For the first time at Miss Pepper I had the spicy Angus burger which was very tasty and the staff were very friendly.

We had the all-you-can-eat burger. It was delicious. The service was friendly and humorous. The place is decorated in the 1960s style, and it's definitely worth a visit. We were all satisfied.

Today we ate at Miss Pepper in Frechen and tipped the waitress in cash. However, when we received the bill, we discovered that a 10% tip had been added to the bill without our knowledge. We immediately asked another waiter, who assured us that this amount would not be deducted from our bank account, but unfortunately, it was deducted anyway. For us, it's not the money that matters, but the principle!

The food was okay, not outstanding. Service was very friendly and quick. Prices are reasonable. The atmosphere was great; it felt like the USA. We'd love to come back.

We've been there several times and have always been very satisfied. The food used to be very tasty, with dishes like chicken breast with beans and coleslaw. Now it's almost exclusively burgers and salads. The fries are very dry, and the burgers are average. We won't be back. :-(

We were here a few days ago. We had a stroller with us, so we looked for a spot where we could park it next to the table. Where we expected American friendliness as a welcome, we were told with Eastern European rudeness that we weren't allowed to sit there. Then we sat down at another table. Then the same thing happened: We weren't allowed to sit there. Unfortunately, my husband had to actively ask where we were allowed to sit because there was no response from the other side. I don't know, but we didn't feel welcome. The food was okay, but absolutely nothing special. For me, it's a "doable" option, but I wouldn't go there again.

Great location, close to the Cologne Autobahn, good parking, the ambiance exudes a 70s American flair, the seating is comfortable, and there's good music playing in the background. The service was fast, friendly, and competent. The service robot is a little highlight. The menu offers many options, and the portions are generously sized. The food tastes great and is served quickly. There's a charge for using the restroom, but you get that reimbursed when you pay the bill. I'll definitely stop there again in the future when passing through.

I can't say much here; everything is great. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is very nice and typical American diner style. We've been there a few times and we always enjoy coming back :) My favorite is the schnitzel, the fries are always perfectly crispy, and I really enjoy the carrot cake! If there are several people, you can easily share a jumbo drink. Card payments accepted! :)

I'm really tired. Unfortunately, our first impression wasn't good. We had to wait at the entrance, and even when we were seated, we were honestly shocked by the prices. We left the store.

I visited Miss Pepper for the first time two weeks ago and, contrary to the reviews, was rather disappointed. Service was very friendly and very quick. The interior ambiance was reminiscent of an American diner and very appealing. The interior was very clean. Due to the weather, I ate in the "beer garden," which wasn't particularly clean or appealing. Cobwebs were on the inside of the umbrellas, some tables were greasy and not particularly clean, and the exterior of the building was quite dirty, with lots of cobwebs and dust. Another negative aspect is that the kitchen is directly adjacent, and when I was there, I could hear loud music and conversation. There was also a lot of noise from cutlery being cleared out and roughly put down. As for the food: This was the real disappointment. The fries looked like they had been refried, the burger patty was a single shoe sole, and the bread was dry. The taste was comparable to—sorry to say it like this—a bad, cheap convenience food. At just under €18, it's far too expensive for the quality. You can also get fresher and tastier lemonade in many places. In short: unfortunately, the food didn't live up to its presentation and appearance!

Four of us ate there for 115 euros, and it was okay, but nothing special. The service was reserved, and the food arrived by robot. I don't find that acceptable for a diner. My spare ribs were tender and soft, but not smoked. The silver skin hadn't been removed. The garlic bread didn't taste of garlic. I found the prices relatively high for what was offered. All in all, it was okay. The toilet was a 1-euro charge, but this was deducted from the bill.

Delicious burgers, good service, kids' meals available. Crayons are placed directly on the table for guests with children. Great! One star deducted for the restroom situation. The restaurant shares the restroom facilities with the adjacent gas station. You have to pay a euro to accompany the children to the restroom or to go to the restroom yourself. The receipt can be offset against the payment for the meal. Still inconvenient and annoying.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. The food was below average. A complaint was removed from the bill without any discussion or problems. 👍🏼 The restrooms cost €1, like at a motorway service station, but you get that €1 back. There was something for the kids to color.

