Good Italian restaurant, with a nice atmosphere both inside and outside. Despite being partially located directly on the street, the food is on the rise again. The pizza has returned to the quality and taste it had before the move. The staff is friendly and attentive.

We ate at Milano this week. After Christmas 2024 had already been a difficult affair, we gave Milano another chance. Unfortunately, it was another complete disappointment. The waitress didn't know the menu. When we asked what "Antipasti Mare" was, we were told it was a shrimp cocktail. However, this was listed separately on the menu. When we pointed this out, we were told it was fish. We left it at that and were curious. After all, the menu was supposed to be a "fish variation." We ended up with an octopus salad, which was a real disappointment. We probably also got the wrong dish. The waitress couldn't provide any information. For the main course, we had a pasta dish with salsiccia and spaghetti with seafood. The pasta dish with salsiccia tasted good, but there was little of it. The spaghetti with seafood was okay, and the portion was large. When we finally wanted to pay, the next surprise came: According to the website, the Milano actually accepts the Pluxee/Sodexo card. When we tried to pay with it, it didn't work. Here, too, the staff weren't familiar with the payment method. I then paid as usual and asked other employees to please remove the payment option because it was misleading, which was exactly why we went to the Milano. No one knew anything about it... I emailed the Milano with what I've described here, but didn't receive a response. Hence the review. Conclusion: The Milano, as we once knew it from the Mareis-Saal, is, in my opinion, history. Prices have risen sharply, and the quality has somehow fallen by the wayside, or doesn't quite match the prices charged. There are better and cheaper Italian restaurants in the area.

We ordered food through Lieferando. The delivery time stated was 60 minutes. After over 165 minutes and several calls with a lack of customer service and sometimes rude replies, a very friendly delivery service delivered a cold pizza to us. This is already the second bad experience with this restaurant.

Salmon pasta had no sauce, pizza and food was cold after the delivery time of 1.5 hours.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience. The staff spoke very little German, making communication difficult. I also witnessed another member of staff shouting loudly at an employee – it seemed very unprofessional and disruptive.

I'm very disappointed! We've known the restaurant for a long time and were always very satisfied until about two years ago. Unfortunately, that has changed a lot. It seems as if the service and value for money have been steadily deteriorating since the renovation/move/expansion. The highlight was the last order. An Insalata Bombay (with fruit). There were, quite frankly, exactly three raspberries and four red grapes in the whole salad. That's cheeky and truly unimaginable compared to before! And then they charge me €14... The portions are also getting smaller and more expensive (but that's probably just due to the general economic situation 😉). We will definitely avoid the restaurant in the future, as the service in the shop itself is arrogant and extremely unfriendly, making you feel like a nuisance rather than a paying customer. I think the money is too precious for that.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even with my celiac disease. All pizzas are gluten-free, and I got a truly delicious focaccia, almost indistinguishable from a regular one. Even though we arrived in the afternoon, we were still able to choose all the dishes. Highly recommended!

Beautiful restaurant with an upscale ambiance. There's also a lovely outdoor seating area. Everything is clean, pleasantly decorated, and they provide cloth napkins. The food arrived very quickly and was delicious.

Pizzeria Milano is highly recommended. We were there on a Saturday and were able to sit outside in the beautiful weather. The ambiance in the dining room is also very pleasant. We ordered food for delivery at 11:30 a.m. They said it would take 20-40 minutes. At 2 p.m., the pizza arrived ice cold and barely edible! The driver was rude. Never had such a bad experience. There shouldn't be a pizzeria like this! No recommendation whatsoever, not even a star.

On July 1, 2025, at lunchtime, a lot of things went wrong at this restaurant: a pizza pane took about half an hour to arrive, and the pizza fantasia arrived after about 45 minutes, even though we canceled it after complaining twice. Other guests were treated harshly by the bar manager. She also gave other guests the wrong drinks. Today was not a good "poster" for such a well-known restaurant in this region. So: get better as soon as possible.

My food was delivered and everything was very fresh and the pizza was warm. Nice delivery man. I ordered 3 beers, 1 pizza Siciliana and Carpaccio di Salmone.

