Had a stomach ache all night from eating... never McDonald's or Burger King again

A damn Bic Mac for 6 euros... there's better... and the quality... well...

I've experienced a lot, but the service here is just bad... You don't get a straw for your cola here... so I was refused it!!!!! ... Despite asking and asking to have one... The "management" refused it! ...Just sad!

There is the BEST service person ever at the drive counter! You couldn't ask for more positive and friendly service! I don't know how hot you are (brown, curly and longer hair), but I celebrate you every time! You put you in a good mood, stay as great as you are. Hopefully you get a decent raise!

McDonald's is a must every now and then.

Unfortunately, the cheeseburger only consists of a dry bun and dry meat. Luckily, there are other burgers that also have some flavor.

Super satisfied. The staff is very nice and the food comes very quickly after you order. Many McDonald's don't get there, but I would never be disappointed here.

Probably the worst McDonald's I've had the pleasure of knowing, I ordered via the app at night and paid via Apple Pay. Apparently the cash register wasn't working. The employee was then very rude and left you out in the rain. Since you can't come to the branch at night, you have to eat at Mc Drive War here a few times. After today it was the last time

Hello, I have been very satisfied with these great Mc Donalds in Fallersleben for over 20 years. Nice employees, cleaning ladies, Drive Inn and service very good and the delicious food tastes very good every time. Everything works fine with Ap. I can only recommend Mc Donalds Fallersleben. I don't understand that instead of serving customers, they discuss things with customers unnecessarily!!!! Not everyone should be in charge!!!!! The gentleman who is probably in charge thinks that he is something and argues unnecessarily and wants to prove to me that I made a typo. NO I DIDN'T MISTAKE AND I'M SURE and he was so loud and ready to argue he was so excited he wanted to hit me.😡😡😡😡😡😡 I don't get upset for unnecessary people...

The parking situation is not working at all, the parking spaces are very tight, renovation should really be considered. Visitors with wide cars, i.e. almost any SUV, simply park in the disabled parking spaces. That doesn't work at all! But the employees at Mc Drive don't say anything and still bring the food to the car. The police should stand there and write it down, that's where a lot of money comes into the city's coffers. In addition, the Mc Drive runs through the parking lot, so you are also hindered when parking and leaving. Food and so on is ok, just McDonald's...

The five stars go to the nice young man who served me very nicely at the drive in... if he reads it he'll know. We like to go there just because of him. He made you forget the disappointments from last time... Thanks. Unfortunately, there are too few people like that.

My impression hasn't changed. For me, the McDonald’s in Fallersleben is still the nicest and friendliest McDonald’s in Wolfsburg.

I ordered drive-thru food online today and discovered at home that a burger for 6.09 was missing. On the phone they said it had to be checked immediately. We also got the wrong food in the car next to us and the coke was still missing the third time.

The Fallersleben location doesn't understand what it means to order without bacon. So when you get the order, it's best to slap Tasty in the face right behind the counter... actually, like all other McDonald's in Germany, the place is terribly bad for an amount that you can't really imagine

Since I generally order via my cell phone, go into the restaurant and get a number at the table and then pay with a card, delivery to the table works really well. There are never any problems at the machine or at the checkout. They process things quickly and are very friendly. I had a very good experience there and enjoy going to this McDonald's.

Ambience, well cleanliness works like that. Hope someone can read, you can take your makeup off. Anyone who has allergies should be very careful, hence reading this. Ordered without lettuce sticker has no lettuce on it, but when you open the box it is still there. So not exactly recommended for allergy sufferers. If you order the burgers normally with everything, you don't expect them to be warm, but rather lukewarm or cold, which is why you order them without lettuce, which is on it 👍🤦‍♀️ I will avoid MC from now on, as customers are not taken into account. The last time it was a cheeseburger with no content just the bun, luckily we were there and had a complaint about it. They weren't happy, but if I paid the money for it I would like to have it as stated with contents and no cover. If you're smart, you don't go there anymore, I advise against it and I don't recommend it either.

Order was incomplete. Called and told “It can’t be”. A subsequent delivery came, unfortunately with the wrong burger. And last but not least, the driver said “But there’s nothing more.” An absolute disgrace!!!!

It says on the Internet that breakfast is served at McDonalds until 11:30 a.m. on Sundays and public holidays. Unfortunately there was no more breakfast and there was also a rude answer from the young gentleman at the drive counter who said that there had been no breakfast since 10:30 a.m. A small discussion followed our answer, which is on the internet: breakfast is served until 11:30 a.m. Very sad how customers are treated here.

The mac rib is a disaster, a quarter smaller, no longer tastes like it used to, the hamburger is only half the size, was there again today MC chicken menu ordered for 5.99 what was in it 2 cheeseburgers you always have to check on site whether you get your goods They can't even take an order, sadly

There is still some work to be done on the service and friendliness. But otherwise it was fine.

