Very beautiful and big Miss Pepper. As in all Miss Pepper branches, the food and drinks were very good. Very nice and unobtrusive Christmas decoration. There's a bit of a wait until you're assigned a table.

As always, very good. Friendly staff work quickly and professionally. There is now a nice robot that brings all the food. This makes for fun and they were very happy about it. The vegan offering is good and as a vegan I can choose and enjoy in a relaxed manner. The whole atmosphere is harmonious and very nice.

The food was super tasty and plentiful. Staff friendly, quick and helpful. One star deducted because there was no toilet in the restaurant and the one next to the gas station was dirty and disgusting. The glasses were full of dried urine stains and you pay 1 euro for them. I find that outrageous. I'm happy to pay for the toilet if it's clean.

Star deduction because toilet costs 1 euro and it is provided by the gas station. I was there with work colleagues and everyone liked the food as the portions were large and tasty. What makes the visit worthwhile is the edible dishes.

The ambience inside is simple but OK for dinner. The service was always friendly. What is disappointing is that as a guest you have to pay €1 for the toilet because they say it belongs to the gas station. The food was pretty low class, for the price you can get far better quality (and I'm not talking about well-known chains here) Personally, I found the citizens too simple and not particularly tasty.

Delicious spare ribs eaten with homemade watermelon iced tea. Highly recommended. What was new for me was food delivery by robots 👌

Very authentic American burger restaurant. Service is inconsistent. On the penultimate visit we had very attentive service, on the last visit the nice robot brought the food. Unfortunately he couldn't take an order or collect it. So we had to ask the absent-minded waitress several times and wait, even though there was hardly any activity. The robot is very friendly and likes to be petted on the ear. He then meows or purrs.

The food was very tasty and came to the table after just 15 minutes. The iced tea carafes are highly recommended if you are with several people or like to drink a lot. On some days it is advisable to make a reservation, which can be easily done online. Unfortunately, the waiters sometimes rarely come to the table, which is why I would order everything at once if possible.

The reservation went smoothly. The welcome was friendly and fun. Cool guy. The position of the table was again great. The service was friendly and patient. I enjoyed ribs with a side salad. Delicious 😋. My darling had the burger with chicken. I would take it again next time. So also very tasty 😋. We will try to go there again soon and enjoy the ambience, the service and the culinary highlights. 💪💪💪

Burgers are always tasty here and have always been hot. Fries and shakes are also very good. It's better to reserve in advance, but you can get in that way. Parking spaces can sometimes be limited. Service mostly okay. Ambience quite nice. I would describe it as American, with a German-European touch. The structure is pleasant to sit in, as you sit separately from other guests thanks to the room divider.

The food and the space are American style. A lot of fat, carbohydrates, etc. are used in the preparation of the dishes and sugar in the desserts. That's why it tastes good. The portions are completely okay for the current prices, you still get something here. It's not healthy. The breakfast in particular tastes really good. It's a good idea to go there with visitors or friends. The only problem is the toilet, you have to pay 1 euro for the toilet - keep the vouchers. These will then be deducted from the invoice.

The food is 0815 I paid almost €16 for a salad that only had romaine lettuce, onions and parmesan in it 😅

The food was great. The service was friendly but almost non-existent. If you wanted something to drink you had to call service. It didn't come by itself. A robot brought the food, which was also very impersonal. Too bad. There was also no question about how satisfied you were.

Ate something quickly before a client meeting. It arrived super quickly and who as an IT person doesn't want to have their food brought to them by a ServiceBot.

The operation is a bit chaotic at times and is out of control. Unfriendly and cheeky when asked nice questions.

The atmosphere there was really good. We spontaneously got a table there for two people. When it comes to eating, I think there is room for improvement. Since I don't currently eat bread, fries, etc., I ordered a vegan burger without bread and fries. I only got a vegan patty on a dry bed of lettuce with pickles and separate burger sauce. I would have been happy with a delicious side salad as an alternative to the fries. 😉 However, I still paid the full price. But maybe I'm too critical. Otherwise really a nice shop. 😀

Good food at affordable prices. Also veggie stuff. Friendly and committed staff. Clean toilets. Today I was there again. I absolutely cannot recommend the Farmer’s Breakfast. No pizzazz in the omelet and boring fried potatoes. When I quickly asked for a coke because my son wasn't feeling well, it took about 5 minutes until it was finally served. That is not how it works!!!

