Chai Latte tastes like it was fresh out of the dishwasher... not what it used to be...

Food lukewarm, order was missing, 1 burger, table service so-so, not a good day, nothing just put down and gone... then the absolute hammer men's toilet smelled really unpleasant, really disgusting then washing your hands didn't work completely. Note that you should wash your hands in the disabled toilet. The owner should improve something here...

Waited 2.5 hours despite calling. The food is cold and the colas for the menu are missing. Ordered via Lieferando and Amazon Prime, prepayment Klarna. Never this mess again.

Absolutely overwhelmed, the staff has no plan. We waited almost 2 hours for the food on Saturday. And totally unfriendly.

Waiting time now 80 minutes. It doesn't work at all.

I would like to rate the service. Had dinner here today. Table service was such that the employee poured all the cola over the table onto my pants. Ok, it can happen. But no excuses, I had to get the replacement Coke myself. Another person then simply patted the table dry. We then asked the cleaner ourselves to clean the table and the floor. You should urgently think about service here.

Food is as always at McDonalds and service is now mostly contactless. But when you have to talk to the people there, they are always unfriendly.

We would be given the wrong food

It has happened to us very often that we got the wrong dish. Sometimes the normal version instead of vegan chicken nuggets. As a result, only a few of the staff are friendly to you. Most people don't care if you report, for example, that an order terminal doesn't issue a receipt or that card payments aren't possible because of the device. At first it was a very good McDonalds, but unfortunately it has lost its shine because some people don't care about cleaning dirty tables. Sometimes we sat in here for an hour and the tables next door were still completely dirty, even though employees often walked past them.

The service at the checkout was completely unfriendly. Ketchup and mayo were forgotten. We got the wrong drink and I had to wait quite a while to get the right one! And other guests didn't have the things they ordered either. The burger was only half full, the wrong drinks and a few drinks were even missing. Even if it's just a fast food chain, the service can be better even there!!

So far everything is great except that the employees seem overwhelmed and usually forget half of them when ordering. Please check before you set off.

Typical McDonald's restaurant. The service was attentive, but still forgot a burger and a drink in our large order for five people. The food was at least warm, even if some of it was only lukewarm, one of the sweet and sour sauces had already been opened and spoiled the rest of the food, but the team there can't do anything about it. Food packaging can break and in the haste in which the boys and girls there process people and their wishes, something like this can happen. The restaurant was very well attended, especially by locals. What I noticed negatively, at least in the men's toilet I visited, was that although it was superficially clean, there was thick dust and dirt in the cracks of, for example, the sink, and also in the cracks of the fitting itself; probably also due to the haste and speed with which the crew worked. Orders are forgotten and very often issued incomplete. The preparation time is incredibly long compared to other branches. Under observation it was clear that order slips were being thrown away and that employees were shouting and complaining to each other. The ordering machines come out with incorrect receipts on which you can't see or read anything.

Very friendly staff. There was little going on and our little one was lovingly advised when choosing toys for her HappyMeal. Overall clean and well maintained, including the toilets. Only the play area for children was disappointing. Little entertainment and more broken than whole... What a shame.

At least when we visited it was a very crowded McDonalds. Accordingly, the staff couldn't keep up with order processing at all. Some of the tables were dirty. When we were informed, it was cleaned up in annoyance. Food consistently good.

Yes, no stars without food. Was there at 9:30 p.m., MC Drive. The one lady in front of me had to wait, she then drove through... I was supposed to keep waiting too, and then I drove through without food, already angry. This has nothing to do with fast food and is not the MC D standard! Employees shouted sarcastically after me! Just embarrassing.

Schrecklich, wir bestellten Essen auf Gutscheinen, bezahlten an der Kasse, aber die Quittung wurde uns nicht gegeben, die Anzeigetafel zeigte auch nicht unsere Bestellung, wir gingen, um zu fragen, wo unsere Bestellung, wurde uns gesagt, dass es keine solche Bestellung, und dass wir nicht bezahlen, wir sagten, schauen Sie auf die Kameras, aber die Kameras funktionierten nicht, unsere Freunde, die am Nebentisch saßen, haben sie auch nicht geben ihnen eine Quittung, das Geld wurde nicht an uns zurückgegeben, das Essen wurde nicht an uns gegeben.

