Unfortunately not as tasty as it used to be

Congratulations, by far the smallest but the most expensive Maki... taste ok, but that 6 pieces fit completely into the 50ml soy is a disgrace

I ordered over l…o at 10 a.m. for 1:35 p.m. Received at 2 p.m., when I asked, they didn't even apologize and be careful for allergy sufferers! None of my notes about leaving out food were heeded!

The food was very tasty Sour spicy soup, spring rolls and the Mio Wok Chop Chui vegetables were great - fast delivery, best service - keep it up 👍

The food is always delicious, which is why we love ordering. But increasing prices by over 30% within a month is already a big deal. For a Chinese pan of noodles with chicken (not crispy) €11.50 and a month ago it was €8.70 and then even less sauces, a shame 😕

Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer right here. Recently prices have increased again by about 10%. The quality of the food is average. Unfortunately, things are often mixed up despite ordering online (instead of twice Menu L, 1 Menu XL was prepared three times each). The mix-up was corrected every time, but the waiting time and the effort to bring everything back were annoying!

Don't order. It took forever for my delivery to even be sent out

We always have delivery..Everything is great..Delicious food. Again and again

I waited a long time to order and when I asked politely I was threatened with the police. The operator apparently couldn't find my order and then misunderstood my street name. That can happen - but instead of asking politely, he immediately became rude. Never again for us

I ordered sushi with friends (actual Miu fans), not at rush hour and we had to wait 2 hours for our food. We called Miu in between and asked where our food was, where they explained to us that there were problems with the internet, which is why they didn't receive any orders in between. We didn't get any information about it, but kept waiting with great hunger. We were told on the phone that our food would be there in 10-15 minutes. This turned into another half hour until the food arrived - cold rather than warm. I called again to complain, whereupon I was told there was no time to call all customers to report the delay, that his hands were tied for possible compensation in the form of vouchers and how I was waiting for a 30 -50 minutes delivery time (information from the app) would come because he set it significantly higher AFTER the order. Unfortunately, I plan my order based on the time shown in the app, otherwise we might have ordered somewhere else. Unfortunately, the driver just talked his way out of the situation. As someone else has already written here: Mistakes can happen from time to time, but as a customer you can expect the restaurant to act in a customer-oriented manner and try to make up for the mistake in some way. And in the same way you lose loyal customers, we will never order here again and advise everyone not to do so!

Very big portions and good food!!

We are absolute Miu sushi fans and so far everything has always been to our complete satisfaction, but this branch is absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED, which is why we have to agree with the negative reviews! We initially waited an hour for our food, which can happen, but then our order was delivered incomplete - sushi worth around €20 was missing. During the phone call we were told that a cancellation with a refund of the amount would not be possible and that a subsequent delivery would take about an hour. Unfortunately, this additional delivery didn't arrive within the hour and no one answered the phone. We never received the food from the subsequent delivery and were never refunded our amount. Mistakes can happen from time to time, but as a customer you can expect that the restaurant will act in a customer-oriented manner and try to make up for the mistake in some way. And in the same way you lose loyal customers, we will never order here again and advise everyone not to do so!

Very long waiting time, even outside of peak times, so one star is deducted. However, the food was super tasty and, above all, there were huge portions, more than reasonable for the price.

Went there for a snack and were surprised several times. The existing menu is only partially available in the restaurant, wine is only available outside the house. Unfortunately there was no apple juice and there were dripping wet Ikea children's plastic cups for the Fanta. The wasabi on the plate looked as if it had been a well-intentioned dough ball from the leftovers of other plates, the sauce for the fried sushi was sour. The smallest menu cost 20 euros, far from worth the money. Card payment not possible. The best way to eat sushi is at a Japanese restaurant...

Ordered twice, each time waiting at least 2-2.5 hours, last time no one came at all. Be careful when ordering there!

Delivery absolutely catastrophic, 2.5 hour waiting time - not at rush hour. For the 3rd time in a row, we waited an extremely long time for the food and it was delivered cold. You can expect some service, especially given the prices. We don't order there anymore!

