Nice restaurant, delicious food, particularly attentive and flexible service.

A day trip to Hanover, including a visit to the Maschsee lake and downtown, was very crowded, but the weather was good. Now to the restaurant Meiers Lebenslust. The food was delicious (there could have been a bit more on the plate), very good quality. The price/performance ratio is good, and the restaurant has its own brewery; the beer was very tasty. We'll be back in Hanover.

I've rarely experienced such a child-friendly restaurant! The waiter came over right after we sat down with pencils and a coloring book and continued to take great care of the little guests. The food and beer were also excellent – ​​highly recommended!

We happened to be passing by and asked for a free table. Due to the weather, we were able to sit outside. The menu isn't extensive, but it does have a few surprises. We couldn't decide and ultimately settled on the "Meyers Dreierlei" (Meyers Three-course Meal). It was a great choice for us, allowing us to try a bit of everything. The beer that accompanied it was delicious and was recommended by the staff. Overall, we found it very cozy, had a super friendly and attentive server, and a great evening! The value for money is great here! Check out the restrooms; they're suitable for both men and women 😀

Generally speaking, this is a good place for hungry football fans after a match at lunchtime. But a wait of over an hour (!!!) after ordering food, like last Saturday, is unacceptable! Despite a polite reminder, there was no apology. The table had to be vacated quickly because it was reserved again afterward. Not very hospitable.

Delicious knuckle of pork and a platter of snacks. Plenty and delicious. Add three or five beers and the day is perfect. Polite and friendly service. Clean shop and well-maintained restrooms.

A wonderful welcome for our family! The children immediately received crayons and paper to keep them occupied. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive. The dishes were generous and the whole family enjoyed them! We were delighted with our stay! The service was excellent! My daughter hurt herself and cried silently from the pain. A server saw this and immediately brought us ice cubes. We were very touched because, frankly, it wasn't a big deal at all! In short, a caring team and very good, generous dishes!

We come here every year for the Hannover 96 vs. 1. FC Kaiserslautern game. The food is always excellent, and the beer is fantastic, too. Unfortunately, last Saturday, they didn't have the world-class mashed potatoes. That means we'll have to wait at least another year. Nevertheless, the food on Saturday was once again first-class, the beer was excellent, and the service was very friendly and attentive. We'll be happy to come back 🤭. The price/performance ratio is really good by today's standards. The Caesars Burger was absolutely amazing.

It was my first time there. The waitress was very attentive. The meal was Sylt's herring pot (€15.80, very expensive for a cheap fish dish) with far too little fish, which was drowned in sauce. The potatoes were delicious and there was only a hint of lettuce. Overall, the prices were quite steep (see above, or Becks Blue 0.33 liters for €4.50), which is definitely too high for what you get. The ambiance (sat outside) was nothing special. Overall, even minimum wage isn't an argument. Conclusion: Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. I won't be back.

The beer is great especially the sommer weizen but the food was quite bad. The burger was quite awful, the meat was dry and over cooked, the bun was toasted to a biscuit and the sauce drenched it. It's a shame because the staff were super friendly.

Most people, including me, enjoyed the asparagus meal. Very friendly service. The well-chilled drinks were delicious. Easily accessible by public transport via Aegi. The New Town Hall and Maschsee Lake are nearby.

Excellent German cuisine, seasonal menu. There were six of us, and we barely had to wait for our food. The waitress was super friendly and personable!

"A total disaster." We decided to host a birthday dinner with 10 people at Meiers. It wasn't that we waited almost an hour for the food after ordering, but the food simply didn't meet our expectations. Some dishes were too salty, or the pasta had too much oil, etc. I held a company event there three years ago, and everything was perfect. It may be a restaurant for large events, but it's still for à la carte food.

Even the “welcome” was nice and inviting. The service staff was bright, nice and always had a funny, pleasant streak. The food would generally be described as home cooking, but you should know that the ingredients come from local suppliers - which makes it contemporary again. Furthermore, and this should be the important thing - very tasty!!! A special mention should be given to the home-brewed beer - the Kracher and 5*****.

