Super delicious food and very friendly, warm and courteous service. Price performance great.

Very friendly service and nice atmosphere. The Italian starters were tasty. Unfortunately the meat dishes were a bit tough yesterday. The hot drinks were delicious and the wine was well chilled.

Six of us went to this restaurant today (Saturday March 22nd). The meal was a gift for my grandmother and it was really lovely. Montelliana has a large selection of dishes that we browsed through and everyone was more than happy :) really delicious food and a very cozy atmosphere. And don't forget the service. Super nice employees who are happy to chat with you and make a joke or two and the food still comes to the table quickly. Can only recommend this great and cozy restaurant :)) Very very kind regards Grappa 😉

Great restaurant! We ate there today and had a few extra requests, everything was served as discussed and was super delicious! Great selection of menu and very nice atmosphere. The employees and boss himself were also very friendly and accommodating! We would like to come more often if we lived closer. Kind regards from Emsland!

We were here with 7 people. Basically everything worked. Everyone enjoyed it and the drinks and food came quickly. The seating positions were a bit uncomfortable on two sides of the tables pushed together, as they were garden tables with a metal frame and the space for the legs on the front sides was very limited. Similar to the waiter's mood, but maybe he just had a bad day and the next time we're there everything will look completely different :-) Regardless, the rest was fine. Above all, the price-performance ratio is right here. See you next time.

Were there for Sunday brunch, highly recommended. Delicious, varied selection. Only those who expect a classic breakfast are wrong here. There are rolls and some sausage and cheese, but the brunch consists of antipasti, very tasty, pizza, garlic bread, pasta, aioli, tzatziki, olives, delicious bread and not to forget the very tasty vitello tonnato

We were there today with a larger group for Italian brunch. A nice selection of dishes, especially antipasti and a tiramisu for dessert at the end. We enjoyed it very much. 4 stars result from the fact that the buffet does not cost €18.90 as on the website but €20.90. Furthermore, if tea and filter coffee are included, it is incomprehensible to us why you only get black tea; a bag of black tea or other tea is certainly the same in terms of effort and price. We would recommend providing hot water and a selection of tea bags. It was a bit uncomfortable at the end when the tables and chairs were rearranged, so the feeling of comfort suffered a bit.

We had a birthday party here with six people at the weekend. The restaurant was already busy at 5:30 p.m. and all the parking spaces in front of the restaurant were full. The waitress took our order promptly and the first drinks were quickly served. A short time later the two antipasti plates arrived as starters, which everyone liked in terms of taste and were also sufficient in quantity. The various main courses also tasted good and were reasonably priced given the size of the portions. The desserts were also okay. The service was always very friendly and attentive throughout. We have been here several times and have not been disappointed.

We were here twice in a short space of time at the end of January. We only got there shortly before closing time on Wednesday. We were still welcomed very warmly and looked after very kindly. The next day we were there earlier and stayed longer 😊 This time too, the service and cuisine were excellent. We had special requests on both days. All of them were not only implemented flawlessly but also supported with advice. Pasta and pizza were very good, the tiramisu was a dream! What have I forgotten? Of course, the photos 😬 When the food smells so good, you leave your phone behind! Kind regards to the whole team! We'll come back when we're in town.

A clean and very authentic Italian restaurant that offers seasonal dishes and a great selection of drinks. It is well attended and that is probably due to the good food at very fair prices.

We were here on New Year's Eve and there was a very creative and high quality menu for a very good price. The staff is nice and the atmosphere is good too. No expensive prestige, just a good time! Greetings to my beast here next to me!🫶🏼

If you eat there normally a la carte, it's ok. If you go for brunch there on Sunday..... er, not as you know it. Price/performance is not given. Eggplant in all variations (you don't have to have it). No schnitzel or other meat. Everything was kept cheap. I don't have the words to say it fairly. Any brunch anywhere else is better. We're out of there now. Answer to the owner: Since I already had small schnitzels with them for brunch, I even had salmon too. But unfortunately it's not like that anymore. There were 4 aubergine plates not 2. It's a shame that they don't understand the criticism. I would have been happy if they had written that they would sit down together and revise it. Too bad.

Der Italiener des Vertrauens und ein echter Geheimtipp in Hannover. Das Personal ist überragend die Karte nicht zu groß oder zu klein und der Geschmack des Essen lässt die Geschmacksknosben im Mund explodieren. Es ist eine Erfahrung wert!

You can't complain about the food and the ambience, it was great value for money. 1 star deduction for service because the service staff came across as very annoyed.

It's okay, it was very full, which is probably why the food was only medium. Our bill was also wrong. Staff nice but not always attentive.

Portion size a bit small for the price. Food was ok, but nothing special. When it came to service, 2 out of 3 were rather unfriendly and our empty plates were cleared away while others at the table were still eating. This didn't make you feel very welcome. In addition, neither the prices nor the dishes on the online menu match the menu on site.

We visited the restaurant for the first time following a recommendation and can only recommend the Montelliana. The quality of the food and drinks is A1 and the service leaves nothing to be desired. Clearly: ***** stars!

I haven't had such good pizza in a long time. You could tell that high-quality ingredients are used here. Had pizza with Parma ham, rocket and parmesan. The Parma was very tasty and the Parmesan was clearly freshly shaved and delicious Very friendly service in a simple but cozy atmosphere.