My family and I ordered food yesterday via Lieferando. We all had pasta. I had salmon pasta with broccoli in a cream sauce. Unfortunately, I didn't like it at all. It ended up containing ingredients that weren't listed: thick peppercorns, onions, and something green that tasted extremely bitter. It was barely salted, and the sauce didn't really taste like cream. I had to throw away more than half of it, which is a shame, because the pasta cost €20. The other pasta we ordered wasn't particularly tasty either, but we could eat it with a little extra seasoning. The cheesecake was delicious.

We were here yesterday for lunch, and because we enjoyed it so much, we came back today! April 12, 2023 We were at the "new" Milano today and we were thrilled. It was very tastefully decorated and cozy... The service was very friendly... The restaurant was busy, but the food still arrived quickly and was delicious 😋... Even the restrooms 🚽 are great, with a large mirror and an anthracite-colored tablecloth with gold/orange koi swimming around. I'll definitely be back... Very nice driver, the food arrived on time, and it was warm. It's definitely worth ordering from there, and I recommend it!

I called and was immediately greeted with an annoyed tone of voice. I was first asked whether I wanted to pick it up myself or have it delivered. I said "delivery," and the unfriendly lady on the phone responded with a sigh. She also seriously tried to persuade me by saying "1:30 hours delivery time." As you can see from the picture, it only took half an hour. If you don't want to work, just quit!

I had the pleasure of using Milano's catering service, and I'm absolutely thrilled! The food was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The selection of dishes was very good and delighted all of our guests. The service was professional and friendly, and everything was delivered on time. I highly recommend Milano and its catering service.

Ordered dinner for 4 people at 5:30 p.m. today. It's now 7:40 p.m. and after a call I was brushed off with a reply: "The colleague had already left." First time ordered and also the last time. I can't recommend anyone to order here. If I could give it less than one point I would! Addendum: Food arrived at 7:56 p.m., but the order was not complete. My gratinated tortellini were medium and oversalted.

Lifer service not recommended. 20-50 minutes turned into almost 2 hours!!!!! Ordered at 10:30 a.m. and the food was there shortly before half past twelve. Pasta and pizza weren't even lukewarm. Pizza dough already wobbly. Once and never again.

I went to dinner with my family yesterday afternoon, the service was great, everything else can be argued about. What I find worst of all is how the boss treats his employees, it's no longer human, the boys do a great job instead of being happy, they're scolded everywhere. I wouldn't put up with it myself, even though I've lost my appetite

Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly in the last few months. The pizzas are thinner and the dough is saved. There was also a bunch of flour on my ALREADY BAKED pizza!!!

Food was really good. I also liked the ambience. We had a very nice evening. 😀

We were there for dinner on the weekend. The ambience is outstanding and the service is excellent. But unfortunately the food (at least what we had!) can't really be recommended😟 We had tagliatelle with salmon and grilled salmon with potatoes. The tagliatelle sauce tasted like flour, there were far too many green peppercorns on the dish and you could see the salmon! The grilled salmon was a bit better, especially the green pesto and potatoes! But unfortunately the fish was grilled “dead”. For dessert there was an espresso, which was again excellent. But we won't be coming back.

We were always satisfied on site. With the food and the service. Which is why I ordered online, unfortunately half of it is always missing. Especially when I order a pizza pazzarella pizza with tomatoes, cheese, mushrooms, rocket, South Tyrolean ham and parmesan and then the rocket and ham are missing!! then that's something that doesn't work at all. Unfortunately, there was no response to my email. So I won't be ordering there anymore :/

In Italy you will be stoned! Pizza cold and hardly any taste

€129 for 5 pizzas? They didn't even correspond to the size as stated and were luke warm, and unfortunately the cola (instead of wine) that was promised was also missing. That was definitely the last time that someone served me a cold Parma e Rucola pizza for €27, we don't even want to talk about quality... Sorry, but not like that!!!

You can eat the food. I've been to worse restaurants. Ambience is also nice. What really bothered me was the service. Not all but one that was totally unfriendly. She should really learn how to talk to customers or other people. What a disgrace. I would fire this woman immediately. When you asked her something, she immediately became loud. Ordered pizza twice. The maximum time given was 55 minutes, but it took 1.45 hours. Food was only lukewarm. Pizza dough underground, the worst pizza I've ever tried. Dr. Oetker and Co are a delicacy on the other hand. I just tried it, I threw the rest away. The price for the product is an absolute disgrace. Never again!

