We had fried rice with vegetables and beef strips to take away twice. Price was quite ok. Vegetables were very sparse, beef was ok. We'll try again

I have been to the Mi Da restaurant several times and can only recommend it. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is mostly friendly. However, the real reason you should come here is the sushi. The quality is really excellent and the price is absolutely justified. It tastes amazing every time! The restaurant is also highly recommended for pick-up. If you're looking for good sushi at a fair price, this is definitely the right place for you!

Yesterday evening we ordered sushi, a curry and udon noodles for delivery. After about 45 minutes the driver arrived, but all of the sushi was forgotten. Additionally, we were charged more than expected and no copy of the invoice was provided. After a telephone complaint about the lack of sushi in the restaurant, it was delivered to us after another 40 minutes. Unfortunately we discovered that the wrong sushi was delivered. Due to a communication error when ordering, we incurred additional costs that we could not understand. This led to a phone call with the manager of the restaurant, who became rude and loud as the conversation progressed. This happened despite us matter-of-factly and calmly pointing out that we had been waiting for our food for over 80 minutes, which was another inconvenience. To make matters worse, the quality of the food was disappointing - it was cold and the taste was unconvincing. Overall, the experience was extremely unsatisfactory.

Always delicious and freshly prepared dishes! Plenty of vegetarian options! We like to have lunch there, but we're missing a bit of flair in the evening. You can also order and pick up! We'd love to come back!

We went to Mi-Da for dinner with our family and were thrilled. Very good food, the service staff was very friendly, especially to our children and we will definitely come back. Parking and getting a table straight away without a reservation wasn't a problem either. Thank you for everything.

The quality of the food is excellent and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately the service doesn't keep up. Our waiter was in a bad mood, very unfriendly, spoke bad German, miscalculated the calculation and suddenly started shouting loudly. It's a shame, because otherwise it would be a good recommendation.

We had dinner there yesterday on a November Sunday. There was sushi and glass noodles. Both tasted excellent. However, the service was subpar. Two young girls, both friendly but totally disorganized. Both would need basic training: is there cutlery on the table, are the guests waiting at the table for a long time, do they perhaps want to have a drink, does the food come to the table warm, is there enough soy sauce on the table, can the food be served to everyone at the same time ? There is certainly a lot to be done on Sundays due to the ordering service, but then more staff may need to be hired. Another minus: not everything that was on the menu was there. Mango Lassi wasn't possible at the moment and dessert was also available.

I have been going to this restaurant regularly since it opened and am very satisfied every time. The food is always excellent, the service is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. The price-performance ratio is right here. Clear recommendation!

We celebrated my little brother's birthday at Mi-Da restaurant and I have to say we couldn't have found a cozier place. The service staff were attentive and read our wishes from our lips. The food was excellent. Thank you very much and see you soon!

Yesterday we had dinner at your restaurant, it wasn't the first time but we felt like we were in a new place. The atmosphere was so pleasant and the service staff were very attentive and friendly despite the high occupancy and guests' complaints about the lack of certain drinks. The Vietnamese restaurant offers solid cuisine that impresses in terms of taste, but unfortunately the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired. The furnishings seem a bit bland and give a slightly uncomfortable feeling, but are still acceptable. Unfortunately, the reception was almost completely canceled, which didn't make the start of the evening ideal. The extensive menu offers a large selection, but is not particularly clearly laid out. The cleanliness in the restaurant was okay, but the toilets are very dated and in urgent need of renovation. The service overall was not professional. The waiters wore everyday clothes and seemed unengaged. There was uncertainty when ordering, but instead of supporting us, we received little help. In addition, a drink was brought in the wrong quantity and was not corrected despite a complaint. The sauce was also initially forgotten, but this was later remedied. Despite these shortcomings, the taste of the food was good and the restaurant could be worth recommending. However, there is a lot of room for improvement, especially in the areas of service and ambience.

Unfortunately I have to change my rating from good to bad. We were guests at MiDa from the start and were always satisfied… the service, starters, main courses and sushi everything was top. It now seems that the quality of taste and service has become quite poor. After the third time we were disappointed, we decided to avoid MiDa. Really a shame

After the cryo treatment we went here for lunch. We had a good time here and really enjoyed the food. We were particularly pleasantly surprised by the baked salmon. We'll be back.

Everything tastes really good and it's amazing how so few people can make everyone happy so quickly. Plus, getting takeaways ready and always in a good mood. We particularly liked the young man, Mr. Hai, who always served in a friendly and courteous manner and had everything under control. Highly recommended to go there. Bon appetite. We ordered there for the second time today and unfortunately we have to realize that we will never do it again... the driver pointed out the tip that it was better not to do it through Lieferando... Then unfortunately something was missing from the order and when we called them We were informed that the order can now either only be picked up in person or you will receive a voucher... to our regret we also discovered that the salmon had not been filleted correctly...

