated as quickly as possible. You could now park in the associated Mookai parking lot. But then a parking fee of 5 euros was simply collected (where parking in the Mookai had always been free up until now). In addition, the Rewe employees informed us that this statement was never made by Rewe and that we could leave our cars there without any problems. Great location but ripping people off in order to get a little money is uncool. The bouncy castles were a great thing for families with kids.

This is my third time here and I find this to be a great location to relax with friends for a drink and meal. It's a bit pricey, but the cocktails are good and the meals uncomplicated.

Sentence with “x”…. The location is really very nice, the staff is also very friendly. But unfortunately the food was disappointing. You can find a menu online that offers various pulled burgers, and that's exactly why we were there. Then there was the disappointment: not a single burger on the menu, instead a small selection of tarte flambée, two different types of schnitzel and cold and warm snacks. My companions ordered schnitzel with potato salad and that's exactly what came: a single small schnitzel with a ladle of potato salad that tasted like it was straight out of a bucket, no lettuce or parsley for decoration, nothing. One person had a tarte flambée with vegetables, which looked good, but tasted nothing special either. I doubt that the tarte flambée was freshly prepared due to the tiny size of the vegetables. I myself had a falafel salad bowl. Given the price quoted, I would have at least expected that the salad would be served on a plate and the falafel, which were also ready-made, would at least be served hot, but everything came from the fridge in a brown “to-go box”. Plastic lid. The only thing that was really good were the fries we shared. And given the fact that there is obviously a deep fryer, I can't understand why the falaffel were served refrigerator cold. With one non-alcoholic drink each we paid just under 90 euros. Far too much for the food served, we won't come again, even though the location is really nice. Edit: The menu has now been adapted to the dishes that can actually be ordered on site.

Great location on a swimming lake including a playground, super nice and friendly service and really delicious food. What I particularly remember is the food being served on a hot stone so that I can cook my meat as well as I would like it. The cocktails were also very tasty and looked very appealing. Unfortunately I can't give full points because the playground is full of animal excrement, the seesaw was broken and not locked, and the swimming lake is now unkempt and probably closed for this reason. Nevertheless, I would go back at any time. The ability to pay via the app, cash or online was stress-free and the orders were at the table quickly.

My visit to Mockai Beach was absolutely amazing! The organization was first class, from the friendly staff to the smooth processes. The selection of food and drinks was impressive and the quality left nothing to be desired. The beach and facilities were immaculately clean and the ambience was simply gorgeous - relaxing yet full of life. The entertainment was first class and created an unforgettable atmosphere. I can't wait to come back and spend more time in this beautiful place!

The only great thing is the parking spaces. I was in the store for the first time yesterday. Absolutely not recommended!!! There were 6 of us, we had made reservations by phone and the first waitress then said that only online reservations would be taken into account. This lady simply left us standing there like complete idiots for 10 minutes... Then we asked another waitress who was super friendly and who organized a table for us straight away. Then came the next surprise, everyone got the food they ordered except me. Since this shop only works with a QR code, no employee feels obliged to check on the tables, so after an hour I still didn't see any food, while everyone else had of course already finished. There was no apology. At least I got my money back. After waiting for an hour I had the food canceled because there was still nothing there. Then I tried a piece of tarte flambée at my sister's, nothing special for my taste. I think the ones at the Christmas market are better. The prices are way too high for the quality and there is no service here, so you don't need to pay a tip. There was 1 nice service and the one star also goes to HER. You left 4 stars behind because of your unfriendly and amateurish way of entertaining guests. Well, you can see from the other reviews that you have nothing to offer other than a nice location!

A really nice location, you might think you're sitting at a bar in the Caribbean if you don't know any better. I was there with friends on a recommendation to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately I can only give this lovely bar two stars. Unfortunately the staff is not an expert (they don't know what they are doing). Very long waiting times for dishes and drinks. Very often orders came that were not tracked by us. The best dish (fritata) was simply forgotten despite repeated requests and after 45 minutes the staff told us that it had run out. The next order also took over half an hour to arrive. Several dishes also arrived cold. Same with the drinks too. It's a shame for such a beautiful location, because we celebrated it somewhere else. The whole thing is very disappointing.

Nice bar, good food and cocktails. You feel like you're on vacation there. Cozy seating, some with a view of the lake. You order with a QR code... this means there are no waiting times when ordering. There are enough parking spaces available. I always enjoy coming here.