The food was tasty, not the best I ever had, but hey, it's greasy American burgers. That's what I expected and that's what I got. Mine was very yummy, the one from my partner was more average. Regarding the quantities, that's really in the American idea: let's say that when we went out, we just had to roll to the car! Perfect on this aspect. Service is quite average and we had a really friendly waitress (who was speaking English), that was appreciable 😁 And the ambiance, well, was adapted to a dinner in a gas station area. I wouldn't do all the way to go there on purpose, but if I'm in the area, and want to eat enough for 3 days, that's my next stop 🤓 Ah yes, not to forget: many veggie and vegan options, as well as homemade ice tea! Could interest some 😉

The food is delicious - but unfortunately the service is subpar. It wasn't full and when after more than 20 minutes no one took the order, I spoke to our waitress, who was currently talking to a colleague. An annoyed “moment” instead of a friendly “Excuse me, I’ll come right away!” didn’t make it any better. Others also had to wait a long time - a shame!

We don't go here anymore... “Everything was better back then” applies here! We remember better arranged plates, friendly staff and a welcoming attitude. Today we are experiencing cold interactions with little warmth. This starts with the staff and ends on the plate. The surrounding area simply offers better alternatives for what is happening here. It's a shame, we used to love being here.

The food is now served by a robot. Nevertheless, the price-performance ratio is quite expensive. You have to pay 1 euro for the toilet and get a 50 cent voucher that you can redeem at Miss Pepper. Cleanliness mediocre

Awesome American diner probably the most authentic we found in Germany. The nachos were awesome. Burgers were great. The milkshake was huge. Absolutely delicious! Just needs root beer.

Food is fine for a gas station. Very limited and not anything special. For the toilet you have to cross the road to the petrol pump. Service downright bad

Burger was okay. Unfortunately every burger only comes with BBQ sauce. A larger selection of vegan burgers. Fries are really boring. Service was nice, but the food is brought by a robot. It's kind of a joke, but ultimately you have to help yourself. If you love BBQ sauce, this is the place for you. It's an absolute alternative to Mäces and King, but it doesn't come close to being a real burger restaurant. The ambience is great! 50s Amy style.

We had reserved and were friendly escorted to our table. Our order was taken quickly, the drinks arrived and the food arrived quite quickly - served by a service bot. The food was delicious and the portions were large enough. The ambience was a bit too cool for me, which may be due to the layout of the restaurant. This wasn't originally built for Miss PeppeR and unfortunately it shows. In Bornheim, for example, the shop looks much more like a diner. The location also corresponds more to a rest stop atmosphere. What really shocked me were the toilets. Even as a restaurant guest you are expected to pay one euro!!! You will then get this credited to your bill - but who has change with them??? We were 8 people. You can ask for money and it will then be added to the bill (we promptly forgot, but let's be honest). I'm happy to pay for a decent toilet, that's not the problem. But the condition of the facility was appalling to say the least. A toilet brush stuck in a container full of brown water stared back at me. The other cabins weren't any better - even though a lady was sitting there when we left. The flushing collar ran incessantly and didn't have enough "oomph" for a proper rinse cycle. One cabin had a dust door, another was full of cleaning products, and a cable (?) was stuck across the floor. 1 of 3 sinks was defective, the faucet in the sink of my choice was difficult and only opened on the second attempt. The problem with the store is that it's not entirely clear what it wants to be: a rest stop or a restaurant?

Price-quality superb. Delicious food, great service in a USA atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I ate fried potatoes with the Wiener Schnitzel instead of fries. This used to work, today you pay €1.40 for it. I don't think it's that good.

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. The burger came to the table quickly, but unfortunately it was already cold. The bacon was flaky. The potato wedges are frozen and the cola we ordered is at best a Pepsi that barely tastes good. Despite the restaurant being barely full, the service is unmotivated and overwhelmed. My next table first received the wrong food. When I asked if it could be packed, the guests had to wait 10 minutes so that in the end they were given the empty pack to pack themselves. Maybe I was unlucky with food today, service is nothing. Ambiance is fine.

