Below-average McDonalds, the staff at the checkout can barely speak German, the cleanliness sometimes leaves a lot to be desired... And unfortunately there aren't many more unusual burgers here either. Edit: Nowadays there is usually one of the foremen at the checkout, you can at least talk to them ;-) Recently complained about the waiting time, and at least I was offered a free drink.

If you love dry and cold burgers, this is the place for you.

Even for a McDonald's underground... Dry burgers with a hint of sauce and stale bread...

Bad delivery service, eat cold sauces, never forget again

Contrary to some comments, we loved our "old school" experience in this McDonald's! So yes, there are certainly not all the latest burgers that you could eat anywhere else in the world, no terminals to order either and maybe not all the sauces but the welcome is very, very friendly! Products are prepared to order!!! We had fries like they don't have anywhere else! Hot nuggets and burgers prepared with care 👌 Bravo for the authenticity of this restaurant on a human scale!! We will come back with pleasure!

Very small shop, fries on the floor and grease stains all over the shop... everything we tried to order was said that it wasn't available or that just wasn't possible. No recommendation!

No ordering possible via the app, no terminal available, toilets blocked, no apple turnovers in the range... oh man...

Unfortunately not a really good McDonalds. Very small and worn. For example, there are no apple turnovers and the burgers don't really taste good. Better to drive a little further

It was better than the reviews said, the food was fresh and served its purpose. Ambience is of course catastrophic, very small and no terminals.

Nice little branch with a few but sufficient employees. It got a little stressful for a while because several orders were placed at the same time, but the employee handled it really well.

You wait forever for the food and there is hardly anything from the promotions/vouchers

I've been here several times. And it's always the same. The employees are totally annoyed and unmotivated. Things are often missing. Toilet paper. Straws. There's stuff everywhere on the counter. E.g. Old lids, a pile of receipts and the trash is overflowing. In addition, the burgers often fell into the packaging and fell apart.

i live close to this restaurant and used to take food there sometimes but it’s so bad.. in general everything is bad there

Very bad McDonald's. You go back in time 20-25 years. Old furnishings, no ordering kiosks, disinterested staff and a sad building and parking lot. Order was also incomplete.

Without words... Just shake your head. Better to make it a kebab snack...

Super unfriendly shift manager (little woman with glasses and a hair clip) blamed super nice and friendly employees in front of the customers because she was totally overwhelmed. But customers were totally relaxed and were never under time pressure etc. She behaved completely unprofessionally. That's not possible in my opinion!

The service is very slow, you sometimes get the wrong food. And the contents are becoming less and less. Ice cream Groten is bad, you buy mc Flurry for 3.99 and you only get the contents of mc Sunday, which is terrible.

Very long waiting time, cashier irritable and shouting at colleagues/employees throughout the store. Old facility, you can only order the classics. Cleanliness non-existent. We avoid the store. There are simply better new Mcdonalds...

Very long waiting time from fast food restaurant, no trace

A small McDonald's, without ordering terminals, you still have to order at the checkout. Here you only have the option to order classics and no special burgers. Unfortunately it's a bit disappointing but that's probably because this McDonald's is quite small. Employees are nice and accommodating.

Standing toilet is still clogged because of snus.

From 11:30 p.m. *only cheeseburgers* even though the shop is open until 12:00 a.m. Apparently they run out of fries at 23. The food is served and has been lying around for 10-15 minutes. Very bad loading

Outdated, little McDonalds. Limited menu and old decor. Dirty toilets. It's a shame we spent our money here.

Worst MC ever....Had to wait 25 minutes before you could even get your turn...About 5 orders were in front of me....It's nice to process them one by one so that it takes a long time...Coupons only go one at a time Order, the staff probably don't know how to handle the cash register... Employees are constantly coming in and out but only one at the cash register and kitchen, that can't be the case... cold fries, cola or whatever it is It's supposed to be stale... I've never experienced such bad service once and never again!!!!

Do people work in the kitchen without gloves?? Every burger is touched with your bare hand. A no go for me. And then the buns burned. I will never set foot in this McDonald’s again.

There wasn't really much going on in the mini McDonald's. There were 3-4 customers in the store before me, orders were constantly coming in for delivery. Despite a team of 5 employees, I was only on the way back after 45 minutes. It always depends on the crew that works there. But today… unbelievable!!!

What all the McDonalds complains about. My friend and I ordered and even though it wasn't that busy, the service staff were hopelessly overwhelmed. People who ordered much later received their food straight away. The McPlants were in the deep fryer for far too long and the fries were ice cold. The other food was in the bag for almost 20 minutes because a BigMäc was missing. When I complained, I was promised to make new fries, which still weren't ready after another 15 minutes, so I had to ask again. Once and never again!!! Then it's better to go to Burger King.

