A McDonalds like all the others in Germany. Unfortunately we got fries that were inedible and hard. Service was unfriendly when I complained.

I've now passed the point where I still have understanding! We don't often go to McDonald's because at the end of the day it's just unhealthy Schmitz that they sell, but we all know what it's like when you get home at 11 a.m. after a strenuous late shift and don't feel like it So when you cook, you'll inevitably have to go to McDonald's. Of course they are all just people and of course there can be a lot of stress at dinner time, but sorry if I worked at work like they do I would be unemployed. In no other branch would I ever have such problems as here, where something is always missing and I'm not talking about mayo and ketchup but about whole burgers, fries and other things. We were there yesterday because sorry, even at 35 you get me when it comes to Pokémon. So we redeemed 2 coupons for 2 Happy Meals (the Pokemon cards are currently in there) + 2 Royal TS Burgers with medium fries. At the end of the day the bag was so stuffed that you couldn't even really check what was missing because otherwise you would have had to tear the whole bag apart and I actually find that kind of unpleasant when you watch other people picking the bags apart and then round up the employees (as I said, there are still people) but it shouldn't be that difficult to put in what you order. I say to my girlfriend "I somehow have the feeling that when we unpack our food at home something is missing" and Zack arrived home, what is missing? That's right, the two royal cheeses & 1x the medium fries. So with the coupons you actually got 2 Happy Meals + 2 Royal TS Burgers and 2x Medium Fries for around €22, but instead you actually only got 2 Happy Meals for €22 which normally cost a maximum of €10-€12. It doesn't make sense to go there again afterwards because everyone could end up there and say something and then it would be a waste of gas. All I can say is, tighten up yourselves and your staff and no matter how much stress there is, focus on the matter, it can't be the case that you pay X amount of money here and don't get the service you paid for and someone else is over a burger at the end of the day more in the menu

We shouldn't allow ourselves to do that in our restaurant... because with us the guest is king... and if something is wrong, you change it and don't just discuss it... and so loudly that the other guests hear it listen... that doesn't work at all...

I would like to rate the service. Had dinner here today. Table service was such that the employee poured all the cola over the table onto my pants. Ok, it can happen. It has happened to us very often that we got the wrong dish. Sometimes the normal version instead of vegan chicken nuggets. As a result, only a few of the staff are friendly to you. Most people don't care if you report, for example, that an order terminal doesn't issue a receipt or that card payments aren't possible because of the device. At first it was a very good McDonalds, but unfortunately it has lost its shine because some people don't care about cleaning dirty tables. Sometimes we sat in here for an hour and the tables next door were still completely dirty, even though employees often walked past them.

The service at the checkout was completely unfriendly. Ketchup and mayo were forgotten. We got the wrong drink and I had to wait quite a while to get the right one! And other guests didn't have the things they ordered either. The burger was only half full, the wrong drinks and a few drinks were even missing. Even if it's just a fast food chain, the service can be better even there!!

So far everything is great except that the employees seem overwhelmed and usually forget half of them when ordering. Please check before you set off.

Typical McDonald's restaurant. The service was attentive, but still forgot a burger and a drink in our large order for five people. The food was at least warm, even if some of it was only lukewarm, one of the sweet and sour sauces had already been opened and spoiled the rest of the food, but the team there can't do anything about it. Food packaging can break and in the haste in which the boys and girls there process people and their wishes, something like this can happen. The restaurant was very well attended, especially by locals. What I noticed negatively, at least in the men's toilet I visited, was that although it was superficially clean, there was thick dust and dirt in the cracks of, for example, the sink, and also in the cracks of the fitting itself; probably also due to the haste and speed with which the crew worked. Very friendly staff. There was little going on and our little one was lovingly advised when choosing toys for her HappyMeal. Overall clean and well maintained, including the toilets. Only the play area for children was disappointing. Little entertainment and more broken than whole... What a shame.