The food is delicious and tastes good, of course that's a matter of taste. However, the quality and price-performance ratio are good. Even if the prices have gotten out of hand these days, as is the case with many others. But at least the quality has been maintained here. The service here is usually friendly, sometimes there are a few staff members, but the quality of what is there is good. A robot is also used. Unfortunately, the restroom is shared with Mundorf and costs extra. However, the cost can be deducted from the bill. It's child-friendly and there's plenty of space. The American style is great, even if it's a bit dated these days.

A diner as you'd imagine it - you feel like you're in the States... really great. After I was assigned a seat, my order was taken relatively quickly. It took me a moment to get to my meal - the lady stopped and looked at me. That's not what you do... only when I asked her if I didn't know yet did she turn away without comment. The drink came... wrong! I hadn't ordered it. Instead of apologizing, they tried to explain to me that I had to take it because I had ordered it. After a brief discussion, the man left with the drink - then nothing happened. When the lady came back for the food, she rudely asked me, "Are you ready?" I was about to leave... Because I had no other choice, I stayed... I ordered a chicken wrap... with fries... that sounded good and was reasonably priced. After about 10 minutes, a chicken burger arrived. When I pointed out that I'd ordered a wrap and not a burger, I was told again that I had ordered a burger! I was really contradicted – that's not appropriate, I thought I was in the wrong movie – my drink still wasn't there... Only when I insisted I wanted a wrap did they turn away again without comment, and the lady mumbled that she certainly hadn't made a mistake... why? I don't understand how a server can speak against a customer... impossible! But then the highlight came... the (correct this time) food was delivered to my table by a robot! Not even a personal apology, etc. I was extremely annoyed! The drink came when I was halfway through my meal – also completely without comment, weak! The food was fine, the fries crispy, and the wrap fresh... that was all fine. Since I didn't feel like a guest, but rather like a nuisance, I unfortunately can't recommend the restaurant. Room for improvement...

We were there today and I'm absolutely thrilled. The food was excellent, my burger 🍔 was truly delicious, and the service was polite and attentive. The ambiance reflects the American lifestyle, at least that's my personal opinion. We'll definitely be back. 👍🏻

Between 10 and 70 of us have been coming there for 10 years. Unfortunately, we found out today that the shop doesn't open until 11am. Why? Shortage of staff? And if a shop closes at 11am then I expect everything to be ready by 11am and not for the outside area to be set up, cleaned and decorated and the first order to be placed around 11:30am. The promised parking lot closure didn't work again. The service unfortunately always leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes it's better, sometimes worse. That shouldn't be allowed. Then there's the eternal problem with the shared toilets there. The tiles were so slippery that my wife almost fell over twice. The general cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired.

The fries were sensational. Very crispy. The homemade lemonade was also OK. Unfortunately, the price was quite high for the service, ambiance, and food. The highlight: the robot server. We were there with the family; if you like American flair, this is the place for you. Regarding the burgers: There's something for everyone here: juicy patties, crispy sides, melty cheese. Our little guests were looked after with crayons and something to color in. The prices for the burgers are absolutely reasonable. The service was great; we'd go back anytime.

The quality is better than its US competitors, and the people I interacted with were very friendly. Miss Pepper isn't comparable to a fast food joint, but it's not a dinner restaurant either. So, I don't understand many of the reviews here. Parking was easy, by the way, and the restrooms were clean, even though they're also used by the gas station next door.

We ordered burgers, and they were delicious. The sweet potato fries and onion rings were also delicious. Overall, everything was perfect. The handmade iced tea was good. I found it interesting that a robot brought the food to the table instead of the usual waiter, which I found very refreshing. Drinks, however, were brought by the waiter. Long waits for service, burgers are okay, but the rest is passable. The highlight is the diner atmosphere inside, and you pay for it.

So, I didn't feel like I was transported to America. The food was good, but I still missed the American flair. The service seemed a bit uncoordinated, and after taking my order, I had to wait for it to be brought back to the table. The restaurant wasn't full, though. Perhaps the app for ordering at your table is a good option if you're into that kind of thing. I tried a cocktail, but I don't recommend them. In Kaiserslautern, the best American diner in the area is located.

We were at Miss Pepper in Frechen on the occasion of my nephew's birthday. That was his wish and that's how I got to know this American restaurant, which is unique to me. The waitress appeared in a petticoat and took the orders in a friendly manner. Then a robot brought the food - and sang Happy Birthday to our birthday child! The food was great and there was also a good selection of vegetarian options. So I'm a fan of this chain too.
