Very tasty food, mega portions, nice staff and good prices Thank you for the great service

I recently visited MCHan Kebap Restaurant and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is cozy and family friendly, making it a perfect place to meet up with friends and family. The food is excellent - especially the kebab dishes, all made with fresh ingredients and authentic spices. The charcoal grill gives the meat an incomparable flavor. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely visit this restaurant again and highly recommend it!

Anyone with sense should not go to this restaurant, the staff are indifferent, the owner is sullen, the doner meat used is 2-3 day old stale meat. According to what I heard from the employees, instead of giving the money from the tip box to the employees, he puts it in his pocket and deprives the employees of their rights.

The rating refers solely to the service. Unfortunately I can't rate the food because we simply weren't served.

Very good kebab plate, the staff is very friendly

I had a grill plate that was really very good, the varied meat was harmonious and the onions made a good combination. However, I would rate the fries rather poorly and not recommend them. In addition, the changing music and the constant advertising on the screens were very annoying. Still recommended, therefore 4/5 stars

Best restaurant where you can get reasonable kebabs and other dishes. I've been eating there for a while and I have to say that the quality of the meat and service are consistent. Keep it up 👍

Even after closing time, hospitable and still got food

I can understand that it took a long time, but then it should run faster because longer than an hour without eating on site is too long. Food was okay, some of it wasn't cooked through but then there was a new portion much more than normal.

It was buzzing here when I was there on Saturday evening to pick up the food I had ordered. The crew moved diligently and quickly behind the counter. Everyone tried to bring the guests their food as quickly as possible. Only the female waitress was in a really bad mood, otherwise everyone worked unimpressed. The food was very tasty and plentiful. Unfortunately, the falafel pocket was not vegan, as previously promised, but was instead added tzatziki in the heat of the moment. This made one of us very unhappy, especially since the food was otherwise so delicious.

I've been to Istanbul and Gaziantep many times and it tastes just as good here at MCHan as it does in Turkey. There is even fresh ayran and Çay here. You have to be very hungry

You don't need to expect anything special from this kebab shop. Standard kebab, but that's not objectionable. However, the service is terrible. You don't need to order anyway because something was always wrong. Ordered six times, messed up six times, although I always asked on the phone whether the order could be read again and corrected if necessary. Doesn't do anything. Then not even saying goodbye is crazy. When you pick it up, don't be surprised if, even though the workers say the food will be ready for pickup in 20 minutes, you have to wait another half an hour. But it's like that for everyone. You can also just let them know on the phone that it will take a little longer before you have to sit there as if lost until the food is ready. There is almost never any compensation for this. You're lucky if you can get an ayran, a tea or a piece of baklava for your inconvenience. The prices are also quite cheeky compared to other stores. 14€ for a kebab pizza, and with the wrong toppings? Pure rip-off in some dishes. Every now and then the food is lukewarm, if not cold, despite being freshly prepared. Unfortunately, you can no longer do many things wrong. Unfortunately, the only good thing is the ambience. But you can't say more than that. And unfortunately, in this case, the ambience is the smallest criterion when it comes to food and service.

Despite pre-ordering food and picking it up on time, other guests are preferred (who probably understand one language, as a German you are pushed back) so that when you get home, the food is already cold. We used to be our favorite restaurant, now you've lost your regular customers, we'll never set foot in you again. If we had the opportunity to rate you with 0 stars, we would have done so.

The first time I made a mistake, the second time I wanted to have breakfast with the family. First they wanted to sell us a breakfast that was reserved and was already on another table. Because the reservation didn't come, then the wrong order was taken. We went there based on a recommendation and tested the restaurant/fast food joint and for us it was really tasty. The first time we ordered a kebab and doner plate to take away and were thrilled. Now we tested it on site and we found it really tasty. Even after us, the restaurant became more and more full and the orders all looked very tasty and it smelled like they were freshly grilled. We had a kebab casserole and a McHan Köfte plate. I was fascinated by the way the food was served. The kofta and rice could stay warm longer on a hot stone. It was also very exciting to see how the food continued to cook. I like my meat well done. So it's a perfect solution for me. For the kebab casserole, my husband would have liked a little more tomatoes or sauce on the rice because it was too dry under the baked kebab for him. Since I personally had many more sauces, it was a great fit for both of us. The 3 homemade sauces were great. And my husband really liked the spiciness. Visually the place looks very chic and like a restaurant, but actually it is more of a fast food joint. Canned or bottled drinks can be taken from the fridge and there is a dispenser for a milky liquid which I assume is Ayran or something. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The tables were wiped after you finished eating. They apologized several times for late plates. I also recommend trying the baked goods. I had never tried baklava so fresh before and I thought it was great. The baked goods were always way too sweet for me. But here the mix was great. But I'd rather not ask how much sugar is in it. They're sweet things. I'm looking forward to the next visit and then trying something different.