Impression very good. Everything new, clean and great. The ambience and the quality of the furnishings were noticeable right from the start. The toilets were also very clean, even if they are difficult to find for a first-time visitor. We had reserved as a large group and were around 25 people. It was beautifully decorated. Cloth napkins folded into a bishop's hat as well as great cutlery and elegant chairs. There were even Peugeot salt and pepper mills. So the whole thing is pretty classy. Now to the problems. After the waiter came to take the orders, I was the only one who wasn't noticed at first. Okay, I thought, that could happen. Ordered later and it was good. The drink came quite quickly and was poured neatly. The only thing I would have liked was an orange instead of a slice of lemon in my special. Then the food was taken in. After much deliberation, I decided on a shrimp cocktail as a starter and the rigatoni with tomato sauce, beef strips and parmesan as the main course. So that sounds pretty great. The fact that the shrimp cocktail cost over 13 euros as a starter must speak for the quality, I thought. Same with the pasta for around 15 euros. Puppy cake. A bitter disappointment awaited me. When the shrimp cocktail arrived, a huge pile of shrimp cocktail was poured onto a serving platter and toasted run-of-the-mill wheat toast was placed to the left and right of it. Loveless and unimaginative and even worse, a nightmare in terms of taste. The shrimp were not only puny, but had the consistency of soaked, limp, tasteless, I'll call them shrimp. And that with a cocktail sauce that probably comes from a 10 liter bucket. But at least I had heartburn after the third fork. It's no wonder if you only eat ketchup with canned shrimp. Yay. Already a good start. At least there was some baguette and small rolls on the table. Better than nothing. And then came the finale. So cruel that I basically had it returned completely. Where is the best place to start? The pasta was at least al dente. Probably the cheap ones from ALDI, but given as a gift. Anyway, the best thing about the food. The sauce was basically water with onions, a hint of tomato and no taste at all. The supposedly fresh Parmesan is much too thick and somehow dried out and the meat cannot be beaten in terms of cruelty. This had the taste of at least a week in the fridge, combined with really gentle flax and tendons, where care was taken to kill them as often as possible so that they could be served chewy. And then not even an adequate amount. Estimated around 50 grams. Maybe a few grams more. At least nothing that justifies this price. It definitely wasn't loin or even fillet. More like the rest of last week. And then still without taste. Just throw some shit together in the 0815, hope that the stupid guest doesn't notice what rubbish you're selling and then enjoy the profit. I know more than enough restaurants that charge maybe a few euros more, but then really deliver. And not that kind of customer stupidity. I was quite upset about such a meal. The others' food didn't look so great either. You could just tell that the Milano was designed for mass and speed. The ingredients never really looked great. And the fact that the cream stuff didn't taste that bad is probably no wonder. The antipasti also looked more like a finished product and the pizza was pretty puny for the money. The service was perhaps not unfriendly, but was very busy waiting to be spoken to. When I let the food go back virtually untouched and I refused an alternative meal that was offered, the whole thing was over again. No sorry or reconciliation, just done. Not even a coffee on the house. In any case, I'll never go there again.

Sorry, but that has nothing to do with lasagna anymore. An indefinable dimension between layers of pasta and some cheese on top. The bowl is now filled again and no longer half empty. At least something positive, but no longer relevant to me.

I made a typo on a delivery order and sent it - but called straight away. Instead of even addressing the matter, someone called into the kitchen and then just hung up. - Well, bravo.

I have ordered pizzas several times and am always very satisfied with the taste and quality! 🍕 Only the delivery times are sometimes very inaccurate: instead of the announced 60 minutes, the delivery arrived after just 20 minutes. Difficult if you plan ahead and order earlier (complaining at a high level! ☺️) Unfortunately, the pasta dishes are not nearly as good. Spaghetti Napoli tastes bland, is overcooked and could use a lot more flavor! Very, very unfortunate.

Last night I had dinner at Milano with a larger group. Staff, ambience etc. were perfect. However, I was very disappointed with my food... The daily menu included, among other things, braised rabbit. I ordered the rabbit, as did another member of the group. We then joked about who would get the rabbit's head... then the food came and two rabbit teeth grinned at me from the plate... even if the head is braised, it doesn't belong on the plate... I was more than surprised. My “blackhead” only received the skeleton of the rabbit……the dish was also too salty. After complaining and complaining about the food, we each received a limoncello as compensation. Overall, the food was very disappointing for me, we won't be going to Milano again anytime soon, it's a shame...

