Very long waiting time. I had to wait almost 20 minutes. Although it was so good we were empty.

The nicest Mcces we've ever been in. The staff was also super fast and friendly :)

This McDonalds is a little bit off the highway. However, the detour is worth it. Especially if you are now considering whether you would rather stop in Osterfeld or here! The equipment: the modern fast food restaurant with McCafe has 6 ordering terminals. Longer waiting times only occur during exceptional peak times. There are 3 games tablets, the outdoor slide and a small indoor climbing tower to keep the children busy. This is slightly separated from the other seats so that the little ones can play freely without disturbing anyone. All tables are equipped with power sockets so you can charge your cell phone. The toilets are clean. But one thing is really special: the employees are friendly and committed. The food was brought to our table with a smile and when there was a little something wrong, the very friendly employee immediately found a solution. Unusual!! Thank you for the nice break.

Nice staff and super fast service

Good for a stopover on the A9, right next to an EnBW charging station, the cake from the McCafé was particularly good and the coffee was also better than expected. Clean and tidy for a McDonalds.

Our absolute favorite McD restaurant which we always like to go to on our vacation trips home. The employees are always super friendly; We never have to wait for our food and everything goes as ordered :-) And there are even beautiful autumn flowers on the tables - really cozy. Oh and it’s clean too. Please keep doing this.

Surprisingly good, if not super. We were here many years ago and didn't have a good experience. Everything was great today. The food was served after about 5 minutes. (4 menus). My small order for the car was also completed extremely quickly. The best were the two older women who had a smile on their faces and asked if they could help. (The parking lot was full, by the way). Please keep it up and we'll be happy to come back.

It cannot be compared to any McDonald's in one respect - cleanliness of the toilets. Entry to the toilet costs one euro. You get this as a voucher. Of course, that wasn't clear when you paid in advance by card and two euros were lost. But hey, we'll never come back to redeem the vouchers. 🤮 Visiting time: Friday 8.40 p.m Neither rush hour nor shortly before closing.

Went to Jena yesterday and made a quick stop... the staff were so friendly... the golden seagull in Weißenfels can get a big thumbs up

Extra space available for families with small children. There is a small indoor structure with a slide. A larger play structure outside. Another attraction for children are the three built-in tablet PCs with various video games. Nearby EnBW charging park.

Rarely seen such a bad McDonald's. The toilets are totally dirty and the floor is also dirty. Toilet paper empty, soap empty and no towels but a broken hand dryer. Ordering at the terminal was quick, but we had to wait forever until the order was ready. Then there was still a lot missing and we had to argue even though we were right. After we finally had everything, the food was very sobering. Fries cold and soggy. The M Burger was totally slapped in and unappetizing! It wasn't busy and there was enough staff! So we'll never come back, that was a disgrace! And that with the prices!

Five stars for the very nice employee and her equally friendly colleagues! The food is just McDonalds - you get what you expect. This is perfectly fine as a rest stop when traveling. The staff here are always noticeably friendly.

Forgot fries. Employees were completely overloaded and didn't want to hand me the missing fries - perhaps also because of the high volume of customers. One does not know. It worked on the second attempt: another employee got caught. No soap in the toilets. Can't understand the positive reviews.

It was very cool in the restaurant that day.

1st order in months. 60€. Forgotten half again! And when you complain over the phone, people laugh too! And strangely enough, the same employees are ALWAYS on shift when something is missing from the orders!

It's not just the food that's good here. The ambience and the friendliness of the employees are also striking. The toilets are clean. It's nice to take a special exit from the motorway.

A really good place in the low season (not so crowded). A few meters away is the beautifully situated lake, which is ideal for swimming. You can also explore and enjoy the surrounding nature by bike. There is fresh water and a disposal station almost next door.

Well, this company is slowly becoming unsustainable. First of all, the staff on site can't do anything about it!! But the food is becoming more and more expensive, poorer and smaller. Any Birgerbude nearby can score points with better food, fresher and fairer prices. The only advantage: always and everywhere accessible.

So I eat there every time, now I don't feel like it anymore, the food comes quickly but I get limp fries (lukewarm ones) with a cold chicken patty since the last 4 visits the only thing that was warm or hot was the same thing the pizza pockets.

You know what to expect and what you get. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's less good. Sometimes it's decent revue and fresh, sometimes it's not as good. But the kids love it and it is often an extremely important factor that should not be forgotten.

One of the best McDonald's branches I know. The staff are attentive, the food is delivered quickly, it's clean and there's a good atmosphere. I come here once a month when I travel from Berlin to Frankfurt, and whether it's breakfast, dinner or during the day, you can rely on this branch. Thanks to the employees and management who do a great job here 💪🏼

Calling maka a restaurant is quite a stretch. A fast food restaurant maybe. Although they serve food at the bar...

