All in all it was an all around great experience. Very nice and very attentive employees. A beautiful atmosphere and the food was incredibly delicious. We can only recommend the restaurant. We'll definitely be back☺️

In my opinion one of the best addresses for Asian Fusion / Sushi in Leipzig. Special requests will be addressed without comment. Starter and sushi was unusual and really outstanding. The drinks mixed perfectly. Dessert too. It's definitely not cheap, but worth every penny. It should be noted that it is always equally good. Was there for the fourth time and was never disappointed.

Were with you last night in the MITO Restaurant, We really liked it from minute 01 onwards, the atmosphere was great, the service staff were absolutely lovely and the food was an absolute 10/10!!! Good Asian restaurant with nice decor and great service. If it's full, maybe a bit noisy and a longer wait for food, but where isn't that? The service is very attentive, the food is of high quality and beautifully and lovingly prepared. All very stylish and well made. It's no longer an insider tip, it's better to reserve in advance!

It was an experience!!!! From the appearance of the employees to the great kitchen and the furnishings: great! No 08/15! Still affordable. My absolute tip for Asian cuisine. Unfortunately not secret!!! Pre-order for the evening!!! It's worth it!!!

Everything was satisfactory, from the staff to the restaurant's customer service. But everything caught us by surprise as we thought we had ordered the wrong dish or the waitresses had accidentally brought the wrong dish. A sushi plate for two people that couldn't have been more boring: a simple crunchy roll, a salmon maki and a kappamaki, 3 pieces of sashimi, 6 pieces of nigiri and one of the leanest salmon I.O. Roles I've ever seen. All we got was a sushi plate for 2 people which wasn't even decorated nicely, just arranged neatly on the plate. I've experienced sushi restaurants in other cities, including some more expensive ones. But tonight I could only react with disappointment. I hope the restaurant will change because that way the owner will surely make a lot of profit. Unfortunately I won't be returning even though the ambience and staff were very friendly.

We recently had a meal there. Nicely decorated and very nice staff. Drinks came quickly. Unfortunately we were forgotten about the main course, but we were offered a dessert on the house to make up for it. All in all it was very tasty and I can only recommend it.

Aufgrund exzellenter Bewertungen auf der Wettbewerbsplattform von Google hatte ich unsere Geschäftsessen in diesem Lokal gebucht und meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Das Restaurant befindet sich in einem etwas außerhalb der Stadt und Infrastruktur gelegenen Gegend von Leipzig, man rechnet hier nicht mit einen solchen Lokal. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, findet einen schönen zum Lokal gehörigen Parkplatz. Durch den sehr schönen großen Innenraum des Lokals gelangt man auf die hintere Terrasse (dezente Loungemusik, später am Abend farbliche Beleuchtung der Pflanzen an der Begrenzungsmauer). Der Empfang des Personals war sehr zuvorkommend, die Getränke wurden schnell serviert (u.a. gibt es frisch gezapftes Kirinbier), die Auswahl der Speisen ist groß - hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten, der es mit asiatischer/japanischer Küche „kann“. Zudem wird man vom Service auf Tagesgerichte aufmerksam gemacht. Die Weinkarte ist klein gehalten, die Auswahl aber dennoch ausreichend. Die Qualität der Speisen hat uns drei voll überzeugt, die Präsentation der Gerichte ist sehr gelungen, es hat alles perfekt gestimmt. Final glänzen wir uns noch Cocktails, die allesamt perfekt gemixt waren. Fazit: eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für das MITO. Arigato… und auf bald

Wir mussten leider etwas lange auf die Getränke und das Essen warten, aber es war sehr, sehr lecker 😋

I often said that I was REALLY allergic to chili and at the end of the evening I had to take 3 allergy tablets because there was some in the food. I emphasized several times that there really shouldn't be anything wrong with it and yet the allergic reaction was clear. Luckily, after the 3rd tablet, it went without an emergency doctor.

Anyone who appreciates Asian fusion cuisine with selected ingredients and exceptional preparation cannot ignore Mito. The cuisine is excellent and the service is hard to beat in terms of friendliness, patience and professionalism. If you love Asian cuisine, you should treat yourself to Mito. By the way, they are also incredibly loving towards children. Many thanks to the entire team!

We were in MITO for the first time in a larger group. We became aware of the restaurant through Instagram. Pictures of the atmosphere really appealed to us. Positive: - Great atmosphere and great decor - Very good quality of fish and meat Negatives: - Waiters/kitchen work in a very unstructured manner, starters didn't come at the same time but were delayed, so that the group had to eat separately (they were just miso soups) - The presentation of the food wasn't necessarily the prettiest. We had the sushi platter for two. Compared to other restaurants, this was the smallest and most unloving sushi platter I had ever ordered. A price of €60 is not justified in my opinion. - Everyone in the group left the restaurant with growling stomachs, despite the appropriate appetizer. This indicates that prices are too high and portions are too small. Unfortunately, I would no longer visit MITO. A price of 100 € for two people for the entire evening is not appropriate for me, considering that everyone involved was still not full afterwards. Too bad. Too much hype about nothing. Instagram images and great decorations aren't everything when the main reason for visiting a restaurant cannot be satisfied.