Wonderful dinner and great service. Everyone was so pleasant! We had our little dog with us and they brought her a bowl of water. We had lasagna and spaghetti bolognese. Very delicious! And of course cappuccino and gelato. The bill was very reasonable and we were not rushed at all. Fantastic evening.

Best pizza place in Rosenheim and the area the "Pizza Milano" is the best pizza ive had since being in italy a few years ago the servers were also very nice the athmosphere was very good (went on wednesday 18:00)

The staff was very quick, very friendly and had good logistics: there were many service staff present and everyone did everything. The boss also worked normally. Have ordered to be picked up. Staff was in a bad mood. The pizza is cheaper than others, but very small. The noodles didn't taste like anything, but they were too expensive. OK if necessary.

Chic, stylishly designed restaurant with fine dishes. The service was also very good. The price-performance ratio is also right. There were clean sanitary facilities and there were good parking spaces nearby. You can sit nicely outside if the weather is right. We'd love to come back :-)

The food was quite good, but relatively bland. Service is sometimes simply impossible, totally hectic. Your plate is almost cleared away even though you haven't finished eating yet. But the furnishings are very nice.

We have been thrilled with the restaurant so far and have eaten there often. Then we discovered the great ice cream sundaes. A few days ago we ordered a piece of cake from the display case. There was a turquoise shimmer between the pieces of dough, which thank God I noticed. The cake was completely moldy! Something like that shouldn't happen in the catering industry! We told the waitress, who looked at it briefly, mumbled yes, I can see, and left with the plate. Later a waiter came and asked if we would like something else from the cake display. The boss of the house was standing at the front of the counter the whole time, he certainly didn't miss it! There was neither a verbal apology nor a word of regret. We paid and left. We won't be visiting this restaurant again!

A restaurant, centrally located with parking in the nearby parking garage. The restaurant is visually appealing. However, the pizza we ate was below average, thin, limp and the base stuck to the plate.

Very ambitious and fast staff, which results in good to very good service. The cuisine can definitely be described as exceptional. The gluten-free (senza glutine) pizzas are extremely tasty. We didn't know that (outside Italy). A good selection of wines and the right beer in the right place round off the successful overall picture. Speaking of clean: everything is fine! The spacious sanitary rooms and guest rooms are spotlessly clean. And I was able to leave my 2018 Lagrein (🤫🤤), which was only half empty, until the next visit. The outdoor area is loosely furnished. You don't sit on each other. The olive trees arranged between the tables create a Mediterranean flair and pleasantly cool the outdoor area. This even makes the voracious Mangfall Canal mosquitoes (🦟) bearable. But you should have a BRUM BRUM with you outside in the evening. Milano Kolbermoor is the right place to pleasantly interrupt your journey, end the working day with high-quality and well-prepared food and delicious drinks or treat your wife/girlfriend/family to an exquisite meal at the weekend. Restaurant owner in very poor mental health...treats his staff inhumanely. As a guest, such screaming attacks make you feel uncomfortable. We feel sorry for the employees. We will avoid the restaurant in the future.

Nice restaurant, pleasant atmosphere. Service is friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the food is not convincing. Vitello tonnato was prepared with an indefinable mayonnaise-based sauce. It's a shame, according to other reviews, not the first time.

I order pasta filled with scampi, for €15.90 then the bowl was half empty and exactly two scampi were put on the tomato sauce. For the price, I think the food is really too expensive. The taste is not great for an Italian restaurant. A pity

As an old Italian driver, I haven't felt so comfortable for a long time. When I got the “Cafe Coretto” I ordered at the counter after the meal, which was really very good, my feeling for Italy was perfect. I was happy to pay a mark more for the meal.

Pizza dough is very tough. Hard to cut and difficult to chew. It's a shame, the surface was actually good.

Now the best pizzeria far and wide. Service very friendly and accommodating, we've been there twice recently, there's absolutely nothing to complain about.

Fast delivery, an extremely friendly delivery person, delicious food! And as if that wasn't desirable enough, there was also a bottle of wine included in the delivery as a gift. A clear recommendation from me for the Pizzeria Milano!

The boss and two employees are very unfriendly. You don't know how to deal well with your employees and after the pizza I had a stomach ache. Of course I can't say with certainty that it was because of the pizza but I don't eat there anymore.