Not recommended. I don't normally write bad reviews, but after this experience it's important to me that you know what you're getting into when you order or eat here. I've ordered from Mi-Da several times and also eaten there and it was actually quite okay - the taste wasn't outstanding but it was okay. Yesterday I ordered there again for a long time. After the food was delivered I discovered that an incorrect dish had been delivered with prawns instead of beef. Since I don't like shrimp, I tried calling the place again. After 5 attempts someone answered the phone. I have worked in the catering industry myself and completely understand that mistakes can happen. There was a young girl on the phone who seemed rather awkward. I then explained to her that I had been delivered the wrong food. She then asked me what I had ordered, that she had made a mistake and whether the wrong delivery was okay. When I said no, there was silence on the line for a while. I guess they discussed what to do next? After a few minutes, I heard another voice on the phone - a supervisor? After a lot of back and forth, he then offered me that he could simply give me a €5 voucher and that I should eat the dish with the shrimp. I was visibly annoyed because the whole phone call itself was very laborious and no one came to meet me in any way, didn't apologize or was understanding in any way. Since I don't eat shrimp, I would have had to throw the food away and basically paid €15 for nothing. When I explained to him again a little louder that that wasn't okay for me, I was assured that the food I had ordered would be delivered later. However, it was very important to him that I definitely give the shrimp dish back. It's kind of strange to insist on it like that, I've never experienced it like that - but well, I don't care, I'll just give it up. Then after another 40 minutes the correct dish was delivered. Annoying experience, but then the food was there. The taste was okay, I didn't notice any abnormalities. However, it didn't stop there. During the night I woke up because I was plagued by nausea and stomach cramps. I couldn't sleep again until I vomited several times and all the food was out! I've never experienced anything like that - neither in Thailand, Mexico or Egypt have I had any problems with vomiting or such stomach pain. That was definitely the last time I ordered there. Insanely annoying experience! If you want high-quality food and a large selection, I can only recommend Nha Trang in Pulheim - unfortunately they don't deliver, but if I had known that, I would definitely have made the trip. Nha Trang is definitely the better decision in terms of taste.

So you shouldn't go there later than 9 p.m.... They actually didn't want us to eat anything, even though the opening times clearly say otherwise... according to the internet it's open until 10.30 p.m.!!!! After a little begging and the promise that we would be able to order something quickly, we were finally allowed to sit down.... And it was so worth it... The food was incredibly delicious!!! Choosing a drink wasn't that easy, because there were no longer large drinks or a large bottle of water... But let's put it that way... Our goal was good food and then we got it! Important... You can't get into the restaurant with a wheelchair... There are a few small stairs up.

I was there for the first time today, the food is okay, service was okay. However, the sushi was rolled so poorly that the pieces fell apart and fell into the soy sauce. Huge mess. The table and clothes were completely dirty. So if you want to eat sushi, you might want to wear dark clothes. But maybe the chef was just having a bad day today.

This is the second time that Mi Da doesn't find it necessary to answer the phone. So I drove over to tell them their phone wasn't working. But they say they are too busy to answer the phone and take orders. They let me know that they don't want to make deliveries because they don't have time for it. We often order from Mi-Da and the quality of the food is simply great! Always tasty, warm and simply better than others. Yesterday we were there for the first time. The food was great as usual, if not better! The service was also great at the beginning. The restaurant was also quite empty. Unfortunately, after the main course, no one came to order drinks or dessert. After a while we decided against more drinks and dessert and instead decided to pay. It's a shame, more could have been achieved here. The restaurant looks a bit more upscale from the outside than the furnishings and ambience inside. Still, overall a great restaurant in terms of food. We would be happy to order again.

The service is very different and requests are not even addressed. I was served a cola that had been sitting in the sun all day, non-carbonated and warm like tea. You get ripped off with a smile on your face. Never again.

Sushi and summer rolls were fine. Food was delicious. The Phô soup was good meat but a tough story. Prices fair.

The food is convincing at MIDA, but you don't feel like you're being taken seriously as a customer. Dealing with your own mistakes is an absolute disaster. Concrete example: We ordered sushi to be picked up and received the wrong dish. This can happen and is absolutely not bad. However, there was neither an apology nor an offer to deliver the correct dish at short notice. The only feedback we got was that we should take the dish we were given. After we said no, because surprisingly we wanted to eat the dish we had ordered, the correct dish was prepared. However, instead of just delivering it (within 3 km), we had to pick it up. In addition, people seemed to be afraid that something from the other dish would be eaten. Therefore, the most important thing was not to satisfy the customer, but rather to point out several times that the old dish had to be brought back. We use the delivery service quite often. Recently we have received the wrong dish several times (2-3 times). After the last incident, I decided to write this review because the way complaints were handled was always disappointing. Dear MIDA team, we appreciate your food and are regular customers. But that's not how you treat new or regular customers. Due to the good quality of the food, I would have liked to give it 2.5 stars, but unfortunately that is not possible. Therefore there are 2 stars

We were here at lunchtime. The service was friendly and quick. The food was consistently good and tasty, and the portions were generous. The furnishings are simple and don't invite you to linger for long. The prices are fair. For a quick meal at street food level, it's completely ok. If you like Asian cuisine, you should take a look.

