Nice atmosphere, inside and outside. Always nice waiters. New pizza tree for a year. Pizza dough has been lying around for a long time. Super thin and very digestible. Favorite pizza - Napoli with capers and anchovies.

The food and the ambience were perfect. Unfortunately the toilet was dirty and there was no soap or dry towels available. I asked the service whether it could be refilled, and they just smiled mildly and replied that someone was only there to look after the toilet in the morning. I offered to refill the soap myself if they gave it to me. I found that very unfortunate. Washing your hands without soap is not nice in a public toilet. The response from service left a lasting impression.

Very nice restaurant with a large selection of food and drinks

We had ordered 2 pizzas to pick up, when I got there I noticed that the order had not been passed on to the kitchen. I was offered a drink straight away and then I paid directly to the bartender, who probably withheld €2 for the drink?! After about 10 minutes the head waiter came again and asked about the pizzas I had ordered (Regina, Romana) and went into the kitchen to probably check again. I got the pizzas and then realized at home that the Regina pizza wasn't there, but a completely different one. It's a shame since the order went wrong anyway.

Waiter very apathetic, not unfriendly but not accommodating either. Not particularly inviting to linger. Pizza and salads are OK and good sizes, but there is still room for improvement in terms of taste.

I have been to eat here several times and from the first time I was certain that it would not be the last. I tried various dishes including the Gourmet pizzas (I'm still missing a couple and I can say I've tried them all) which I absolutely recommend. Beautiful tastefully furnished environment. I highly recommend this place if you want to spend a pleasant evening. In first place I put the quality of the dishes that are served from starters to desserts, all this in a warm and familiar environment. Not to mention the professional, attentive and thoughtful service, ready to fulfill our every request as the director Luca did personally.

Absolute impudence & NEVER again! We paid €27.50 for children's meals! We wanted a piece of meat for our child - they said they can make everything in a small portion. Ordered beef without any side dishes. We were charged for everything without even getting the side dishes! In the end it was said - well you can't make the meat in a small portion - very disappointing! In addition, the floor in the restaurant was totally dirty!

we ordered food over the phone. Once there we repeated our small order for 2 people. At home we noticed that the repeated order of vegetables was missing from the calamari. The calamari was 3 mini pieces and the vegetables were missing. My son definitely wasn't full. My seafood salad was OK. This is extremely unfortunate for such a small order.

Das wirklich schöne Ambiente und der einwandfreie Service machen die äußerst geschmacklose Pizza Napoli einigermaßen wett. Pizzateig: zäh wie Kaugummi und irgendwie nicht ganz durchgebacken Belag: zwei kümmerliche Sardellen, aufgehübscht mit drei Kapern und Oliven —> Fazit: vor sechs Jahren habe ich mir bereits geschworen aufgrund des unterdurchschnittlichen Essens nicht mehr dort essen zu gehen … vielleicht mache ich in sechs Jahren wieder denselben Fehler 🙈

1 star for food that was good. But everything else is bad. It was our wedding anniversary and my wife called to see if it would be possible to decorate the table a little. Got a table at the end. Every other guest was shown the day menu, unfortunately we weren't! As already mentioned above, the food was good, hence 1 star. When our neighboring table was cleared and cleaned, the cellar simply wiped the crumbs from the table towards us. In our opinion it doesn't work at all. When we paid, the change was simply slapped on the table. Unfortunately you don't know goodbye!!! Well, maybe we're used to something different and know that we won't be eating out here anymore.

We had on April 5th. In the evening our girls' get-together at MiSu. The atmosphere is great and very cozy, you feel really comfortable. We all ate different dishes from pizza's, salads and meat dishes. Each of us enjoyed it very much. Big, big compliments to the chef. Also to our waiter Luca, who is very nice, very friendly and funny. In general the staff is really nice. We had a lot of fun and a wonderful and great evening. We all know the MiSu and are always thrilled. We would love to come back. The restaurant is definitely recommended. Everything MEGA! Simply great!

It's getting worse and worse with the quality of the food. Nice atmosphere, service deserves high praise. You've gotten used to the fact that the quality fluctuates and probably depends on the kitchen's setting. But if a simple pizza tastes like a shoebox, then it's time to stop going. All other dishes ordered were of subpar quality. That was actually an insult to Italy. Appearance is greater than reality. A pity.

Valentine's Day. Special menu. Totally overpriced and not good. The wine sauce tasted like mulled wine, the cheese sauce like a finished product, you didn't get full, despite 5 courses. The service was completely overwhelmed. Pure rip-off.

Ihr Lokal war bislang mein Lieblingsitaliener. Aber was ich gestern erlebt habe das war unmöglich. Meine Frau und ich bestellten eine Tomaten Suppe und als Hauptgericht von der Tafel 2mal Spaghetti Vongule um 18 00Uhr Tomatensuppe war ok aber die Spaghetti waren kalt und die Muscheln musste man mit der Lupe suchen. Ich bin bereit auch für Spaghetti 17 00€ zu bezahlen aber das was hier geboten wurde das geht gar nicht. Der Koch konnte eigentlich nicht überlastet gewesen sein denn wir waren erst etwa 8 Gäste im Lokal. Ich bin gespannt ob Sie mir eine Erklärung senden. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Peter

Extremely friendly staff. Senior and child friendly. Attentive and courteous. The food was excellent across the board, as were the drinks. The prices are not super cheap, but they are extremely fair for the quality offered!

