I'm really sorry to only have to leave 1 star here because the sushi here is really one of the best in the area. But I've really reached my limits with this store. You haven't been able to order for delivery here for years, although it's always an option on the website. So often I have ordered a delivery, waited far too long for it, only for the employees to not even know anything about the order when they call. Every time they say that the supplier is sick or "not in today" or that the website is causing problems. You will then be asked if you can pick up the food, which will then be prepared. I don't think the store should continue to make it seem like you can easily order via the website when those orders probably won't even get through to the restaurant. At the very least, delivery should be removed as an option because 9 times out of 10, delivery cannot be delivered. I can't say why I still trusted it again and again. I will only order here - if at all - by telephone and by collection. Unfortunately there is no other way, but unfortunately it is conveyed to you in a completely different way. I would like to deduct the last star because it seems to me as if the owners here are constantly pushing up the overall rating... Unfortunately, feedback from customers is not taken to heart and is ignored; nothing has changed for years. It's a real shame about the good sushi.

The food tastes very tasty but the waiting times are catastrophic. They are actually professionals at this sort of thing and it has to be quicker even though they had no other customers apart from us. Today was just Horrible. They brought wine diluted with water!!! This was confirmed by another person. When I asked for a replacement, they couldn’t even replace it with anything. The rolls were delicious, but I still wanted to drink it. They ordered Coca-Cola, and it never arrived.😒😮‍💨 The room smelled of fish and was not ventilated. Lack of comfort and music...they turned it on quietly themselves on the phone. Overall a place with disgusting service.

We ordered number 029 once and 106 once. 106 was okay but 029 was only made from rice. We used to like ordering sushi from here but I won't do that anymore. I find it very unfortunate.

Except for the food, which tastes really good, the rest is really a disaster, no matter whether you order online or by phone, you always have to wait about 1:30-2:00 hours even though a time of 15-25 minutes is promised. The food is actually really good, which makes the contrast with the service all the worse! After being called in 15-25 minutes after ordering, you end up waiting over two hours - and the food still isn't there. You are always sent away for half an hour, only to have to wait another half hour. The organization is catastrophic, the staff constantly interrupts you and disappears either to the phone or into the back room when you have a complaint. Absolutely unprofessional and unfriendly! I'll definitely never come here again.

There were three of us and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Inside there are two rooms with tables, unfortunately one of them is used as storage (visible). You can get more out of the ambience. It was a white basement room with little to no decoration. Not very inviting. Despite the fact that we were alone, we had to wait 5 minutes for the cards and we also had to pay the bill at the counter because no one came to the table. A pity. The food was good and there was nothing to complain about.

Gloomy restaurant, the mood in here is so sad I genuinely. I'll begin by saying the waiting time is so unbelievably long, we were two at the only occupied table. I don't like giving such a bad review, the food is really good - but the service is very bad. We waited an hour for our order in the restaurant even though there wasn't a single other customer there. There were some caviar eggs stuck to the vegetarian sushi, which is of course not pleasant as someone who lives a vegetarian life. The food tastes quite good, but the employees ruin everything. We've given it a chance 3 times now and 3 times they've done everything wrong that could have been done wrong. We called at 7:20pm and ordered 3 dishes. So the lady asked us to come 1 hour later. When we got there at 8:20 p.m. our order was completely lost. We now waited until 8:50 p.m. and they wanted to “redo” it. When the lady packed the food, she said we should warm the rice again at home because it was a little cold. Of course we insisted that we get a new, warm portion, but that only happened after discussions, because we ended up paying the full price, but the lady didn't want to understand why we couldn't warm the rice at home. Arrived home after 10 minutes and the food was ice cold. So absolutely unacceptable and didn't do what we wanted, despite the full price! That was definitely the last time we ordered food there!!!

It came "broken online", so order not received and delivery is not possible either, only pickup possible. Conclusion: Only recommended if you want to spend at least 1-2 hours (at peak times probably significantly more, there were only two other tables occupied) waiting time for mediocre sushi, otherwise: definitely try somewhere else! And just in case the operator threatens to issue warnings, cease and desist declarations, etc. via Google or others (see other reviews): take out a small loan and get started! My lawyers have far too little to do anyway and are happy about any distraction. Especially if this is ultimately financed by debt.