It's been absolutely catastrophic!! The quality and service have continuously decreased dramatically. Ordered via Lieferando at 5 p.m. for 6:30 p.m. - food arrived at 7:45 p.m. Each order for delivery takes almost 2 hours for 3 km. Wrong food is delivered regularly and no soy sauce OR STICKS are delivered with the €60 sushi order - ridiculous. Now for the worst: This store cannot be reached by phone!!! So you can't complain yourself. If you can't get deliveries on track, you should leave it alone. The sushi quality also became very poor. You have lost good customers - yesterday was the last order.

We had reserved there for a specific time and received the reservation confirmation by email. When we arrived at the restaurant on time, our seat was already taken. There was no apology, nor was it incomprehensible to the employees that something like this could happen. Very annoying

Food is great! Service just a bit disorganized. You could approach the customer more if the glasses had already been ready for 30 minutes. stand empty. And at exactly 9:30 p.m. the checkout was made and we had to leave the restaurant shortly afterwards. Otherwise you can really recommend the food.

I wanted to order food. Unfortunately I was treated very unkindly and in the end they even hung up on me. It has been claimed that the number S60 does not exist on the map available online. Even when I said what the dish was called, I was insulted. When asked to adjust the card online, they simply hung up on me.

It was very tasty, only the NigiriSushi 🍣 wasn't that tasty. It's better to just order the Vietnamese dishes there, because they were very tasty 😋

Traveled from Czech Republic to check out some cars, Motor Show Essen and went here by reviews. I must say, I didn’t expect such a great food quality and taste. Staff was amazing! Food was quickly served. And I had duck with Curry. It was just amazing. I can say the same about the shrimps. Taste just on top, + the sauce

Das Essen war lecker und es war nett angerichtet. Aber der Service lässt absolut zu wünschen übrig. Es hat knapp 15 Minuten gedauert, bis wir Getränke und Essen bestellen durften. Auch zwischendurch kam niemand mal zum Tisch um zu fragen ob alles OK ist, oder ob wir noch etwas bestellen möchten. Und der Laden war nur etwa zur Hälfte gefüllt, wir waren Sonntag nachmittags hier. So macht es leider keinen Spaß.

Meine Auswahl Menü zum selber rollen Qualität eines Schnellimbisses. Geschmacklich fad , Salat und Kräuter wurden bei Nachfrage gebracht. Preis/Leistung schlecht. Geratener Reis mit Huhn war ok. Resultat: besser wieder zum Lueblings Thailänder Pulheim

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Nachdem wir Auskunft über die Allergene haben wollten und dies nicht beantwortet werden konnte, wurden wir absolut unfreundlich ignoriert und von einem anderen Kellner bedient, der mindestens genau so unfreundlich war. Keiner in dem Lokal konnte deutsch und niemand wusste etwas über die Allergene (nicht mal die Köche) Zudem waren diese auf der Karte nicht immer korrekt ausgeschildert. Das Essen (Glasnudeln) waren leider auch nicht lecker

Essen war super lecker, jedoch großer Minuspunkt: die Edamame, die wir bekamen, waren die Abfälle des Nachbartisches. Bei Beschwerde kam keine Entschuldigung, wurde lediglich ersetzt. Preis wurde auch nicht angeglichen. Service ist echt nicht gut, aber das Sushi an sich ungemein lecker, deswegen trotzdem insgesamt 3 Sterne.

Essen ist in Ordnung. Keine mega Erfahrung sondern eher satt werden.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Ich hatte Gebratene Reis mit Ente gegessen!

Die Gerichte waren gut, aber es gibt durchaus noch Verbesserungspotential. Beim Service muss ich leider Abzüge machen, die Bedienung war sehr nett aber alle Gerichte kamen mit großem Zeitversatz, es erhielten nicht alle Personen an einem Tisch gleichzeitig ihr Essen, dann bekamen Tische die wesentlich später gekommen waren, früher ihr Essen. Ausgerechnet die Kinder bekamen zuletzt ihr Essen und sie hatten keine komplizierten Gerichte gewählt. Während einige schon fertig mit Essen waren, bekamen andere gerade ihr Gericht, das hat die Stimmung etwas getrübt. Das Restaurant ist für uns nur noch eine Alternative, wenn nicht anderes mehr verfügbar wäre. Schade, denn das Potenzial für mehr ist gegeben.

Das Essen ist großartig,tolles Sushi in top Qualität,wir waren jetzt schon 2 mal dort essen,jedesmal super. Am Service kann man noch bisschen arbeiten,die jungen Damen sind nett und zuvorkommend,der Herr hinter dem Tressen macht leider den Anschein,als wenn man nervt.Was mir leider nicht so gut gefallen hat,waren die riesigen Hunde am Nachbartisch,die kamen mir einfach zu nahe beim Essen.Aber jeder Jeck ist anders und da kann das Restaurant nichts dafür.

Durch das ständige rein und raus der Leute, die Essen abholen wird es , bei kälterem Wetter besonders ,teilweise etwas ungemütlich. Die Plätze am Fenster sind schöner aber auch kühler. Mir hat das Sushi sehr gut geschmeckt.
