I often stop at McDonald's and grab a bite to eat; the food is great, always delicious and hot.

The McDonald's at Westerlinge is 16.7% more expensive than the McDonald's at Lerchenweg. McChicken Classic (single): Price at Westerlinge 2: €6.99 Price at Lerchenweg 24: €5.99

The staff simply forgot half of my order.

I ordered food through Lieferrando, and an entire menu was missing. I called and tried seven times before I got through. The shift manager was extremely rude and unwilling to help in any way. He referred me to Lieferrando, even though the contents of the order were incorrect. The fact is, my money is gone. You can't seem to get through to anyone at Lieferrando either. With service like this, I can understand every bad review.

One of the better restaurants in the area. Of course, McDonald's has also become outrageously expensive.

Clean, fast, friendly, attentive

What can I say? The food was great, as always—Big Mac, fries, the whole lot. But the real highlight was the unexpected encounter that makes me give this place 5 stars. ​I was sitting there, enjoying my Big Mac, thinking my day couldn't get any better when I saw the two blonde angels at the next table. A young lady so sweet it would almost give you cavities, and her equally sweet mom. They were laughing, chatting, they were simply perfect. ​In that moment, I learned an important lesson: You can fill your stomach, but if you forget your brain, you'll end up hungry because you forgot to ask for your cell phone number. ​Dear McDonald's team, thank you for reminding me that sometimes love is just sitting a table away. I'll definitely be back—not just for the fries, but also in the hope of bringing my brain cells with me next time. ​P.S.: The McFlurry was also delicious!

Ordered 8 times in a month and received the wrong food/drink 8 times. Staff are friendly, but you should check your food, especially here. No improvement in sight so far.

It's a perfectly normal Mecces, but now, for the third time out of four orders, everything has been incomplete. The first time, fries were missing. The second time, a cheeseburger patty was missing. And the third time, 20 nuggets were missing.

Nice seating inside and outside. The burgers are always fresh and of typical McD quality. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the McCafe area is usually empty.

A McDonald's like any other, the only bad thing is the fat it uses to fry.

Hi everyone, We just picked up food at the drive-thru. Luckily, I opened the Coke cup at home before drinking it. Unfortunately, there was a wasp and an ant swimming in it. That would have been awful if we had drunk the Coke directly in the car or simply left the lid on while drinking. Please be more careful. This is completely unacceptable.

Today, for what feels like the 100th time, I got my Big Tasty Bacon WITHOUT bacon!! Why?! Why do I order a burger that has bacon in the name and always get it without bacon?! It's really annoying. Almost every time, the extra sauces, mayo, etc. I order are simply not put in the bag. The veggie burger patty is ALWAYS ice cold! Despite pre-ordering via the app, we always have to park in the waiting area. It's just not going well.

The young man (with the long hair) at the drive-thru was so nice and friendly—I've never experienced anything like it at McDonald's before. He's a really great employee who does his job incredibly well.

The manager is discriminatory, rude, and completely unfriendly to customers, especially those with disabilities. If, for example, your number is 166, you should be prepared for the following process: 169, 164, 162, 163, 167, 166, and the rest, I have no idea. If you politely ask when it's your turn, you'll just be reprimanded by the manager. Oh yeah, the food was cold too, but you're used to that. This location has only one positive thing! The nice young man with the pleasant voice you could only wish for. HE SHOULD RUN THE STORE OR GET A HUGE PAY RAISE!!!

We don't go to McDonald's often, but when we do, it's to Fallersleben. Solely for the Chicken McNuggets (yes, they taste different than at other restaurants) and the friendly service at the Drive-In. 90% of the time, we hear the same friendly voice that greets us with joy in our work, politeness, and yet a little bit of mischievousness, and asks us for our order. Unfortunately, we don't have a name, but thank you! So there are still people out there who enjoy this thankless job.

Unfortunately, it's very common for people to use too much salt and pepper. It's unacceptable that I have salt/pepper lumps on my hamburger. Unfortunately, this only happens at these McDonald's.

I got the same burger. One time, the burger was slapped together. The other time, the burger was inedible. The third time, there were maggots in the burger. I saw sweat drip from an employee's forehead onto burgers, onto nuggets, and onto fries. Furthermore, the hygiene measures leave a lot to be desired. The staff are also very unfriendly. I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone. I will never go there again.

