Nett eingerichtet, nicht so laut und voll. Freundlich und flott.

liebe Muttis, es gibt einen Wickeltisch, ist zwar eng, aber der befindet sich zum Ausklappen im Vorraum der Damentoilette neben dem Waschbecken.

Sehr unkompliziert und sau gutes essen

Die Pommes waren kalt und weich, die Reklamation wurde widerwillig angenommen- allerdings war die Qualität der Pommes kaum besser. Nochmals reklamiert - erneut nicht akzeptable Pommes erhalten. Würde ich in der Gegend wohnen, würde ich das Team erziehen. Hat in Penzberg funktioniert ;-) Die Burger waren gut.

Es werden immer essen vergessen bei Mitnahme oder auch wenn man dort isst. Immer wieder probleme

Zwei Mc flurry bestellt und bei beide Becher nur knapp die Hälfte voll, bin zum Personal gegangen und habe gefragt ob man da nicht mehr reinmachen könnte. Hätte mir sonst n Mc Sunday bestellt wenn ich nd so viel gewollt hätte. Die Antwort vom Filialleiter war „da kommt nicht mehr rein, nur 150gramm“ auf meine Aussage mit dem Mc Sunday und seine mit dem 150gramm habe ich dann gefragt was den ein Mc sunday an Gewicht hat. Antwort war „was geht dich das an“, unfreundliche Antwort und mir beim weggehen nach nuscheln. Ende vom Lied war das wir noch bisschen was bekommen haben und das ich ab sofort doch lieber den mci in Weilheim ansteuern werde.

Der Laden macht einen chaotischen Eindruck, sehr lange Wartezeiten (wir mussten heute 28 Minuten auf unseren Menü warten, dafür war die Pommes ganz schön kalt), die Gerichte werden lieblos serviert, die Mitarbeiter meist unfreundlich, der Müll wird nicht vernünftig getrennt ... Schade um die Marke... Nie wieder hier!!!

Ich habe ein Happy Meal bestellt und habe kein Spielzeug und kein Frucht Quatsch bekommen. Schlechter Service aber essen war gut

Überteuerte und wahnwitzig schrumpfende Portionen die auch immer schäbiger hergerichtet, möchte schon sagen hingerichtet, aussehen. Bei Mitnahme muss man ständig prüfen, ob auch alles da ist. Schlecht zugänglicher Laden mit Bestellautomaten direkt am Eingangsbereich mit schmalem Durchgang, direkt neben Toiletten. Nur ein Lehnsitz zum Warten auf Bestellung, was unnötig lange dauert. Am Bestellschalter versteht das Personal entweder schlecht deutsch oder ist schwerhörig, daher wenn man sich diesen Laden antun möchte, am besten die Automaten benutzen, man spart sich das Reden.

Es kommt oft vor, dass ein bestelltes Produkt fehlt. Jetzt zwei Cheeseburger...

Ganz ein netter Herr hat uns behandelt wie ein Kellner, was bei McDonalds meist kein typisches Verhalten ist. Essen wie immer top!

Mc Drive, mal wieder warten, die Servicekraft (w) bringt Getränke und Essen, reicht den Getränkehalter ins Fahrzeug und kippt diesen,vermutlich versehentlich über Fahrer und Fahrzeuginnenraum....ein erschrockenes "Oh Entschuldigung" und weg ist sie. Leugnet dann noch den Vorfall vor ihren Kollegen und man reicht mir 2 Servietten (für 0,4L Cola auf Hose und Innenraum). Fehler passieren, kein Problem. Ich behaupte nicht dass die Dame es absichtlich gemacht hat. Aber als Erwachsene Mitarbeiterin dann zu lügen bzw den Geschädigten als Lügner hinzustellen, in Anwesenheit von Kindern/Zeugen....Junge Junge, hätte bei mir damals direkt ne Abmahnung gegeben. Zeiten ändern sich... Nächstes mal fliegt das gesamte Menü durch die Mc Drive Ausgabe zurück zu euch...nicht nur eure 2 Servietten

Wie halt Mc Donalds so ist. Auf die Schnelle gut, Fishburger sehr klein.

