Find another one. The toilets are absolutely disgusting. By far the worst McDonald's I've been to.

Inflation and all that, I get it. But 6 euros for a measly burger, that's rough. And then there were the soggy fries and the paper cup that tasted like a math textbook. The wait was definitely worth it.

It was very busy when we visited, so we were rushed. The McRib wasn't very fresh. Of the four fries we ordered, only one was edible. And that one portion was completely cold, not lukewarm, but cold.

We stopped for a pit stop on the way home, but unfortunately, the order took a very, very long time to arrive at our table. Okay, it was very busy, so that's a point off. Unfortunately, the wrong toy arrived, and when we asked why, the waitress just hung up without answering. The food was rather cold, and there was far too little sauce on the burger, making it much too dry. The restrooms were an absolute disaster—a bath of urine in the men's room.

I waited 10 hours at that damn drive-in. What are you guys always doing in that dump that it takes so long?

They always forget something!! The Big Rösti is now €8, but they forgot the meat on 2 out of 3 orders!! But they only pack 80 napkins!

We ordered a chocolate coffee and a matcha coffee, waited 20 minutes, and then both were cold! The staff was unfortunately overwhelmed and disorganized. One hand didn't know what the other was doing. There was either a complete lack of management or it was incredibly poor because it was impossible to discern any leadership!

Today, for the first time in months, I went to McDonald's and immediately regretted it! The table was absolutely greasy and sticky, the waitress brought me a (partially) incorrect order and didn't understand my language, there were no paper towels in the restrooms, and the tray return was not only full, but all the tables around it were also full of trash because they were full!!! The "food" was hot and OK, except for the fact that I had the wrong sauces, so it was perfectly fine. However, if I had properly seen the poor condition of the place beforehand, I would have skipped the meal. Now, for the next six months, it's time to eat decent food again!

Eisenach Weststadt. The burgers were hot and fresh, the fries were soggy. The toilet was filthy, and the towels were gone. There was no response when I asked about it; the staff probably didn't understand me.

A monthly must-visit for McFlurry. Super-delicious coffee specialties and muffins.

Simply disgusting, my burger bun was moldy and then I got a new one and it was just as moldy and then I asked for my money back and they didn't want to give it back but then I got it (BÜRGERKINGBESSER)

I was at a restaurant this evening and had been looking forward to a portion of fries all day. But unfortunately, I wasn't allowed to order any more – the kitchen had probably already closed or the fryer was out of service. This was a huge disappointment for me, because for me, fries are the heart of a fast-food restaurant visit. Instead of crispy joy, all I was left with was sadness and an empty plate. It's a shame – a fast-food restaurant without fries in the evening feels like a movie theater without popcorn. I hope I won't be so disappointed next time.

A wait of over 20 minutes for a Coke in a lightly frequented branch is simply too long.

By far the worst MCD I've ever experienced. Dirty tables, dirty toilets, no paper, no soap, cold burgers, and bone-dry fries.

Just like McDonald's. You either love it or you hate it. However, the rip-off drinks are really annoying. Especially since they dilute it with a lot of ice.

Since it took 30-45 minutes to get my order at the drive-thru the last few times, I decided to go to the store and order there today. It worked out fine, until I unpacked my food at home. In my box of 20 nuggets, there were two half-eaten nuggets?! Plus, there were several hairs on my burger! Guys! Are you serious? I threw away my food right away. That was definitely the last time.

After ordering at the drive-thru, this was also my last order there; I've never experienced anything so unfriendly. We went to the drive-thru to quickly get something for lunch for myself, my sister, and my little one, and the entire order taking process took 20 minutes because the woman couldn't understand me (due to her lack of German). She didn't say anything for ages and then typed something wrong in. But after I'd finally had enough, I said that I couldn't understand her and she probably couldn't understand me even more. Another person came with me to the speakerphone and seemed to understand me very well (why she didn't say anything earlier remains a mystery to me). Well, long story short, I repeated my order for 7, 8, 9,... and was finally able to drive up. I got the receipt there and all the stuff on it was wrong, which I repeated to a different woman at the second window. She then told me not to make such a fuss and that it was my drink and almost threw half the cup into my car. Then the bag was thrown at me, whereupon I said that I was driving extra close to get it and not to have it thrown at me. She just rolled her eyes, threw a straw into the car and closed the window. That was the most unfriendly experience I have ever had and it will also be the last time I go there. There were really great and friendly employees back then but the ones today are a complete disaster. I hope that person's sleeves slip down when she washes her hands.