The food there is cold, tastes disgusting and the workers are also unfriendly. I'll never come back here

Don't come there again, no one at the checkout, a lady who is cleaning the floor as far as everything is ok, all of a sudden she comes to the checkout with a really annoying grin, sweat is dripping on the counter, she takes my order on the sweat is still dripping, no hands washed, not even her face wiped and then she goes to the fries I sooooo ehhhh no thanks I'm going to Rheinbach bahhhhhh that's not possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never go there again!!!!! Rheinbach great team very friendly and accommodating!!!!!!!

Very bad service Half an hour ago I got the Smart menu + two hamburgers so it cost about €10 I'm coming home I can only find the Smart menu in there I don't recommend it anymore until the service partner has respect for the customers👎👎👎👎👎👎

Now for the 3rd time I had fewer Cicken Nuggets in the box of 20 than stated...😡 It doesn't work at all!!!

So they don't have everything, MC Rip doesn't have fish, MC doesn't, etc. Well, drinks are way too expensive, a bottle of cola costs 15 euros.

Hamburgers and cheeseburgers totally dry and without pickles. Very disappointing

Service was ok! ☝️BUT, the cashiers go to the back and grab the chicken nuggets and burgers with their bare hands and pack them up without washing their hands first! Totally unhygienic and disgusting 🤮🤢. And the paper from the burgers was just wrapped around and some were open...We definitely won't go there anymore!!!!! And rather go to Rheinbach🤗

Unfortunately, McDonald's isn't that broad when it comes to vegetarian alternatives anyway (Burgerking can do that much better). In this branch there are only vegetarian nuggets, no other selection.

The positive first: toilets clean! If we had then decided against eating, it would have been five points. Now to the actual business model: Don't know coupons/the app. Beech without cucumber, say without cucumber, there is cucumber. Royal cheese and BigMac both served slightly warm at the top and cold at the bottom. Royal cheese in 6-plant packaging. Staff, well. Weird shop, what a shame!

I've known this McDonald's branch since I was a small child and the green paint was still red. It is the only McDonald's in this area, the closest one with a McDrive is in Rheinbach. Now for my review: I give it 4 out of 5 stars because the food is of the same quality 5/5 compared to the other McDonald's branches. In terms of service, I give it 3/5 stars at lunchtime because it is quite small and busy at the checkout and there is no McDrive. As far as the ambience is concerned, I think it has a pleasant and, for me personally, quite nostalgic atmosphere. That's why I give the whole thing 4/5 stars. ^^

Das Team ist ja super nett, aber: - Es gibt zu wenig Parkplätze - Der McDonalds hat nicht alle Produkte, das habe ich noch nie erlebt. - Bsp.: Es gibt keine Curly Fries (verschmerzbar). Es gibt aber auch keinen McPlant, was das ohnehin spärliche Angebot für Vegetarier noch weiter einschränkt. - Weil es nicht alle Produkte gibt, können weder Punkte mit der App gesammelt, noch Coupons und Gutscheine eingelöst werden. Das ist echt nicht gut. Alles in Allem: Fahrt ein paar Kilometer weiter zu einem modernen McDonalds.

Unfreundliches Personal. Wir haben hier auf der Durchreise angehalten um zu essen. Während wir auf unser Essen gewartet haben, haben wir höflichst gebeten die Toilette benutzen zu dürfen. Dies wurde verneint mit der Begründung das angeblich beide Toiletten kaputt seien. Komisch nur das der Mann an der Kasse ständig die andere Kollegin (Chefin?) gefragt hat ob das gehen würde. Wenn die Toilette doch kaputt ist, dann gibt es in der Regel doch eine Anweisungen das die Mitarbeiter die Gäste nicht auf Toilette lassen sollten. Daher vermuten wir, dass nicht die Toilette kaputt war, sondern die Mitarbeiter schlicht und einfach keine Lust hatten die Toilette sauber zu machen. Das Restaurant hatte nämlich nach uns nur noch 30 Minuten geöffnet. Da einer von uns einen Burger bestellt hat, wollte sich dieser vor dem Essen die Hände waschen, wieder haben wir höflichst drum gebeten die Toilette nutzen zu dürfen. Allerdings dieses Mal nur um die Hände waschen zu können. Wieder hat der Verkäufer die Kolleginnen gefragt. Was den nun ist die Toilette kaputt oder das Waschbecken oder alles zusammen??

McDonalds Light! Hier gibt es nur ein Basissortiment aus den langweiligsten Burgern. Keine Aktionen oder Specials. Dafür, dass es nur so wenig gibt, brauchts hier echt lange bis man sein Essen hat. Da fahre ich lieber nach Rheinbach.

Essen war lecker. Das Restaurant war sauber und die WC ebenfalls. Mitarbeiter waren gepflegt und wurde freundlich bedient. Komme gerne wieder. Weiter so

Nicht empfehlenswert! Unfreundlich, sehr klein, Essen war teilweise schon kalt und lieblos zusammengeklatscht, Personal teilweise unhygienisch u. ekelig, Toiletten noch schlimmer. Wenn man bei der Zubereitung der Speisen zuschaut, vergeht einem bereits der Appetit. Leute, meidet diese Filiale, ehrlich! Ein Stern noch viel zu viel! Meine Empfehlung: Schließung!