In the restaurant itself, customers' food trays are stacked on top of each other - not cleaned. The staff does not understand the order placed in German / and this is MC in Germany /. The service was nice but confusing... the wrap was weak, the meat was undercooked.

The order is completed quickly, but gets mixed up and some things are forgotten when ordering correctly. It was completed upon request and then everything still wasn't put together correctly. So MC Drive is not recommended here!

It's well filled, but no stress here, everything is clean and you feel comfortable, not always usual MC...

Recently ate there twice within a few days. What struck me very positively was the cleanliness of the tables, the toilets and the “restaurant” itself. I don't really like going to McDonald's, especially because it often has such a dirty, dirty atmosphere. Many operators of such “restaurants” don’t seem to attach great importance to ambience and cleanliness. This McDonald's has really managed to stand out from the usual standard in a positive way. The employees were also friendly. Thumbs up for that too. The food itself is McDonald’s, you don’t have to write much about it. Maybe this: The fries were unusually crispy the first time, which was a positive. The second time was more typically limp as we know it. Well, McDonald’s, you don’t go there because you expect exceptional cuisine.

Always check the goods... unfortunately only affordable with vouchers...

Not too crowded, food prepared quickly

Despite all the prejudices, when consumed on site, coffee is actually served in real cups and not, as is unfortunately still often the case, in disposable cups. An electric car charging station is nearby.

No big surprises are to be expected at McDonald’s. Not here either. The advantage for me is that I can charge my car there.

Great McDonald's! Super fast, our order was ready in less than 3 minutes! And the food didn't taste cold, but was completely fine. And next to it there are six charging stations in the parking lot for electric cars and behind it another charging station with 14 connections. Top!

Clean, fast. My first McRib with roasted flavor. :-) It's definitely worth leaving the BAB, even if it takes 5 minutes. The service employees deserve more than the 5 stars.

I would like to warmly recommend this McDonald's branch. Very close to the A9 as an alternative to the Hermsdorfer Kreuz service area, I stop there on almost all of my trips home. The food is very fresh and tasty and the staff including the boss are friendly and accommodating. Stay as you are, I'll be happy to come back! LG Thomas

I know it's common practice now and many people even think it's better. I think it's stupid because personal contact is very important to me. This order to this screen. Then wait for the food. You are just a number and not valued as a person.

In the last two weeks I have been a guest a total of 3 times. There was constant coming and going. - The food was prepared quickly, so there was no waiting time. The employees were always very friendly and helpful. We'd love to come back. Keep it up!

It's too complicated to order food using the machine

It was really quick, but some of the burgers had been sitting for some time - so they weren't really fresh anymore. Cleanliness also leaves something to be desired.

....a nice McDonald's; near the Eisenberg exit in a small industrial area; We always make a stop here on the way to the north. SOUTH...THE environment is very beautiful and if there is a traffic jam on the A9 again you can easily avoid it overland. The restaurant is always clean, the toilets cleaned and the staff friendly and cheerful at work. Seems like a great team there.

After we actually just wanted to go through the drive for a short stop and then stood there for 20 minutes, the good mood was immediately over - but it was made up for by the extremely friendly staff. (that day McDonals had a global IT outage) - the food was extremely freshly prepared. We then did the B sample on the way back a few days later and saw the impression confirmed, which is why I would absolutely recommend this store.

Super nice and lovely employees. This McDonald's is always super clean and they always treat the children in a friendly manner. This is really a great McDonald’s. The boss himself is also nice to his employees at first glance. Fries are great and taste very good. Burgers are also very tasty. The employees even have a smile on their faces. Our child loves coming here.

Well, we wanted a normal ice cream with 2x chocolate sauce.... The service person, more than annoyed, called for an employee and her words were: "They claim that they have already had 2x chocolate sauce here." Then her colleague hastily ran over to us and showed us that it wasn't possible to order like that and blah blah... So they were both completely unfriendly and annoyed. Luckily we've had different experiences there before, but that's not the case. Disappointing. Luckily there are other good cafes 😉

A great branch of McDonald's! Other branches can really learn a lesson here. We were passing through and ordered quite a lot at once for four people. The food came very quickly and was brought to the table at the same time with table service by two very friendly ladies. Everything was freshly prepared and hot. The branch was also really clean (including toilets). We have experienced this in a completely different way, so a special greeting and thanks to McDonald's in Petersberg. Keep it up!

Kudos to the McDonalds team! We have probably never received our food so quickly. After barely 5 minutes everything was at the table. And complete! Unfortunately, clean tables and no overcrowded return stations are no longer a given everywhere - here they are! Thank you very much!

Don't normally go to the MD, it was a holiday return day, so there were too many people. But the food came very quickly. We actually stopped to charge the car.
