Typical McDonalds with lots of parking spaces. Service and food like everywhere else 😉

I tried contacting customer service but unfortunately I didn't get an answer. So here then... We had a milkshake with chocolate sauce. What is called chocolate sauce. The drop in the picture was the sauce. Add salt to the fries... Of course I ordered at the drive in and asked the lady about the shake. Statement: just stir a little and it will work. ..so the chocolate sauce wasn't any more. She didn't want to take it back and get a new one either. But the crowning glory were the salt-crusted fries... she took them back. What came next was the real deal...see pictures Unsalted fries and salt for salting... I've never experienced that before. Since I really didn't feel like disturbing the lady again from her valuable working time while she was doing nothing, I accepted it and ate my fries without salt. Also worth an experience... Since nothing came from customer service, I will rate it publicly.

Fresher than I know from other branches. It was delicious and there was also a shake.

It used to be better. But also definitely worse.

I've been there twice in the last three weeks and each time the food was cold. Staff is not the friendliest. Will be bypassed in the future 👍🏼.

Friendly service, clean little restaurant. The parking spaces are a bit tricky because the DriveIn exit lane and the parking lot lane are one. Toilets very clean by McDonalds standards.

There is no parking problem, there is an open car park, the atmosphere is nice, there are indoor and outdoor areas, friendly staff, self service… It is a very nice place for those who get used to it.

Supposed opening time is 7 a.m., it's now 7:30 a.m. and I'm standing in front of a locked door. Maybe the opening times should be adjusted!

Close the kitchen at 11 p.m. Ordering on site and via the app is no longer possible; the drive-in would still have been possible with the app. Extremely unfriendly staff...

First, since I always take everything with me, I can't rate the ambience. I think it's so great that you always prepare breakfast fresh, it tastes so delicious and you are always very friendly, big praise for that, please keep it up 😀

Some love it, others hate it...

Stop at a McDonalds. We were there once an hour before the end, but unfortunately the door was already locked. Luckily you could get something at the drive-in counter. I just love chicken nuggets sweet and long.

I ordered vegetarian nuggets and got normal ones, something like that shouldn't happen! I threw up, thanks for nothing!

Mit Abstand der schlechteste Mc Donalds, mit den unfreundlichsten Mitarbeitern. Wir waren zum Abendessen hier, abgesehen davon, dass nicht alles was bestellt wurde auch geliefert wurde. Wurde Salat ausgeliefert ohne Salatsauce, auf Nachfragen wurde ich angepöppelt, es gäbe keine Salatsauce. Meine Nachfrage, warum nicht darauf hingewiesen wird, wurde motzend mitgeteilt, die konnten sie doch gar nicht bestellen. Doch konnte ich, stand sogar auf der Bestellung!!! Freundlichkeit ist hier Fehlanzeige!!!!!

Worst McDonald's ever. Food cold coffee cocoa cold staff overwhelmed. There were 4 people there and the staff gave almost everyone the wrong food plus the orders were carried out incorrectly. I've been here several times in the last few years and I have to say I can't recommend it. The staff is poorly trained. I haven't been here for a year and it's gotten even worse. My children even got sick afterwards.

A little slow at the drive-in check-in but super nice people there Update: everything is still fine Update from today, June 10th: Guys, where is your motivation? Forgotten half of my order? I ordered two Cokes without ice and still had some in both drinks. In the car and in line at the drive-in, it's difficult to check everything in the bag, especially if there are more vehicles waiting behind you. Luckily, I had a really lovely lady on the phone when I called. Tomorrow I'll still get the burgers I forgot about. Let's see if it works

Too much of a situation where you have to wait for your food. Processes don't seem to allow employees to chew on each other!

Ambience good. Unfortunately we had a hair in three different types of burgers in a row. Not very appetizing.

Just don't go there. Apart from the fact that the order IDr. If it's put together incorrectly, i.e. a citizen or a side dish is missing or you get a completely different order, it can often happen from 10 p.m. onwards that people are already standing in front of the closed doors, even though it's supposed to be open until midnight.

Absolutely bad store and staff. Burgers aren't warm, cheese was cold too. And if you as a customer want a second straw, you are told that you cannot get it for environmental reasons. Then she should clear out the trash around the McDonald's. The wrong food is always given. This store is not recommended. Unfortunately I have to give it one star

Staff quite unmotivated and unfriendly

Located close to a main road. There is a drive-in. Seating inside (also with a long bar) and outside on a terrace that has a slide for children. Food can be selected from the vending machine. You can also choose payment options there (cash at the checkout with a short waiting time or cash at the machine). The quality of the food is as you would expect from the chain. Toppings can be missing from time to time, but that's not a big deal. Staff friendly. The restaurant is on the ground floor and is easy to reach with a wheelchair. Alternatively, there is a rear entrance/exit to the terrace.