A McDonald's with a McCafé, prices and selection as usual, the restaurant wasn't too crowded, and the surroundings/ambiance were fine. Prices and selection as usual. 😉 That's how it should be.

Always friendly staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Despite the busy drive-thru, there's no sign of hecticness or stress. The food is always perfectly hot. That's how it should be.

Thank you for the mc wrap, with just lettuce, chicken and sauce and two green cucumbers😃 it was enough to use a knife my dears but someone is lazy. You could have already thrown the whole thing in 😃😅 for me it's a tragedy, the worst mc in Germany.....

I've rarely had such a squashed burger and side dish. Don't expect Michelin-starred cuisine, but the food should be reasonably hot and presented in a way that you can pick it up without immediately getting dirty. The parking is also poorly organized if you want to eat there and not at a drive-thru. Because of the queue, you can only hope for nice people who will let you out.

Just bad and unfriendly staff. Wanted to eat something there with my friends. My friends were still able to order perfectly, but when I wanted to place my order, I was told in a rude manner that they wouldn't take my order. You could still order from the machines, which other people also did. When it was my turn, they simply turned off the machines. Impudence in my opinion. Once there and I will never come back. :(

Breakfast is always worth a little detour, not every day, but a must every now and then...

When I called at 3 a.m., no one answered, I just wanted to ask if the ice cream machine was still working, for the big McFlurry, but now there's just a McFlurry line on the phone.

I only review from McDonald's to McDonald's. And this one was clean and tidy in comparison. The burger also had a good construction and the fries were hot. The toilet was clean and you rarely see a sliding door at the entrance. 2 terminals were broken, but there was little else to complain about

Typical McDonald's. It's reasonably clean. (As a comparison I have the McDonald's from France, which are lightning blank, no comparison with Germany) Food is typical and always a highlight for children. The ice machine hasn't broken when we've been there. It's always such a nuisance.... Always broken or "has already been cleaned" of course, cool. 2 hours before the end of the day... Ambiance is good. The order goes quickly.

We've had a super positive experience here twice now. The order is received super quickly and friendly. The employees are all really nice and the food is always great. The ice cream machine also works here in the evenings 👍🏼

So the food was good... but not customer-friendly... I asked for a drinking straw because I find it difficult to drink from an open cup... it's very cold... they said that there are only straws for milkshakes but no longer for normal drinks... but there is a cardboard lid that they didn't want to give me either... on the containers where you used to be able to take out drinking straws, it says that if you ask at the counter that you can gets a drinking straw... but no, they didn't want to give one out....

yes there is salahr here and I was once with feffl and a whorenooshn that was nice and we had fun (no freaky) you can also buy a Happy Metal with a cool gadget. Or mc rib. I used to think that the mc rib was topped with currywurst, but it isn't, just in case you were wondering. Thank you for your understanding, Robis

They usually take 10-15 minutes to make my coffee, but I've gotten used to it now. Otherwise the restaurant is okay.

The store has actually run down in recent years.

I was very dissatisfied. Toys for the happy meal could not be selected. We got 1 Barbie card game for two boys and a book that would be more suitable for teenagers. Toilets were very dirty. Ordering is only possible via the touchscreen part, which takes a very long time with 3 working devices and 10 guests in front of you. If it hadn't been promised to the kids, I wouldn't have stayed.

The cost of meals has increased significantly, making eating out less affordable. The portion sizes, especially the burger, have shrunk noticeably. The quality and taste of the food has decreased, resulting in an overall more disappointing experience. It would be nice if McDonald's could return to its previous quality.

Food was freshly prepared, everything was clean and tidy, waiting time was short.

I am always impressed by the excellent service in this branch. The staff are always friendly, even late in the evening you get a smile and great service. The store is always clean and people enjoy spending time there. Even at peak times, you can see how relaxed and quickly the team works together without hectic and always friendly with one another. Really great!