Ein netter Abend in stimmungsvollem, weihnachtlichen Ambiente. Die Penne Arrabiata waren lecker, wobei sie noch etwas mehr Würze vertragen konnten -dafür gab's Salz, Pfeffer und würzigen Parmesan. Der Keller war sehr freundlich, wobei er bei dem zur Hälfte gefüllten Restaurant vielleicht ein kleines bisschen aufmerksamer hätte sein können. Unabhängig davon lief super und wir waren absolut zufrieden. Auch erwähnenswert ist, dass im MiSu erfreulicherweise ordentlich geheizt wird, sodass Schal & Co. im Eck liegen durften. Leider heizen mittlerweile viele Gastronomen fast nicht mehr ein, was für das Wohlfühlambiente der Gäste extrem unangenehm ist. Hier ist es wirklich herrlich angenehm temperiert gewesen. Fazit: Immer wieder gerne :-)

Great ambience, acceptable food (not really good pizza, rather below average for the area). Service was unfortunately very inattentive, good atmosphere but poor performance. I cannot recommend Mi Casa Su Casa, especially not for business lunches.

Stilvoller Italiener mit sehr freundlichem Service und hervorragendem Essen. Der Vorspeisenteller ist reichlich, die Hauptspeise, Scampi aglio e olio in Parmesankäse, ein Gedicht. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal hier - auf Empfehlung eines Freundes. Nun ja, im Erdgeschoss ist es eher bedrängt und funktionell, da dachte oben wird es nicht anders sein...falsch gedacht. Oben ist das Ambiente sehr einladend. Unser Kellner war zuerst aufmerksam, gab ins die Karten und Empfang unsere Bestellung nicht gerade herzlich. Nun ja, 2 Männer...dachte ich...ein (kleinerer) Italiener...lass Stecken. Okay, die Pizza kam erfreulich schnell...und ich befürchtete Schlimmes...keinesfalls. Es war einfach sehr gut, so gut, dass ich vergaß ein Photo zu machen! Und das will was heißen bei mir. Wir wollten als "Absacker" einen Cappuccino und einen Espresso...aber darauf warteten wir 20 Minuten...Mit einer Nachfrage danach nach 15 Minuten ( 😉 )! Preislich eher auf der höheren Ebene...Pizza so um die €15 - aber auch geschmacklich genauso angesiedelt! Respekt, nichts zu meckern. Sensation bei mir. Also geht hin und macht Euch selber schlau und fällt Euer eigenes Urteil.

Cosy,not suitable for people who might need Elevators ,only stairway available. Also for people with small children not conducive. I ordered for a 15 months baby food( Spaghetti with tomato sauce) Only to be served an adult potion which was way bigger than my order, bearing in mind I emphasized on a small potion, the whole food ended up wasted and being thrown. The dining area upstairs is very loud, downstairs is abit quiet.

Ich war am gestrigen Samstag abends spontan mit meinen Eltern dort essen. Dass wir so spontan einen Tisch bekommen haben, ist positiv zu erwähnen. Leider war der Service gestern jedoch nicht gut. Es wirkte, als wären nur 2 Kellner dort, wir mussten immer sehr lange auf jemanden warten, um etwas zu bestellen, oder wenn etwas anderes war. Hinzu kommt, dass direkt neben uns ein großer Tisch mit 3 Familien aus Italien saß, welche immer bevorzugt behandelt worden sind und wo mit Verlaub, die Kinder das ganze Lokal zusammen geschriehen haben und auch die Erwachsenen sich stets in übermäßigerLautstärke unterhalten haben. Eine gewisse Lautstärke ist natürlich ok, aber dies war eindeutig zu viel.

Ich war schon ungezählte Male dort und leider muss ich sagen dass die Qualität, sowohl den Service, als auch das Essen betreffend, immer schlechter geworden ist. Der Service ist total unaufmerksam, vergisst ständig etwas oder bringt das falsche Gericht und das Essen schmeckt nach gar nichts, überhaupt nicht gewürzt. Wenn man keine Bewirtungsrechnung wünscht, kommt der Kellner einfach mit dem Gesamtbetrag auf einem Zettel?! Bin sehr enttäuscht und werde ganz sicher erstmal nicht mehr hingehen

Das Lokal 'Mi Casa Su Casa' in Planegg hat uns rundum überzeugt! Wir haben draußen auf der Terrasse gegessen und die Atmosphäre war einfach herrlich. Die Pizza Spinaci war köstlich und hat unseren Geschmack voll getroffen. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, der freundliche italienische Gastgeber hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Vielfalt der Gäste hat die Erfahrung noch interessanter gemacht. Insgesamt war es ein gelungener Abend und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen, um erneut das gute Essen, die herzliche Bedienung und die lebendige Stimmung zu genießen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die gutes Essen und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre suchen!
