Mille Gradi in Viechtach

Truly one of the best pizzas I've eaten here in a long time. The wood-fired pizzas here are really great and exactly how one should be. Perfect edge and thin base, the dough tastes good and fresh with just the right amount of salt and the ingredients were top. The request for spiciness on the pizza was also perfectly fulfilled. The ambience is very nice and the staff is extremely nice. I'm glad to have found a top wood-fired pizza in the area again - unfortunately rare anyway. Price wise everything is also very reasonable. The only honestly missing point is that in 2024 there will still be no card payment in such a good and well-attended pizzeria...

The pizzas were very tasty and really worth the price. The side salad for €4.90 wasn't exactly a burner, a bit salty but okay. Apparently our reservation via homepage didn't arrive, even though we had already reserved a table for 4 6 weeks ago. No one answered the phone for 3 days because we didn't receive an answer to said reservation. Went there almost at random. The waitress looked at me and my son as if she were annoyed with us, even as we walked in the door. When I went to the toilet with him, past the staff who were certainly taking a deserved break, we laughed and said hello as we passed. Unfortunately, nothing more than a look, where one thought they wanted to "eat us" as they say, was offered. well now. can happen. After all, it’s stressful. When I asked if there was any dessert other than the three items on the mini menu or if you could have a scoop of ice cream, the answer was very stubborn and grumpy, no, we don't have more than that. and went away. I don't understand why you can't possibly get a scoop of chocolate ice cream without toppings like it said on the menu?! It's less work than making the whole dessert. So conclusion: pizzas top, service unfriendly and annoyed, that's how it feels as soon as you have a child with you. I've heard this from friends with children/acquaintances. Maybe you should work on it. therefore only 2 stars. I won't come back :)

We were on holiday nearby and came across the pizzeria by chance. The pizza was very tasty, the base was nice and thin and crispy. The service was nice and friendly. Very happy again!

A very atmospheric restaurant. The staff extremely friendly and accommodating. And a pizza that is second to none. Simply outstanding. Absolutely recommended. Today we had the Regina pizza and the salad with ham and Gouda. Both really good.

Great ambience, beautiful outdoor terrace. The pizza is a poem. We always like to come back.

We wanted to eat there with our children. Unfortunately we were 6 adults and 3 children (6,5,1 years). We were told we couldn't reserve a place for 9 people and we couldn't sit on two (separate) tables. We also didn't want to put together tables or anything like that. You can only make a reservation with 6 people, said the gentleman at the reception. A family of 7 people, including 3 children, were also sent away. The gentleman at the reception couldn't explain why we had to "reserve" even though we were there and everything was free and not reserved. The gentleman told us that there was basically room, but not for more than 6 people in ONE reservation. In my opinion, that's a reason not to visit this restaurant. Edit 8/24/24: Unfortunately I don't know how to reply to an answer, so here via edit. We didn't call to make a reservation just to ask if it was open. You can't argue with space since we sat on two different tables. The staff also told us that there was still plenty available. There was no mention of the fact that there were no more places available. It was always just about the number of people in the group of people. By the way, the answer with an “AI” is not very pleasant and shows how you care about (potential) customers.

Very tasty Italian dishes. Very nice service. It wasn't the last time we were here. This year this pizzeria really impressed us again. The salads with the house dressing are particularly a hit!

Great pizzeria, here they bake in the oven with firewood. The best pizza we have eaten in the area!

My partner, my little daughter and I actually planned to dine there. Our drinks have already been written down. Then the waitress came and made us aware that children had to remain seated at the table. Unfortunately I forgot the ropes at home, so we left again. Next time we'll take all the utensils with us, including ankle cuffs and a muzzle. We are looking forward to it. See you then!

We spontaneously stopped for dinner on the way back and were warmly welcomed. We were immediately assigned a free table and the order was taken promptly. Unfortunately, the beautiful outdoor area was already occupied, but the restaurant inside offers a great view and a live view of the pizza being prepared. The drinks were served very quickly, as was the first of two pizzas. Unfortunately the second pizza was a little late, but as a courtesy it was on the house. Good service, nice ambience and good food characterize this restaurant. Gladly again

Very tasty wood-fired pizza. I recommend Pizza Alla Diavola ;) The price for a Wozn is still reasonable compared to the Munich area at €3.90.

A very nice pizzeria in Viechtach. Very modern furnishings. The service was very nice and friendly and attentive. The pizzas tasted very good and the dough was nice and thin and crispy, just like you imagine a pizza should be. Price-wise, everything was okay too. The pizzaria is open for lunch and dinner. Takeaway is also possible. Anyone who is on holiday in Viechtach should take a look here.

More than disappointed. Unfortunately, for a pizza (Golosa) that costs €11.60, you only get coarse snippets of ham. That was much better and you were happy to pay the price. On top of that, the mushrooms were forgotten.

Very good pizza, but the service staff is very unfriendly and you wait a long time before you can order. However, the time between ordering and food delivery is very short.

No, can't recommend this place Expected more for the money Noodles no taste yet almost hard The guy behind the bar wasn't even friendly and didn't even say hello when he left the restaurant. I won't be coming back, it's a shame about the money!!!

Unfortunately, no one from the staff/service could be found for half an hour. No order or payment possible. They all sat comfortably together in the far corner and chatted.

We went to the pizzeria today and were very impressed. We have rarely eaten such good pizza. My husband's pasta was also very tasty and recommended. The price-performance ratio is awesome. Really recommended, especially for families. Top!