Burgers are like Burger King, fries stuck together in clumps. Waitress was snooty, arrogant. When ordering, the service staff seemed to lecture instead of answering questions. A complaint was responded to with a discussion rather than a solution. Ambience & decor 10/10 for the successful diner style.

Very nice decorated restaurant. The robot that comes to the tables to deliver the food is an eye-catcher 🤩. We were a large group and without a reservation we were still warmly welcomed and they tried to set up a table for us so that we could all sit together. The menu is large and offers a lot, but unfortunately the quality is not good. I didn't like the minced meat at all, it was like I was eating a bratwurst. I found the prices a bit too high for what you get. The food is not a taste experience, you can eat it okay. There was a lot going on, so we often had to ask if we forgot things. The staff is more English speaking.

I know that the burger I would have liked to order is delicious, but unfortunately I didn't get the chance because after a good 15 minute wait in which we were consistently ignored, we left. Motivated staff also looks different. Too bad.

Very nice restaurant. We're there every 1st Saturday of the month and meet up with our friends and their US cars.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated inside. I was missing the appropriate music that fits that time. Food and service completely okay.

Outdoor restaurant closed periodically. The service is a bit rusty, but not too bad. There are 3 types of milshakes, standard like MC-Donald. I miss the 60s-70s music to make the feel even more immersive.

If you're looking for a big AMERICAN beef patty on your burger do not come here. I ha a hard time finding the beef on the worse cheesy cheese burger of all time. The fries were ioaded but I'm appalled at this burger. I should have sent it back. I had to takeoff the top bun just to taste the "beef". Damn 🤬

War schon mehrfach da, Essen war echt top außer die nicht scharfen chillis. Das Personal ist echt cool drauf und die Getränke kämmen trotz vollen Laden, sehr zügig. Das Ambiente ist im Amistyle sehr angenehm, vllt sind die Tische etwas klein aber trotzdem ganz ok. Jedem der Burger liebt, eine klare Empfehlung. Jeder kommt bei der großen Auswahl, Geschmackstechnisch auf seien kosten.

Genauso wie man sich ein American Diner vorstellt. Schön dekoriert. Das Essen ist auch super lecker und die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich.

Hallo Zusammen, Hatte gerade ein echt unschönes und irgendwie auch schräges Erlebnis im Miss Pepper in Frechen. Wir gehen dort öfter essen, normalerweise auch lecker....... Heute befand sich ein Steinchen in meinem Burger, woher auch immer der kam, worin auch immer er war----ER HAT DORT NICHTS ZU SUCHEN !!!!!!! Ich hab das erst gar nicht ernst genommen und weiter gegessen ( erst dachte ich mir ist ein Stück vom Zahn abgebrochen, dann es sein ein Stück Knochen..) nach dem Essen hab ich dann meine Brille aufgesetzt und es war eindeutig ein Steinchen (beige/weiß) . Dem Personal die Sache erzählt, das Steinchen wurde mitgenommen und zu dritt an der Kasse in Augenschein genommen.... Beim bezahlen war ich leider draußen (Telefon...) die Bedienung unfreundlich und von oben herab, war weder freundlich zu meiner Frau noch hat sie sich für irgend etwas entschuldigt!!!!! Letztlich hat sie dann 2 Getränke nicht berechnet, das konnte/musste ich aber dem Bon entnehmen!!!!!! Es ergab sich dann noch eine unpassende Diskussion über Verhalten und Umgang mit Gästen!!!!! SO GEHT ES NICHT !!!!!!!! Besagte Bedienung hat auch bei uns wie bei einer Vor-Bewerterin den Spruch mit den Kollergin und der Unmöglichkeit eines Fenster Platzes gebracht während das Lokal eher (fast) leer war. Besagte Bedienung schreibt sich J. Sonst sind aller sehr nett nur diese Person benimmt sich merkwürdig. Entweder hat sie nichts in der Gestronomie zu suchen oder ist fremdenfeindlich....wer weiß...

285g Angus Bacon Cheese Burger. War Top. Wenn ich in Frechen bin gehe ich nur dort essen.

Totul la superlativ, mâncare, servire nota 10++ Ospătarul pe nume Ron este o persoană excepțională, merită toate stelele posibile, mulțumim pentru ospitalitate . Cu siguranță o să mai revenim, felicitări restaurantului !