Ich glaube so schnell wie in dieser Filiale wurden wir noch nie bei MC Donalds bedient. Außerdem war der junge Mann der uns das Essen gebracht hat überaus freundlich. So macht das wirklich Spaß. Eigentlich schreib ich nicht so oft Bewertungen aber dieses Team hat es wirklich verdient. Macht weiter so

Burger sind in letzter Zeit nicht gut, Burger kommen schon kalt an der Käse nicht geschmolzen und geschmacklich waren sie auch mal besser

Ich habe mir einen bigmac bestellt der hatte leider die kaffesoße drauf weswegen ich ihn nicht essen konnte. Hab das mit nach Hause genommen und bin echt enttäuscht. Rausgeschmissenes Geld. In Zukunft mehr konzentrieren beim Burger machen

überfordert warte 15 min auf eine Apfeltasche und das Eis schmilzt...

Jetzt muß ich auch mal meinen Senf dazu schreiben. Jetzt schon das 2. mal das bei der Bestellung was gefehlt hat. Man bestellt beim MC Drive für ne Familie verschiedene Dinge. Und dann ist man daheim und es fehlt was. Das ist scheißr. 2 Cheeseburger und ein Hamburger fehlten. Ist ja kein Geld. Echt Scheiße.

Schlechter MC Donalds. Zockt seine Gäste mit Parkplatzstrafen über Park&Control ab. Nach Kindergeburtstagsfeier kam anschliesend noch eine Rechnung einer Vertragsstrafe von 40 €. Bei einem Anruf bei dem Betreiber bekam ich zu Antwort das es nicht normal ist solange im Lokal zu sitzen. Definitiv der letzte Besuch bei MC Donalds.

Leider war mein Besuch bei McDonald’s enttäuschend. Der gesamte Bereich wirkte ungepflegt und schmutzig – Tische waren nicht abgewischt, der Boden klebrig. Es gab keine Servietten an der Theke, was bei einem Fast-Food-Restaurant eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollte. Besonders negativ fiel die Toilette auf: miserabler Zustand, keine Seife vorhanden, und insgesamt sehr unhygienisch. Hier besteht dringender Verbesserungsbedarf in Sachen Sauberkeit und Grundausstattung.

Bestellung immer richtig, saubere Toiletten & Mitarbeiter auch immer nett und freundlich, bin mindestens einmal die Woche da und es gab noch nie was zu bemängeln

Leider kommt es immer häufiger vor, dass vor allem die Burger kalt sind - nicht mal lauwarm, der Käse dadurch auch nicht geschmolzen. Beim Mc Chicken Classic, besteht noch die größte Chance auf einen heißen oder warmen Burger. Mehrfach höflich angesprochen, geändert wurde nichts

Der Käse auf dem Burger hat mehr Farbtöne, als man inzwischen bei einem Neuwagen bestellen kann.

So sollte es sein! Pause nach langer Fahrt! Bestellung am Tresen - geht auch noch und man wird super freundlich bedient. Trotz Stress wurden unsere mitgebrachten Coffee to Go Becher gespült und bis oben hin mit Cappuccino gefüllt. In der Zeit war unser bestelltes Essen schon bereit zum Abholen. Weiter geht’s! Toller Service, der Spaß macht und eine positive Rezension verdient!

Schmutzigste Toiletten in ganz Deutschland

It's just so annoying that something is always "forgotten" when ordering takeout. I'm starting to think it's intentional. We come about once or twice a month, sometimes even less often, but every single time something's missing from the order. Last night, I ordered takeout at the last minute, and they forgot one of the three items, and it wasn't even busy. What bothers me most is that I paid for fries with bonus points and didn't receive them; the points are obviously gone now. And if you only notice something like that when you get home, you're not going to make the trip back to complain, the employees know that. The chicken nuggets also tasted strange; I wouldn't be surprised if they'd mixed in plant-based nuggets.

We've generally been very satisfied, but today the staff forgot the Capri Sun and the fruit snack, as well as the gift, with my to-go order (2 Happy Meals). Our daughter was very disappointed about that. Like I said, everything was generally OK.