Once again we didn't get a burger but paid for it :( and instead of ordering despite the app, we were supposed to get two "glow in the dark glasses and a midnight blue" cola glass, but were then only given a black and a pink glass. But then we did Got another turquoise one that was completely different to what I ordered and then was ripped off again with a cheeky burger.

Waiting times inside are long because there was a lot going on.

Best McDonald's within a 50km radius! The service is so friendly and fast that we only come here when we visit McDonald's. One young employee in particular, with long dark hair, stands out with his friendliness! The company should reward such people for their great service!

I can't say much about Abiente because we usually just stop there in the car and place the orders. Sometimes it would be nice if you could put together your own burger. Because the last few times we always had an extremely hot sauce on it. Otherwise the service is completely fine and friendly.

The food in the McDonalds restaurant in Fallersleben is mostly good, but in rare cases there is something to complain about. The ambience seems average and not super inviting, just a fast food restaurant and therefore okay. However, the service is subpar. My last experience with the franchisee is really depressing. But from the beginning. An order was placed via the McDonalds app and the two nearby branches were offered (location WOB). Westerlinge 2 in 38442 Wolfsburg was selected. Payment was made via Paypal. The app's geofencing also worked; when I arrived at the parking lot, I was confirmed in the app that my order was now being freshly prepared. I was the only customer waiting in the restaurant and after 10 minutes a small queue had already formed. However, no orders for pickup had been received. The employee at the checkout then spoke to me and asked if I had ordered online. I gave him the order number and he found the order in the cash register system. However, the order was listed there as unpaid. He then asked the others waiting if everyone had ordered online. This question was answered in the affirmative. Some of the orders have already been paid with credit card or Paypal, and the orders, like mine, were also found as unpaid in the cash register system. I was asked to pay for the order again even though I could show the Paypal payment. I was told it was a technical error in the app, I had to pay and should keep my receipt. After a few days, the money from Paypal and the local card payment came out of my account. So I contacted McDonalds customer service to get a refund. McDonald's service referred me to the franchisee. Despite describing the problem several times, the franchisee brushed off my concern and told me that I had paid on the spot and received my goods. I should contact the restaurant that I paid to in error. A restaurant in 86899 Landsberg was listed on the receipt from the app payment. That's just 140km and definitely not near me. As already described, geofencing worked. I therefore continue to assume that there is a technical error. I have now stopped trying to get the money back. After all, it's only about €14, but the lack of customer support just doesn't feel good. For the reasons mentioned, there is only 2/5 stars in the overall rating.

Opening times are incorrect. No 24/7

Purchased again with the coupons. Delicious strawberry milkshake with lots of ice cream and delicious six chicken nuggets. My girlfriend's chicken nuggets were also really good and, unlike before at McDonald's, the largest one was no longer hard and therefore absolutely recommended. Luckily they finally caught up with Burger King! They actually tasted better than the originals. Keep it up!

I really enjoy eating here with my cuseng. The ambience is great, the staff are very nice and friendly. Latte macchiato cappuccino and the chocolate cake was very tasty.

A McD as expected. What really annoys me personally is that when I pick up food to take away, the monitor with the numbers displayed is always switched off. Of course it's a good way to ignore the system... but somehow it's not the purpose of the thing. Just unscrew the thing or turn it on. Unfortunately, this seems to be intentional here.

Good McDonald’s, well organized. The staff at Mac Drive are mostly nice, some even very nice. Very busy at peak times. But it will be processed quickly.

Everything dirty and dirty. The door to the men's clone is open because it smells so bad. The entire restaurant also benefits from it.

Food is great. Service is also very polite most of the time. But 5 out of 10 times they forget to put all the bought products in the bag. It's not the problem when I am there but it drives me nuts when I come home and realize something is missing. As for the atmosphere outside is great but in Summer Klima is off and it's 30 degrees inside and in winter it's very cold. Toilettes stinks most of the time. I gave them more stars because food is always fresh.

20 minut czekalam na zamowienie... Jak poszlam zapytac czemu tak dlugo i ile jeszcze bede czekac to pan bardzo opryskliwie powiedzial ze jeszcze nie jest gotowe( no akurat tego sie domyslilam) dodam ze kolejki nie bylo, a moja kolezanka zdazyla juz zjesc... Jedzenie bylo zimne. W lokalu tak samo zimno jak i na dworze... Raczej bede omijac, nie polecam!

Ich fahre gerne mal nach McDonalds wenn msn mal keine Zeit hat zum kochen. Aber die letzten Male immer wenn ich was bestellt habe hat immer was gefehlt was ich sehr schade finde.

Moderner McDonalds, mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Leider ist es meist nicht wirklich sauber und zu den normalen Zeiten brechend voll. Dadurch ist es auch eher schwer vor Ort einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Also McDonalds hat echt dolle nachgelassen im Gegensatz zu früher, das Essen is teurer geworden was früher mal für nen Hamburger nen 1€ gekostet hat bzw Cheeseburger, da frage ich mich was is daran teurer geworden der belag das "Brötchen" also Fazit ist lieber Döner und man wird satt. Das Lokal trist und Zeitlos sowie das Spielzeug nur noch Papier oder ähnliches ist. Schade drum das es so stark abgenommen hat.

