Wow, I actually only came in here because it was 11 p.m. and I was hungry after my workout, and it's the only place in the area. I never thought I'd get such good food at this time of night. I ordered the grill plate. It was a generous portion of various grilled meats served on a sizzling hot plate, and man, did it taste good! I definitely recommend the food, too bad I don't live nearby.

Both breakfast and dinner are always fantastic. The staff are always warm and accommodating. We always have the egg and sucuk and the breakfast for one person. It's so much that the two of us can barely finish it all. The bread is always fresh from the oven and super delicious. Always happy to come back

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience here yesterday. It started with very unfriendly service. We wanted to take something to go and asked for the menu. The staff member said, "Sit down first." We then decided to eat in. We ordered two pizzas, one iskender (kebab), two colas, and one ayran. They brought us two cans of drinks without glasses and a kind of metal jug of ayran. The metal jug was very dirty; you really couldn't drink from it. The two pizzas were brought to the table, the iskender exactly 9 minutes later. The quality of the food was okay. The cutlery, unfortunately, was not. It was so dirty that I couldn't clean it with a napkin. The same was true of the second set of cutlery. The portion of iskender was large, so we asked if they could wrap up the rest for us. We were laughed at, and the rest was taken away to be wrapped, but it wasn't returned. Only after asking at the counter, where I was initially told they didn't know where it was, did I finally find it. Conclusion: Only the food itself was okay, the rest was terrible.

This used to be our regular spot, but that was probably once upon a time. Today, it's incredibly unfriendly, the lama kebab is ice cold, and the portion is so small you almost wonder if it's just a sampler. The quality has completely gone downhill; even the other mediocre kebab shops in town are better these days. Honestly, the only cool thing here is the cat inside; at least it's doing a good job. From now on, we're going to Osna, where you'll find good food, a good vibe, and no frozen food on your plate 😂

I ate here tonight and I have to honestly say that this place is a minor disaster. The staff is unfriendly and sometimes rude in their responses. Requests for side dishes are simply ignored. Furthermore, the food arrived cold at the table. It's a shame—this place used to be much better.

I like the place; it's always been top quality and delicious. Yesterday I was a bit disappointed. I had hunter's schnitzel with rice. The problem was the hunter's sauce. Clearly, it was Homann's hunter's sauce from a bucket. The poor schnitzel, drowned in industrial slop. Okay, I'll be back for the Turkish specialties soon, because that's better.

The service there was worse than almost anywhere else in the area. The No. 25 became the 24, and the chicken burger became a chili burger. The plate on which the meal was served was scalding hot and, due to the lack of warning labels, caused extremely painful blisters. Drinks had to be fetched by the customer, and cutlery was only provided upon request. The best thing about the place was the exit!

Very hospitable, you received a warm welcome right from the moment you entered. The service staff made every effort to fulfill all your wishes. The food was also good, and the appetizers were on the house. If you want to satisfy your hunger quickly and are short on time, this is the place for you.

I ordered number 11, gyro with tomato sauce and Gouda cheese. It came with fries. Unfortunately, the fries were under the gyro and were essentially just wobbly sticks of fat that tasted absolutely disgusting. They're still looking for the tomato sauce. I can't recommend this meal, and it was my first and definitely last order there.

We always enjoy getting something from here. It tastes good and the price is right.

I was at the MCHan Kebab Restaurant, and the food was overall okay. The doner kebab was fresh and well-filled, but the parsley was too overpowering for my personal taste. It overpowered the kebab's original flavor and overpowered the taste. Those who like fresh herbs will probably like this, but for me, it somewhat distorted the typical doner flavor. Perhaps it would be better if the parsley were offered as an option.

They just can't get the kebab to order. I've ordered takeout kebabs three times in the last three years. Each time, the sauce was wrong, even though it was clearly stated when ordering and when they made it. Let's not even talk about the unfriendliness of the staff. The only thing that's good here is the furnishings. Börek was first totally soft and then rock hard because it was just warmed up. Fries also soggy because they were probably warmed up. We had 3 kebabs and each one had the wrong sauce. Cartilage in the flesh. When I asked for a new sauce, I was only told that it was as ordered. It just doesn't taste good!

