Damn sick delicious! I've often eaten at Nuris Grill or something like that but no one can honestly come close to the snack cart, it's so deliciously fresh and everyone is so friendly. I'm now a regular customer!

I recently went to Melek's Grill and absolutely loved it! The food is simply outstanding - especially the Adana Dürüm, which is incredibly fresh and delicious and very close to the original in the Adana province. As someone with Turkish roots who knows this dish from Turkey, I was very surprised to find such an expertly prepared Adana Kebap in Germany. Although a special ingredient (tail fat) is not allowed to be used in this country, it is very successful. The combination of tender grilled meat, fresh vegetables and the perfect spices truly enchanted my taste buds. I have rarely eaten such tasty and well-prepared Dürüms. The bread, which is spread with gravy, is a unique and delicious surprise. In addition, the staff is extremely friendly and hospitable, making you feel very welcome. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer, but every minute is worth it as the food is freshly prepared and incredibly tasty. The food truck has a special charm, and the simple but cozy ambience makes a visit to “Melek's Grill” a great experience, especially on warm summer evenings. Despite its inconspicuous appearance, the stand has a unique flair that can be enjoyed especially in summer at sunset. The prices are absolutely fair. – Especially when the large portions and the quality of the food are put into perspective. Free drinks such as tea are also offered afterwards. – This further rounds off the visit. I highly recommend Melek's Grill to everyone and will definitely come back to try more dishes. Here the experience with the Adana Kebap is actually very close to “Hasan Usta” (Adana Kebap specialist in Turkey). – The only icing on the cake that can be used to achieve the original Adana Kebap is the tail fat, which, however, is not available here in Germany/Europe. Overall, “Melek's Grill” is a culinary highlight throughout Bremen that no one should miss!

I became aware of Melek's through a report, someone raved highly about the roller blinds. The internet reviews are also overwhelming and what can I say? You're right. All! If you haven't tried the Köfte roller blind yet, get in the car and go! The ambience is of course not great and due to the crowds there can be longer waiting times (you should bring at least 20 minutes), but the operators are warm and the food is simply great!

If you haven't been here yet, you've definitely missed something. I can recommend the Tantuni Dürüm 👍

Small, inconspicuous place in the middle of an abandoned commercial area; has its own flair. And, then a type of Dürüm or Rollo that I have never eaten before. The bread is completely covered with gravy and then stuffed. I had the very tasty kofta in it, plus the classic salad made from tomato and parsley and very tasty sauces. Everything homemade. Ultimately, it's very simple and traditional, and that's probably why it's so delicious. Very hospitable and absolutely fair in terms of price!

Inconspicuous from the outside - and then the surprise: the quality of the lamb blinds is fantastic. So delicious. And: friendly people.

I was at Meleks Grill again and felt at home there. The family there is super warm and hospitable. They even bought me four ayran, which was really great. I have ordered the Adana roller blind four times, for myself and my family, and everyone was thrilled! The Adana Rollo was simply incredibly tasty, tasty, delicious - a real taste explosion! If you want to shorten waiting times, simply pre-order. The price for this culinary delight is absolutely justified and it is definitely worth it. Meleks Grill is a wonderful, family-run business that I can only recommend!

Very tasty blinds and very nice staff, it's worth the wait

The whole rollo tastes like spaghetti with Napoli sauce and simply drowns out everything else. You have to wait an hour and the disrespectful young employee with pages on his brain manages to open his mouth when a woman complains, when a man says something the barking dog becomes very quiet. never here again.

Really cool snack, we were there on a recommendation because of the Adana Dürüm and it just tasted really good. I've never eaten bread like this before. Adana nice and soft. A real hotspot, I would always recommend pre-ordering. We will definitely come back and try the kofta.

Freshly grilled meat, you can feel the smoke in every bite. An inconspicuous place because it is in an industrial district, but it is definitely worth it. If this place were moved to the center, the queue would be endless! The waiting time is about 30 minutes because everything is made fresh, it is worth calling in advance or waiting.

