Absolutely awesome in every way.

I've just finished eating here and am writing the review, I can only agree with the others. No greeting, just busy with himself. The shop is good for getting a quick meal. What surprised me was that it was relatively clean there. There are definitely better shops.

The food is of good quality and doesn't taste overly seasoned. However, the staff is completely unfriendly and even dismissive.

Had much better days. Too little sauce, too dry.

A really great shop. Both pizza and kebab dishes taste consistently good. Boss and employees always nice and friendly!

The rotisserie spit doesn't turn too fast, at least I don't get dizzy watching it.

Was always our first port of call for a quick and good kebab, unfortunately the quality has declined significantly.

Very, very good kebab, the shop is also clean and as soon as someone doesn't behave in the shop they are thrown out as they should be. Service can still improve a bit, otherwise it's really great and in the end you come for the kebab

Bread more unstable than the Turkish economy. Ordered kebab to take away and made a kebab plate at home because half of the bread had already given up hope like I had for my future

We liked it very much, we ordered kebab for the table, they didn't even give us 3 lavash with it. There are no napkins on the table, it's a bit sloppy. I won't come here again.

We just bought lahmacun and doner kebab, number 10 as always.

I'm so disappointed. I've always ordered there in the past and everything was top notch.. but now it's a disaster for the second time in a row. The last time we had to throw away the food so we threw away 30 euros. I had a complete stomach ache and diarrhea.. a shame

So I ordered kebab and pizza in the evening and it arrived very quickly. It was very tasty warm, the driver was very relaxed. Gladly again and can only recommend the food

I had dinner there with a colleague. I ordered the Adana plate with cocktail sauce and my colleague ordered something else. After 20 minutes the plate was handed to me in an unfriendly manner. The meat was grilled to death, a dollop of hot sauce and a dollop of canned yogurt, and to top it off, the string salad. While we ate then. Another customer came in and asked the stupid kebab boy in English what kind of meat that was. The stupid kebab boy, who didn't graduate from school, was then confused because he couldn't speak English. Conclusion of the whole thing: garbage to eat, Great for funny, dumb comedy.

PLUS AND MINUS ___ Hello. I always enjoy eating with you. The menus and sauces are delicious, portions are good and so is the way they are served. BUT I also have a few criticisms/wishes. 1) Hygiene: I don't think it's good that you touch the food with your hands (preferably with gloves). And tables and everything on them should be cleaned more often. 2) The “TO-GO window” for quick pickup should be expanded. This is TOP. But unfortunately it's only provisionally prepared at the moment. 3) Toilet or at least a sink on the ground floor: It would be great if there was a place to wash your hands in the shop, I mean up on the ground floor. At least that. Of course, a toilet suitable for the disabled would be perfect, perhaps also with a changing facility. A lot of people come to you, you have a great location at the Galatea complex - I would make better use of that. Not everyone can walk down the spiral staircase! 4) Rooms: Making it more comfortable and friendly for families would be cool. Also the outside area. 5) Black / burnt flatbread: Please do not offer it to customers to eat, eating burnt bread can cause cancer. 6) Room air: The charcoal grill totally “poisons” you if you sit inside for a long time and inhale the burnt fumes. That can't be healthy. You can't go there with your children or family. Hair and clothes also smell extremely burnt after sitting inside and eating. I'm mainly talking about the winter months. Can't you move the charcoal grill to another room?? Another solution has to be found.

I ate here today and was initially disappointed with the service...someone was always on his cell phone and when I ordered he forgot to put the sauce on the kebab, then they put it on me and my appetite disappeared because there was so much I didn't want any sauce on it, you could have bathed the kebab in the sauce. I loved being here at first, but now it's no longer a shame

Everything was great, very tasty food

We were there on a Monday. We weren't greeted in the first few minutes. The two men, a woman and a boy at the counter seemed preoccupied with themselves. The interior smelled of burnt coal, which could have been due to the charcoal grill inside (how cool!?). After a few minutes and two “Hello” times, we were noticed. We order a soup and a kebab and stood there until the boy paid us minutes later. He seemed extremely unfriendly, but he wasn't. Minutes later we were told that we could sit down and that food would be brought, so we went outside. The outside view on the street is not pretty, but okay. The building is getting old. At some point something will fall off. Then the food came. That wasn't good, but it wasn't bad either. Without the liquid sauce the kebab would probably have been better. The soup was OK. After taking our things away we were said goodbye. Anyway. Another word about cleanliness: the table was a bit dirty. It wasn't cleaned either.