There were 5 of us there and we ordered different dishes. Even though the hut was full, the food came to the table quickly and hot. The service was very friendly and immediately apologized when the sauces were brought a little later. We hadn't even noticed that they were missing. The portions were very large and sometimes almost impossible to manage, although there were "only" the small versions. We would like to come again.

Too bad, I was a regular customer. I ordered in advance and was supposed to pick up the food after 40 minutes. When I arrived I had to wait another 30 minutes until I was told that only half was ready and if I wanted another dish. I said no. After 1.5 hours my food arrived and as an apology there were only 2 ayran which I don't even drink. It's a shame, I would have preferred to ask for my money back.

One of the best restaurants by far....the meat is quality, the salads are fresh, the staff are very kind and are there to serve you, the sweets are delicious, the juices are cold...the prices are correct, I have no words to be honest.

The kebab was delicious. But why does it now cost 1 euro more than on the card? The employees discussed things at the counter. One said... Euro?! Is the kebab sold based on sympathy? And the smell of grease coming from the chimney, I also have it in my apartment. I live right next door.

We just wanted to eat a kebab but were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Unfortunately our drinks were forgotten, so a star was deducted from the service. But the food was really tasty and the positions were really big.

Beautiful Turkish soups. You may try iskembe soup. Very delicious. Don't forget to add garlic and hot pepper. They prepare all meets as well done; but Turkish people likes it that way. Hosts and hostess are always friendly and ready to help. Always a bit crowded; so it is good to visit with a reservation.

Haben schon öftersmal da gegessen oder zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Seit kurzem alles teurer geworden und dazu sind die Portionen viel kleiner jetzt. Letztens Reis bestellt, war sprachlos- wie klein die Portion war, und der Reis war nicht komplett durch.. Leider ...Getränke, nur kalt und nicht alle da, die auf der Getränkekarte stehen..

Wie haben das Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Alle Gerichte haben sehr lecker und frisch geschmeckt. Service scheint allerdings etwas überfordert zu sein.

Die Tagesgerichte sind einfach immer so lecker.

Leckeres Essen mit sehr netter Bedienung. Viel Betrieb bei Stoßzeiten. Das Dönerfleisch ist lecker und gut gegrillt. Künife war leider nicht frisch. Die Bedienung am Tresen ist manchmal etwas ratlos und sehr direkt. Baklavar ist top! Preise sind etwas hoch aber bei dem Geschmack gerechtfertigt.

Mal so richtig gut der Laden echt lecker

Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Essen kommt relativ schnell, dafür, dass wir als große Gruppe (8 Leute) alle unterschiedliche Gerichte bestellt haben, kam alles gleichzeitig und noch sehr heiß am Tisch an. Die Portionen sind alle so groß, dass man sie garnicht schafft und man bekommt dazu auch immer noch zusätzlich Salat und Beilagen. Selbst ohne diese wären die Portionen schon zu viel für einen alleine. Also definitiv nicht gewohnt für sein Geld in Deutschland so viel zu bekommen!

Wir waren mehrfach als Familie hier. Von 3-12 Personen alles dabei gehabt. Die Portionsgrößen sind riesig, das Fleisch unfassbar lecker und saftig. Auch hier haben wir die unterschiedlichsten Gerichte bestellt (Auflauf, Döner Teller, Grillteller, Saç Tava, usw.) und wurden von dem unschlagbaren Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis überzeugt. Der Service ist meist sehr zügig, selten mussten wir auf ein Gericht länger als 20/25 min warten. Das Essen aller kommt relativ zeitgleich. Die Servicekräfte selbst sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei jedem Besuch kommen Anti-Pasti Platten, mit frischem Brot und je nach Gericht ein frischer Salat dazu. Die Lokalität ist sauber, die Toiletten ebenfalls. Wer also mit seiner Familie ein schönes Abendessen genießen möchte, ist hier definitiv am richtigen Platz! Wir empfehlen das Restaurant mit voller Zufriedenheit und Zuversicht. 👍🏼

Sehr lecker. Wenn wir mal ab und an in der Nähe sind halten wir extra an. Immer frische Zutaten. Heute vor Ort aber auch schon mitgenommen.

Das Essen schmeckt geil, und Service könnte besser werden aber der Essen macht eine Party in dein Mund und macht dich satt!