Schrecklich, wir bestellten Essen auf Gutscheinen, bezahlten an der Kasse, aber die Quittung wurde uns nicht gegeben, die Anzeigetafel zeigte auch nicht unsere Bestellung, wir gingen, um zu fragen, wo unsere Bestellung, wurde uns gesagt, dass es keine solche Bestellung, und dass wir nicht bezahlen, wir sagten, schauen Sie auf die Kameras, aber die Kameras funktionierten nicht, unsere Freunde, die am Nebentisch saßen, haben sie auch nicht geben ihnen eine Quittung, das Geld wurde nicht an uns zurückgegeben, das Essen wurde nicht an uns gegeben.

Dort arbeiten absolut inkompetente Mitarbeiter, vorallem ein Mann der beim arbeiten fast einpennt. Ich habe beim Bestellterminal 42€ bezahlen müssen und an der Kasse dann 53€ bezahlt. Ich musste zur Kasse da die Kartenzahlung am Terminal nicht funktioniert hat und plötzlich waren es 10€ mehr. Eine Frechheit! Der Mitarbeiter konnte mir nicht erklären wieso und zählte das Geld das ich ihm gab nicht einmal nach. Es waren sogar ca. 50cent zu viel. Danach kam er zum Tisch und meinte es fehlt noch Geld, dann kam er wieder und gab mir 1€ wieder weil er es nicht richtig nachgezählt hat. Dabei stimmte der Preis dann immernoch nicht.Er war so verpeilt und langsam das er die Falsche Nummer ins System eingab das wir dann 45 min mit der falschen Nummer auf unser Essen warteten! Ich frag mich wie Mann nur so Inkompetent sein kann! Ein Mann der alles durcheinander bringt! Am Ende gab es ein eiskaltes Essen. Vielen Dank dafür an diesen Mitarbeiter!

Es war alles in Ordnung, Essen wurde schnell zubereitet, alles war super heiß, was nicht immer der Fall war, Service war sehr freundlich.

Das Essen war weitestgehend sehr gut, nur die McPlant Nuggets ließen etwas zu wünschen übrig (zu fettig und geschmacklich kein Highlight). Der wirkliche Minuspunkt war das Ambiente. Es war im Restaurant noch verhältnismäßig sauber, dafür aber sehr kalt und ungemütlich. Die Toiletten wurden zu lange nicht gereinigt: Der Boden war stark verschmutzt, die Papierhandtücher waren leer und der Wasserhahn über dem Waschbecken war locker (wenig hilfreich beim Händewaschen).

Essen OK. Bedienung an den Tisch in Ordnung. Personal deutsch sprechend. WC sauber. 1 Min. von der Ausfahrt entfernt und daher ein guter "Stopover".

Ich habe heute bei mac Donald angerufen weil ich nach den öffnungszeiten Frage wollte und die Mitarbeiterin hat mir mit der Polizei gedroht und mich gefragt ob ich Langeweile habe hier anzurufen, schade ich wollte eigendlich mit meiner Tochter vorbeikommen und etwas essen aber jetzt habe ich Angst vor ihr weil sie mich bedroht hat.... Unmöglich unfreundlich ich gehe nie weder dort hin!!!

Bei dem Aufenthalt war das Restaurant sehr stark frequentiert. Dementsprechend lange war die Wartezeit (20min).Die Pommes waren warm,die Burger leider nahezu kalt.Die Reklamation verlief ohne Probleme,leider mussten wir erneut 15 Minuten auf die dann aber warmen und leckeren Burger warten.Bei unserem Besuch war die Filiale sauber.Die Rückgabewagen wurden ständig geleert.

Essen im drive in kommt nicht. Scam!

Service und Qualität Müll. Mitarbeiter sind lustlos bei der Arbeit. Rundherum liegt der Verpackungsmüll, aber Hauptsache "Greenwashing" mit dem ganzen Veggi-Fraß. Das beste für die Umwelt wäre, diese Kette zu schließen.

Absolut unfreundliches Personal, im Restaurant ist fast immer der komplette Boden dreckig. Personal ist absolut überfordert.