All guests enjoyed the Sunday buffet very much. There was something suitable for young and old. The price-performance ratio is reasonable. Only the dessert was a bit small. Therefore one point deducted for food.

The food was super delicious. Even at short notice we were accepted as a birthday group of over 20 people. All the gourmet blocks were accepted and I had a great celebration. Thanks so much. :)

A solid Italian restaurant in Hanover that we visited during a trade fair. It was also possible to spontaneously get a table with a larger group. The prices are quite fair for a trade fair, and the food tasted good.

After a long absence, we spontaneously decided to visit this restaurant again and didn't regret it. Starting with the friendly welcome, professional handling, a tiny criticism from us and very good main courses right up to a delicious zabaglione. The pasta in saffron zucchini scampi sauce from the recommendation menu was excellent. We'd love to come back and don't want to waste so much time this time. Top price-performance ratio.

We have eaten here several times and each time it was tasty and we were served very well and friendly. Now we had a larger family celebration. All guests were very satisfied, we were welcomed on the terrace with Aperol, sparkling wine and non-alcoholic drinks. Afterwards our beautifully set tables were waiting. The boss and his daughter served us all evening. We would love to come back, it was an unforgettable evening for all guests. We went to the restaurant for breakfast brunch for the first time this morning. Since we were the only guests in the restaurant at the time (we had booked a table in advance), we were served all food and drinks directly to our table. Everything was beautifully presented and freshly prepared. Everything tasted excellent and was always refilled. The service, father and daughter, was exemplary and we felt very comfortable. New courses were constantly being served to the table. The price/performance ratio is optimal. We'd love to come back.

.. just yesterday we were at Montelliana again - it is really recommended to choose a daily offer from the table, we have never been disappointed here! When the weather is nice, there are cozy seats under the trees and the service from the family is simply great!

I had dinner at Montelliana with my parents and sister. The food was delicious and the waiters were very friendly. My parents had a salmon dish, and my sister and I had spaghetti bolognese and stuffed chicken rolls. This was our second time eating there and we weren't disappointed this time either :)

A table was reserved online. The food was very good, the service was very quick and courteous. The outdoor area is very pleasant in summer, but can be noisy due to the proximity to a main road. The prices are similar in local comparison. Overall everything was fine.

Best medallions in four days that I tested in different restaurants

Tried it for the first time on Sunday,...tastes are different, but I don't like the ambience inside at all...it's not always important, but it does contribute to a nice evening, although the service does If it's "really" stuffy and you feel like you're more of a burden because you're there, it doesn't go away. A pity! My meal was very good though, I had the steak with pepper sauce. The only point of criticism: the vegetables could have been in the pan a little longer, some were still a bit raw. Still, I don't think we'll be back.

We were there for the first time today and I have to say the food was good. However, we were very disappointed with the service. We found the gentleman quite unfriendly, which the young lady made up for but I'm still considering coming back. I didn't think the table right in front of the counter that we got despite having a reservation was particularly great, as other guests who apparently hadn't made a reservation got a nicer place by the window. Nobody came to the table to ask if everything was okay. For example, my calzone was missing an ingredient. At the end there was an espresso and a Baileys on the house.

We became aware of the Schlemmerblock and tried out the restaurant. The food was very tasty, the pizza was crispy and well topped (100x better than frozen pizza 😉) and the carbonara tasted just as good! The women provided great service! We'd love to come back!

We occasionally eat there in the evening. You can sit inside and outside. It's a little louder on the street. It's quiet in the garden. The menu is varied, the ingredients are fresh and very tasty. The service is friendly and good.

I had a griddle. The meat was good, the sauce too, unfortunately the vegetables were frozen (zucchini was fresh), the potatoes from the day before and simply fried in butter. Unfortunately it didn't taste good. For the price you can expect something different. Well, what should I say if they serve it to me like that? Should I have said I wanted a dish with fresh vegetables? Definitely the frozen vegetables. You can taste that. I even wrote which vegetables are fresh so please.

Nice restaurant with a terrace. The staff was very friendly. The food was tasty and sufficient. The price of the dishes is reasonable. There is good parking and it is easy to get to.

We were here for the first time yesterday. The service was very friendly, we were able to sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the first evening with good food and wine. The staff were attentive and the food was delicious. I would particularly like to mention the tiramisu, the ladyfingers were not completely drowned in espresso but were pleasantly flavored and the consistency was soft but not mushy. Allergies are also taken into account, just mention them when ordering. There are also gluten-free dishes. At the end we had a nice chat with the owner. Prices are fair. We both had a main course, two glasses of wine, a bottle of water, a coke, an espresso and a tiramisu each and paid 65 euros. We'll definitely be back.

It was okay, the quality of the food was mediocre. Inattentive waiter, orders were taken like harassment? Meat was not served according to the order. Why not is actually quite simple. And for just under 30 euros it should be possible.

On our second evening in Hanover we chose this restaurant. We were there relatively early after opening. We were shown our table very close to the door, which in retrospect we didn't think was so nice because several guests arrived after us and had to walk past us. While we waited, there was a little greeting from the kitchen with very tasty bread and an incredibly delicious garlic cream! The Penne all' Arrabbiata could have been a little spicier and the vegetarian cannelloni unfortunately had a slightly firmer filling. All in all we can say that we had a nice evening - with a little room for improvement.