It's even better here after the renovation! Beautiful new design and fast service.

We regularly eat at McDonald's every weekend and always order the large, delicious bacon burger, but starting today I probably won't be doing that anymore. The overcooked, rock-hard bacon and the bland burger are just too much for me. I'd rather drive to Landaberg am Lech.

Yes, okay, it's a fast-food restaurant, and you shouldn't have overly high expectations, but you should be able to expect professional service from McDonald's! We don't eat there often, and when we do, it's usually a large order, which is correspondingly expensive. If extras are offered and you order them, then they should be executed correctly; there shouldn't be any excuses. Every order in recent years has contained mistakes. If you're reading from the menu, you should be able to execute it correctly; no one has to think too hard. Sauce despite asking for it without, cold fries, Filet-O-Fish without cheese, no napkins, no straws, wrong nuggets. A little more attention to detail, or go work in a factory! 10-15 years ago, they were such a great team, everyone was friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience at this McDonald's in Schongau. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order. The employees seemed very chaotic, lacking organization and a clear structure. I hope the service will be faster and better organized next time.

Catastrophic… something is always missing…

I've ordered something four times in a row, and four times in a row, something was either missing, wasn't ordered, came without an extra, or I got a 0.2l instead of a 0.4l. I'm starting to find it a disgrace. I pay extra for this and don't get it. The service definitely deserves only one star. People should be able to read when preparing/serving things! I'm not the only one complaining about this. Do something with your staff, honestly!

Unfortunately, my salary can no longer keep up with the price increases. Therefore, I can't continue to investigate the restaurant :(

I didn't want to go to McD's anymore. I tried it again, but never again. The Big Mac was very small and had nothing to do with Big. The fries had a slightly strange aftertaste.

Very well-maintained and clean. The food came very quickly and everything was impeccable.

We were very impressed. The food was delicious and not as carelessly thrown together as in other restaurants. It was hot and arrived within 5 minutes. Thank you!

I'm extremely disgusted. I've never had regular nuggets with my 20-piece McPlant nuggets before, but this time there were 6 chicken nuggets. Extremely disappointing. The first and last time I'll eat here.

You order several products for €30 and only get one properly packed in the bag.

The new Samurai Mac is good, but at 6.80, it's really too expensive. For that money, you can get a Big Taste Bacon, which is bigger and has more on it. Really weak for that much money, so little burger.

It's still just McDonald's... You get what you expect, and it's really not doing your body any good. One positive thing to mention, though, is the coffee... It's really unexpectedly good, and by "good," I mean really GOOD.

Many tables were very dirty. The burger was only slightly warm, almost cold. The fries were okay.

The interior design is very nice and feels more upscale than McD in US, there is also a separate cafe inside the restaurant with different pastries and coffee options! The burgers where much better, fries the same and missed my usual sweet tea, but overall was a great experience!!

Parts of the order are often forgotten, or something different is included than ordered. Unfortunately, these incidents are becoming more and more frequent. Perhaps this is also due to the fact that hardly anyone there speaks German anymore. McDonald's, especially in Schongau, should consider hiring more German speakers or at least employees who understand and can communicate in German.

I was there over the weekend. My order was subsequently changed without any notification. The Big Mac seemed like the fries had been cut in half again. I've never had a Big Mac that small. The fries were lacking salt. Maybe McDonald's should revise this.

I was at McDonald's in Schongau with a few friends on a Saturday evening. Everyone is aware that it can take a little longer on a Saturday evening. In total we were there for about 2 hours and 11 minutes and each of us spent about 30 euros. A few weeks later, however, I received a fine of 35 euros for exceeding the permitted parking time. I then contacted the valet and submitted both the receipt and a bank statement to prove I was a customer. Unfortunately this was ignored and the penalty stood. I find this to be outrageous and unfair to paying customers. For me it means: never again!

It's a disgrace, this rip-off at the parking lot. Anyone who stays longer than an hour will receive a fine of €35 Who is supposed to celebrate a child's birthday or something similar?

