Meditoro Steakhaus Restaurant in Kamp-Lintfort

I really like this restaurant; I've eaten here several times and have never been disappointed. Be it with the quality of the food or the staff. Even when it's very busy, they're always friendly and accommodating.

It was our first time there. Very friendly service, lovely ambiance. The food was excellent. We'd be happy to come back.

Nice ambiance, service okay. But the salad at €17.90 was massively overpriced. Cheap iceberg lettuce, 2 (!) slices of tomato, and 2 (!) slices of cucumber. A bit of bell pepper and chicken strips. A sweet dressing, no spices. The highlight were the well-grilled chicken strips. But otherwise, a plate of boring food. The grilled dishes looked good.

We had the fillet plate, the meat was dry and the fillets were much too small.

We've always enjoyed eating there. The food and service are really good. This last time, we wanted to redeem a voucher I received as a gift last year. At the checkout, we were told, with a flimsy excuse, that this wasn't possible because it was no longer valid. Therefore, it's difficult for me to give it even one star. And from what I've seen, we're apparently not the only ones who've experienced this. It's "only" €30.00, but I don't think anyone found the money on the street. I'll find out if I can take legal action against this, because in my opinion, this is illegal. It's simply outrageous.

Overall, the food was extremely good. We had steaks that were truly tender and delicious. The degree of doneness fully met our (different) preferences. My daughter ordered vegetarian ginseng steaks, which were also very good. The steakhouse fries were crispy and not overcooked, and the bacon-wrapped beans were excellent. The value for money can be described as excellent, and the ambiance was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Actually quite ok. However, this was the second time we had to complain about the beans from the salad buffet because they had a bite. But the only comment is that it can't be done because everything is fresh. So sorry, it doesn't work that way

Went here for dinner last Wednesday. It was excellent, delicious dishes on the menu and a very tasty meal for 2 people. The service is top notch and the place is modern, attractive and neat. We will definitely come back here to try other dishes.

The service, the food, and the prices are very good. The portions are more than sufficient, and the food was very appetizingly presented. The only downside was that there were no accessible restrooms, which made it difficult for my grandma to go to the bathroom. We probably won't be able to bring my grandma next time. Otherwise, it's a really great place.

Appearances can be deceiving. The conditions weren't good, and the food wasn't a must. We only saw an ad on social media, but it was a flop.

This otherwise excellent restaurant left me very disappointed on Christmas Eve. Of the two hours we were supposed to have, we were literally "scrambled" in 60 minutes. The food, unfortunately, wasn't great either. Venison goulash that you had to search for on the plate, red cabbage that was definitely from a jar and had been spiced up, cheap dumplings from a packet, and last but not least, a goose leg that didn't have crispy skin because it was sitting in the sauce. For dishes costing almost €40, I would have expected more. Even on a day like this, I would have expected more from an otherwise great restaurant.

The service and ambience were top, only my fillet steak was unfortunately very English but of course a matter of taste. The problem was the fries, which were served to me almost cold and hard. The pig medallions were very 👍

The reception was friendly, but something went wrong when ordering the food, which can happen. The wrong main course arrived and we had to send it back. Then the same plate came back the second time, which of course we gave back, but what happened next was almost unbelievable. The same plate came back a third time, only covered in holladaise sauce. When we were a little upset, we pointed it out to the waitress again When we had ordered something, she left with tears in her eyes. Suddenly the boss stood at the table and said we didn't have to shout at his staff like that, which we didn't do in that situation either. After we had all eaten, the steak we ordered arrived after the fourth attempt. I then confronted the boss (very calmly and matter-of-factly) who then stood in front of me with a negative posture (crossed arms and legs apart) and continued to represent his opinion. The food was really tasty. It came out of the kitchen quickly and really hot. The lamb skewer my mom had was almost fried to death. Been way too through. Because I was so hungry, I ate the skewer anyway and the taste was good. The service that evening was very nice. We had a lovely evening.

Today's Advent dinner with 28 people, everything went well, the food had already been chosen beforehand. We were very satisfied, everything was very tasty.