The Brauhaus Meiers Lebenslust is definitely the best brewery in Hanover. The price/performance ratio is definitely consistent with other breweries. The beer (regardless of the type) could have more body and character, but is very drinkable. The kale with pancetta was the BEST I have ever eaten. The service was super friendly and accommodating! Terrible experience, avoid this place at all costs! I went to this restaurant today, and it was absolutely disgusting. The food was inedible. The meat was undercooked, possibly even frozen before being poorly prepared. The fries were soaked in oil, likely old and overused, which can cause serious digestive problems. They served my soda with just a straw—no glass, nothing. The salads were drowned in greasy, unidentifiable sauces, completely ruining them. Nothing about this meal was enjoyable, and now I’m dealing with stomach issues because of it. Stay far away from this place if you care about your health or your taste buds!

We were 16 men at the Christmas party on the first floor. Quaint, cozy restaurant centrally near the Aegi. The food was tasty and sufficient. The menu offers something for everyone. Plus beer from our own brewery and friendly and attentive service. We'd love to come back!

Anlässlich unserer Jahresabschlussfeier besuchten wird das Restaurant mit ca. 50 Personen. Der Service war bemüht und nett. Ich habe mir meinen Hauptgericht nicht ins Schwarze getroffen. Das Wildgulasch kamm als überschaubare Portion daher. Die 5, 6 Stücken Fleisch waren nicht zu heiß, wie auch die Soße und die weich gekochten Nudeln. Geschmacklich nix Besonderes, das Fleisch hätte auch zarter sein können. Und der Preis war auch nicht zu knapp bemessen. Aber das Wasser zum Selberzapfen war klasse, konnte man doch für 2,90 € trinken, soviel man wollte.

We have been there several times in the evenings with smaller (12 people) and larger groups; the food is very good, waiting times are not too long; The absolute highlight is the home-brewed beer in the large mugs! Absolutely recommended! Make a reservation in the evening as the location is very popular.

Lunchtime a week - our rating. It opens promptly at 12 p.m., about 10 people are already waiting in front of the door - and the ground floor restaurant (which has a total of 3 floors) gets crowded and loud. The manageable lunch menu (also on the homepage) offers 5 dishes between €11 and €14. These are delicious and ours were served in a reasonable time - friendly and with questions asked. It used to be a brewery, the decor is reminiscent of it, really nice. The large room on the ground floor is divided and appears cozy, but noisy when there are a lot of visitors. Unfortunately, it was pretty cool at 12 o'clock on our wintry November day and a voice came from somewhere and shouted "heating?". It is difficult to go to the (very clean, spacious) toilet on the 3rd floor. Not easy for people with limited mobility - with a walker or wheelchair...we didn't find an elevator. Still, overall mostly good.

Meier's love of life is surprisingly great and therefore loud. We got a place with 5 people on a Tuesday without any problems and without a reservation. The service is quick and friendly. I had pumpkin ravioli which was homemade and very tasty. The lukewarm plums with caramel walnut ice cream also tasted very good. The spray cream didn't have to be there for me. It's not quite perfect for entertaining because of the volume and the ambience is very dark. Overall, it was a successful evening with good food, where we were able to sit in peace. I would go there again.

We were there spontaneously with 5 colleagues during the trade fair and were looking forward to Schnitzel & Co. Two of us chose the ensemble for undecided consisting of roulade, schnitzel and currywurst. The latter was very tasty, the schnitzel would have needed more salt and spice and the roulade tasted good but was too dry. Unfortunately, the background noise was very strenuous for conversations. The service was friendly.

We came here for the famous Currywurst. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. A completely ordinary currywurst, the kind you get everywhere. The sauce was quite tasty, but the fries were just soggy and mediocre. Disappointing! The beer then smoothed it out again. The store is really not a must now... Can't understand the hype