I really like the miso sushi. I usually order in advance by phone and just pick it up. The service is good, sometimes you need a bit of patience on the phone, but so far every order has always been correct and all the employees are very, very friendly.

No matter how good the food from a delivery service is, if the service is as terrible as this one, a restaurant will never be successful. 2.5 hours of waiting time, outrageous answers on the phone to questions and no answer to the question of how long it would take. We sent the delivery person back to the restaurant with the food and didn't accept the order. By the way, the atmosphere for eating on site is just as bad and lousy as the service and the delivery service.

Wir haben schon sehr oft bestellt und wurden immer von der guten Qualität überzeugt. Gerade jetzt mit dem Abholservice funktioniert alles wunderbar. Die Damen am Telefon sind immer sehr freundlich und man kann sich immer auf Wunschtermine einigen. Selbst bei kleinen Problemen werden immer Lösungen gefunden! Macht bitte weiter so.

Unfortunately I ordered Crispy Salmon Sushi, it only had rice and salmon in it, no avocado, no soy sauce, no cream cheese. Unfortunately it was very dry.

Ansich gutes Sushi, allerdings sind die Wartezeiten extrem unverschämt. Wir haben 3 Stunden für eine kleine Sushi Bestellung gewartet und mussten dennoch den vollen Preis zahlen. Also extrem misserabler Kunden Umgang. Selbst 1 Stern ist zu viel.

Es gibt eine sehr gute und große Auswahl an Sushi. Dieses ist hervorragend zubereitet und in vielen verschiedenen Kombinationen. Wir holen uns regelmäßig Sushi und waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden! Jeder der Sushi mag ist hier gut versorgt. Die Preise sind angemessen und fair für die Qualität die man bekommt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zeitangaben für die Zubereitung werden eingehalten oder das Essen ist sogar schneller fertig.

Update .... Einfach Hammer...perfektes essen in einem eigenen und modernen Sushi. Ich selber gehe dort regelmäßig essen und bin immer und immer begeistert. Ich kann es herzlich weiter empfehlen .....

Seitens Miso gab es keinerlei Infos und auch nur eine schnöde Entschuldigung. Sehr sehr schade, da das Essen wirklich lecker und gut war. Hier werden wir aber so schnell nicht nochmal bestellen.

Sushi immer sehr lecker und man bekommt immer 6 frittierte Sushi als Geschenk zu jeder Bestellung mit einer leckeren Soße (Geheimtipp: man kann dieses „Geschenk“ auch direkt bestellen, lecker und günstig). Die Wartezeiten sind etwas länger aber es lohnt sich.

Super leckeres Sushi allerdings Gastronomisch gesehen eine absolute Katastrophe. Es scheitert an allen enden sei es die Bedienung oder die Wartezeit… wir wurden nach einer halben Stunde das erste mal gefragt was wir haben wollen und gesagt das ziemlich viel los ist. Alles schön und gut aber dann haben wir nochmals 1,5 std auf das Essen gewartet ohne auch nur eine Nettigkeit da wir so lange warten mussten. Wer also keine Ahnung hat was er mit seiner Zeit anzufangen hat kann gerne hier her kommen

Das tatsächlich beste Sushi in der Umgebung. Sehr sehr lecker! Lieferung empfehle ich allerdings nicht. Besser abholen, dauert sonst ewig. Vor Ort würde ich aufgrund des Ambientes nicht. Abholen lohnt sich allerdings wirklich!

Das sushi war unglaublich lecker und frisch und auch die Menge war gut. Doch das Ambiente ~ gibt es einfach nicht... So ein trostlosen, kahles und liebloses Restaurant hatten wir noch nie. Die Toiletten ware unsauber und nicht ausreichend ausgestattet (papierhandtücher leer). Unser Kellner war sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber das drumherum sehr enttäuschend und wir haben uns unwohl gefühlt. Zum Bestellen und abholen können wir es absolut empfehlen, aber zum verweilen auf gar keinen Fall.

Wir haben das Essen online bestellt. Mussten als wir ankamen noch mal eine Stunde warten. Das Ambiente war sehr dunkel und nicht sehr einladend. Man konnte die Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke nicht sehen weil alles mit Plastik Schalen vollgestellt war. . Die Edamame war sehr verkocht und für den Preis den wir bezahlt haben war das Essen nicht gut.