We ate outside on the terrace, the busy street is a little annoying, but the owner can't do anything about that. The food was very tasty, from starter to main course, we enjoyed everything very much. A nice restaurant with a decent, clean atmosphere. The outside area is also clean and tidy. Food was attractively served and very tasty. Staff was friendly and attentive. UNFORTUNATELY too attentive. Immediately after paying the bill, we were politely but firmly asked to leave the restaurant, even though our drinks had not yet been emptied. This is the lowest level. NEVER AGAIN

Also waren heute da und haben eine Platte bestellt für 63 Euro die Steak waren nur krobelt drin war eine Platte für 2 Personen nicht ausreichend also für mich und meine Freunde werden da nicht mehr hingehen Bedienung war aber sehr nett und freundlich muss ich sagen aber von richtigen Steak hat der K och keine ahnung

Great address in Kamp-Lintfort, especially for eating steaks. The beef fillet was super tender and fried perfectly medium. A great dish with the mushrooms and baked potato. The price is what you pay for beef fillet. Waitresses very attentive and quick.

My wife and I were there for the first time yesterday and were completely satisfied. Food very tasty, service very good. I can only recommend the restaurant and we definitely won't be there for the last time

When this restaurant was new it was great, there was nothing better. But now you notice that the standard from a few months ago is going down. The steaks are great, no question about it, but dark fries that are hard and dark to serve with a dessert that I could buy myself at the Suoermarkt?!?! When I go to a restaurant, I assume that the dessert is homemade, especially at this price. Sorry, but I'd rather go somewhere else next time.

Had a very good meal there, with 4 people, service was ok so far, only two of us had finished their drinks... two hadn't yet... the empty glasses and whatever else was there were cleared away as quickly as possible, even though two of us were still there had half full. It was a formal expulsion, which I personally found very disgraceful. We had reserved in advance and I didn't know that just because people were standing for a table again, you would be asked to vacate the table quickly...

World class!! It's been a long time since I've eaten such a mega steak. Viennese roast beef… rump steak with fried onions…. It was the kind of meal where you never wanted your plate to be empty! So absolutely recommended!

There is excellent food here in a very pleasant atmosphere. Service is also top, employees are very friendly and concerned about the well-being of the customers. By the way: There are also vegetarian and vegan dishes and they are really good too. Not limited to salad and baked potatoes.

We were at Meditoro for the first time today for our wedding anniversary and we are thrilled! Very tasty food, decent portions. The service is very friendly and attentive. The ambience is chic, with a feel-good atmosphere. We were certainly not there for the last time and can absolutely recommend the restaurant!

Today, December 25th, we ate with 10 people... Praise to the kitchen and the service, very friendly and very fast, nothing went wrong. The children had ice cream instead of the dessert as described in the menu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. . We'll be back ❤️

Great steakhouse with great service. Four of us ate there and were served quickly and friendly, even though it was quite busy. The food itself was excellent and the selection is great too. I particularly like that there are also vegetarian and vegan options. In my opinion, this will be part of the menu in 2023 - even in steakhouses. The prices are okay, it's not a cheap grill snack, you get good and tasty meat, so it's a little higher priced, but absolutely worth the money. I had a rump steak and a baked potato and was very impressed. The atmosphere is also very good and I would like to come back. Also important to me: you can pay by card, which is an absolute must for me in 2023. Everything was great, I would recommend it to anyone who would like to enjoy a good steak with great service in a nice atmosphere.

Tolles Restaurant, das uns von Freunden empfohlen wurde. Leckeres Essen und freundlicher Service. Die Speisekarte hat noch ein paar Leckereien für uns zu bieten.

Steaks waren auf den Punkt gegrillt, sehr gute Qualität und leckere, knackige Pommes. Der Service war sehr gut, zuvorkommend und alle Bestellungen waren zeitnah am Tisch! Sehr schönes Ambiente, hier setzt man sich gerne hin und verweilt bei gutem Essen. Gerne wieder!