Super tasty and very stylish pizza pasta restaurant! The salad and dressing are amazing! You feel very comfortable inside and outside. The food is super delicious, the staff is also very friendly and accommodating, you can watch the pizza maker preparing the pizzas! 😁 All in all, very good food for reasonable prices! First of all, our reservation wasn't written down or the name was spelled wrong. Then I had to prove that I called. After some back and forth we got a table in the back area. Then we had to wait forever until the waitress came to take the drinks order. We only got the pasta menu when we asked. All around it was the first and last time.

Pizzas tasted good, as did the salad. The service was also very friendly. Why the bad rating: The owner (?) or pizza maker was absolutely unfriendly to children. My children grabbed a €0.50 Santa hat and wanted to put it on. That was a no-go in the man's eyes. It is best for the kids not to move in their place and to sit still. Well, our children are 4 and 5. In my opinion, you can't expect that at this age. Our children were pretty well behaved and behaved quite sensibly in the restaurant that day. The fact that they or I were then reprimanded, told not to touch ANYTHING in the bar and just sit down and be quiet, is simply unbelievable. They won't see us here anymore.

Sehr frisch zubereitetes Essen.Immer wieder ein freudiger Pflichtermin,wenn wir in Wiesing sind.Die Staff ist stets freundlich und flink. Das Ambiente des Lokals puristisch,nicht überladen,kein Kitsch.Einfach die beste Holzofenpizza in Niederbayern.Heute warens mal Spaghetti la ragu....sensationell!

Dieses Mal war es in Summe nicht gut. Essen passte wie immer, wenn wir als Urlauber 1 bis 2-mal im Jahr dort essen gehen. Aber heute kein Lächeln bei einer Bedienung, spürbar schlechte Stimmung. Dann die Rechnung: Pizza Margherita mit extra Käse, Knoblauch und Zwiebeln + 3€....Extra Käse augenscheinlich nicht auf der Pizza aber mal 1,5€ berechnet. Zu meinem Nudelgericht habe ich nach Knoblauchöl gefragt. Hier bekam ich ein Schälchen Olivenöl? mit vermutlich gepresstem Knoblauch. Kein Salz und Pfeffer auf irgendeinem Tisch. Doch ein wenig enttäuschend. War mir so bei unseren letzten Besuchen nie aufgefallen. Was mich aber am meisten gestört hat ist die Tatsache das für Bruschette 2€ mehr abgerechnet wurde als in der Karte steht. Keine Erklärung, kein Hinweis.....nix. Schade. Diese geschilderten Umstände werten das leckere Essen einfach ab und müssen sicherlich nicht sein. Bitte verbessert euren Umgang mit dem kostbarstem was ihr habt......... "Euren Gästen"...und macht Salz, Pfeffer, Essig und Öl zu einer Selbstverständlichkeit, dann kommen auch wir sehr gerne wieder. Allen eine schöne Zeit und......bleibst gesund.

Sehr nette Bedienung. Scampi vom Grill aglio e olio... ein Traum. Pizzas super.. leckrer dünner Boden, geschmacklich top.

Im Gegensatz zu einigen negativen Kommentaren hier, kann ich nur den Verzehr sehr guter Pizzen bestätigen.

Fand die Bedienung aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir hatten 3 Pizzen, Maga, Gambaretti und Salame. Teig war lecker Belag hätte etwas mehr sein dürfen, darum der Abzug. Modern gehaltenes Restaurant. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Selten so gute Salate gegessen. Die Pizzen sind auch mega! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und schnell.

Schönes modernes Ambiente, sehr freundliche Bedienungen, echt super Pizza, Nudeln ok, Soße etwas wässrig. Leider nur Barzahlung und keine Sonderwünsche (Pizza Halb/halb). Waren zweimal hier im Urlaub Essen. Weiterempfehlung!

Pizza gut Rigatoni Al Forno noch besser hier gehört es zu meinen Top drei Pizzerien die am besten Rigatoni machen.

Waren zum Urlaub da in Viechtach. Und waren bei dem Italiener 2 Tage hintereinander da es sehr lecker war.

Die Pizza war echt der Hammer das Bruschetta ebenfalls! Auch wenn das essen super war kann ich leider nur 3/5 Sternen geben da wir unser essen mit großer Verzögerung bekommen haben.

Leckere Pizzen aus dem mit Holz befeuerten Backofen. Auch die Paste war wirklich gut. Service war freundlich und schnell. Das Lokal liegt zwar direkt an einer Straße die aber nicht all zu sehr befahren war. Somit auch auf der Terrasse eine angenehme Geräuschkulisse. Definitiv empfehlenswert. 😃

Sehr modern eingerichtet. Pizza und Nudeln waren sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Die Wartezeit war sehr kurz. Leider ist Viechtach zu weit weg, sonst wären wir öfter hier.

Tolles Essen, schönes Restaurant, super freundliches Personal. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten beim Telefonat wo man sich wenig willkommen gefühlt hatte. War die Pizza und die Pasta doch sehr gut und die Bedienung persönlich sehr nett. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön gestaltet nur noch fehlen dir die Gäste. Freundliche Empfehlung aus unserer Sicht.

Wenn man dort essen möchte ist es ganz in Ordnung, vom Essen Abholen würde ich jedoch stark abraten, die Pizzen sind dann immer kalt und schmecken zuhause nach Pappe.

Immer wieder toll :) Es gibt hier nur eines zu sagen! Tip Top und immer sensationell gut!! Natürlich kann ein so toller Ital. Koch wie der Chef des Mille Gradi mal einen nicht so tollen Tag haben (ist menschlich!) Aber das kommt wie so viele wissen nie vor...Von daher kann ich auch die Kritik der A Naki oder so überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Aber naja, nicht alles glauben was Leute so unprofessionell schreiben. Geht hin, genießt den Italiener, weil er einfach gut ist!!:)

Wir waren sehr angetan von unseren Pizzen. Frisch aus dem Holzofen. Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend sind.