At first glance, an inconspicuous food truck with a great range of Turkish grill dishes. I chose the Adana Dürüm and it was super fresh, super tasty and a decent portion. Freshly grilled, delicious salad and a nice spiciness. The boss is really very friendly. I will definitely drive by here more often 👍🏼

I can recommend it to everyone, made with love and really delicious! But take a little time with you and count on +20 minutes. But it's worth the wait! We ordered and then went away again briefly and came back a little later, everything worked easily and worked great.

Very long waiting time. The staff was not polite at all. After waiting for an hour, people came after us and still they got their orders before us. When we asked the staff about this, we received a very rude response. I will never eat with such rude staff again.

I'm shocked by what I'm reading here, hair in the food? Unfriendly? So every time I go to Meleks Grill I am greeted and served in an unusually friendly manner. The food is great and is freshly prepared in front of you. All the 5 star reviews speak for the store and against the bad comments (funnily enough, all at the same time) which apparently come from one and the same customer who was probably dissatisfied 😅 and I wonder where the hair in the food came from. From the woman with the hijab or the man with the bald head and the cap? ( no offense ). After almost three years, still 5 stars, I'll be happy if you find a great shop to cope with all the rush and I'll remain a loyal customer forever!

So guys, if you're looking for a really tasty Adana Dürüm or a juicy Chicken Dürüm, then you've come to the right place! The Dürüms here are simply amazing - perfectly seasoned, beautifully grilled and filled with fresh ingredients. The meat is super tender and the sauces give the whole thing the right kick. But the best thing is the friendly staff! The people here are really friendly and make the atmosphere even better. So, if you want to have really good 🌯 again, then go to this shop!

Super delicious food! I tried the comb spit roller blind and the Köfte roller blind and can warmly recommend both! Next door is a small seating area that is nice and warm even in winter. Definitely try it out.

It was the best Adana Dürüm I've eaten so far! The bread is super tasty and I can only recommend it. You do have to take some time, but I think it's worth it.

We went to Melek's Grill with my mother on March 1st, 2024. The food was unusually tasty, very warm couple who run a small food truck 🚛. Very nice, very family service, unusually nice. About the food, I would give it ten stars despite the fact that they were very busy and couldn't actually accommodate any more guests. They put a smile on my mother and my face and quickly prepared two kitchen rolls. What made the two of them even more likeable was that they had posters hanging everywhere in the food truck 🚛 of a famous Turkish singer 😂👍🏽

Been there today! Ordered 2x Falafel Rollo and 2x Adana Rollo and it was just awesome! Super friendly shop owners. There's a grill trolley for ambience, but they even have a small room where you can hide from the cold (if there's space). Absolute recommendation!

We were there today with our children and ate the best Adana in Bremen and the surrounding area! The Dürüm was originally Turkish made in a traditional way! While waiting there was free tea for the adults. The children couldn't finish everything because the portions were so filling. Even we had a hard time doing it! Melek‘s Mitten im unscheinbaren Industriegebiet verbirgt sich ein wahres Dürüm-Paradies, das man nicht so schnell übertreffen kann. Ich muss zugeben, dass ich absolut euphorisch von den herausragenden Dürüms bin, die ich dort bisher probiert habe. Die Köche bei Melek wissen genau, was sie tun, und das schmeckt man in jedem Bissen. Die Röstaromen, gepaart mit der umhüllenden Tomatensoße, machen das knusprige Brot zu einer wahren Geschmacksexplosion. Hier spürt man die jahrelange Erfahrung und das Bewusstsein für exzellenten Geschmack. Mein persönlicher Favorit ist das Tantuni Dürüm, denn hier kann ich vom klassischen Mersin abweichen und die Tomatensauce von außen genießen. Wow, unfassbar leckeres Essen und meiner Meinung nach ist deren Adana mit Abstand der beste aus Bremen. Die Inhaber sind sehr nett und sympathisch. Ich kann den Laden jeden der gutes Essen zu einem angemessenem Preis mag auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Sehr lecker, einfach mal was anderes. Schmeckt wirklich einzigartig und empfehlenswert. Die Gerichte dauern allerdings paar Minuten länger. Daher empfiehlt es sich vorher zu bestellen.