Kleiner Laden. Nicht immer alles da. Sauberkeit im Sitzbereich OK. Essen ist halt Mcs nichts besonderes wer es mag kann es kaufen.

Sehr kleiner McDonald’s mit relativ geringer Auswahl. Es gibt nur eine Reduzierte Anzahl von Burgern.

Ein altes kleines Mces, Klos frühzeitig zu gesperrt, Eis Maschine oft defekt, ansonsten tut es was ein mces tun muss.

Diese kleine McDonald’s Restaurant ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf einer Renovierung. Aufgrund fehlender Bestell Terminals und nur einem offenen Bestell Schalter bildet sich schnell eine Warteschlange. Trotzdem muss man nicht sehr lange auf seine Bestellung warten. Nichtsdestotrotz braucht dieses Restaurant ein Upgrade um mit den Restaurants in der Umgebung mithalten zu können.

Die Auswahl ist etwas begrenzt und man kann nur ganz klassisch an der Theke bestellen. Aber die Basics sind da und die Burger immer frisch gemacht. Top 👍 Es gab sogar bis vor kurzer Zeit den triple Cheeseburger. Macht den bitte wieder. 🤤

Ich Kann Zu Dieser Mcd Filiale nichts Positives Sagen.1 Geöffnte Kasse trotz immenser Ansteh Schlange.Dazu hat der Lieferservice IMMER Vorrang sodas es Noch Länger dauert.Nach 20 Minütiger Wartezeit und immer Noch xx Kunden Vor uns und Lieferbestellungen die Vorgezogen Wurden haben Wir Unverrichteter Dinge das Lokal Verlassen und Sind zu Einem Motbewerber Gefahren und hatten unser Essen SOFORT!!!Diese Filiale werden wir nicht mehr Besuchen.

Der Burger war wie von McDonald's gewohnt schnell fertig. Irgendwie hatte er trotzdem einen etwas anderen Geschmack als von anderen Filialen gewohnt. Die Person bei der Essensausgabe war offensichtlich gestresst und recht unfreundlich. Ambiente .... Es ist dringend eine Modernisierung notwendig. Achtung kein MC Drive vorhanden

Tatsächlich gibt es hier heiße frisch zubereitete Burger und Pommes. 👍. Lange nicht mehr gegessen. Er ist zwar klein aber man sitzt ja auch nur auf einem Stuhl und das Personal ist super freundlich. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Eine Art Hinterhof-MC Donald's. Eingeschränkte Produktpalette. Schnell rein und wieder raus!

Die Angestellten sind sehr zuvorkommend, machen die Produkte i.d.R. frisch auf Bestellung und die McFlurrymaschine ist wirklich selten kaputt. Dafür ist das Angebot aufgrund der kleinen Filiale leider eingeschränkt. Kein BigTasty und keine Selection Burger.

Je nach dem welche Service Kräfte arbeiten, sind die Wartezeiten echt extrem. Bestellungsteile wie Soßen, werden gerne mal vergessen. Shakes sind ehr wie Wasser und schmecken nicht wirklich.

Bestenfalls McD Mittelmaß, Mitarbeiter zeigen wenig Interesse, dies zu ändern. Immerhin kinderfreundlich.

Kleinerer McD der nicht in der App gelistet ist und somit auch nicht an Aktionen oder ähnlichem teilnimmt.

Schnelle Bedienung. Essen heiss. Alles gut 👍

Zu viel Salz auf Pommes Frittes und Chickenburger war nicht genug heiss , sondern lauwarm...

Ich bin mir nicht einmal sicher, ob man eine Bewertung für ein McD schreiben kann oder soll. Daher will ich hier gleich 5 Besuche Dezember und Januar 22 zusammenfassen. Das Restaurant ist sehr klein. Alter McD Stil. Toiletten mal so und mal so. Wie an vielen häufig besuchten Orten eben. Toll ist, strickte Covid-19 Kontrollen. Kompliment von meiner Seite. Die Bestellung gibt man an der Kasse auf und alle waren nett und hatten auch Vorschläge. Ich denke es gibt dort nicht das volle Riesensortiment wie in den großen McD‘s aber dafür wird wohl auch noch im alten Stil zubereitet. Schon lange nicht waren meine Burger so heiss und saftig. In 4 von 5 Fällen waren sogar die Pommes so knackig frisch und raschelten wie trockenes Herbstlaub beim spazieren gehen. Hoffentlich bleibt uns dieses Kleinod erhalten.

Es zwar warm aber schmeckt nicht es gibt kaum was zu essen es gibt keine Auswahl und keine Soßen nie wieder nicht empfehlenswert

Einmal und nie wieder, auf Mc, werde ich in Zukunft verzichten. Dieser Mc Donald hat mir den Rest gegeben, muss ich nicht mehr haben.
