I left a 5 star review on this pub 4 years ago. Unfortunately, due to an incident yesterday, I have to revise this. The following situation occurred: A long time friend and I went there yesterday to chat a little and enjoy a relaxing evening. Late at night, a regular at the pub (estimated to be around 40 - 45 years old) came to our table and joined the conversation. Fine; new conversation partners are always welcome. Somewhere in the middle of the conversation he asked me if I was gay. A bit strange, but so be it. I said no. Apparently he didn't like my answer, though, because he raised his fist and asked if I'd like to be punched now (I don't remember the exact wording). Of course not. I therefore moved around (away from the guest; perhaps he wanted to get on the pitch), hoping to de-escalate the situation. He then apologized too. How much truth there was behind this apology became apparent a short time later when the guest in question called me an "idiot" - mind you again without any provocation. At this point I told the bar staff and we left the location because I didn't feel like escalating again. Our drinks stopped. As a native of Wiedenbrücken, I am more than disappointed with how this place has developed. It used to be really good to go here to play darts. After last night, you wouldn't even be able to get me in here for a decent amount of compensation. I'm too old for all the stress now.

Had a lovely time in the old homeland. I can only recommend it.

A great pub with great opportunities to drink a beer or enjoy a good game of darts. People love coming here

Sind zum darten zu Besuch. Die Minibar hat eine tolle Heimmannschaft. Nette Bedingungen und einen klasse Service. Einfach mal hingehen, es lohnt sich.