Got the wrong order at MC Drive. It can happen sometimes, we then return with the bill to clarify it (there was one burger too few and two wrong ones). We were then accused of lying. She remembered the order exactly and did everything correctly. So as I said, it can happen sometimes, but it's not possible to accuse us of something so stupid. As if we had nothing better to do. Absolutely disgraceful... In the end we grumpily got at least the missing burger from another seller.

All good here, couldn't complain. Everything within the framework. Food isn't anything special, but it's also fast food.

There's just a very, very bad atmosphere in the kitchen that you can hear - there's a lot of complaining while I'm waiting for my food at the pick-up station. I am often served very rudely. Toilets Very dirty please change that. Nice time, best regards

The toilets are dingy, the tables should be wiped down more often. But the absolute shame is the park and control system. Caution!! This gets really expensive if you sit and eat for too long. The parking fees are an incredible rip off!

Mir erging es wie Dilja. Ich hab mich wie schon öfter mit meiner Freundin bei Mc Donalds getroffen und haben gegessen und geratscht und dabei nicht auf die Zeit geachtet. Uns war auch nicht bewusst, dass die Zeit kontrolliert wird. Natürlich hab ich keinen Nachweis (Kassenbon), dass ich tatsächlich drinnen war, aber wenn schon 2 Bilder vom Auto mitgeschickt wurden, dann hätten sie bei der Überwachung auch sehen können, dass wir die ganze Zeit im Restaurant waren. Nach dieser Rechnung (35€!) werden werden wir uns beim nächsten Mal lieber wo anders treffen! Meine Freundin hat übrigens den gleichen Betrag bezahlt!!!!

Clean and fast service, but the toilets are a disaster

hab mich mit einer freundin getroffen bei Mc Donalds - dauerte etwas länger der aufenthalt und bekam paar wochen später einen strafzettel für zu langes parken - unverschämt - das ohne ersichtlichen hinweis dass der parkplatz überwacht wird nicht mehr empfehlenswert dort sich mit freunden zu treffen

Dirty and very unfriendly staff

Good for a spontaneous meal, I often go there with friends. Unfortunately, there are often some young people who speak unpleasantly to you. The toilet is certainly not bad, but it is not always clean and free from vandalism. Overall a good restaurant.

Unfortunately you have to put it this way... the guest at the car counter won't be coming back.... I always order the same and out of 10 orders I get 10 qualities.. From cold to raw, everything is there... sauce, sometimes more, sometimes less... or the salad with brown spots... Chicken burgers aren't really that difficult to make... why am I writing this? Today the patties were particularly cold and "sticky" :-( and cold apple turnovers only taste xxxxx. Even the invoice is sometimes included or sometimes not. Yes, and motivation sees different from ...... I tried again.. Royal TS with bacon was without bacon.... Where can you tell? At home and where Jassen asked...

The food is great, typical fast food, but tastes good as always. However, our order today at MC Drive was just bad, 1 the lady at the window couldn't even scan the coupons from the McDonald's app, then instead of "without a cucumber slice" as selected, an extra lot of cucumbers were put on it. Extra requests such as extra onions were also not accepted. When we wanted to pay, the lady at the counter blocked the system again. Today I was really unhappy. The ice cream we ordered was also forgotten. As I said, Mc Donalds likes it, but only inside Mc Drive is not recommended!!

Nice employees but hard to understand in the drive-in because the intercom and the order display screen doesn't work.

Was there for the first time. The curly fries just don't taste old and hard. And the burger tasted like nothing. Non-carbonated Cola. Not recommendable.

Would it be possible to have German-speaking employees at the counter where you place orders? Every time it's the same thing that they don't understand anyone and give out the wrong food. I'm a foreigner myself and not hostile, but it's really not nice when they don't understand you

The order and cleanliness could be better. The employees should be friendlier, especially they all seem very annoyed. Tables are not cleaned.

I just can't think of anything else about the store. Every time, every time we go to the MCs in the drive, something is missing or it's really cold. Staff totally unfriendly. At the drive counter you almost can't understand the lady. If you point this out to them, you will only get nasty, conceited looks. I'd rather go to the competition in the future. McDonald's is not what it used to be.!!!!!