Hat uns super gefallen. Tisch reservieren hat easy geklappt. Einfach an den Tisch setzen und mit seinem eigenen Handy bestellen. Es kann jeder mit seinem eigenen Handy bestellen oder alle mit einem. Wenn jeder mit seinem eigenen bestellt, hat auch jeder eine eigene Rechnung und kann z.B. auch direkt vom Handy mit Paypal zahlen. Trinkgeld nicht vergessen. ;-) Wurde noch nie so schnell in einem Restaurant/Bar bedient. Unglaublich. Bestellung abgeschickt, keine 2-3min stand schon der Snack oder das Getränk auf dem Tisch. Pommes mit Guacamole, Falaffel Salat und den Schokominikuchen hatte ich. Pommes dürften leicht mehr gesalzen sein, Falaffel Salat würde mehr semiges Dressing vertragen, beim Kuchen war leider keine frische Sahne und TK Beeren. Alles in allem aber wirklich super und meckern auf hohem Niveau. Preise sind Aktuell OK. Meiner Meinung nach aber sowieso überall zu hoch. 7,50€ für ne Flasche Wasser ist schon happig. Corona Bier, MoscowMule, Große Flasche Wasser, Pommes, Salat, Kuchen, doppelter Espresso = knapp 50€ Kommen trotzdem gerne wieder.

Schönes Ambiente, besonders Abends, Kleine Speisekarte, Getränkepreise gehoben. Minus QR Code, Bestellsystem und nach Möglichkeit Bargeldlos.

Das Ambiente ist eigentlich schön, die Bedienungen allerdings sehr wortkarg und das Online Bestell- und Bezahlprozedere gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Musik fanden wir am Abend viel zu laut. Waren eher auf Chillen und Klönen eingestellt, begleitet von eher leiserer Musik. Der Weinschorle fehlte die Kohlensäure und der Bananenmilchshake für über 5 Euro ist eine Frechheit (Milch mit Bananenkabapulver anstatt Bananeneis oder echter Banane). Preis-Leistung stimmt hier nicht wirklich.

Der Internetauftritt ist sehr geschönt. Der Sitzbereich drinnen hat Bänke, die zu niedrig für den Tisch sind und Stühle die zu hoch dafür sind. Alles Marke Eigenbau. Die Terrasse am Wasser ist nett aber die Beschattung funktioniert nicht (beschattet nicht die Sitzplätze). Das Essen ist unterer Durchschnitt, kaum Auswahl, fade und dafür zu teuer. Der Pulled Pork Burger ist so durchgeweicht dass man ihn nur mit Messer und Gaben essen kann. Service gibt es keinen, man ordert per Handy. Der Spielbereich für Kinder ist soweit entfernt dass ein Erwachsener mit MUSS. Auf der Wiese viel Gänsekot. Nett gedacht aber schlecht gemacht.

Tolle Location, mit 2 Kindern und 2 Hunden angekommen. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, extra Wünsche bei der Bestellung ohne Zögern und mit Lächeln organisiert. Auf das Essen haben wir ca. 10 Minuten gewartet, also superschnell. Wassernapf ohne Frage an unseren Tisch gebracht. Das Essen war sehr Lecker und bei den Cocktails wurde nicht mit Alkohol gespart. Ich kann es nur Weiterempfehlen. Tolles Ort zum relaxen und chillen.

Wir haben einen schönen Nachmittag und Abend verbracht, Bestellung nur per QR-Code und Handy möglich, aber schnelle Bedienung und leckeres Essen. Ich persönlich finde die Preise etwas zu hoch. Für Kinder gibt es einen Spielplatz und auch das Strandbad ist soweit ok. Das Ambiente ist mega und auch sauber....der "Pool" in der Mitte ist zum Abkühlen der Beine möglich, aber nicht zum Schwimmen und drin laufen gedacht. Ach Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend

Schöne Location in zentraler Anbindung. Parkplätze in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Der Beach Club ist liebevoll mit chilligen Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet. Kein Eintritt. Preise fair, Cocktails lecker. Ich bin hin und hergerissen ob ich das über den QR-Code Bestellen cool finde oder eher nicht. Irgendwie fände ich eine aufmerksame Bedienung netter. Das bezahlen geht jedoch online deutlich schneller. Einen Punkt Abzug weil man in meinen Augen deutlich mehr aus einer solchen Location machen könnte. Heute N einem Freitag Abend bei 25 Grad war so gut wie nichts los. Ein bisschen mehr Stimmung wäre schön gewesen. Ansonsten natürlich einen Besuch wert!

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, das Restaurant im Mokai Beach zu besuchen, und ich bin immer noch voller Begeisterung über meine Erfahrung dort. Dieser Ort hat es geschafft, meine Erwartungen zu übertreffen und mich mit seinem außergewöhnlichen Ambiente, dem freundlichen Service und vor allem dem exquisiten Essen zu verzaubern. Ein super Ambiente! Liegt direkt am See. Sehr gemütlich. Essen war auch top! Hatten heißen Stein mit Rumpsteak und Garnelen und Burger. Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Insgesamt haben wir einen sehr schönen Abend verbracht. Vielen Dank an das Team! Wir werden uns diesen Sommer auf jeden Fall noch oft sehen!!