Es ist ein super McDonald’s es ist nicht sehr dreckig und das Essen hat sehr lecker geschmeckt es war alles warm es gibt dort auch noch ein riesigen Spielplatz wo Kinder spielen können das Personal war auch sehr freundlich es ist ein Super McDonald’s

Als ich dort war waren alle Selbstbesttellungsterminals kaputt dies war sehr Schade aber Sonst super.

Schöner moderner MC Donalds. Mitarbeiter auch sehr freundlich. Katastrophe ist das Sicherheitskonzept bei Kindern. Haupteingang mit automatischer Türöffnung. Danach stehen Kinder in 5 Metern auf der Hauptstraße. Bei Playland stand dann die Tür nach hinten auf, so dass Kinder einfach wegrennen können. Fehlende Tore an beiden Seiten des Aussenbereiches. Mit Kleinstkindern ein No Go. Ich habe das probiert auf den Bildern festzuhalten. Ach ein Seil zum Würgen war dann noch der Gipfel. Ansonsten passte alles. Toiletten auch ok und ordentlich.

Bestellung im DriveIn war nicht vollständig

Kann nur Mc Drive bewerten da ich dort öfters schon war. Trotz langer Schlange geht es super schnell. Immer sehr nett. Essen immer frisch,egal welche Uhrzeit und gut verpackt mit Serviette und so.

Essen ist recht gut für ein McDonalds. Mitarbeiter recht überfordert, da es supervoll war. Essbereich wurden vor gut 1 Jahr erst renoviert.

Mit der App bestellt...dann rein gegangen, hingesetzt und sehr schnell das Essen an den Tisch geliefert bekommen. Qualität des Essens war sehr gut 👍

Ich hab bei Lieferando bestellt. Heute hat das Essen etwas länger gedauert als die anderen male aber trotzdem noch immer noch schnell und heiß. Sehr großen lob an den Lieferanten/Mitarbeiter von McDonalds (Männlich, Glatzköpfig, Tattoos zu sehen ) Er ist jedes höflich und strahlt eine positive Energie aus.

Der junge Mann am Drive Absolut charmant und nett. Auch die Dame bei der Ausgabe sehr nett. Das ist sehr selten in dieser Zeit. Schätz dieses Personal, denn das ist selten so. Weiter so .....Tippi toppi ...ich komme wieder .

McDonald's eben... Aber sehr sauberes Restaurant. Man war sehr bemüht, kleinere Unfälle und Kleckereien zu beseitigen. Ist leider nicht überall so... Weiter so!

Plus Punkt hat halt immer auf kam aber auch schon öfter vor dass ich ohne Gurken oder jalapeños bestellt habe und diese trotzdem drauf waren ist mit heute bei zwei Burgern passiert…

Seit meinem letzten Besuch leider verschlechtert,Gitterpommes schmecken wie Angelarechtes Leder,dann wird nur die hälfte ausgegebenen,die bestellt wurde. Immerhin wird für Spannung gesorgt indem man Puzzleburger bekommt

Ich habe 20er Plant Nuggets bestellt und ausversehen die echten Chicken Nuggets bekommen. Der Herr Madonna hat ohne zu zögern sich das angeschaut und sofort ausgetauscht und mich freundlich bedient. Daumen hoch für das schnelle und tolle reagieren an den Herrn :) Das nennt man Service :)

Besonders wichtig bei meiner Bewertung, ist es mir einen speziellen Mitarbeiter loben. Er hatte Dienst am 10.7.23 um 17.30 am Drive in (bestellannahme). Ein junger Mann mit langen Haaren. Er hat schon öfter meine Bestellung angenommen und ich bin mehr als begeistert!!! Das ist mit meilenweitem Abstand der freundlichste und kompetenteste Mitarbeiter aus allen MCD Filialen, die ich je besucht habe! Ich würde sogar sagen von sämtlichen Fastfood Restaurants in denen ich je war!!! Er versteht die Bestellung schon beim ersten Mal, gibt alles korrekt ein und ist super freundlich dabei! Er wünscht immer einen schönen Tag, wenn man wegfährt. Der erste Mitarbeiter, bei dem man nicht das Gefühl hat, dass man nach dem Bezahlen schnell wieder weg fahren soll!!! Wirklich toll! Ich hoffe dein Chef liest das hier, denn es ist definitiv Zeit für eine Beförderung oder mindestens eine Gehaltserhöhung!!!! Daher gibt es im Service von mir 5 Sterne! Obwohl die Kollegen die danach bedienen, ständig Teile meiner Bestellung verhessen in die Tüten zu packen!
