Delicious food ~ Ramen was finely tuned and so was the curry. In this cool atmosphere you can enjoy yourself even better.

Ordered to take away. Found the vegetarian selection to be very limited when ordering:/ I also had the tonkotsu ramen and it had hardly any taste. I also ordered kimchi, which was far too sour, tasteless and unenjoyable. Wouldn't order again. Other restaurants offer better alternatives.

The food was very tasty. The restaurant was beautifully decorated inside and outside. The waiter taught us how to eat with chopsticks. We were very happy with everything and had a full stomach for a long time. :) Excellent!

For me is okay, i ordered Tan Tan Ramen (spicy) but for me it is not spicy at all. The ramen is not really really “ramen”, its noodles, the taste is okay.

The Japanese restaurant Miso Ramen is located in the heart of Halle / Saale. It has indoor seating as well as some seating in front of the restaurant. It is very homely decorated and designed. The menu is clear, with many unusual dishes. The service is friendly, courteous and very fast. The food is freshly cooked and served very hot - except for the cold drinks. The food was very tasty and we will definitely come back.

No matter what you order, everything is absolutely perfect and delicious! There is something for every taste, even for people who don't necessarily want to eat classic ramen. There are more than enough alternatives on the menu that are absolutely delicious! The service is perfect, the employees are all very friendly and happy to give advice. The ambience is very nice, the decoration and furnishings make it really cozy. 10/10 recommendation!

Great restaurant, unfortunately the service and food (setting) were not convincing. When I asked if I could get soy sauce to season it, I was told that there was no such thing. Unfortunately my frame was very tasteless.

I was here yesterday, unfortunately my experience was bad. When we came in there was a German waitress, the skinny one with short hair. I asked her where I could sit and she looked at me like I was stupid and pointed at me. When she brought the food she said the name of the dish and my friend didn't hear her and shouted the name of the dish. I guess we should have left the restaurant in the first place. When we come to spend money we expect good service or at least friendliness. We will never go there again.

Nice little restaurant that isn't too crowded at lunchtime. Then you can easily come unannounced. Now a kind of regular place for me. Exquisite food and the lunch menu is a good deal price-wise. The in-house lemonades (hibiscus apple) are particularly recommended. The ambience is bold with a dark wall, but very effective and beautiful, even if there isn't much space in the back room. The staff is nice, courteous and quick. Definitely recommended.

Served early, a mix of music from all over the world and the food was great.

We wanted to try this restaurant on the recommendation of a work colleague. Most of us were happy with the food. The problem, however, was the service: When we took the order, the waitress seemed unfriendly and annoyed by our questions. She also couldn't answer any questions about the menu, which I personally don't think is so bad, she would at least be friendly if she didn't know something. After that she disappeared and never came to our table again (the cell phone was more important). Luckily our food was served to us by another, friendlier waiter. He then took over the operation and thus saved the service a little. The fact that a saw or something similar was being used in the next room didn't make the experience any nicer. This doesn't normally bother me, but in this case it was the culmination of a bad experience.

Hmm. That just wasn't good. Overall, the service was friendly but disinterested, even though the shop was actually empty (a maximum of three tables occupied during our time). But it was quite slow, everything - apart from the drinks - took a lot of time. But the most important thing, the food, was simply disappointing. The rice bowl with salmon is simply grossly overpriced at €17 - a small piece of salmon, a few strips of red cabbage, a bit of lettuce and edamame - no sauce, nothing. There was only a little mayo (or something like that) on the rice - so it was a very dry and boring affair. The second bowl was ok, but somehow carelessly thrown together with no pizzazz. It's a shame, we were just hoping for more and are therefore rather disappointed.

Absolutely excellent food, lovingly prepared - after all, your eyes are eating too! We will be back!

Went there spontaneously on Sunday because of the Tonkotsu Ramen. So far only eaten in Berlin, Düsseldorf and Leipzig. Tried it in Halle today. Personally, I found the broth to be too weak. It should be richer and spicier. The pickled pink ginger and spring onions don't go well with it. (I will unsubscribe next time). The pickled eggs were very good! The morels and enoki mushrooms were great! The Chasu could be “fattier”. Unfortunately there were only 2 small pieces inside. However, the taste is okay. But I'm used to a different level now. Order extra next time. Naruto/Surimi is nothing special, but it was okay too. Ramen was better for that. The starter was classic edamame beans with salt. For drink I had Moonlight Latte. The taste was delicious, just too many ice cubes in there. Overall 4/5 stars. Ambiance and decoration are authentic. I sat at the window. Service was very quick and friendly. Payment possible with Apple Watch (Visa Debit). Total €27 plus tip €6. Not completely 100% satisfied but good for Halle! To recommend. 🙏🏻

I ordered ramen. For just under 20 euros I expected better quality, the soup tasted extremely intensely of eggs and a topping that cost over 2€ was completely forgotten. Kimchi, on the other hand, tasted very tasty - after all.

The food and drink were really good, but the quality of the chopsticks was really substandard and the prices tend to be rounded up. So two lunch menus for €14.90 quickly become a total of €32 - don't get me wrong, I would have happily paid that too. But it has a certain flavor to it. 🤔

A nice nice Japanese restaurant with equally Japanese cuisine. Service is quick and nice. The ambience is successful and invites you to come back next time. Only the beer selection leaves something to be desired, at least for me. No regional beer and no alternative to a delicious black beer. In any case, you should make a reservation, as it is already quite full at dinner time. Prices are okay and the food is delicious 😋 My recommendation: If you like Asian cuisine you should definitely go there.

