The tavern is great! I was there with five others and we are all so excited that we want to come by as often as possible. The food tasted great, we ordered three burgers and two tarte flambées and ate everything (as did the desserts!). The tavern is also super dog-friendly and has two dishes on the menu specifically just for dogs (one with beef and one with turkey). The dogs could also testify that the food was very good. The ambience is a 12/10. Really beautiful and you immediately feel like you're in a real medieval tavern. The service was wonderful. We had a really good time with the people there and also had stomach aches from laughing so hard. Everyone is very nice, super friendly and super fun! At the end we were shown the knight's room and the Viking room, we were all so excited about it. The rooms were all built and decorated by hand and you can see it. Both rooms look so beautiful that we have already started planning for a Dungeons and Dragons evening. We would recommend the tavern to everyone!

The food menu is small but nice. The selection of drinks is very large, there is something for every taste. We particularly like the ambience and the fact that dogs are welcome; there are even special dog menus.

Rustic, cozy restaurant with very friendly innkeepers. The menu is very manageable, but everything is always fresh and tasty. The selection of drinks is huge and the extremely fair prices invite you to linger longer and enjoy a few extra rounds.

Great atmosphere. Everything coordinated. Despite the almost full house, the service was very friendly and accommodating. The food was absolutely amazing. Price performance ratio is very good. We also got a short tour of the knight's hall. Absolutely worth seeing. Definitely coming back.

Very nice staff, now our regular restaurant. The food is exceptional and always really, really tasty. The large selection of beers and mead is also a special feature. The ambience is as you would imagine at a location like this.

Great to stop by! The wood stove provides pleasant warmth on cold winter days! The food was excellent! I had the 400g Hunnenburger which tasted a 10 out of 10! The service was also impeccable! The dessert was just to die for! A culinary delight without equal! (apple crumbled)

Riesige Auswahl an allen möglichen Biersorten. Das Kirschbier ist sehr lecker. Das Essen ist auch sehr gut. Empfehlen kann man eigentliche jede Speise.

Wir haben hier mit 10 Personen sehr gut gegessen in einer tollen mittelalterlichen Atmosphäre. Sehr empfehlenswert fand ich das Walnusshühnchen, den Lumberjack- Fladen und die Flammkuchen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Einfach eine sehr schöne Taverne💕. Wir sind immer wieder mal Gäste dort und werden immer Herzlich vom Personal als auch vom Chef selbst sehr herzlich begrüßt. Es ist eine individuell eingerichtete Taverne im Mittelalter Stil. Die Auswahl an Bieren ist sehr groß und exklusive. Die Speisen sind auch immer sehr interessant. Da braucht man lange sich durch zu Probieren. Jedesmal gibt es entweder eine neue Geschichte oder was neues zu sehen. Wir hoffen das es auch mal recht bald klappt bei euch an der Großen Tafel zu Speisen. Bis zum nächsten Besuch 👋☺️

Wir waren heute dort wegen einem Firmenessen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, tolles Ambiente und gutes Essen! Mein Sohn hat zur Begrüßung einen kleinen Spielzeug Dino geschenkt bekommen, wo findet man denn heute noch solche kinderfreundliche Gaststätten? Ich werde dort definitiv wieder hingehen. 👍

Five stars all around for Mittelalter Taverne! My husband and I had the most wonderful time talking with Hans. The staff was all so welcoming and kind. We had the best burgers and shared a wonderful bottle of mead from their wide selection of drinks. If you’re a DnD player or enjoy some medieval re-enactments, this place is a must see! We can’t wait to come back and bring our friends and family when they come to visit.

SUPER nettes Personal wir wurde herzlich begrüßt nach unserem Essen das sehr lecker war ist nur zum (empfehlen). Der Rittersaal und den Keltenraum hat man uns gezeigt, mir fehlten die Worte. Wir kommen wieder alles im ganze wars prima paletti

Das Personal ist klasse und das Essen kann ich wirklich empfehlen. Man kann hier wirklich für eine gewisse Zeit den Alltag einfach vergessen.

Wir waren heute zum aller ersten Mal da. Was soll ich sagen. Die gesamte Atmosphäre stimmt einfach es ist als ob man durch die Schranktür von Narnia gehen würde und schon befindet man sich im Mittelalter. Das essen schmeckt sehr gut. Hatte den Huhnenfladen die karamellisierten Zwiebeln schmeckten verdammt gut in der Kombination mit dem salzig/knusprigen bacon. Die Taverne ist äußerst Kinderfreundlich! Meine Tochter bekam etwas zum spielen geschenkt und wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