Never been there before, but I've been ordering regularly for years and it's always quick and easy! And the food is so delicious. Absolute favorite!

That was a super tasty bowl with delicious sauces and lots of salmon... I'd be happy to do it again. Ambiance in the store is quite simple but friendly staff.

A great sushi restaurant, in my opinion the best in all of Berlin👌🏾 The food always arrives very quickly when I order it via Lieferando and the delivery guy is always nice and friendly☺️I recommend the Crispi Chicken Roll and the fried sushi It's so delicious!! The Asians really have it!👏🏽 Unfortunately they mixed up my food once, but that's no longer a problem for me because I've discovered my new favorite menu🤩 i enjoy Asian cuisine and order from it again and again gladly ☺️

Always tastes delicious and freshly made, came late and had my order remade. Everyone there was really nice too. Great service, thank you, you feel hugged ❤️

Einfach nur ein Witz jedes Mal vergessen die was oder liefern was falsches, bei jeder Lieferung müssten die zwei mal anfahren

I ordered red curry with vegetables to pick up yesterday and today. Food was super tasty. Vegetables were very fresh. Very large portion and at 8.50 euros it was great. I will order more often. The staff was also very nice

I find it really rude that people are comparing China. World differences. Everything here is actually fresh. Even if the order turns out differently

We really enjoy ordering sushi here. The quality is always very good and the sushi is lovingly prepared. You can't eat sushi everywhere in Berlin, but you can definitely eat it here. Great, keep it up, definitely stick to this quality and freshness!

-1 star because it is often way too salty for me... I really enjoy ordering sushi here. In my opinion, there are always enough sauces included, although I definitely like the cocktail sauce the best. Sushi tastes good. I have ordered chop suey many times because it is a large portion with lots of fresh vegetables and there is an extra container of rice. It used to be very tasty - but unfortunately it has now become *very salty*. Unfortunately, the last three times I was only able to eat the vegetables because the sauce was just too salty for me. So I'll probably stick with sushi in the future. Spring rolls have always tasted really good to me. Service has always been friendly and helpful.

Wir bestellen oft Wok Menüs bei Miu, aber so schlecht wie das essen heute war, war es noch nie. Die Qualität der Speisen hat schon nachgelassen, aber heute war der Reis klumpig trocken und total nüchtern. Die Nudeln waren angetrocknet und hart als wenn diese vom Vortrag übriggeblieben sind und mit ein wenig frischen Nudeln gemischt wurden. Miu ist nicht mehr das, was es mal war. Schade.

Jedno z nejlepších sushi, náhodný výběr. Určitě doporučujeme navštívit. Obsluha byla milá, ochotná a starala se o nás. Sushi připravoval nejspíš pan z Japonska nejenže to bylo rychle připravené ale naprosto luxusní sushi. Určitě při příští návštěvě Vas navštívíme 😉

Leider muss ich meine ursprüngliche 5 Sterne Bewertung vor rund 3 Jahren (unmittelbar nach eurer Eröffnung) negativ korrigieren. Geschmeckt hat es uns immer, nur ist das drumherum leider immer schlechter geworden. Die Preise für Sushi mittlerweile echt unverschämt geworden. Als Vergleich: Für eine identische Bestellung von 5 Sushi 🍣 Portionen bei China Ecke Mauer zahlen wir dort rund 25 Euro und bei euch rund 33 Euro. 8 Euro mehr für eine Bestellung! Da wir häufig essen bestellen, seit ihr uns eindeutig zu teuer geworden.

The fried sushis are so crispy and delicious 🤤. The place is kinda small, but the people there were really nice! I literally fell in love with the sesame balls! The red bean filling was so good :0 omg! IT DESERVES 5 STARSSSS

The Food was so delicious and it’s soo much we can even eat the Next day. It came fast and was still warm and good looking 🥰

Ich bin mit dem Essen sehr zufrieden, Obwohl die Saucen von Qualität und Menge abgenommen haben. Was aber überhaupt nicht geht, ist das das Trinkgeld über Paypal komplett beim Besitzer bleibt und die Fahrer nix davon abbekommen! Sollte dem wirklich so sein gib’s wieder „die Mark in die Hand „

Also habe hier schon öfters bestellt, jedoch dieses Mal hat es nicht wie sonst gut geschmeckt. Maki, durch die gebratene Rolle, wurde warm und Wasabi war einfach eine grüne Paste ohne jeglichen Geschmack. An sich alles lasch und geschmacklos.