So aggressive and simply laid out. Food doesn't taste good at all. I don't want to go there.

A bit of friendly service, maybe with a smile and you would feel more comfortable as a customer.

I ordered Adana, taste is not price, it would be very small, the Adana is unbelievable. I will never set foot in there and the unfriendly staff.

Good food and nice team. The kebab meat is juicy and the sauce is really tasty. Price performance absolutely fair. The pizza selection is manageable and also good. I've already spent one or two lunch breaks here and will probably do so more often.

I was a bit skeptical at first because the reviews were so mediocre, but on a recommendation I went there with friends last week. I liked the food very much and the portions were really reasonable for the prices. I think that's great, because you often pay a lot of money and hardly get anything. It's different here. Unfortunately, the staff was not friendly and served us in an aggressive tone and listlessly. The ambience is okay. It's easy to sit and chat with several people. A great thing is that warm flatbread was brought to us while we waited, which was really tasty. I'll come again.

Totally nice and a large kebab bread from which no sauce can leak. My kebab was layered, which I thought was great (meat salad sauce and then meat salad sauce again). Super tasty, thank you very much!!

Keep your distance from the load. I'd rather be hungry. I'll tell you honestly, I have the worst stomach ache, I have to throw up, I don't feel well at all and that's 10 minutes after eating it

Also wer der wirklich sich traut essen zugehen, ich kann dir von Durchfall Übelkeit und Kopfschmerzen berichten.

Sie haben einen Teil der Lieferung vergessen und die Pommes war die schlechteste, die ich in Wiesbaden je bekommen habe (weich wie Pürree, weil unter feuchtem Gemüse begraben). Das Adana Kebap war von der Qualität leider auch schlecht. Außer Döner können sie leider scheinbar nichts, diese aber richtig gut. "Restaurant" ist in jedem Falle deutlich zu hoch gegriffen

Schmeckt immer wieder sehr lecker. Das Qualität variiert nie und man bekommt immer was man erwartet. Bin sehr oft dort und kann es nur empfehlen!

Wie fast überall - der Döner wird so dünn wie Papier mit dem elektr. Messer geschnitten, dass es kein Fleisch mehr dran bleibt. Mein Tipp - geht dorthin wo es noch mit einem manuellen Dönermesser geschnitten wird, vorausgesetzt dass Fleisch ist qualitativ gut und schmeckt auch.

Ganz normaler Dönerladen, nichts besonderes. Im Vergleich zu anderen Döner fand ich die Portion hier etwas kleiner. Das Brot schien mir ein paar Tage liegen geblieben zu sein. Ohne ein Getränk wäre das ganze nicht zu bewältigen gewesen. Ich werde hier nicht noch einmal essen.

Habe dort bisher Dürüm/Yufka, Döner-Box mit Fleisch und Pizza gegessen und es war immer sehr lecker. Die Knoblauchsauce ist eine gute Mischung aus Yoghurt und Mayonnaise und die scharfe Paste ist super. Freundlich bedient wurde ich auch. Außerdem tolle Öffnungszeiten.

Ich will nicht blasphemisch sein.... aber .... "Gott" hab ich einen guten Döner in Biebrich vermisst. Nach 2 Jahren hier fühl ich mich heimisch und hab auch eigentlich alle mehrfach getestet, aber bin vorher immer in die CIty gefahren. Dies hat nun eine Ende. Hat potenzial zum besten Döner der Stadt! Weiter so!

Hatte bis jetzt Dönerteller und 2 Türkische Pizzas von dort und bin echt begeistert! Frisch und lecker waren meine Sachen! Preis/Leistung stimmt absolut! Sogar leckere Soße aus Jogurt ohne Mayo so wie es sein sollte ! Weiter so ! Ich bin begeistert und werde weiter dort bestellen!

What a delicious pizza! My family of 4 adults shared #88 a generous 50cm vegetarian pizza, for dine in. I'm normally not one to choose veggie pizzas, but this was quite possibly *the* best pizza I've ever had. Ever. *Anywhere*. We asked for ours without Mais. The onions were nice and sweet, and the peppers gave just the right amount of "kick". The crust and cheese were excellent, and it was all baked fresh and hot. Very delicious, especially with the garlic sauce. The only thing nicer than the pizza was the friendly staff. Thank you so much, this was well worth the trip!