Absolute Empfehlung. Die Gerichte waren grossartig zubereitet und sehr schmackhaft. Der Service war sehr nett, kinderfreundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente sorgt für ein schönes Wohlbefinden und gemütlichkeit. Wir haben dort unser Abendessen sehr genossen und werden definitiv öfters dort zu Gast sein.

Seit der Neueröffnung unser Stammlokal in Lintfort, einige negative Bewertungen kann ich nicht verstehen. Alle Gerichte waren bisher immer sehr schmackhaft und auch reichlich, Sonderwünsche werden fast immer erfüllt, Wirtsleute und Personal sehr freundlich und ein schönes Ambiente. Einfach nur weiter zu empfehlen 👍👍👍

Balkanküche. Im Sommer kann man draußen sitzen. Der Biergarten liegt aber direkt an der Hauptstraße. Innenambiente ist nett.

Top Service, immer zeitnah und diskret. Modernes gemütliches Ambiente, erstklassige Küche, absolut stimmig, jede einzelne Zutat, von der Zwiebel über den Salat zum Filet, hier legt man Wert auf Top-Qualität. Wir hatten die Filetpfanne Meditoro die ich nur bestens empfehlen kann. Wenn dann noch etwas Platz ist unbedingt das hausgemachte Tiramisu probieren. Espresso-heiss, stark, sehr gut als Abschluss. Rundum wohlgefühlt, gerne komme ich wieder.

Sind sehr oft dort können uns nur positive äußern. Essen super egal was wir dort essen Service auch gut und Ambiente richtig schön. Und wenn was nicht okay ist wird es sofort geändert. Obwohl wir noch nie was zu beanstanden hatten. Super tolles Restaurant. Liebe Grüße Anja

Seit einem halben Jahr wohnen wir in Kamp-Lintfort und waren zum ersten Mal in Kamp-Lintfort auswärts essen. Wir sind begeistert. Und können uns vorstellen, dass es ein Stammlokal von uns wird. Da ich jemand bin der sehr gerne Steak ist, hatte ich ein Filetsteak. Und, puh 😮‍💨 war das lecker 👌🏼. Der Garpunkt war perfekt. Aber auch das Schnitzel von meinem Freund war sehr lecker. Angefangen von den Getränken, Service, Vorspeise und Hauptgang war alles perfekt. Wir kommen wieder!!!

I found this place on internet and booked us a table. We sat in the beergarden. Staff is very friendly. And the menu: just too much to choose from. Mainly (grilled)meat. And that is what we ordered. It came with rice & fries. You can also have a salad from the salad bar with your main. Our night and food was great. Everything tasted amazing. If you like to be able to choose between lots if dishes and get served by very kind people, this is the place to go to!

Mittlerweile unser Lieblingsrestaurant in der Stadt. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, Preise und Qualität stimmen, das Ambiente ist gemütlich. Wir waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Edit 13.06.23: Der Außenbereich könnte etwas ansprechender gestaltet sein. Innen ist es dafür sehr schön. Insgesamt gibt es dafür aber leider nicht die Höchstwertung beim Ambiente. Falls sich das ändert, passe ich die Bewertung wieder an.

Sehr zu empfehlen Essen ist super Steak ist 1a und alle sehr freundlich kommen gerne wieder

Schneller, netter Service. Qualität war sehr gut, mengenmäßig mehr als genug.

Service top. Essen war nicht so mein Geschmack mir zu Wein lastig Rindfleisch nicht zart und leider verknorpelt. Ambiente ist gemütlich.

Immer wenn ich bei meiner Mutter bin muss ich einmal hier essen. Es ist einfach der Wahnsinn. Super lecker und sehr nette Bedingungen.

War mega lecker und die Bedienung war auch echt gut.

Essen war maximal durchschnittlich. Der Service war ok, auffällig war nur, dass 50% von Schüler-Aushilfen gestemmt wurde. Preis Leistung war mies, an Ostern wurde die übliche Karte, unangekündigten, durch eine Menükarte ausgetauscht, die ziemlich happige Preise hatte (Ca. 10€ über der Karte die Online zu sehe ist) Leider keine Empfehlung.