Essen war super. Kleiner Kritikpunkt war, dass die bestellten Speisen nicht gleichzeitig kamen, so dass man nicht wirklich gemeinsam Essen konnte. Vielleicht war aber nur jemand in der Küche ausgefallen. Service sonst sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Es freut mich, dass ich diesen Ort entdeckt habe. Ich bin sehr glücklich, dass ich in Leipzig einen neuen Platz gefunden habe, wo ich die Atmosphäre, das köstliche Essen und den sehr freundlichen Service genießen kann.

This great restaurant is located in an inconspicuous area (perhaps fortunately 😉). We went here to eat on a recommendation. What can I say: an all-round successful evening! Great ambience, incredibly attentive service and definitely “the best Suhi in town”. We would love to come back. Keep it up - it's a welcome little break with you!

We were at Mito for a company event with 11 people. The service and food were great. The food came quickly and at the same time for everyone.

Ate there for the 2nd time today, having ordered take-away 3 times before. For us the best Asian restaurant in Leipzig and the surrounding area (and we drive there an extra 35 minutes by car), food extremely delicious, definitely try the non-alcoholic cocktail “Under Palms”.

Schönes Ambiente, sehr bemühter Service, aber Preise, die m.E. nach nicht vertretbar sind. 5! größere Makis (signature Rolls) für 16 Euro, uns wäre fast das Gesicht entglitten. Die Preise für das Sushi liegen insgesamt etwa bei dem doppelten, was man sonst so in Leipzig erwarten kann (also die Hauptgerichte ausgenommen). Ea hatte mich schon gewundert, als ich die Karte gelesen habe, dass es teilweise keine Angaben zu der Anzahl der Sushi Teile gab.Tut mir leid, aber wir werden nicht wiederkommen. Es war aber sehr lecker.

Es war wie immer ein absolutes Erlebnis! Mito ist nicht ohne Grund mein liebstes Restaurant. Von den Getränken, über die Vorspeisen, Hauptspeisen bis hin zum Nachtisch ist es immer wieder ein Geschmackserlebnis. Das Personal ist immer super authentisch freundlich. Meine Empfehlung für jeden, der die asiatische Küche liebt.

My main course was tasty but nothing special and unfortunately too expensive. It's more of a sushi restaurant but that's ok, sushi looked very good too. There could be more vegetarian/vegan options, as the selection of main courses was really poor. The tapas are a bit overpriced but what we had was delicious

Wir waren zum ersten Mal. Das Mito wurde uns aber sehr empfohlen. Essen war vorzüglich, Service perfekt. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder. Die etwas höheren Preise sind absolut gerechtfertigt. Wir hoffen, dass wir bei Mito auch Gutscheine bekommen. Wir wollen sie in der Familie verschenken.

Truly a find! What a little pearl in an otherwise rather desolate area. We felt very comfortable and ate excellently. Taking the dog and baby with us wasn't a problem either - on the contrary: we were welcomed very courteously. The prices are absolutely reasonable.

Really cheeky... According to the menu there are cocktails. So we order 2 pieces and it doesn't say anywhere how big they are. That's ok, but putting a cocktail in a small bowl that only has 3 small sips takes courage, I think, when the price is 11.90 euros. When asked, they say it is 0.1. A large part of which is actually foam.

We were very positively surprised by a restaurant like this in such an area. Very attentive service who clearly enjoys her work. Good and already prepared food, pleasant light, nice interior design. The staff also clean the tables and chairs after each guest and are generally on their toes. We'd love to come back because something like this isn't a given. Thank you for the lovely evening!

Very nice restaurant. Food was great, from sushi to duck, chicken, tuna steak dishes, everything was available and very tasty. An attentive and polite team is quickly on hand. The furnishings are stylish, modern, and yet relaxed. Were km Somme, used on the terrace and the nice outdoor area. My companion's duck dish was just as delicious as my chosen sushi collection. We've been here twice so far but will definitely come back more times to try the other things on the extensive menu. Restaurant is dog friendly

The service is particularly noteworthy, closely followed by the delicious food. Only the volume in the restaurant is a bit loud. But never so loud that you can hear the conversations at the next table. Considering it's a very open space, there probably isn't much you can do about it. In summer you can also eat outside.