So, with lots of customers and a full drive-thru at 11:45 p.m., orders get mixed up and the €26 order is gone, that's okay, and to some extent, it's my fault for not checking. But what annoys me is the person who ordered before or behind me. What halfway sane person orders 18 nuggets without sauce, 12 wings, and 4 cheeseburgers? Dude, get some help, man.

The store management should please push for a (functioning) air conditioning system. When the outside temperature is 37°C, the store still manages to be warmer. You just want to get out as quickly as possible, so you're not tempted to order "dessert" or ice cream, for example. The store also urgently needs these self-sorting bins. Customers are already using them at other restaurants and they would take a lot of pressure off the employees...especially in these unrealistic temperatures. Our order (which, due to the heat in the store, consisted of just fries and a drink) was fine, and the cleanliness is also above board. The few stars are simply given so that the store management might think about it.

You shouldn't expect any ambiance, it's just a McDonald's. I went there once and never again. We ordered something to "eat in." My burger was cold when it arrived. The cheese wasn't even the slightest bit melted. And it was a signature burger on the menu for over 10 euros. So I did something I've never done before and complained. The lady behind the counter then touched my burger and said it was warm enough and that the cheese never melted. But my companions' burgers were, and generally, cheese always melts at McDonald's restaurants. Then I was insulted, but at least they made me a new burger after further discussion. Customer satisfaction is completely irrelevant here, and the food, accordingly, falls short of their already low expectations. I can't recommend a visit here to anyone.

Our drinks arrived at our table fairly quickly. However, my chai latte was half foam and half drink. I wouldn't order it again. The restrooms: the men's portable toilet is cleaner. The women's floor was pretty sticky. There's still room to improve.

The waitress was very rude and even wanted to call the police when we wanted to take a group photo with the waitress. I can't recommend it.

So, you have to get used to ordering first. 20 minutes ago, I ordered a chicken salad with jalapenos and ham on the side. The jalapenos were so small that you couldn't even taste them, and the pig that makes the ham is probably still being fed. In short: there was neither in the salad! A visit to the Kistenwirt is not like a blind date: You know what you're going to get, but true love doesn't come. The food? Solid, but not a gourmet experience - nobody expects that here. The sanitary facilities are a bit of a challenge. The water-saving urinals save on water, but not on scent. Soap is a rare treasure, and drying paper seems to be a myth. Hygiene fans might get confused. The staff, on the other hand, scores with speed and friendliness – a reliable ray of hope for years. The service is so good that you almost forget that the coffee at McCafé now tastes more like hospital hallways than barista art. And the cakes? Sweet, fatty and as exciting in taste as a foot that has fallen asleep. Bottom line: Not a culinary flight of fancy, but if you're acutely hungry it's still better than grazing on the meadow opposite.

I can still ignore that, but with the vegan chicken nuggets we had a very obvious piece of chicken. So we redeemed 2 coupons for 2 Happy Meals (the Pokemon cards are currently in there) + 2 Royal TS Burgers with medium fries. At the end of the day the bag was so stuffed that you couldn't even really check what was missing because otherwise you would have had to tear the whole bag apart and I actually find that kind of unpleasant when you watch other people picking the bags apart and then round up the employees (as I said, there are still people) but it shouldn't be that difficult to put in what you order. I say to my girlfriend "I somehow have the feeling that when we unpack our food at home something is missing" and Zack arrived home, what is missing? That's right, the two royal cheeses & 1x the medium fries. So with the coupons you actually got 2 Happy Meals + 2 Royal TS Burgers and 2x Medium Fries for around €22, but instead you actually only got 2 Happy Meals for €22 which normally cost a maximum of €10-€12. It doesn't make sense to go there again afterwards because everyone could end up there and say something and then it would be a waste of gas. All I can say is, tighten up yourselves and your staff and no matter how much stress there is, focus on the matter, it can't be the case that you pay X amount of money here and don't get the service you paid for and someone else is over a burger at the end of the day more in the menu