Selten so etwas gutes leckeres gegessen, was man von einem Foodtruck nicht zwangsläufig erwarten würde. Es wurde mir empfohlen von einem sehr guten Freund dementsprechend nahm ich die 160km Anreise in kauf und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Sondern das Gegenteil war der Fall, komplett überrascht und zufrieden. War direkt 2x hingegangen. der Adana dürum hatay style ist von einem anderen Planeten. Mit soviel Liebe gemacht kann ich nur jedem empfehlen.

Wir hatten Adana Rollo und Köfte Rollo. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Brot war lecker. Die Zwiebeln, Tomaten, Petersilie etc. harmonieren wunderbar mit dem Fleisch. Die Rollos sind groß und wir sind mehr als satt geworden. Die Betreiber des Imbiss waren total freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! :)

Ich habe einmal tantuni Rollo und köfte im Brot bestellt. Ich muss sagen beides wirklich sehr sehr lecker ! Vom frischen Salat bis zum tantuni Rollo was ich auf dieser Art und Weise wie die das zubereitet haben noch nie so gegessen habe. + die Waren beide sehr gastfreundlich Mehr als zufrieden ich komme aufjedenfall wieder.

Hier bekommt man mal eine andere Art Rollo und Co. Sehr nette Inhaber, sehr bemüht und bedacht bei der Zubereitung. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Die Preise sind angemessen. Das Ambiente ist gewiss nicht jedermans Sache, aber es handelt sich um einen Imbiss an der einer (immerhin ruhigeren) Straße. Man ist aber bemüht es trotzdem gemütlich zu halten.

War gerade da hab Essen geholt auf Empfehlung vom kollegen. Und ich muss sagen wirklich LEEECKER, werde auf jeden Fall öfter kommen ! Qualität sieht top aus ! Und schmeckt auch so. ! Ich kann es wirklich jeden empfehlen! Preislich auch Top finde ich. Weiter so !

Also ich habe Heute mit meinen Cousin dort das erste mal gegessen. Wir hatten einen Adana Dürüm. Das war mega Lecker und frisch! Man merkt einfach das dort noch mit Liebe zu Lebensmitteln gearbeitet wird! Die Dame des „Hauses“ ist sehr lieb und zuvorkommend und der „Amca“ (Onkel) weiß was Er tut und beherrscht seine paar Quadratmeter im Food-Anhänger perfekt. Fazit: das war einer der leckersten Speisen seit langem!!! Ich wünsche den beiden alles Gute, viel Gesundheit und noch viele Jahre ein erfolgreiches Geschäft. Ich komme definitiv wieder ! I had an incredible dining experience at a BBQ restaurant recently. The moment I walked in, the enticing aroma of grilled meat overwhelmed my senses. The cozy atmosphere and warm hospitality immediately made me feel welcome. I opted for a combination platter, and when it arrived, the perfectly grilled meats and delicious marinades impressed me. The sides were equally delightful, adding depth to the flavors. The attentive staff ensured my needs were met, enhancing the overall experience. The expertise and dedication of the chefs were evident in every bite. This BBQ restaurant left me completely satisfied, craving for more.

Ich war am Anfang ziemlich skeptisch, als meinen Sohn mir sagte, da wollen wir mal was zu essen holen. Aber, ich kann einfach nur sagen: Mega Mega lecker und sowas von freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ich kann es einfach nur wärmstens empfehlen!

War heute das erste mal hier essen, da ich geschäftlich in Bremen war. Hatte einen Lammspieß Rollo extra scharf. Der Rollo war absolut köstlich mit jedem Bissen. Alles frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet. Werde hier jederzeit wieder her kommen wenn ich in Bremen bin und Euch definitiv weiter empfehlen. Wer hier nichts isst, der verpasst was.