A bit slow and difficult to understand.

Finally an MC that serves burgers at 10 a.m. instead of the disgusting breakfast.

Total disaster Even if you're on the road and starving, buy some gum at the gas station or suck your thumb all the way home. I've never had a microwave burger before, but it can't be worse than this McDonald's. The consistency of the fries was as if the potatoes had not been fried but had been soaked in water for 2 days. Burgers half cooked and just thrown together. When I went there I was hungry and after eating I just felt sick.

Disaster 😕 The main checkout had a defect, so people in the store had to be billed via the drive-through checkout. At first there were still three terminals active in the store (one was defective). While we were there, the other three also gave up the ghost. There was complete chaos. There were chips etc all over the floor in the kitchen and rubbish was piled up in the collection area. So much for the ambience. Our order numbers didn't appear on the display and our drinks were on the counter for about 10 minutes. This caused the ice to melt and- Well, you know that... When we had our food after about 15 minutes - without a number - it was packed to take away, even though we ordered to eat there. I wanted to get straws, but there weren't any available. So I asked at the counter. I could see packaged straws behind the counter from where I stood. The cashier looked at the straws, then at me, and said (rather snidely) that there wouldn't be any more. We still ordered dessert and another burger. Another long wait, packed to-go again. On the positive side, the ice cream was cold. But so does the burger. Yet again. But the cockie and cream bag was delicious. And even warm! Yay! Oh yeah, the toilets were pretty clean. The only employee who wasn't completely hectic and headless was a middle-aged gentleman who worked quickly but calmly, while the ladies' mouths didn't stand still for a second. They seemed completely overwhelmed. Oh yes, you can also say thank you (to a woman) for a tip...

Unfreundlich und lange warte Zeiten am Mc Drive. So was freches wie diesen jungen Mann ist mir in meinen 40 Jahren noch nie untergekommen. Sollen sich mal ein Beispiel an dem MC in Florstadt nehmen.

Absolut schlechtester Mc Donalds, halten sich nie an die Öffnungszeiten und sind meistens schon vor 00:00 Uhr zu. Mitarbeiter teilweise unfreundlich.

Also ich bin in den letzten 5 Jahren des öfteren hier gewesen. Ob drinnen, draußen, Drive oder drinnen abgeholt, es war zu 98% alles ok. Klar kann es ma vorkommen das man etwas zu wenig oder zuviel in der Tüte hat, aber ma ganz ehrlich, wir sind alle nur Menschen die ma Fehler machen. Das essen ist immer warm und frisch und die Angestellten sind immer freundlich. Ewig lange Wartezeiten hatte ich vielleicht 2x in den 5 Jahren. Da war aber auch die Hölle dort los :-)

App Bestellung icht möglich. Lange warte Zeiten. Schmeckt nicht mehr und wird als teurer...

Pommes Waren OK, Hamburger waren kalt, Fleisch nicht richtig gebraten, die Käsescheibe war kalt, Salat nicht frisch aber Cola war erfreulicher Weise, ohne Eis, Essen, war vor 2 Monaten, schon viel besser, war auch anderes Personal da.

Ein gutes Restaurant, das schnellen und guten Service bietet, aber in Spitzenzeiten kommt es zu einer Verzögerung bei der Lieferung

Der Herr vom Drive in unfreundlich, unmotiviert. Die Dame, die das Essen brachte war sehr nett. Burger werden lieblos zusammengeschmissen. Pommes waren komplett kalt und ungenießbar.

Burger ohne Bacon bestellt, er war auch so deklariert. Leider war er belegt mit Bacon. In den Happymeals sind mal Gummibärchen drin und mal nix. Während der Monopoly Aktion sind öfters die Codes schon abgezogen wenn man Essen & Trinken mit nach hause nimmt. Auch die Codes aus der App werden nicht eingegeben. Das Essen ist warm.

Heute mal wieder McDonalds Essen. Die Grossbestellung war komplett, nur leider war alles lauwarm bis kalt (Burger, Pommes und Nuggets) Schade! Ca. 10 Minunten auf die Bestellung gewartet.