Dort arbeiten absolut inkompetente Mitarbeiter, vorallem ein Mann der beim arbeiten fast einpennt. Ich habe beim Bestellterminal 42€ bezahlen müssen und an der Kasse dann 53€ bezahlt. Ich musste zur Kasse da die Kartenzahlung am Terminal nicht funktioniert hat und plötzlich waren es 10€ mehr. Eine Frechheit! Der Mitarbeiter konnte mir nicht erklären wieso und zählte das Geld das ich ihm gab nicht einmal nach. Es waren sogar ca. 50cent zu viel. Danach kam er zum Tisch und meinte es fehlt noch Geld, dann kam er wieder und gab mir 1€ wieder weil er es nicht richtig nachgezählt hat. Dabei stimmte der Preis dann immernoch nicht.Er war so verpeilt und langsam das er die Falsche Nummer ins System eingab das wir dann 45 min mit der falschen Nummer auf unser Essen warteten! Ich frag mich wie Mann nur so Inkompetent sein kann! Ein Mann der alles durcheinander bringt! Am Ende gab es ein eiskaltes Essen. Vielen Dank dafür an diesen Mitarbeiter!

Es war alles in Ordnung, Essen wurde schnell zubereitet, alles war super heiß, was nicht immer der Fall war, Service war sehr freundlich.

Das Essen war weitestgehend sehr gut, nur die McPlant Nuggets ließen etwas zu wünschen übrig (zu fettig und geschmacklich kein Highlight). Der wirkliche Minuspunkt war das Ambiente. Es war im Restaurant noch verhältnismäßig sauber, dafür aber sehr kalt und ungemütlich. Die Toiletten wurden zu lange nicht gereinigt: Der Boden war stark verschmutzt, die Papierhandtücher waren leer und der Wasserhahn über dem Waschbecken war locker (wenig hilfreich beim Händewaschen).

Essen OK. Bedienung an den Tisch in Ordnung. Personal deutsch sprechend. WC sauber. 1 Min. von der Ausfahrt entfernt und daher ein guter "Stopover".

Ich habe heute bei mac Donald angerufen weil ich nach den öffnungszeiten Frage wollte und die Mitarbeiterin hat mir mit der Polizei gedroht und mich gefragt ob ich Langeweile habe hier anzurufen, schade ich wollte eigendlich mit meiner Tochter vorbeikommen und etwas essen aber jetzt habe ich Angst vor ihr weil sie mich bedroht hat.... Unmöglich unfreundlich ich gehe nie weder dort hin!!!

Bei dem Aufenthalt war das Restaurant sehr stark frequentiert. Dementsprechend lange war die Wartezeit (20min).Die Pommes waren warm,die Burger leider nahezu kalt.Die Reklamation verlief ohne Probleme,leider mussten wir erneut 15 Minuten auf die dann aber warmen und leckeren Burger warten.Bei unserem Besuch war die Filiale sauber.Die Rückgabewagen wurden ständig geleert.

Essen im drive in kommt nicht. Scam!

Service und Qualität Müll. Mitarbeiter sind lustlos bei der Arbeit. Rundherum liegt der Verpackungsmüll, aber Hauptsache "Greenwashing" mit dem ganzen Veggi-Fraß. Das beste für die Umwelt wäre, diese Kette zu schließen.

Absolut unfreundliches Personal, im Restaurant ist fast immer der komplette Boden dreckig. Personal ist absolut überfordert.

Sehr oft ist das Personal überfordert. Man wartet sehr lange auf sein Essen, wenn die Bestellung mal 2 bis 3 Bürger mehr ist. Die Toilette ist eine Zumutung, stinkt wie auf einem Dixiklo an so kleinen Raststätten. Für ein Restaurant echt beschämend.

Wohne 2 Jahre in Eisenach. War schon in vielen McDonald's Restaurants aber so ein schlechtes wie Eisenach habe ich noch nie erlebt. Falsche Zusammenstellung der Burger. Falsche Bestellungen, unglaublich lange Wartezeiten für teilweise kleine Bestellungen. Unfreundliches und Unverständnisvolles Personal... oft keine Aktionsgläser oder Spielzeug mehr da. Gibt leider nach so vielen Problemen nur einen Stern.

Guten Abend ! Ich war heute Abend hier, eine kleine, blonde, braunäugige junge Dame, sehr süß, nahm sogar die Hand meines Freundes, während ich ihm das Paket gab! NICHT! 😡

Der Service war eine katastrophe, teilweise werden da Leute hingestellt die der deutschen sprache nicht mächtig sind. Die pommes waren schon richtig braun und ungenießbar. Der Bürger war schimmlig. Milchshake schoko schneckte nach Kaffee. Fazit: Mir ging es gesundheitlich von dem Essen sehr bescheiden, musste mich mehrfach übergeben. War auf jeden fall das letzte mal das ich dort gegessen haben.

Die Zubereitung dauert etwas lange. Sonst alles okay.

Großer McDonalds nahe der Autobahnausfahrt in einem Gewerbegebiet. Bedienung und Freundlichkeit war sehr gut.

Meine Bestellung wurde nicht bedient und der Service hat mich sehr schlecht behandelt. Sie sagten, wenn ich zu viel bestelle... Ich bestelle eine Menge Cola Zero über den Scheck, den sie mir gegeben haben, und dann sagen sie, dass es nicht mein Scheck ist!