Alles frisch zubereitet, alles lecker! Empfehlenswert!

Essen war super lecker und gab sogar noch einen Rabattcoupon. Preis-Leistungs-Verhält echt top. Essen kam wie angegeben zur richtigen Zeit 👍🏻

Die Wok Gerichte sind lecker und triefen nicht vor Öl. Auch die Sushis sind sehr zu empfehlen. Haben einmal quer durch die Karte alles gehabt... Bestellen gerne wieder

Das Sushi und die Bowl‘s sind mega frisch und lecker. Die Gerichte werden auch sehr schnell zubereitet - man wartet bei einer Bestellung im Restaurant nicht lang.

Ich mache erst mal eine Pause. Die Soßen werden immer dünner und schmecken wässrig. Die Lieferanten vergessen einzelne Teilbestellungen und das gebackene Sushi und die Bowls sind auch nicht mehr so lecker wie noch vor einem halben Jahr. Der Ingwer wird auch immer weniger.

Qualität hat leider stark abgenommen, auch bei Bestellung über 50 Euro kein Wein erhalten. Und das nicht zum ersten Mal! Sushi wird auf dem heißen Essen geliefert. Denke das war das letzte mal

Haben verschiedene Sushi und Teigtaschen bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden. Lecker! Das Essen war bereits nach etwas mehr als 30min da, obwohl wir nicht um die Ecke wohnen. Einzig am Wasabi könnte man arbeiten, da es nicht so scharf war, wie wir es sonst woanders gewöhnt sind. Aber das kann man verzeihen :)

War gerade mit meinem Freund dort essen, mega sympathischer Typ an der Kasse. Essen schmeckt mega (hatten Nummer 161 , Nudeln mit Hähnchen) Nudeln mega lecker aber das Fleisch ist etwas trocken TROTZDEM SCHMECKT!!!

Inzwischen viel zu teuer geworden. Für das bisschen zahlt man echt viel!! Service auch nicht mehr gut. Die sparen an Saucen und sonst was. Ärgerlich! Bevorzuge inzwischen gerne andere Läden. Schade wäre echt um die Ecke gewesen

Ich mache erstmal eine Pause bevor ich dort wieder bestelle. Ich hatte gebratenen Eierreis mit Ente kross. Leider war es nur lauwarm und nicht so frisch wie sonst 😒 Der kleine Plastikbecher mit der Soße, die ich immer dazu bestelle,wurde einfach in mein Reis mit reingedrückt, was ich auch noch nie erlebt habe dort 🤮Das war sehr ekelhaft. Ich habe dann dort angerufen und mir wurde gesagt, dass das jetzt so übernommen worden ist von anderen Läden. Wenn ich das nicht möchte, dann könne ich ja anrufen oder es bei meiner Bestellung dazu schreiben. Hmm, ich weiß nicht ob das andere Leute vielleicht nicht so schlimm finden, wenn mitten in ihrem Essen ein Plastikbecher in den Reis gedrückt wird. Also ich fand es schon fast eine Frechheit. Ich werde es in ca 6 Wochen nochmal probieren mit dem Essen von dort. Was positives gibt es allerdings auch noch zu sagen. Ich habe nie länger als 30 Minuten gewartet und es sind immer nette Mitarbeiter. Dafür Daumen hoch 👍

Leider nicht mehr was es mal war. Die letzten 2 Bestellung en kamen zu spät und kalt. War ungenießbar. Vorher nie probleme gehabt. An eine Entschädigung oder Gleichenfalls wird nicht dran gedacht. Schade als Stammkunde.

Nicht besonders gemütlich aber es hat geschmeckt.