The ramen tastes very good, but it's a pity that there is no choice of noodles. The noodles in all ramens are probably the same and taste like regular ones from the supermarket. It's a pity, because I've eaten ramen in many places where the noodles are prepared selfmade on site. Noteworthy is a large selection of lemonades - delicious flavor compositions. The only minus is that there is too much ice in the glass, which means that the lemonade itself is only half of the glass. Nice and professional service, standard prices like everywhere.

Very great atmosphere and very nice service! We were here for lunch, had the vegan ramen, kimchi and incredibly good, homemade lemonade for a low price. The ramen was the best I've eaten in a long time. Big recommendation ♥️

Ich war im Februar 24 hier auf ein Abendessen. Der Service war freundlich und das Essen lecker. Die Karte ist allerdings recht überschaubar und es gibt nur begrenzte Auswahl. Alles in allem aber einen Besuch wert.

Ich war letztens mit meiner besten Freundin essen und ich muss sagen es ist total gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Das Essen schmeckt super lecker und die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich. Es wird hier auf Qualität statt Quantität gesetzt und das schmeckt man auch ☺️ Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch 🙏🏼

Das Essen war gut. Die Teebecher waren sehr heiß und schlecht zu halten.

Place is nice and food is delicious and makes you so full. Staff is also nice but we got annoyed that they kept saying every table is reserved though it was all empty and made us sit where they want only.

Tolles Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen. Die Bedienung ist flott und sehr freundlich, zum Abend sollte man ggf. einen Tisch vorbestellen, das Ambiente ist cool, gemütlich- bunt 😉... das Essen ist super, egal ob Vorspeisen, Hauptgerichte und Nachtisch. Auch die Getränkekarte ist vielfältig. Hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt; die Portionen sind reichlich und wenn man sein Essen nicht schafft, kann man den Rest mitnehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder ...

Super leckeres Essen und Getränke, ebenfalls zu empfehlen ist der Yuzu Sake und Yuzu Lemon (Heißgetränk). Nehmen immer Ramen (die Nudeln sind super lecker und die Brühen auch) aber die "Vorspeisen" sind auch super, besonders in Takoyaki könnte ich mich reinschmeißen. Bedienung kommt genau in den richtigen Abständen und im Ambiente kann man viele Anime/Manga-Artworks bewundern.

Der Service war freundlich & kompetent. Bestellung ging flott & es gibt eine normale Auswahl an Speisen & Getränken. Gerichte sind ansehnlich angerichtet & geschmacklich gut. Es steht Sojasoße , Sesamkörner & Chiliöl auf dem Tisch 👍 Klare Empfehlung & wir kommen wieder. Kartenzahlung möglich.

Top Lokal, stets freundliches Personal, wunderschön eingerichtet und eine übersichtliche Speisekarte. Ich nehme gern das vegane japanische Curry, die Udon mit Tofu und als Starter ein Muss: Crunchy Tofu.

Tonkotsu Ramen, die wirklich wie in Japan schmecken (die Nudeln waren etwas zu weich, aber das war verschmerzbar)! Respekt dafür und für eine bequeme und cool designte Innenausstattung! Immer wieder gern! 😋

The ramen soup is too salty and also mixed with the corn can flavor. It is made with instant noodles which I personally wouldn’t name it ramen. The fried chicken also not good and really dry as well. My friend’s coffee taste like water. If you’re looking for the authentic Japanese food then definitely not this place. Otherwise could try but not recommend. Its price is way over its quality and you will be capable to make it at home.

Das Restaurant hat ein sehr gemütliches Ambiente. Es sieht alles genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, die hier schon gepostet wurden. Gegenüber von unserem Tisch waren Bildschirme aufgestellt, dort konnte man eine Street View durch eine Großstadt in Japan sehen. Fand ich persönlich ziemlich cool. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat auch immer zwischendurch mal vorbeigeschaut. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und auch die Getränke waren super, insgesamt war auch alles wirklich hübsch hergerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat hier auf jeden Fall gestimmt. Komme bestimmt gerne wieder!

Wundervolles Restaurant, es ist mein neuer Lieblingsort ! Es ist ein wunderschön gestaltetes Ambiente (künstlerische Wandbemalung und tolle Inneneinrichtung) wo man drinnen und Draußen sitzen kann. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind für Gruppen, Paare/Kleingruppen oder sogar einzelnen Besuchern ausgelegt nur leider ist es für einen Rollstuhlfahrer durch die Treppen nicht erreichbar. Vielleicht am Seiteneingang. Die Portionen sind riesig und die Preise im angemessenen Mittelmaß. Die Limonaden sind wirklich der Hit! Ich kann dort alles empfehlen an Gerichten es hat mich bisher keines enttäuscht. Besonders himmmisch sind die CrunchyAvovado aus meiner Sicht. Neuerdings gibt es auch bis 16 Uhr BentoMenüs die sehr kostengünstig und super lecker sind.Service ist super freundlich und schnell. Bezahlung geht natürlich mit Karte oder Bar. Also wer asiatisches Essen mag wird dort definitiv qualitativ und auswahltechnisch nicht enttäuscht. Eine dicke Empfehlung! Ich würde mehr Sterne geben wenn es ginge. ❤️

Die Gaststätte hat mich in vielerlei Hinsicht beeindruckt. Vom ersten Moment an fühlte ich mich herzlich willkommen. Das Ambiente ist charmant und gemütlich, und das Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen war ein kulinarisches Erlebnis. Die Speisekarte bietet kreative Köstlichkeiten. Mein Gericht war nicht nur schön präsentiert, sondern schmeckte auch vorzüglich. Frische Zutaten und eine gekonnte Zubereitung zeichnen die Küche hier aus. Ich kann diese Gaststätte nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Besuch!

Das Essen war sehr lecker und der Service auch super! One Piece Fans sollten auf jeden Fall auf die Toilette gehen. :D