We waited an hour for our order (fries and two kebab plates). The first order - a pide with meat - came much earlier, so my companion was already finished before our food even arrived. The drinks were only brought after 20 minutes, and even for cutlery we had to wait another 10 minutes after eating. The store was extremely disorganized, noisy and had a strong, unpleasant smell. The service was overwhelmed and uncoordinated, which made the entire visit very unpleasant. Overall, unfortunately a very disappointing experience. We won't be coming back.

I went with high expectations because I had heard positive things about the relatively new Turkish restaurant. We were there in the middle of the week, around the afternoon. There was very little going on, which was due to the time. We ordered 2 kebabs. With lamb, no onions, no tomatoes and quickly received what we ordered. By far this was probably the worst kebab we had eaten in recent years: The bread, sticky, lukewarm, without any taste, the lamb also cold, dry, tasteless, the cocktail sauce completely overloaded in and on the huge mountain of meat. The salad was good. I ate until I was somewhat full, hunger drove me through. I hadn't eaten anything all day. But we threw most of it in the trash. The Sigara Böregi were given cold. We had to put it in the Air Freyer at home. Tasted absolutely tasteless. After we had "autopsied" one of them, it was clear why: if anything, it had been smeared a little with something, maybe it was cheese....then in the trash!!! The lady behind the counter looked at me skeptically, even though I placed my order in a friendly manner and praised the homemade food behind the display case. No trace of friendliness. The store itself was clean and neatly decorated. I would rather go to Osnabrück to enjoy a good kebab. It's a shame, really!

Do something good for yourself and your stomach and don't eat kebab there. Meat tasted like a sponge full of fat, bread wasn't freshly warmed up but had been sitting on the counter for god knows how long, the vegetables were anything but fresh and the tomatoes were mushy. And the highlight of it all is going to the toilet afterwards.

I recently visited MCHan Kebap Restaurant and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is cozy and family friendly, making it a perfect place to meet up with friends and family. The food is excellent - especially the kebab dishes, all made with fresh ingredients and authentic spices. The charcoal grill gives the meat an incomparable flavor. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely visit this restaurant again and highly recommend it!

Anyone with sense should not go to this restaurant, the staff are indifferent, the owner is sullen, the doner meat used is 2-3 day old stale meat. According to what I heard from the employees, instead of giving the money from the tip box to the employees, he puts it in his pocket and deprives the employees of their rights.

I can understand that it took a long time, but then it should run faster because longer than an hour without eating on site is too long. Food was okay, some of it wasn't cooked through but then there was a new portion much more than normal.

It was buzzing here when I was there on Saturday evening to pick up the food I had ordered. The crew moved diligently and quickly behind the counter. Everyone tried to bring the guests their food as quickly as possible. Only the female waitress was in a really bad mood, otherwise everyone worked unimpressed. The food was very tasty and plentiful. Unfortunately, the falafel pocket was not vegan, as previously promised, but was instead added tzatziki in the heat of the moment. This made one of us very unhappy, especially since the food was otherwise so delicious.

You don't need to expect anything special from this kebab shop. Standard kebab, but that's not objectionable. However, the service is terrible. You don't need to order anyway because something was always wrong. Ordered six times, messed up six times, although I always asked on the phone whether the order could be read again and corrected if necessary. Doesn't do anything. Then not even saying goodbye is crazy. When you pick it up, don't be surprised if, even though the workers say the food will be ready for pickup in 20 minutes, you have to wait another half an hour. But it's like that for everyone. You can also just let them know on the phone that it will take a little longer before you have to sit there as if lost until the food is ready. There is almost never any compensation for this. You're lucky if you can get an ayran, a tea or a piece of baklava for your inconvenience. The prices are also quite cheeky compared to other stores. 14€ for a kebab pizza, and with the wrong toppings? Pure rip-off in some dishes. Every now and then the food is lukewarm, if not cold, despite being freshly prepared. Unfortunately, you can no longer do many things wrong. Unfortunately, the only good thing is the ambience. But you can't say more than that. And unfortunately, in this case, the ambience is the smallest criterion when it comes to food and service.