MC Donald's eben. Nette Service Kräfte

Sauberes Lokal, schnelle Zubereitung, leider musste ich aber feststellen, dass zur Zeit nur die Bestellung am Terminal möglich ist, eine Hilfe wurde dafür nicht angeboten.

Etwas abgelegen aber sonst ok. Spielecke drinnen und endlich mal ein Spielgerät mit Hirn im Außenbereich

Dieses McDonald's Restaurant ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ebenso sieht das Mobiliar auch ordentlich aus. Bestellung ging flott und es war auch alles komplett. Einzig kleine Manko, einer der Bestell-Bildschirme hatte ein Display Fehler. Dennoch 5 Sterne.

Üblicherweise kommentiere ich keine Fastfood Restaurants. Hier allerdings war der Service gut, das Lokal ansprechend und was am wichtigsten ist, der Bürger frisch zubereitet, heiß und lecker.

Durchschnittlicher McDonalds. Im Vergleich zu anderen jedoch recht sauber!

Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist typisch für McDonald's, mit einer breiten Palette von Burgern, Pommes Frites, Salaten und Desserts. Ich entschied mich für einen klassischen Big Mac mit Pommes und einem Erfrischungsgetränk. Die Bestellung wurde prompt aufgenommen, und mein Essen wurde schnell zubereitet. Zusätzlich stehen 4 Bestellterminals zu Verfügung. Als mein Tablett mit dem Essen kam, war ich sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität. Der Big Mac war frisch zubereitet, der Burgerpatty war saftig und der Geschmack war genau so, wie ich es erwartet hatte. Die Pommes Frites waren knusprig und lecker Was den Service betrifft, kann ich nur Positives berichten. Das Personal war freundlich, höflich und bemüht, meinen Besuch angenehm zu gestalten. I Die Sauberkeit des Restaurants verdient ebenfalls Lob. Die Tische wurden regelmäßig abgeräumt und gereinigt, und der Boden war sauber. Die Toiletten waren gut gepflegt und ebenfalls sauber.

Es sind NIE Aktionsartikel oder sonstige Beigaben verfügbar. Nach Nachfrage bekommt man ein Schulterstücken und ein nein. Service war mal ganz gut, allerdings scheint die Motivation in den letzten Jahren nachgelassen zu haben. Schade….

Kommen wir zum Postiven: Das Personal war nett. Negativ: Zum Trinken gab es lediglich Cola Zero und Fanta. Rest war nicht vorhanden, genau wie die Strohhalme aus waren. Aktionsgläser waren auch nicht mehr vorhanden.

Standard Megges, allerdings lässt der Service hier regelmäßig zu Wünschen übrig. Entweder werden Teile der Bestellung vergessen oder man wird komplett im DriveIn vergessen 👍🏼

Tolle Fastfoodgastronomie. Freundliches Personal und schnelle Bedienung.

Katastrophe mittlerweile, 4 mal 20er Nuggets bestellt und 3 mal war keine Soße dabei.

Jeder weiß, warum man zu McDonalds geht. Die Chicken Nuggets waren sehr frisch. Es ist halt McDonalds 🤷‍♂️

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In vielen Filialen eine sehr seltene Erfahrung.

Zu überfüllt. Sau teuer alles geworden. McDonalds was geschmacklich auch noch nie so meines.

Muss für diesen McDonald’s leider nur zwei Sterne geben. Es war nicht sauber. Und der Burger nicht lecker. Das Fleisch lag anscheinend schon etwas länger, es war total trocken und ich hatte Angst danach Bauchweh zu bekommen. (Hatte ich nicht!)

Ist sehr gut mit der Bestellung,ich persönlich fand es nur zu kalt vielleicht lag es auch daran das ich krank bin.

Service freundlich, Toiletten sowie Innenraum umd Außenanlage stets sauber Essen war früher besser, schnelle Bedienung

Na ja, eben das was man in jedem McDonalds sieht. Nichts außergewöhnliches. Teilweise dreckige Tische und das störende Pipen aus der Küche. Das Essen schmeckt wie bei jedem anderen McDonalds auch. Neu ist, dass man zu dem Schalter geht und nicht warten muss, sondern man bekommt ein Schild mit einer Nummer, setzt sich hin und stellt dieses Schild auf den Tisch. Das Essen wird dann gebracht, sobald dieses fertig ist.

Eigentlich bewerte ich keine Fastfoodläden, aber bei diesem ist das Team sehr kindefreundlich und supernett- auch ist dieser MCDonald sehr gemütlich da kleiner und dörflicher. Meine Kinder lieben es - zumindest ausnahmsweise.