Today on November 29th, 2024 we were at the Mc Donalds branch in Fallersleben. It was very busy…very stressful and a lot to do for the employees! In all the stress, an employee at table service unfortunately spilled all of our Diet Coke all over the table and on us too. We are all human and something like that can happen sometimes... okay. Unfortunately, the behavior after the action was absolutely catastrophic! (The young man was of course overwhelmed and visibly embarrassed!) But we weren't offered any wipes... instead just "I'll bring you another Coke straight away" and a thousand apologies! Well, that's the least of it! Nevertheless, they could have taken us away from the table and had us cleaned in a room, let alone offered wipes!! Unfortunately the whole thing fell over a brand new Wellensteyn jacket... that's the biggest catastrophe of all!!! This definitely needs to be cleaned now (at our expense!)!

There is the BEST service person ever at the drive counter! You couldn't ask for more positive and friendly service! I don't know how hot you are (brown, curly and longer hair), but I celebrate you every time! You put you in a good mood, stay as great as you are. Hopefully you get a decent raise!

I've experienced a lot, but the service here is just bad... You don't get a straw for your cola here... so I was refused it!!!!! ... Despite asking and asking to have one... The "management" refused it! ...Just sad!

Nice employees, cleaning ladies, Drive Inn and service very good and the delicious food tastes very good every time. Everything works fine with Ap. I can only recommend Mc Donalds Fallersleben. The parking situation is not working at all, the parking spaces are very tight, renovation should really be considered. Visitors with wide cars, i.e. almost any SUV, simply park in the disabled parking spaces. That doesn't work at all! But the employees at Mc Drive don't say anything and still bring the food to the car. The police should stand there and write it down, that's where a lot of money comes into the city's coffers. In addition, the Mc Drive runs through the parking lot, so you are also hindered when parking and leaving. Food and so on is ok, just McDonald's...

Unfortunately, it often happens that something is missing from the order. I thought the solution offered to me was really good, but it still shouldn't happen, especially because you really can't go wrong...

I ordered drive-thru food online today and discovered at home that a burger for 6.09 was missing. On the phone they said it had to be checked immediately. We also got the wrong food in the car next to us and the coke was still missing the third time.

The Fallersleben location doesn't understand what it means to order without bacon. So when you get the order, it's best to slap Tasty in the face right behind the counter... actually, like all other McDonald's in Germany, the place is terribly bad for an amount that you can't really imagine

Since I generally order via my cell phone, go into the restaurant and get a number at the table and then pay with a card, delivery to the table works really well. There are never any problems at the machine or at the checkout. They process things quickly and are very friendly. I had a very good experience there and enjoy going to this McDonald's.

Ambience, well cleanliness works like that. Hope someone can read, you can take your makeup off. Anyone who has allergies should be very careful, hence reading this. Ordered without lettuce sticker has no lettuce on it, but when you open the box it is still there. So not exactly recommended for allergy sufferers. If you order the burgers normally with everything, you don't expect them to be warm, but rather lukewarm or cold, which is why you order them without lettuce, which is on it 👍🤦‍♀️ I will avoid MC from now on, as customers are not taken into account. The last time it was a cheeseburger with no content just the bun, luckily we were there and had a complaint about it. It says on the Internet that breakfast is served at McDonalds until 11:30 a.m. on Sundays and public holidays. Unfortunately there was no more breakfast and there was also a rude answer from the young gentleman at the drive counter who said that there had been no breakfast since 10:30 a.m. A small discussion followed our answer, which is on the internet: breakfast is served until 11:30 a.m. Very sad how customers are treated here.

The mac rib is a disaster, a quarter smaller, no longer tastes like it used to, the hamburger is only half the size, was there again today MC chicken menu ordered for 5.99 what was in it 2 cheeseburgers you always have to check on site whether you get your goods They can't even take an order, sadly

There is still some work to be done on the service and friendliness. But otherwise it was fine.

Once again we didn't get a burger but paid for it :( and instead of ordering despite the app, we were supposed to get two "glow in the dark glasses and a midnight blue" cola glass, but were then only given a black and a pink glass. But then we did Got another turquoise one that was completely different to what I ordered and then was ripped off again with a cheeky burger.

Waiting times inside are long because there was a lot going on.

Best McDonald's within a 50km radius! The service is so friendly and fast that we only come here when we visit McDonald's. One young employee in particular, with long dark hair, stands out with his friendliness! The company should reward such people for their great service!
